During his acceptance speech, the Constitution Party nominee for President, Charles Baldwin, observed that unless the loss of US sovereignty is stopped, efforts of Americans and Constitution Party members to preserve our freedoms and rights in the Bill of Rights and US Constitution would become moot.
In May 2008 I wrote a letter to Charles Baldwin explaining that one of the major tools being used to destroy US sovereignty is the “economic jihad” being waged against America by many Muslim and Communist nations, some members of the EU, and world government groups including the CFR, the Club of Rome and the Trilateral Commission. This economic jihad is being knowingly aided and abetted inside the US by President GW Bush and some Republican and Democratic members of Congress including Senators Barbara Boxer, John Warner and Joe Lieberman as well as Presidential contenders and Senators Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain.
I informed Charles Baldwin that some of the many elements of this economic jihad are the deliberate devaluation of the dollar, blockage of domestic energy production, and the buying up of interests in US energy companies and capitol funds and banks by Muslim and Communist nations.
Since the US imports almost third thirds of its oil from overseas, the cost of oil to the US can still increase even if domestic demand fell or foreign supply increased because of the drastic devaluation of the dollar. The dollar today is worth only a third of what it was 9 years ago. In other words, it costs three times as much today to buy items in dollars than it did nine years ago.
The dollar has been devalued for a variety of reasons. Communist China and North Korea have engaged in systematic currency schemes and dollar manipulations to devalue the dollar for decades. A balance of trade deficit (much of which is due to importing foreign oil) and deficit spending by Congress has caused the national debt to skyrocket to trillions of dollars.
A huge US national debt owned primarily by China, EU and Muslim nations due to US borrowing makes the dollar value decline that much more. The Federal Reserve has not attempted to prop up the dollar for many of years by raising interest rates and instead the Federal Reserve has been lowering interest rates to stimulate the US economy and to help finance the Iraq war. Allowing the dollar to decline can be seen as a back door way to finance the Iraq war and it results in a hidden tax in the form of higher prices for the consumer. When the Treasury goes into the global market to borrow money to finance the war when the dollar is at one value, the net amount the treasury later owes in real dollars on the debt is lowered when the dollar’s value is intentionally allowed to decline. Instead of overtly taking an unpopular political action to raise taxes to finance the Iraq war, the consumer indirectly pays for the war in higher prices with devalued dollars.
Foreign nations with large oil reserves like Saudi Arabia and Russia, from which the world buys much of its oil, can manipulate supply to raise prices for the oil they sell. When they raise oil prices, the US economy is weakened since the US buys two thirds of its oil in the world market. With higher oil prices, US consumers pay more and the US balance of trade deficit and the national debt are further increased.
The US is particularly vulnerable to economic and political blackmail since many of the nations of the world who are large oil producers not only can manipulate supply and prices, but also because they are assuming more of the US national debt and buying up US corporations and banking institutions. Many of these nations are hostile to the US and Muslim nations are increasing oil as an economic weapon to coerce the US into becoming an Islamic outpost and/or to destroy the US ability to wage war in the Middle East. Even large oil producers like Iran and Venezuela have urged other Muslim and Communist oil producers to reduce supplies to the US, raise prices to the US and even to accept payment for oil in currency other than the dollar.
Communist China is a huge consumer of oil competing for world oil supplies to feed its growing manufacturing economy. China’s growth alone can affect oil prices. But China’s role in the global oil situation is much more threatening than just being a manufacturing competitor. As noted earlier China has been weakening the US as a competitor and for ideological reasons by trying to devalue the US currency. China is in a position to blackmail the US economically, militarily and politically since China owns much of the US debt. But China has also been aggressively encouraging Muslim and other Communist nations (such as Venezuela) to use oil supply and prices as a weapon against the US. China is also is one of the world’s leading backers of Muslim terror groups (such as AlQaeda, Hezbollah and Hamas) who have declared economic and terror jihad against the US.
The head of the Islamic nation of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has been publicly backing a plan to wage Islamic economic jihad against America for over ten years while at the same time having provided safe heaven and funds transfers for Muslim AlQaeda leaders and terrorists Bin Laden and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and 9/11 hijackers. The UAE financial center was used for the financing of the 9/11 hijackers. The UAE center was linked to the same drug, arms and money laundering schemes of the American- Turkish Council by FBI translator Sibel Edmonds. From the article Economic jihad and U.S. ports? “UAE’s president and his father have been at the forefront of their own self-declared economic jihad waged against the economies of the West and the US, including setting up their own fiancé markets to launder drug, charity, illicit weapons, black market nuke and WMD monies to Islamic terror organizations.”
GW Bush, Condi Rice, members of the CFR and Trilateral Commissions as well as Senator McCain and Senator Barack Obama’s foreign policy advisor, Zbignew Brezinski, have been aiding and abetting Dubai in this process. This effort is now underway with the full help of GW Bush and Condi Rice who have rolled out the carpet for Dubai to buy up critical US energy and banking interests with the Dubai Muslim Sovereign Fund and to give nuclear materials and reactors to Dubai. McCain and GW Bush have the same misguided beliefs about Islam and their religious and political leaders and agendas that explain their being all too willing not to adequately reduce Islamic nations’ strangleholds on US domestic production energy interfering with US energy independence and sovereignty. McCain has openly said he could vote for a Muslim president for the US. Communist nations such as Russia and China have been funding US environmental groups for at least fifty years to destroy America’s ability to produce is own energy. In the 60 and 70s environmentalists installed the EPA and stopped nuclear power plant construction by drumming up fear of endangering species like the snail darter with water used to cool the nuclear plants. Today the environmentalists are using hysterical claims that manmade carbon dioxide gases are the primary cause of global warming in an effort to drastically limit and control domestic energy production and consumption. Communist leaders and their environmentalist proxies are now in league to promote false claims of manmade global warming. Yet many of the drastic, unnecessary and costly energy production and consumption measures Communist leaders are demanding be set up inside the US to curtail and sequester carbon dioxide emissions will not be set up in their own Communist nations, particularly China and Russia.
But the communist backed environmentalists also want to further stop consumption of fossil fuel by stopping further exploration for oil. The title of this article says it best Drill for Oil? Don’t Even Look for Oil, Says Environmentalist Groups:
“Environmental groups across the nation once again display their animosity toward the American citizen by refusing to allow American oil companies explore for oil on our sovereign territory, and lobby to block any exploration of oil permanently off of Alaska’s North coast.”
Recently two bills sponsored by a majority of the Democratic US Senators in league with Communist backed environmentalist groups were introduced and defeated in the US Senate to control carbon dioxide emissions and regulate US energy production and consumption. The Senate bills introduced in the Senate Environmental and Public Works Committee (epw.senate.gov) were the Lieberman-Warner Climate Bill, S.2191, and a bill amendment by Barbara Boxer, S.3036, known as the Climate Change Control Bill.
These two bills were the most openly communistic and socialistic bills ever presented to Congress. These bills represent a blatant power grab attempt to destroy US sovereignty. These bills would also have put the entire US energy resources, production and consumption economy under UN and international regulatory and oversight regimes (actual words from the Boxer bill).
The Climate Change Control bill would also have economically neutered any attempt to have a meaningful national energy production program inside the US including the bipartisan Domestic energy production bill, S. 2958, introduced in the Senate, by Senator Pete Domenici on May 1, 2008. While the Domenici bill has merits and includes measures to increase the construction of additional US refineries and nuclear power plants, it does not go far enough to increase domestic energy production of oil, natural gas, and coal and the conversion of coal, sands and shale oil to liquid and gaseous fuels.
Even though the Climate Change Control was defeated in the Senate, the margin of defeat is becoming less with each attempt to reintroduce similar legislation and the bills are being supported more and more by Senators pretending to be conservative Republicans including John McCain, John Warner and Joe Lieberman. Since the two Presidential contenders, McCain and Obama, were also major supporters of measures in the Climate Control Bill, passage of a bill like it after the 2008 elections becomes more possible especially if the Democrats maintain and increase their control of Congress.
Bush, Warner, and McCain are now openly supporting Al Gore’s, Obama’s, Clinton’s, the Democrats’ and Communist backed environmental groups’ false claims of manmade global warming. They are knowingly supporting the transfer of US sovereignty to the UN and international oversight and regulatory regimes to control all phases of energy in the US from discovery, production, mining and drilling, to transportation and consumption of all energy sources in the US including regulation of all farming that could be used to consume and /or produce bio fuels. This regime has all the indications of a world government system being put into place.
The only thing that really bothered McCain about the Democrats Climate Change bill was its non-inclusion of new nuclear reactor construction. In this article US Senate Republicans block climate change plan it is clear that McCain and Obama favored the rest of the bill.
”Neither Democrat Barack Obama nor Republican John McCain cast votes on the climate bill but indicated that they would have supported moving forward on it. McCain had indicated previously that he would oppose the bill if more incentives for nuclear power were not added.”
It is clear there was never a real intent to help increase domestic energy production by Democrats and their communist environmentalist backers because they did not even address nuclear power in the Climate Change Control Bill that they had falsely advertised as helping lower US energy prices.
McCain has called for construction of up to 200 nuclear power plants inside the US while at the same time blocking drilling for oil in ANWAR. The US cannot build enough nuclear power plants in enough time (could take 20 years to build 200 plants) to make a significant impact on current energy demands and price increases without also increasing domestic production of coal, oil, and liquid and gaseous fuels. Despite having some nuclear power plants currently, the US also must still rely heavily on oil, coal and natural gas for its manufacturing plants, electrical power generation, and for transportation (planes need jet fuel and freight trains and trucks need diesel and/or gasoline and/or natural gas) in the interim until a sufficient number of electric vehicles could even be produced to be powered by electricity from a sufficient number of more new nuclear power plants yet to be built.
