For the past few weeks I have basically been stalked by a guy named Bill Walker, promoting himself as an expert on the Constitution, specifically on the issue of a Constitutional Convention.

Walker has attacked my position on the Con Con, specifically my premise that once such a convention has been called and the delegates are meeting there is no way to control the agenda. In making that point, I an other opponents to a Con Con have cited a letter written by Former Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Berger, in which he says, as we do, that the agenda of a Con Con cannot be controlled.

Obviously the contents of that letter damage Walker’s argument. So he has set out to prove the letter is a fake. His entire premise is based on a mistaken date listed on a copy of the letter that was posted on a web site called www.sweetliberty.org. The letter posted there is not the original and it carries a date of 1983.

The exploitation of the Philippine Islands’ vast mineral reserves, so strongly encouraged by President McKinley, gave one particular American Expeditionary soldier, First Lieutenant John William Haussermann (1867-1965, discharged September 1, 1899),[1] an Ohio-born attorney from Leavenworth, Kansas, a (literally) golden opportunity.[2] Since Philippine law didn’t recognize the American entity known as a “corporation,” the U.S. Congress passed a law on July 1, 1902 which enabled Haussermann, then city attorney for Manila, to organize a corporation on June 1903, which became known as the Benguet Consolidated Mining Company by 1906.[3] In 1927, Benguet bought out its competitor, Balatoc Mining, giving it 80% of the Philippine gold industry.[4] Philippine gold made Haussermann “the Gold King” and his associates a massive fortune which would later be selectively shared with influential political puppets like General Douglas MacArthur, who comfortably identified with the Philippine oligarchy.[5]

In 1904, during his first military assignment in the Philippines, Lt. Douglas MacArthur, son of Arthur, befriended Manuel Quezon, a well-educated Chinese mestizo, who quickly recognized the plundering patterns being exhibited by yet another imperialist power. Quezon was then prosecuting attorney for the new U.S. colonial government and later governor of his native province, Tayabas. Gerasimov returned to Russia to tell Stalin, who took an active part in Russian film making, about Wayne’s crusade and influence in America. Stalin became convinced that Wayne “was one of the greatest enemies to the Soviet Union,” and a major obstacle to world revolution. (12) In 1983, writes Munn, Orson Wells, no conservative, told him, “I do not know if the name John Wayne was already known toStalin before 1949, but in 1949 he came to hate it. He feared it. He felt that the name had become a major threat to him and his ideals. In Stalin’s warped mind, the Americans had invented some new secret weapon, more subtle than a nuclear bomb, but just as destructive. It Seems Ron Paul Has Taught Glenn Beck Well!

Several years ago I sometimes listened to the Glenn Beck Show on radio, when he was in Tampa, I think.

He ran hot and cold for me–a bit on the ignorant side. I eventually got disgusted and refused myself listening to him anymore. But then I can’t stand more than an hour at-a-time of Rush, either–although I like him, even though all of these radio talking heads will not take on the real issues.

Now, GB has a 5pm et, The GB Show on Fox–I accidentally watched his first show a couple weeks ago, and although I still dislike his voice and mannerisms, the guy is….well, different now….he says he has been reading up on history, etc. and it shows–sounds like he has finally stumbled upon the straight scoop and is passing it on!

In my last column, I attempted to wake up my fellow Americans, who are either currently slumbering through the collapse of our constitutional republic or in a protracted state of denial regarding a very real–and very dangerous–burgeoning New World Order. In 1991, Bush, Sr. said, “My vision of a New World Order foresees a United Nations with a revitalized peacekeeping function.” In 1992, he said, “It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nations charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their allegiance.”

Wow! I thought U.S. Presidents, as well as all civil magistrates and military personnel, swore an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution. Not in Bush’s mind, obviously.

AKA never did get his tongue untwisted and had to retake the oath on Wednesday “just to make sure it wouldn’t become an issue later” (a sideswipe at the burgeoning birth certificate issue). And while the flubbed oath was taken with his hand on the same Bible used when Lincoln was sworn in, the second oath, administered the following day by traitor Roberts, was not sworn on the Bible. Coincidence? Many believe not. Myself, I don’t believe in coincidences where politics and political whores are concerned.

With all of the talk of a financial bailout in America I thought it might be appropriate to broach the subject that perhaps America is in greater need of a Spiritual bailout. Jesus already bailed us out once by paying our sin debt upon the cross. His death was the only way to reconcile God’s books because “the wages of sin is death. Christ picked up my “sin tab”, the fee required by God for my disobedience. Even though I am secure about my life beyond this world I sure wish He would do something about this mess we call America.

He could, you know. God is still in control and the Bible teaches that He is a loving, compassionate, forgiving Creator. But He is first and foremost “just.” He must do what He says He will do because He is bound by His Word. He puts his Word above His name. If His Word is no good, His name is no good.

Is He still gracious enough to offer us another “Spiritual bailout?” His Word says He is. Remember, He is bound by His Word. Here is His promise “If My People…”

Moviegoers are experiencing a heavy dose of history by watching the recently released film, “Valkyrie,” starring Tom Cruise. A more poignant and important film (perhaps entitled “The Beck Gambit”) would have been one that focused not on the dramatic events of July 1944, but on the potential titanic possibilities in fall, 1938. This is even more important as a new administration takes office while international relations are not on the front burner for most Americans. If the message of “Valkyrie” is about the nobility of self sacrifice, even in defeat, the message of “The Beck Gambit” would be about the price paid for the moral cowardice of appeasement.

While much has been written about appeasement increasing Hitl er’s appetite for conquest, little is discussed about the true price of appeasement as a cause for the continuance of the Nazi regime, genocide and destruction.

A lawyer whose case challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office was denied a hearing in the U.S. Supreme Court says she will demand records of a meeting between the justices and the president.

California lawyer Orly Taitz, who has several cases pending over the issue of Obama’s status as a “natural born” citizen, told WND she will take action soon.

Her case was the most recent on which the Supreme Court held a “conference,” an off-the-record discussion at which justices discuss whether to take a case. Taitz told WND the justices decided Jan. 23 to deny her case a hearing on its merits.

The result was the same for previous cases brought by Philip Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, as well as Cort Wrotnowski.

There was big news out of the U.S. Senate on Monday evening but the major media were not paying much attention. By approving exposed tax cheat Timothy Geithner as President Obama’s Treasury Secretary, the Democratic Party was confirming and advertising itself as the party of Wall Street.

One day earlier, during an appearance on the CBS “Face the Nation” program, Vice President Joe Biden said the Wall Street Banks may need more than the $700 billion they have already been voted. He sounded sympathetic to their cause.

Wall Street control of the Democratic Party may come as a surprise or shock to those who have been led to believe over the years by the liberal media that the Republican Party is the party of fat cats, rich people, and special interests. But the vote count for Geithner, the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, speaks for itself. Of the 60 votes in favor, 50 came from Democrats (including independent Senator Joe Lieberman). Only four Democrats (including independent Bernie Sanders) voted against Geithner.

The White House is promising new reviews of the “obligations” to the government by broadcasters who “occupy the nation’s spectrum” just as the president has targeted conservative talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh for a public attack, raising concerns over the possible restoration of the “Fairness Doctrine,” a policy that failed as unneeded and unconstitutional two decades ago.

Paul Ibrahim of NorthStarWriters.com cited Obama’s warning to congressional Republicans that “you can’t just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done” in suggesting the president has become the “driving force” because a new “systematic” plan to “intimidate and demonize Obama’s opponents.”

That such a campaign was launched only days after Obama’s inauguration is “tremendously perturbing,” he wrote.

According to an account in the New York Post, President Barack Obama yesterday told Republican leaders, “You can’t just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done.” With George W. Bush now off the stage, it may be that Obama and some of his fellow Democrats view Limbaugh, and not John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, or any other elected official, as the true leader of the Republican opposition. This morning I asked Rush for his thoughts on all this, and here is his response:

There are two things going on here. One prong of the Great Unifier’s plan is to isolate elected Republicans from their voters and supporters by making the argument about me and not about his plan. He is hoping that these Republicans will also publicly denounce me and thus marginalize me. And who knows? Are ideological and philosophical ties enough to keep the GOP loyal to their voters? Meanwhile, the effort to foist all blame for this mess on the private sector continues unabated when most of the blame for this current debacle can be laid at the feet of the Congress and a couple of former presidents. And there is a strategic reason for this.

Secondly, here is a combo quote from the meeting:

“If we don’t get this done we (the Democrats) could lose seats and I could lose re-election. But we can’t let people like Rush Limbaugh stall this. That’s how things don’t get done in this town.

“Socialism, you see, didn’t take the United States hostage when Obama took the oath. It was already here….”

On a recent visit to Tucson, Arizona, where I was invited to give a presentation on monetary reform, I was disturbed by a story of strange goings on in the desert. A little over a year ago, it seems, a new industrial facility sprang up on the edge of town. It was in a remote industrial zone and appeared to be a bus depot. The new enterprise was surrounded by an imposing security fence and bore no outward signs identifying its services. However, it soon became apparent that the compound was in the business of outfitting a fleet of prison buses. Thirty or so secondhand city buses were being reconfigured with prison bars in the windows and a coat of fresh paint bearing the “Wackenhut G4S” logo on the side.

The new Wackenhut operation is shrouded in mystery. It has been running its fleet of empty prison buses night and day, apparently logging miles on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Multiple buses can be seen driving all over town and even on remote desert back roads. Oddly, except for the driver and one escort guard seated in front, these buses are always empty.

I originally took the mindset that I would wish Obama the best during his presidency for the good of the country, but I kept having nagging thoughts that were bothering me. Rush Limbaugh said something the other day that made me realize the problem I was having:

Now is the time for “the good People of these Colonies” (as the Declaration of Independence styled patriots in those days) to embrace prudence ahead of all other virtues. Because if “the good People” of “the several States” make a mistake at this critical juncture in the course of human events, they may never have another chance.

After all, the bail-outs constitute only the political-cum-financial crime families’ “Plan A”. “Plan B” would have come into play had the bail-outs been rejected, the financial markets collapsed, and America been hurled into economic, political, and social chaos as a result (and remains ready for that eventuality in the future). It calls for the imposition of a para-militarized national police state controlled by the Department of Homeland Security. On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the invitation of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Also Known As Obama (hereafter known as AKA) and his sidekick, Joseph Biden, paid a visit to the United States Supreme Court, spending the better part of an hour sequestered in secrecy with eight of the nine United States Supreme Court Justices. Justice Alito was not in attendance.

According to an Associated Press release, written by Mark Sherman,

“When employees glimpsed Obama on his way out, a loud cheer went up in a building that exudes decorum.”

Can one surmise the Supreme Court ecstatic over the illegitimate ascendancy of AKA to the presidency of the United States, thus driving a stake through the heart of the United States Constitution?

Very few sources in the mainstream media picked up this story. It certainly wasn’t the lead story on any of the national news broadcasts at a time when AKA’s every move is the subject of a news story by the gushing mainstream media who just can’t seem to do enough for this self-proclaimed “messiah” of Marxist ideology. In fact, the only news sources printing this story were out of the way regional news outlets. Were it not for the internet, and resourceful citizens, it is doubtful the American public would have become aware. Apparently, most Americans have it. Most Americans ought to wear their seatbelts because A), they’re willing to be told what to do by their employees and B), they don’t know how to drive. Of course, if I’m a passenger and the driver makes me nervous, I’ll buckle up to protect myself. But that’s not what I’m talking about. What I’m talking about is you need to learn how to drive safely and defensively, and cops using “safety” as an excuse to arrest you.

We had a tragedy here recently. A seventeen-year-old acquaintance of my son was a passenger in a car driven by another kid the same age. The driver lost control in a corner and the passenger was ejected and killed. “Oh, he should have been wearing his seatbelt!” Yes, because he was being driven by someone who had no training, who had no idea how to go around a corner a little too fast. Which thing was responsible for his death, no seatbelt or no driver training? The reason the kid wasn’t properly trained was because Big Brother doesn’t want us properly trained. The Establishment (insurance companies, banks, government) has no interest in real safety ­ only in using the word Safety as a weapon to keep us under control.

When I applied for a passport I was asked to supply my birth certificate. This seemed like a reasonable request; how else could the passport office know I was entitled to an American passport?

I was not seeking to become president of the United States; I wasn’t even trying to enroll in any of the plethora of government welfare programs, I was merely doing something as a citizen I had a right to do.

If I was trying to become president and I was not yet 35 years old, I would not qualify. If for some reason it was noticed that my boyish looking countenance seemed unlikely to be of a 35 year old, then my qualifications under the constitution to be president would be questioned.

At that point I could stonewall the questioning or I could produce my birth certificate. Since I am sincere in my belief of my constitutional qualification, and respect the United States Constitution, which on assumption of office as president I will swear to uphold, defend and protect, I will happily remove all doubt and produce my birth certificate and authorize all agencies to make copies available to the public. A common defense of error today is to say, with due indignation, “I have a right to my opinion!” Legally this is true, given that our First Amendment is extant. But as G.K. As for the latter’s journalism, by the third millennium it was not only dead, not only laid to rest, but fossilized and buried under the stratum containing the hula hoop and pet rock. And it would take a Jurassic Park-like effort to reconstitute its DNA and resurrect the ancient beast. Thus, a more accurate statement about 2008 is: It was the year that many more illusions about the validity of mainstream journalism died. Camp Pendleton is apparently on the list of potential new homes for Guantanamo Bay detainees if and when President-elect Barack Obama makes good on his campaign promise to close the terrorist detention center.

The Associated Press is reporting that Obama will issue an executive order during his first week in office. As soon as he signs it the new administration will have to figure out what to do with the 250 al Qaeda and Taliban combatants.

And three House members from San Diego put Defense Secretary Bob Gates on notice this week that they don’t want to see Pendleton as the new home for these folks.

Whenever I have brought the Holy Bible to bear upon the duty and role of government, inevitably the criticism arises, “America’s not a theocracy!” As if that were a coup de’ grace of some sort that proved that we should be a godless nation.

Since Jesus is Lord of all, as individuals and as nations we have only one of two choices: submission or rebellion. We will be ruled by sinful man or we will be ruled by God.

When your pastor gives the invitation for unbelievers to repent and trust in Christ for salvation, the call often goes out, “Make Jesus Lord of your lives!” However, strictly speaking, no one can make Jesus the Lord. He is the Lord, whether we want Him to be or not. Our choice is submission to Him and His will or rebellion.

Two news reports point to the clear and present danger the deteriorating situation in Mexico poses to our nation and our citizens.

The first article, “U.S. Plans Border ‘Surge’ Against Any Drug Wars” appears in today’s edition of the New York Times, while the second article, “Obama faces Mexican drug war” was published in the Washington Times last week, on January 2nd.

In my judgement, the deteriorating situation in Mexico can be traced back to the relative ease with which the drug cartels were able to move people and narcotics into the United States because our nation’s “leaders” have been unwilling to secure the borders of the United States.

ANOTHER MASSACRE?

“In 2009, we face a similar situation. We can choose to stand up to increasing government tyranny or we can consider ourselves subjects who had best just take the path of least resistance.”

“In a matter of days, we will watch as a man who is doubtless not even eligible to be president takes office. He will swear to uphold the same Constitution he has so often spat upon through his contempt for its intent and disregard for its restraints.”
