Government Pursuit of LtCol Chessani Continues; Marine Ordered to Face Board of Inquiry
ANN ARBOR, MI – Nearly four years after the so-called “Haditha Massacre,” an investigation conducted by over 65 NCIS agents (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) ─ the largest investigation in that agency’s history ─ with the expenditure of millions of taxpayer dollars, and prosecution losses at every stage of the criminal process, the government has decided to give up on the criminal prosecution against Marine LtCol Jeffrey Chessani. Nonetheless, the battle for this loyal Marine officer continues.
On Friday, August 28, 2009, the new general in charge of LtCol Chessani’s case, Marine LtGen George Flynn, Commanding General of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command in Quantico, VA, decided that criminal charges were not warranted. Instead, he ordered LtCol Chessani to face an administrative procedure called a “Board of Inquiry.” [

House Resolution 615 – Force Congress to enroll themselves in their new plan
Fleming House Member ^ | Congressman John Fleming
Posted on Monday, August 31, 2009 12:41:45 PM by do the dhue
House Resolution 615
Over the past few weeks, members of Congress and the American people have come to know the details of the Administration’s proposed health care plan. Call it whatever you like, I believe this proposal is nothing more than government-run health care. As a physician, I am amazed at the number of bureaucrats in this House who are quick to claim a government-run health care plan is the reform this country needs. In response to this, I have offered a resolution that will offer members of Congress an opportunity to put their money where their mouth is, and urge their colleagues who vote for legislation creating a government-run health care plan to lead by example and enroll themselves in the same public plan.

Impending Crash?
The Market Ticker ^ | 8/31/09 | Karl Denninger
Posted on Monday, August 31, 2009 12:21:06 PM by FromLori
You have to wonder when you see statistics like this (through 9:30 this morning):

Remove SPY, ETFC and LEHMQ (none of which trade on the NYSE) from the list and you get 606 million shares.
How many shares have traded in total with one hour in?
1.491 billion.
Forty percent of the volume is comprised of four used dogfood stocks, just as we’ve seen for the last couple of weeks – all people passing shares back and forth among each other, many of it being “computer HFT games.”
The other used dog-food stocks (LEHMQ and ETFC) are really no better; they just don’t trade on the NYSE. Lehman is particularly ridiculous as that’s a formally-bankrupt company!
Fannie and Freddie are two of the most outrageous abuses I’ve seen in a long time, second only to AIG. All three of these should be delisted as their equity value is quite literally bupkis.
This just goes to illustrate – the market is currently being levitated on literal trash. Again today we see the Casino trying to suck in people; I got emails from two more associates over the weekend telling me that their “advisors” are telling them “you have too much cash allocated; now is the time to buy.”
Now is the time to buy, after a 50% move?! Where the hell were these so-called “advisors” at SPX 666!

Obama: The Worst is Yet to Come
By Sher Zieve
If it wasn’t before, the ultimate purpose of Dictator Barack Hussein Obama should now be clear to even his most die-hard fans. With Obama’s planned and now-revised Cybersecurity Act of 2009, his inordinately broad and sweeping powers to take control of the Internet AND private networks is making its way through the Senate.

83 Percent of All Statistics are Made Up on the Spot
By Dr. Tim Ball
Saki (H.H Munro) said, “A little inaccuracy sometimes saves tons of explanation.” Today we have tons of inaccuracy and very little explanation. Most inaccuracies come from claims based on non-existent or inadequate historical data, extremely crude estimates, computer model projections, or are simply incorrect. It’s prevalent in environmental issues but particularly bad with climate and animal extinctions. The reason is because they’re the most politicized, which automatically takes them further from the truth. As Henry Adams said, “Practical politics consists of ignoring the truth.”

Alinsky, Beck, Satan and Me
http://newsrealblog.com/2009/08/16/alinsky-beck-satan-and-me/
For this first post, let’s just focus on the dedication of the book — to Satan:
“Lest we forget, an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical:” (Pause there for second. Now continue): “from all our legends, mythology, and history(and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.”
So Alinsky begins by telling readers what a radical is. He is not a reformer of the system but its would-be destroyer. This is something that in my experience conservatives have a very hard time understanding. Conservatives are altogether too decent, too civilized to match up adequately, at least in the initital stages of the battle, with their adversaries. They are too prone to give them the benefit of the doubt. They assume that radicals can’t really want to destroy a society that is democratic and liberal and has brought wealth and prosperity to so many. Oh yes they can. That is in fact the essence of what it means to be a radical — to be willing to destroy the values, structures and institutions that sustain the society we live in. Marx himself famously cited Alinsky’s first rebel (using another of his names — Mephistopheles): “Everything that exists deserves to perish.”

GOD HELP ME FIND AND SAVE AMERICA
BLESS THE TROOPS AND THEIR FAMILIES
August 29, 2009
Greetings
I have been asked recently and often: “Bean, what about joining or forming up a militia or something..should I look for one to join or even form my own group?”
Well, that’s a large undertaking to explain in a few simple words, but I’ll give a hack at it. You may be surprised, disappointed, or angry with the answer I give you but bear with me. I think there are things here to say and discuss before anyone gets as far as forming up armed platoons and picking leaders. First we need to look at some history concerning militias, take notes, this is all applicable to any modern day militia though the story is millennia old.
WHAT IS A MILITIA?
If you ask one group of people they’ll say they are armed patriots who operate training camps and plan to fight America’s enemies through use of military level force. Ask another group and they’ll say militias are weekend warriors who like parading around in camo outfits, shooting guns, drinking beer, and talking about how all the unamericans are gonna “get theirs.” The truth is more the former than the latter but both do exist certainly.
In the classic definition of a militia: it’s composed of a group of loosely organized citizens who are armed with their own personal weaponry and may be called upon through some prearranged signal to fight in unorthodox or guerrilla actions against an enemy invasion or coup attempt and it’s stated purpose is to save and preserve a government or community until the formal army can respond and assume control. These citizen soldiers may also be called upon to join the formal army at this point and continue to fight alongside them. This is a vast simplification but it will suffice for here.

The Middle Finger has always been the Kennedy family crest
The Collins Report ^ | August 31, 2009 | Kevin “Coach” Collins
Posted on Monday, August 31, 2009 9:02:27 AM by jmaroneps37
I don’t know what the listed Kennedy family crest looks like. It may be a drunken “liberal lion” driving off a bridge for all I know.
Nevertheless, on Saturday during the funeral for “Sir” Edward Kennedy we got a glimpse of the real Kennedy family crest proudly displayed by one of Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg’s daughters Rose 21 or Tatiana 18.
One of these “lovely” damsels held up her middle finger to a FOX TV camera for her adoring fans to feast on.
The Kennedy family crest has always been the middle finger.
The patriarch of the family, Joseph senior regularly displayed the crest when he became rich as a bootlegger and openly supported the Nazis while ambassador to England during WW II.
In 1960 according to his family Sam Giancana was visited by Joseph Kennedy to offer him a deal: Giancana would get an “open door” to the Oval Office in return for his help in swinging Chicago to Kennedy. Keep in mind it’s common knowledge voting machines from Republican areas in Chicago disappeared. That was a big display of the Kennedy crest.

Major Bills to Defeat After August Recess
We the people must be unified in our actions. As I said, the Outlaws will be back in Washington, DC next week. There will be massive chaos to get several major pieces of unconstitutional legislation pushed through while creating “emergencies” on the side to keep everyone rattled. I believe at this time, instead of the normal break from 1 Oct until the following January, these buzzards are going to stay in session for longer than normal in an attempt to pass major pieces of legislation which will pick our bones clean……..

It is difficult these days not to come upon some pessimistic patriotic commentator expressing the fear that something called “martial law” may soon be imposed on this country, as the General Government’s response to a new “terrorist attack”, or to the economic and social chaos arising out of a collapse of the monetary and banking systems, or to some other dire event that frightens hapless Americans into trading a sure and certain loss of their liberties for a dollop of conjectural safety.

Who is behind quashing the birth certificate issue?

In an explosive interview by Dr. Laurie Roth on her syndicated West Coast radio show on August 7th with Douglas Hagmann — a respected journalist, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network, and longtime private investigator, and Judi McLeod, a prolific journalist and the managing editor of Canada Free Press — the reason for the media blackout about the birth-certificate issue was nothing less than organized Mafia-like dire threats to members of the media issued not only from the heads of major TV and radio stations but also from Federal Communication Commission officials!
According to Hagmann and McLeod, who conducted a nine-month investigation and documented their findings scrupulously, after Obama was elected but before he was inaugurated:

Acorns email to the Sheep (countering protesters)
HCAN ^ | August 4, 2009 | Acorn
Posted on Sunday, August 30, 2009 9:51:41 AM by Wpin
Since early February, we’ve seen increasing numbers of militant right-wing activists attending public meetings across the country targeting Members of Congress and President Obama. Now in the August recess, the “tea-bagger” protesters and right-wing activists are showing up in larger numbers with a mission to be as disruptive as possible in the hopes of rattling Members of Congress and halting health care reform through pure spectacle and obstruction. Our response is shaped by 3 things:
* Our targets are Members of Congress who must vote “yes” for this bill. Our targets are not the right-wing extremists. The targets of these attacks are Members of Congress. Those Members are also our targets. We need to use these attacks as opportunities to work with the Members in ways that build our relationship in the field and bring us together as allies in health care reform. Members may be more receptive to partnering with us if they know we will help them combat the opposition. * Our core message is effective, and we should always come back to it. Our campaign plan has always anticipated opposition. No matter what the right-wingers bring up to distract the debate, we should always circle back to our key message. We are on the side of quality, affordable health care for everyone, and we are against turning over health care reform to the insurance companies and lobbyists who got us into this mess to begin with. We need to educate the press and the public that the protesters are aligned with the corporate lobbyists and insurance companies who are trying to stop reform.

President Obama Demands Privacy While on Marxist Vineyard Vacation

RUSH: President Obama has arrived at Marxist Vineyard, has told the press no coverage, just leave us alone, we don’t want any coverage here, just leave us alone. I feel like waiting for the next headline on Drudge to be: “People to President: Leave Us Alone! Keep your hands off our health care; keep your hands off our Social Security; keep your hands off everything, just stay up there in Marxist Vineyard with your buddy skip Gates and go play a couple rounds of golf.”
In fact, I have a very good friend — I wonder if I should say this — one of my really good friends owns the golf course on Martha’s Vineyard. Now, there are two golf courses up there but “the” golf course on Marxist Vineyard is owned by a friend of mine and I’m told that arrangements have been made that Obama and his merry band of golfers is going to show up there a couple, three times this week.

How University Betrays Students
August 29, 2009
(This article first appeared exactly five years ago.)
I’d only send my son to university if he had no talent.
He is going anyway, for the social life and the certificate. I warn him that after studying the Humanities and Social Sciences, he won’t be able to think independently or absorb information that doesn’t fit his programming.
The modern university is not devoted to truth, quite the opposite. Repressive fe-manism is rampant on campus but that is just a symptom of a more profound problem.
Modern Western “culture” is based on the fraudulent assumptions of the “Enlightenment,” an intellectual movement dating from the Eighteenth Century. This in turn was the product of the Illuminist program to create a new(secular) world order by denying the existence of God and immutable natural and spiritual laws.
In practice this means Arts students study a bunch of atheists who are presented as if they were Gods. Their professors act as high priests.
Like deaf men tuning a piano, they try to explain the human condition without any reference to the Creator, Design or man’s Divine Spirit.
They portray mankind as a forlorn animal in an amoral world, characterized by a merciless struggle for survival.
They celebrate human “freedom” by which they mean the freedom to reject God’s Order, indulge animal appetites, and create an alienated and dysfunctional personal reality.

Town-hall clash! Cop vs. Obama ‘Joker’ poster
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | August 28, 2009 | Drew Zahn

“This used to be America,” argued a protester outside a health-care town hall meeting in Reston, Va., after a police officer threatened him with arrest for holding up a sign with a picture critical of Barack Obama.
The officer’s response?
“It ain’t no more, OK?”
A video of the town hall held earlier this week by Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va., shows an unnamed protester standing on school grounds carrying a sign that read “Organizing for National Socialist Health Care – The Final Solution” and depicted Barack Obama in the Joker’s makeup.
Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. then told the protester that even though others were holding signs, his sign was unacceptable because of the depiction of Obama.
“But you got this with a picture,” Cheeks said, explaining why the protester was being singled out from the others. “That’s the difference. This has got a picture on it. That don’t have a picture on it.
“Sir, leave the picture down,” the officer said. “If you put the picture back up, you’ll be charged with trespassing.”

The Pentagon Wants Authority to Post Almost 400,000 Military Personnel in U.S.
By Matthew Rothschild, August 12, 2009
The Pentagon has approached Congress to grant the Secretary of Defense the authority to post almost 400,000 military personnel throughout the United States in times of emergency or a major disaster.
This request has already occasioned a dispute with the nation’s governors. And it raises the prospect of U.S. military personnel patrolling the streets of the United States, in conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.
In June, the U.S. Northern Command distributed a “Congressional Fact Sheet” entitled “Legislative Proposal for Activation of Federal Reserve Forces for Disasters.” That proposal would amend current law, thereby “authorizing the Secretary of Defense to order any unit or member of the Army Reserve, Air Force Reserve, Navy Reserve, and the Marine Corps Reserve, to active duty for a major disaster or emergency.”
Taken together, these reserve units would amount to “more than 379,000 military personnel in thousands of communities across the United States,” explained
Paul Stockton, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and America’s Security Affairs, in a letter to the National Governors Association, dated July 20.

MORE ON INTERNMENT CAMPS

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a column questioning why it was necessary for our federal government to be constructing internment camps all over America. See the original column here.
I felt it was time for someone such as me to publicly broach the subject. Needless to say, the response was overwhelming. Even more interesting is the fact that the web link to the National Guard Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of “Internment/Resettlement Specialist” that I included in my column was removed shortly after the column was published. Was this a coincidence?

Rush Tells Beck: ‘It Is the Most Dangerous Time in My Life for Freedom and Liberty’ By Noel Sheppard Created 2009-08-27 10:28
“This whole administration is as radical and far left as any that the country has ever had. What they’re trying to do here to communications is simply stifle dissenting voices. They’re trying to wipe out any opposition…And the things that he is talking about doing — and I watched your show for the first half hour today — and the things he is talking about doing to shut down radio are simply un-American…It is a dangerous time. It is the most dangerous time in my life for freedom and liberty in this country.”
So said conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh to Fox News’s Glenn Beck Wednesday evening.
What follows are some highlights of this discussion about how the Obama administration is attempting to silence free speech in a country that was founded on such a principle (video embedded below the fold with full transcript):

Brace yourself: Beer prices are going up

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — Beer drinkers beware: The cost of a cold one is going up.
Brewers across the globe are hiking prices to compensate for lower sales volumes and higher commodity costs.
Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest brewer and maker of Budweiser, announced plans to raise prices Tuesday.
“We plan on taking price increases on a majority of volume and in a majority of markets this fall,” Anheuser-Busch InBev said in a statement. “The increase helps cover some input costs.”
The U.S.-Belgian brewer said prices will go up “across different price tiers,” including its high and low-end brands.
MillerCoors – the maker of popular beers Miller Lite, Coors Lite and Blue Moon — is also raising prices in some markets. But these hikes are part of the company’s regular fall increases and are “more in line with catching up with costs and commodity prices rather than the economic environment,” said Julian Green, director of media relations for MillerCoors.

An Indictment Against the Main Stream Media As They Have Forgotten the Meaning and Message of Professional Journalism
America’s National Song Is Impeach Obama Now!
By Rev. Lainie Dowell Wednesday, August 26, 2009
“Whoever turns against the social order which I am building up, will be shot down without hesitation . . . . Every attempt to topple the state by force will be drowned in blood . . . I believe personally that so long as there are nine thousand men in a state who are ready to go to prison for an idea, then an affair is not lost. Only when the last man of them succumbs to despair is it all over. So long as a man remains to hold high a banner with a believing heart, then nothing is lost. And I say this with icy calm, if the German people is (sic) not ready to stand up for its own survival, well and good . . . then let it disappear!” Hitler on January 27, 1942 Midday (Source: Hitler Close-Up, Henry Picker and Heinrich Hoffmann. Compiled by Jochen von Lang, Gerhard Stalling Verlag, 1969, Oldenburg und Hamburg. Translated from the German by Nicholas Fry. McMillan Publishing Co., Inc., New York)

Obama and “Redistributive Change”. His real agenda [Victor Davis Hanson]
NRO ^ | August 26, 2009 | Victor Davis Hanson
Posted on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 8:07:32 AM by Tolik
Forget the recession and the “uninsured.” Obama has bigger fish to fry.
If we believe that Obama is trying to end the recession or
fix the health-care system, we’ll miss his real agenda.
The first seven months of the Obama administration seemingly make no sense. Why squander public approval by running up astronomical deficits in a time of pre-existing staggering national debt?
Why polarize opponents after promising bipartisan transcendence?
Why create vast new programs when the efficacy of big government is already seen as dubious?
But that is exactly the wrong way to look at these first seven months of Obamist policy-making.
Take increased federal spending and the growing government absorption of GDP. Given the resiliency of the U.S. economy, it would have been easy to ride out the recession. In that case we would still have had to deal with a burgeoning and unsustainable annual federal deficit that would have approached $1 trillion.
Instead, Obama may nearly double that amount of annual indebtedness with more federal stimuli and bailouts, newly envisioned cap-and-trade legislation, and a variety of fresh entitlements. Was that fiscally irresponsible? Yes, of course.

Jesus Christ – ‘Hate Criminal?’
By Rev. Ted Pike
8-25-9
If Jesus walked the earth today in Canada and most European countries, He would be an oft-convicted “hate criminal.” In some hate laws countries it is now an indictable offense to publicly criticize Jesus’ primary target: sinners in need of God’s love and salvation!
Five years ago, a northern Canadian Christian called to tell me he had been passing out gospel tracts in his town when a police officer informed him that provincial law now banned such “hate speech.” If he kept witnessing, he would be arrested.
In Holland, Dutch relatives plead with us to keep hate laws from coming to America. There, anyone who publicly criticizes “sinners” (such as fornicators, adulterers, or homosexuals) faces arrest.
In Iceland, virtually any critical public speech is a hate crime.
In England, even wearing a cross is a hate crime. The government sees it as judgmental against non-Christians.

On May 27, 1964, President Lyndon Johnson had telephone conversations about Vietnam with McGeorge Bundy, his national security adviser, and Sen. Richard Russell, chairman of the Armed Services Committee. First, to Bundy, he said: “It just worries the hell out of me. I don’t see what we can ever hope to get out of there. … I don’t think that we can fight them 10,000 miles away from home and ever get anywhere. … I don’t think it’s worth fighting for, and I don’t think we can get out. It’s just the biggest damn mess I ever saw. … What the hell is Vietnam worth to me? … What is it worth to this country?”
In a second, 20-minute conversation that day with his friend Sen. Russell, he said: “I’ve got lots of trouble. What do you think about this Vietnam thing?” Russell responded: “It’s the damn worst mess I ever saw. … I’d get out. … It isn’t important a damn bit.”

EXCERPTS
“For three decades, dry-cleaning chemicals and industrial solvents laced the water used by local Marines and their families. Mike Partain and at least 19 others developed male breast cancer.”
” One night in April 2007, as Mike Partain hugged his wife before going to bed, she felt a small lump above his right nipple. A mammogram — a “man-o-gram,” he called it — led to a diagnosis of male breast cancer. Six days later, the 41-year-old insurance adjuster had a mastectomy.”
“The Marine Corps knowingly poisoned their own people,” Partain recently said in his living room, surrounded by stacks of military documents and water analysis reports. “They were told about the water, and they did nothing. Nothing. And then they lied about it.”

Back in October of 2008, when the subject of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be president of the United States was just a blip on the radar screen of public awareness, I wrote an article about how easy it was to find my then -92-year-old mother’s birth certificate.
Frankly, I didn’t think finding my mother’s birth certificate was possible, given the fact that she had been born in a farmhouse in Storrs, CT, along with nine of her 10 siblings, to parents who didn’t speak English. Despairing that she would never be “qualified” to receive the care [in a nursing home} that she desperately needed, I set about to find the document, which I was sure had vanished in the unreliable record-keeping of 1913. When I called the third number, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I was “asking something impossible.” I gave her my mother’s first name and her father’s last name. Within four minutes, she said, “Here it is!” When I expressed my amazement, the woman said: “That’s nothing…we’re routinely asked to find birth certificates from the 1800s, and we do that all the time!” Total time it took me to find my mother’s 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse birth certificate: 10 minutes!

The Holy Grail of POTUS Eligibility Law Review Articles:
Mr. Obama and Mr. Arthur… Meet Attorney George Collins
Rarely, when conducting legal research does one find a historical document that is directly on point. But even more rare is to find a document which is directly on point multiple times. But that’s exactly what has happened this week. A historical document which destroys every bogus point being made by Obama POTUS eligibility supporters was recently discovered by a cracker jack team of university students from UCONN. They call themselves UNDEAD REVOLUTION.

The Post has long been blind to the activities of communist agents in the nation’s capital.
Why the Washington Post Censored Robert Novak
By Cliff Kincaid Monday, August 24, 2009
In his book, The Prince of Darkness, the late journalist Robert Novak described how the Washington Post, which carried his columns, censored one of them. The censored column concerned the activities in Washington, D.C. of Cuban agent-of-influence Orlando Letelier. Novak describes how the Post’s editorial page editor, Philip Geyelin, “spiked” the column because of “displeasure with the column’s content.”
Letelier, a Chilean Marxist working for Cuba, had been manipulating the media and Congress before his death from a car bomb in 1976. Novak had received Letelier’s incriminating briefcase papers, recovered after his death.
“I retell this story because the incident was so unusual in my long, friendly relationship with the Washington Post,” Novak said. Novak was always a strong anti-communist, just like Accuracy in Media founder Reed Irvine, who also covered the significance of the Letelier briefcase papers.
The story is worth retelling now, not only because of the passing of this great journalist, but because America’s enemies continue to be very well organized in Washington, D.C., especially in regard to the “new Cuba”-Venezuela.
The Post has long been blind to the activities of communist agents in the nation’s capital. Consider the coverage of Hugo Chávez’s Venezuela. The August 24 edition of the paper has an excellent editorial about what Chávez is doing to silence the opposition in Venezuela, threaten his neighbors, and oppose America’s national security interests in Latin America. The editorial is even critical of how the Obama Administration has handled the problem.

Barack Obama and his step-grandmother Sarah Hussein Obama

Although no other evidence has surfaced placing Barack Obama’s mother in Kenya at the time of the president’s birth, a taped telephone conversation in which his Kenyan step-grandmother purportedly claims he was born in the coastal city of Mombasa has become an Internet hit since its submission as evidence in a lawsuit challenging the president’s eligibility.
Philip J. Berg, a former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general, included a transcript of the tape and sworn affidavits in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court after lower courts dismissed as frivolous his Aug. 21, 2008, complaint alleging Obama was born in Mombasa.

If you had purchased a stock in January of this year that had lost as much of its value as Barack Obama, you would be desperate to sell it by now. The problem is, the only buyers would be the mainstream media and their stock has been falling too.

Obama’s variation of Soviet style rule–NOT governance
Obama Attacks CIA to Quell ObamaCare Protests and Establish Secret Police
By Sher Zieve Tuesday, August 25, 2009
In December 1917 Bolshevik Russian leaders, including one of the founders of Socialist thuggery Vladimir Lenin, established the Cheka—Russia’s first political secret police. With almost unlimited power, the Cheka implemented “campaigns of terror” against the wealthy, land owners and those who opposed Lenin and Bolshevism. !n 1922, once most of Russia’s opposition to their new absolute rulers had lessened, the Cheka was disbanded.
However, under the singularly oppressive Josef Stalin, Cheka was reinstated and ultimately renamed “The People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs” (NKVD) and what would be known as Stalin’s “Great Terror of the 1930s began.

Obama the wolf in sheep’s clothing on Fabian Window Coat of Arms!
By Judi McLeod Saturday, August 22, 2009
Touted as The Messiah, President Barack Hussein Obama is in above all else The wolf; a ravening wolf. And the wolf is panting on the doorstep of the Free World.
Obama is The Wolf that’s come to life from the Coat of Arms wolf in sheep’s clothing on the The Fabian Window, treasured symbol of the Fabian Society restored to display in the Shaw Library at the London School of Economics in 2006 after its disappearance by a mysterious theft in 1978.

This left wing campaign is being orchestrated by a group started by Obama’s Green Jobs Czar, Van Jones
Radical Left Attempts to Silence Glenn Beck
By Roger King Tuesday, August 25, 2009
Liberals will tell you they believe in free speech but have justified silencing conservatives by calling it hate speech. Once you can degrade a group or their speech to being hateful, then its easy to justify to the party faithful, that it is entirely justified to silence such people or talk. Not only is this logic scary but it’s dangerous to the very freedom on which our country was founded.
Ongoing attempts have been made to silence talk radio. Rush Limbaugh, Sara Palin among others has been attacked as hateful and now the left is attempting to intimidate advertisers of the Glenn Beck show into stopping their advertising. This left wing campaign is being orchestrated by a group started by Obama’s Green Jobs Czar, Van Jones. Strangely this attack occurred after Glen Beck aired several segments on his show that were very critical of both the Obama administration and Van Jones in particular.

Glenn Beck used his popular Fox News show this afternoon to attack the background of Van Jones, a White House environmental advisor who co-founded an African American political advocacy group that organized an advertising boycott of his program.
During his 2 p.m. PDT show, Beck did not address the boycott spearheaded by Color of Change to protest the talk show host’s remark last month that he believes President Obama is “a racist.”

we shouldn’t come out and vote for you since
when he talked about not letting a crises go to waste?
- Our unfunded liability for Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid is close to $100 trillion.
Is there any way to pay for these programs without bankrupting America?
- We are in so much debt,
why spend more borrowed money on cap-and-trade and healthcare programs
before we stop the flow of red-ink?
- The stimulus package funneled billions of dollars to ACORN.
How does giving billions of dollars to ACORN
stimulate the economy?
- If it was so important for congress to pass the stimulus bill
before they even had time to read it
why has only a fraction of the stimulus money been spent 6 months later?
- Bush said how exactly does that work?
- Why won’t member of Congress read the bills

- Why are citizens mocked and laughed at
when they ask their congressman
- Was the cash-for-clunkers program meant to save the earth or the economy?
Did it accomplish either?

complaining, without evidence, that they are scripted.
Does that mean every campaign stop, baby kiss and speech you give

Dr. Obama and the Hypocrite’s Oath
The American Thinker ^ | August 25, 2009 | Monte Kuligowski
Posted on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 5:27:00 AM by Scanian
President Obama’s preferred method of implementing his leftist agenda is to rush emergency, must-sign-yesterday bills through Congress. Forget about reading the legislation. Just trust Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Schumer and Barney Frank with the details.
The problem with this method is that when the details finally come out, it’s too late for the people to do anything about it. President Obama’s preferred method naturally fosters frustration and anger. Due to the economic “crisis,” Obama and the far left element of the Democrat Party had to pass an emergency stimulus spending plan before anyone had time to read it. Afterwards, the public learned that the bulk of the emergency bill to save the economy in 2009 would not be implemented until 2010 and beyond. As the public learns of the legislation’s massive waste and cronyism it is becoming apparent that the so-called stimulus was more about stimulating the power of the left than the economy.

A NATION DECEIVED
By Lynn Stuter
August 25, 2009
NewsWithViews.com
Recently, World Net Daily published an article about Also Known As (AKA) Obama’s MySpace.com webpage. On that page, Obama’s age is listed as 52.
Why is this relevant?
Well, first of all, when was Obama really born? Was he born in 1961 as the pictures of the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) published by pro-AKA websites claim? Or was he born earlier or even later?
Of course, the answer to these questions is that we don’t know. On July 27, 2009, Chiyome Fukino, Director, Department of Health, Hawaii, stated, in a press release,
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file for the Hawai’i State Department of health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement in October 2008 over eight months ago.”
Unfortunately, Fukino misspoke. Historically, a natural born citizen is one born of two American parents within the United States (Vattel’s Law of Nations, Section 212). As AKA has himself acknowledged, his mother was American, his father a British subject. Where he was actually born is not known. What his actual citizenship was and is, although he claims he was a dual citizen, is also not known. The only people with dual citizenship, however, eligible to the office of president, under Article II, Section I, Clause 5, United States Constitution, were the Founding Fathers of which AKA is not one.

“This doesn’t appear to be an especially deadly strain,” said Deborah Lehman, Director of Pediatric Infectious Disease at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. “At this point it looks like the seasonal flu will be responsible for more deaths than swine flu.”
The Internet has been burning up for months with this question: Will there be forced vaccinations for the H1N1 ’swine flu’? The WHO (World Health Organization) has been making splashy headlines about a “coming pandemic” that will dwarf anything seen in the history of the world! Who gives a tinker’s damn what the WHO says? The big shots in the WHO with a banana republic mentality, actually think they have the authority to dissolve sovereign governments over a pandemic! These little Napoleons also label anyone who refuses a vaccine as criminals; see here.
There are three questions that everyone must consider:

“If President Obama wants to better understand
why America’s discomfort with end-of-life discussions threatens to derail his health-care reform,
he might begin with his own Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
He will quickly discover how government bureaucrats are greasing the slippery slope
that can start with cost containment
but quickly become a systematic denial of care.
Last year, bureaucrats at the VA’s National Center for Ethics in Health Care
advocated a 52-page end-of-life planning document, ‘Your Life, Your Choices.’“

A Birther champion in the House? (Trent Franks)
Politico ^ | 8/24/09 | Ben Smith
Posted on Monday, August 24, 2009 12:51:18 PM by pissant
If the Mohave Daily News has this right, Arizona Rep. Trent Franks of Texas is very much on board:
The other main issue dealt with numerous speakers questioning Obama’s birth certificate and why there wasn’t an investigation into whether he is a naturalized citizen. One woman said a newspaper announcement of his birth in Hawaii was not sufficient. Another asked how he could have a passport without a birth certificate.
Franks said there was not enough evidence that Obama is not an American citizen. He did say there was a lot of conflicting evidence of Obama’s citizenship and that he was considering filing a lawsuit, the only congressman to do so. Franks asked why the president did not simply produce a birth certificate.

(Rep. Trent) Franks(2nd District, AZ) Goes on the Attack ( On every Obama policy & Birthers)
The Daily News ^ | AUGUST 24, 2009 | JIM SECKLER

KINGMAN – A big, boisterous crowd largely supported an Arizona Congressman, who lambasted the Democratic president and his policies.
Rep. Trent Franks, a Republican representing Arizona’s 2nd Congressional District that includes Mohave County, held a town hall meeting Saturday afternoon at a jammed-packed Kingman church.
Franks started the town hall off by showing a half-hour video on the country’s missile defense system. The movie warned of threats of a missile attack by rogue nations such as North Korea and Iran and the need to protect the country with a missile defense shield.
Franks then criticized President Barack Obama on every issue starting with the president’s lack of understanding of the threat by terrorists to launch an attack against the United States. The conservative Republican also said he voted against the federal stimulus bill and the Cash for Clunkers program, which he said benefited foreign car makers. He also said it would take 34,000 years to pay off the debt that Obama is accruing.

WSJ: Obama and Shinseki now pressuring Veterans toward Euthanasia
HUman Events e-mail ^ | 8/24/09 | Connie Hair
Posted on Monday, August 24, 2009 1:57:19 PM by nmh
The Wall Street Journal just published a shocking editorial written by a respected University President, confirming the Obama Administration is now using VA hospitals to order doctors to pressure all military veterans to sign “pull the plug” do-not-resuscitate orders, hastening their premature deaths through mandatory “end of life” counseling.
President Jim Towey of Saint Vincent’s College, founder of the non-profit “Aging With Dignity” and former White House Director of faith based initiatives, wrote a blistering expose entitled “The Death Book For Veterans,” revealing President Obama’s new Veterans Administration (VA) directive, presumably signed by VA Secretary, General (ret.) Eric Shinseki, which mandates all veterans’ primary care physicians must graphically discuss “end of life planning” with all VA patients (not merely those nearing death), and must refer them to “Your Life, Your Choices,” a book that openly encourages Euthanasia and was written with guidance from the group formerly known as the Hemlock Society. That same pro-suicide group now boasts on their web-site of directly leading the charge to ensure “end of life counseling” is mandated in the Obamacare bill, HR 3200.

On Tuesday, at such a political gathering in Vancouver, a Marine Corps veteran named David William Hedrick blasted the Congressman for this disgraceful depiction.

Let’s talk about anger today. Let’s look at it, inspect it, dissect it, and examine how it is used or abused. In particular let’s talk about anger related to the systematic disassembling of our Constitution and our freedom by Hussein Obama AKA boober.
First step: no one makes you angry, you get angry. The anger is yours to own, control, or unleash. You own the emotion. That’s not judgmental, it’s where the anger resides. What you do with it is what I hope we can address today.

Of all the outside-the mainstream notions I’ve posited on this blog, the one that annoys the most people is my suggestion that the CIA recruited young Barack Obama during his days at Occidental College. I would further suggest that the Agency link runs in the family. I believe that, at an earlier time, the Agency (or some other branch of the intelligence community) may have recruited his mother, Ann Dunham.

Fed-up Marine has guns blazing to oust Democrats
WorldNetDaily ^ | August 23, 2009 | Joe Kovacs
Posted on Sunday, August 23, 2009 10:10:15 PM by RobinMasters
“Send a warrior to Congress.”
“Does this look like a Rino?”
In the battleground of American political power, candidates for office tend to use every weapon at their disposal to be heard above the din.
Now, a U.S. Marine who helped lead the initial charge into Iraq to oust Saddam Hussein is taking that approach literally by brandishing his M-16 assault rifle in some eye-catching campaign fundraising ads.
“I’m taking full credit for that,” says 28-year old Jesse Kelly of Tucson, Ariz., a Republican seeking to boot Democrat Gabrielle Giffords from the U.S. House of Representatives. “If you’re not going to get anyone’s attention, you might as well not waste your time or money.”
Kelly, who is married and has a 9-month-old son, is splashing his spots across the Internet on high-profile sites such as the Drudge Report, and offering no apologies about the weapon imagery.
“I think people understand fully well that I’m serving my country,” he said. “I’m in Iraq at war for my nation. I’m not posing in my bedroom with a gun.”

CAMPS FOR DISSIDENTS READIED
Congressmen, authors, patriots warn FEMA camp system in place
rss202
By Victor Thorn
There exists an explosive hot-button issue that U.S. government officials dont want revealed to the American public; namely, that internment camps have been establishedand are at the ready to detain citizens if mass insurrections occur. Under FEMAs National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), potential trigger events could be economic collapse, widespread bank closures, massive social unrest (possibly due to proof that Barack Obama is not natural-born), or a flu pandemic.
This final item led Rep. Paul Broun (R-Ga.) to declare on August 11 that the government might use a pandemic disease or national disaster as an excuse to declare martial law.
Renowned researcher Michel Chossudovsky addressed the mechanics of this subject in a March 19 article entitled, Preparing for Civil Unrest in America: Legislation to Establish Internment Camps on U.S. Military Bases:
How will the U.S. government face an impending social catastrophe? The chosen avenue, inherited from the outgoing Bush administration, is the reinforcement of the Homeland Security apparatus and the militarization of civilian state institutions.
Are Army bases actually being converted into detainment camps? In his September 2008 newsletter, Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) pulled no punches. Even though we know that detention facilities are already in place, [the government] now wants to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever-popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency.

Chapters from Tom T Gradeczek’s New Novel, The Physics of Crime, available online NOW. WOW!

Posted on Sunday, August 23, 2009 8:21:44 PM by TomTGradeczek
The first chapters of Tom T Gradeczek’s new novel, The Physics of Crime are now available online. Although more well known for Tom’s efforts to describe the FBI cover-up of high level crimes by FBI Special Agent/Directors and how seething WW2 NAZIS masterminded the Oklahoma City Bombing (at http://waiting4johndoe2.tripod.com/book.html , with its sample chapter describing an extra American witness to the escape of John Doe #2 to Europe within 24 hours of the Oklahoma City Bombing) Tom discovered he could put 75,000 words together to make novels, using the right material. So check it out.
As the title implies, this book has way too many guns (the main character carries 5 firearms [for good reason], [HEY, BALLISTICS is PHYSICS TOO, radiation detectors, computers, tracking and surveillance devices, and much more PHYSICS]). There is also way too many gory murders (at least 7), the killing of (A)corrupt government officials, (B)illegal alien traffickers and (C)drug dealers, and only 4 full chapters of heterosexual sex (out of 20, which seems reasonable)

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend your formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.

What REALLY Happened at Obama’s Montana Town Hall

This is a real letter a very good friend of mine got from a friend of hers who attended the Town Hall in Montana. Neither wanted to have their names on the internet and I am respecting that. Given what this former Obama supporter(yea really, and she was pretty hard core over the moon for Obama as well) I take her account even more seriously.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Hello All,
By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since XXXXX and I live here and we were at the airport on Friday I should share some facts with you. Whatever you decide to do with the information is up to you. If you chose to share this email with others I do ask that you DELETE my email address before you forward this on.
On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the President would be coming here. There are many groups here that are against his healthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and deciding on what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANY details other than the date.
On about Tuesday XXXXX found out that they would be holding the “Town Hall” at the airport. (This is only because XXXXXX knows EVERYONE at the airport) Our airport is actually located outside of Belgrade (tiny town) in a very remote location. Nothing is around there. They chose to use a hangar that is the most remotely located hangar. You could not pick a more remote location, and you can not get to it easily. It is totally secluded from the public.
FYI: We have many areas in Belgrade and Bozeman which could have held a large amount of folks with sufficient parking. (gymnasiums/auditoriums). All of which have chairs and tables, and would not have to be SHIPPED IN!! $$$$$
During the week, cargo by the TONS was being shipped in constantly. Airport employees could not believe how it just kept coming. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$

A Better Way to Go Postal ( Eliminate USPS First-Class Mail Monopoly )
THE WALL STREET JOURNAL ^ | AUGUST 22, 2009 | staff
Posted on Saturday, August 22, 2009 9:46:39 AM by kellynla
Whatever possessed President Obama to mention the travails of the post office while discussing health care the other day, his timing was certainly apt. The Postal Service is headed toward a loss of $7 billion this year and another $7 billion in 2010. Naturally, Congress is planning another bailout rather than the kind of reform that would recognize how technology has transformed modern communications.
Most mail today is delivered electronically via email. Traditional postal mail volume has fallen by nearly 20% since 2000, and the average household gets one-third fewer letters than a decade ago. But this is only the first stage of the decline. The transition to Internet communications means that the Postal Service’s core business—from paying bills, to sending birthday greetings, to delivering magazines—is slowly vanishing. This is on top of the package business that has already been transformed by Federal Express and UPS.
Not that the Postal Service has ever been a paragon of efficiency. If the cost of a postage stamp had risen at merely the rate of inflation since 1950 when a stamp cost two cents, today you could send a first-class letter for 30 cents. Instead the cost rose in May to 44 cents from 42 cents.

German health expert’s swine flu warning Does virus vaccine increase the risk of cancer?
21.08.2009 – 12:33 UHR
The swine flu vaccine has been hit by new cancer fears after a German health expert gave a shock warning about its safety.
Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg is a politician and a specialist in lungs, hygiene and environmental medicine. He is the chairman of the health committee in the German parliament and European Council.
Lung specialist Wolfgang Wodarg has said that there are many risks associated with the vaccine for the H1N1 virus.
He has grave reservations about the firm Novartis who are developing the vaccine and testing it in Germany. The vaccination is injected “with a very hot needle”, Wodarg said.
The nutrient solution for the vaccine consists of cancerous cells from animals and “we do not know if there could be an allergic reaction”.
But more importantly, some people fear that the risk of cancer could be increased by injecting the cells.
The vaccine – as Johannes Löwer, president of the Paul Ehrlich Institute, has pointed out – can also cause worse side effects than the actual swine flu virus.
Wodrag also described people’s fear of the pandemic as an “orchestration”: “It is great business for the pharmaceutical industry,” he told the ‘Neuen Presse’.

Hillary Clinton: Obstructionist or Closet Birther?
birthers.org ^ | August 2009 | The Birthers
Posted on Saturday, August 22, 2009 3:46:32 AM by Vincent Jappi
…Many people say if Obama has problems with his constitutional qualifications the Clintons would have made it know. Would they now? The reason why the Clintons did not push the constitutionally disqualifying evidence of Barack Hussein Obama II is simply because they were being set up to be racists. This happened early on and continues to this day. Anyone who disagrees with the One is a racist, and an infidel. Perhaps Hillary is reminding us what her husband Bill said, when it became apparent that the undemocratic Democratic party aligned the elites behind Obama against the majority of popular votes Hillary achieved.

The Perfect Manchurian Candidate ~ John S. Torell
During World War II, some American soldiers were captured in the Pacific and taken to the province of Manchuria (part of China) by the Japanese military command. There they were exposed to tremendous torture and brainwashing, also known as “mind control.” The Japanese were not the only ones engaged in this terrible crime against human beings. The Soviets and the Germans had their programs, so did the British at Tavistock and the Americans at Fort Dietrich, outside Washington D.C.
In 1945, when the war was over, certain groups within the American intelligence operation decided to bring as many German scientists, engineers and intelligence personnel as possible to the United States in a secret project known as “Operation Paper Clip.”[1] This program was run by a secret unit of the CIA and one of the goals was to perfect a program, where a person could be taken as a young child and then by splitting the young child’s personality into multiple personalities, a secret coded message could be planted deep within the brain that would be activated using certain memory triggers by the handlers. Captured enemy soldiers are also used in this kind of human abuse.
During my years as a pastor I have run across several people who had been exposed to this type of mind control and it was very hard to help them to be set free from the controls that were placed in them.

Days Away From Economic Chaos?
by Bill Sardi
Recently by Bill Sardi: Americans Are Vitamin C Deficient
America is just a few days away from a possible day of reckoning. I again call attention to this day, August 25, when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issues its 2nd Quarter report for 2009 on the state of health of American banks.
It has not particularly alarmed Americans that its growth and prosperity have been built upon debt. The American public is a bit desensitized, particularly since the Y2K threat fizzled. We must wait and see how Americans respond to the upcoming FDIC report.
The following charts tell the story. There are roughly 8400 American banks that set aside a small portion of their profits to aggregately insure bank depositors should their local bank fail. A plethora of bank failures has depleted the FDIC reserve fund from $52.8 billion in 2008 to $13 billion in the 1st Quarter of 2009. (See chart below)

Obama’s Congress Vows Forceful Takeover of American People Imminent
By Sher Zieve
Since the 2006 Congressional elections—when leftist Democrats took over the majority of both the US House of Representatives and Senate—the dye was cast for the takeover of the lives of the American people. Then, the Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama was placed into the office of the presidency. At that point, the Democrats had two of the three branches of government in their greased pockets. Obama vowed to push all of his Socio-fascist programs through, despite any and all opposition. And he and his minions are now pushing as hard and as fast as they can. The current forceful pushes are firmly against the American people.

History Unfolding
Historic City ^ | August 21, 2009 | David Kaiser

I am a student of history. Professionally, I have written 15 books on history that have been published in six languages, and I have studied history all my life.
I have come to think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is simply a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes these exist, but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.
Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people react to it. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about ten to fifteen years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.

DeMint And Bachmann Call On States To Collectively Fight ObamaCare If Passed
TPM ^ | 8/21/09 | Eric Kleefield
Posted on Friday, August 21, 2009 1:18:56 PM by pissant
Here’s another fun detail from last night’s Americans For Prosperity teletown hall, which featured Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) and Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN). Both politicians said that if a health care bill passes, it should be actively fought and resisted through a collective effort of conservative governors.
A caller asked DeMint what the states could do in order to stop unconstitutional action by the federal government on health care. DeMint replied, “I think the key to pushing back against the federal government is some governors and state legislators who champion individual freedom.”
DeMint said he would love to see states go to court to invoke the Tenth Amendment: “If we had some states come together and say the only way to save this country is to push back.” He also added: “I think you’ll see some states say no more, we’re not going down with the federal government.”

Is The United States In a “Low Grade” Civil War?
Gay Patriot ^ | August 21, 2009 | Gay Patriot
Posted on Friday, August 21, 2009 12:47:36 PM by Bratch
It is a chilling question and one that has been troubling me for about two weeks. I read the “low grade civil war” phrase as a declarative statement from a commenter on a news story about the Congressional Town Hall meetings and it has been rattling in my brain ever since.
I’ve been wanting to post about this question and today seemed like the right time since now I’m not the only one worried about this question. In today’s Washington Times, actor/activist Jon Voight makes this statement:
“There’s a real question at stake now. Is President Obama creating a civil war in our own country?” Mr. Voight tells Inside the Beltway.
“We are witnessing a slow, steady takeover of our true freedoms. We are becoming a socialist nation, and whoever can’t see this is probably hoping it isn’t true. If we permit Mr. Obama to take over all our industries, if we permit him to raise our taxes to support unconstitutional causes, then we will be in default. This great America will become a paralyzed nation.”
“Do not let the Obama administration fool you with all their cunning Alinsky methods. And if you don’t know what that method is, I implore you to get the book ‘Rules for Radicals,’ by Saul Alinsky . Mr. Obama is very well trained in these methods.”

Voight: Is Obama creating a civil war in America?
Wash Times ^ | 8/20/09 | Jon Voight

A Hollywood conservative has headed East. It’s “Freedom Concert” time for Jon Voight. The Academy Award winner will join Sean Hannity in Cincinnati and Atlanta this weekend to honor fallen soldiers and present college scholarships to surviving children. Mr. Voight — a warrior himself in many ways — has been cogitating about the state of America, meanwhile.

Some of you folks who have been on my e-mail list and/or who have browsed my websites since about 1998 will recognize the name of Richard Keech. But most of you will not know of him.
Richard was a pre–World War Two China Marine and his unit was sent to the Philippines (from China) a few weeks prior to the fall of Corregidor. When Corregidor fell he became a prisoner of the Japanese along with many others. The remainder of WWII was spent in a POW camp in Japan. After the war, Richard returned home, went to college, married and raised a family, and became a productive citizen, as they say.

Freemasonry’s Hidden Homosexual Agenda
August 20, 2009

(Left, Albert Pike 1809-1891)
By “Heterosexuals for a Moral Environment”
(I didn’t write this article but it inspired a “eureka” moment. Of course! This explains why so many politicians are gay, and why homosexuality is being foisted on us. I edited a bit. -HM)
The esoteric all-male group known as Freemasonry (or Masonry) has been controversial for many many years, and has been connected to homosexuality for many years by a number of researchers. “Why?” you may ask.
Albert Pike reached the highest level of Scottish Rite Freemasonry (the 33rd degree), was himself a prolific author of numerous works on Freemasonry. Various quotes from one of his books, Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, probably Pike’s magnum opus, will be featured here.

The Whites of Their Lies – ALAN KEYES
Loyal to Liberty ^ | August 20, 2009 | Alan Keyes

The Obama faction’s drive to consolidate totalitarian, national, socialist control of key sectors of American life is stirring up some strong negative feelings in many Americans. The self-righteous, ‘How-dare-you-question-me’ tone in which many Obama faction pols have lashed out at critics has aggravated their resentment. So have the bully-boy tactics intended to discourage people from attending public meetings to voice their concerns.
If the Obama faction’s strategists thought these tactics would make Americans whimper and scurry back to their hidey-holes, they were sadly mistaken. Americans can be ferrets when it comes to truth, but some are more like mountain lions when roused to battle by tyrannical bullies. In the landscape of twentieth century history, pillars of smoke rising from the ruins of their would-be empires mark the burned out pyres of tyrant –isms and self-worshiping individuals who made the same mistake.
This history is so well known though, that I find it hard to believe the Obama strategists failed to take account of it. On the contrary, the deployment of SEIU blue-shirts and tax-funded ACORN rent-a-crowds is intended to provoke a John Wayne reaction. The ensuing brawl becomes their excuse to abuse the color of law in order to move against and criminalize their opposition. In their so-called ‘hate-crimes’ legislation they have already successfully positioned the logic of repression that will allow them to argue that any criticism of their actions or policies is part of a syndrome of violence that makes dissident speech as criminal as the actions they will claim it inspires.

Glenn Beck Off This Week: Vacation or Something More?
Media Bistro ^ | August 20, 2009
Posted on Thursday, August 20, 2009 1:23:50 PM by rightwingintelligentsia
First on TVNewser: Tipsters inside Fox News tell us Glenn Beck’s vacation this week from his Fox News show was not planned. We hear Beck was told to take this week off to let some of the heat surrounding him die down. That heat began July 28 on “Fox & Friends” when Beck said he thought Pres. Obama has “a deep-seated hatred for white people,” adding, “This guy is, I believe, a racist.”
In the days and weeks that followed an organization called ColorofChange.org mobilized an effort to get advertisers to pull their spots from Beck’s show. Earlier this month, a Fox News spokesperson told TVNewser that the advertisers simply moved their spots from Beck to other programs, “so there has been no revenue lost.”

Protect our Republic and our Constitution, Ballot box, Soap Box, Jury Box, Ammo Box
The Constitution: Part Two
By D.C. Wright Wednesday, August 19, 2009
OK, here it is Tuesday and time to continue this discussion. Since I’ve heard nothing to the contrary in the comments you have been kind enough to make to me, I am presuming agreement on the purpose of the Constitution and the definition of rights.
What I HAVE heard from you is along the lines of “What do we do next?” and “How can I help?” In my mind, and as a reader passed on to me, in others’ minds as well, the Founders provided essentially four boxes for us to open as needed to protect our Republic and our Constitution. They are, in order:
Ballot Box

Taser-crazy cops becoming global epidemic
08-18-2009 • Photography Is Not A Crime
Before, it would take a high profile incident like a University of Florida student trying to ask John Kerry some hard questions – only to end up getting Tased and carted away – to generate any national news coverage.
And that was only because the student’s final words – “Don’t Tase me, bro” – were turned into a national punchline.
But nobody is laughing now.

Interview with AR-15-Toting Protester at Obama Rally was Staged
08-19-2009 • Phoenix Nude Times
In case you missed it, about a dozen men with guns showed up at an Obama healthcare rally in Phoenix this Monday, at least one of them carrying a semi-automatic rifle.
The man packing the AR-15 (a really big gun)–identified only as “Chris B”–was interviewed by libertarian radio show host and publisher of libertarian site Freedoms Phoenix Ernie Hancock (pictured, who was also carrying a gun at the time of the interview). When asked why he was carrying a weapon, Chris B. responded, “Because I can do it. In Arizona, I still have some freedoms.”
Chris B. also said that he “always carried a gun,” except when showering, of course, when he’d “put it on the sink.”
Eeek.
As it turns out, the entire interview was staged by Hancock, a long-time acquaintance of “Chris B,” whom he’d met while working on presidential hopeful Ron Paul’s campaign.

A 34-YEAR-OLD woman, the mother of a 12-year-old girl, has been locked up in a Virginia jail for three weeks and could remain there for at least another month. Her crime? Blogging about the police.
Elisha Strom, who appears unable to make the $750 bail, was arrested outside Charlottesville on July 16 when police raided her house, confiscating notebooks, computers and camera equipment. Although the Charlottesville police chief, Timothy J. Longo Sr., had previously written to Ms. Strom warning her that her blog posts were interfering with the work of a local drug enforcement task force, she was not charged with obstruction of justice or any similar offense. Rather, she was indicted on a single count of identifying a police officer with intent to harass, a felony under state law.

Impending Bank Holiday – The Collapse of The US Dollar

Impending Bank Holiday – The Collapse of The US Dollar
This Bank Holiday is no ‘Holiday’ at all, but one similar to that engineered by FDR in March, 1933 which finished the collapse of the World’s economy. Another forced “bank holiday” will likely lead to a formal devaluation of the already broadsided U.S. dollar. But devalue against what? The euro? Doubtful. Gold? Maybe, but highly doubtful – or, devalued against the IMF basket of currencies, which is more likely. When I posed the question of the actual reality of such an event occurring to several of my sources including those within several Federal Agencies (CIA, FBI, Attorney Generals office, DHS) I received the following statement almost verbatim from each and every one of them – “The way it will come down is that starting 8/24, no later than Labor Day, groups of banks will be closed in certain regions of the country for a week or so. They will open again, and then other groups of banks in different regions will be closed; and on and on it will go, until all the banks in the country have gone through that process.

GOP Should Shut Down Senate If Dems Use Procedural Tactic to Ram Through Health-Care Bill, Says Conservative Leader
Thursday, August 20, 2009
By Pete Winn, Senior Writer/Editor
(CNSNews.com) – Conservative leader Gary Bauer warned Wednesday that Democratic leaders in Congress will try to ram through their unpopular health-care reform plan later this fall, employing a little-used tactic first conceived as a way to maneuver around the budget deficit battles of the 1980s.
“I’m afraid that they (Democratic leaders) will do it because I’m convinced that the people running America are intent on changing America in ways that will not be reversible,” Bauer told CNSNews.com.
The tactic, known as “reconciliation,” is designed to get around the filibuster, a Senate procedure used to prevent the majority from running roughshod over the minority.
“When you have a filibuster, it takes 60 Senate votes to pass something,” Bauer said. “The Democrats don’t have 60 votes that they can count on for the health-care bill, making reconciliation all the more likely,” Bauer said.
