The web is covered in stink today because of a reporter for the Associated Press, Julie Jacobson, who photographed the death of a Marine whose legs had just been blown off. The kid was Joshua Bernard, a Lance Corporal of 21 years. When the photo appeared, Robert Gates, the Secretary of Defense [sic] furiously tried to get the AP to quash the photo. It didnt, to its everlasting credit. To quote one of many accounts on the web:

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights sent a letter in August to Attorney General Eric Holder, issuing a stinging rebuke to the Obama administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ).

A footnote in the letter criticized the DOJ’s dismissal of a Philadelphia voter intimidation case against a group called the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (NBP). The footnote called the DOJ’s voluntary dismissal of the case “even more corrosive to the rule of law than the dismissal without comment.”

The DOJ filed a lawsuit in January under the Voting Rights Act against the NBP and three of its members alleging the defendants intimidated voters last election day. The complaint, filed in federal court in Philadelphia, alleged that NBP members Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were standing at a polling location wearing a military-style NBP uniform while Mr. Shabazz repeatedly brandished a “police-style baton weapon.”

The complaint said NBP Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz confirmed that the placement of Mr. Shabazz and Mr. Jackson was part of a nationwide effort to deploy members at polling locations. The Justice Department initially sought an injunction to prevent any similar future actions.

I’ve caught some heat since election night when I made my first reference to the person whom I expected would turn out to be our first punk president.

As I noted in a related February column, there was plenty of pre-election justification for concern that the most powerful elected office in the world was about to be occupied by, at the very minimum, a “a young, inexperienced person” who lacks major elements of maturity one would expect in someone about to take on such a serious responsibility. Normally, these traits would be acquired in one’s life as a result of running a business, working in the private sector, serving in the military, or occasionally through wide-ranging experience in political office. Barack Obama brought in none of these four attributes.

Superintendent Says He’s Ordered Students To Watch Address

NEW ORLEANS — Orleans Parish School Board Superintendent Darryl Kilbert said Friday he’s ordering teachers, staff and students to watch President Obama’s address designated for schools on Sep. 8.

The directive impacts students and staff at four Orleans parish schools. And the Superintendent said he’s encouraging charter schools within the district to allow students to watch President’s address.

“Not only will the President’s speech address civic engagement and personal responsibility, both pillars of Louisiana education goals, it will also allow our students to participate in interdisciplinary lessons and discussions,” Kilbert said.

The President’s planned speech has raised some concern for students and parents who worry the speech will be used for political purposes. But Kilbert said he believes the President will delivered a focused speech aimed at preventing kids from dropping out of school.

Kilbert said teachers will be encouraged to include themes from the President’s speech during their classes.

A documentary on US President Barack Obama’s late mother Stanley Ann Dunham will soon be made.

The documentary titled Stanley Ann Dunham: A Most Generous Spirit, will look into her work in microfinance.

It will focus on her decision to send her 10-year-old son from Indonesia to live in Hawaii with her parents out of fear that her politically sensitive work might endanger his life.

Aloe Entertainment will produce the film, while the company topper Mary Aloe will exec produce.

“According to Barack Obama himself, his mother was his single biggest influence in his life,” Variety quoted Aloe as saying.

Charles Burnett will direct the film.

He has helmed documentaries including Killer of Sheep, Oprah Winfrey Presents: The Wedding in the past.

Dunham died at the age of 52 of cancer in 1995.

Goldwater, the son of Republican icon Barry Goldwater, warns in an exclusive Newsmax.TV interview that Obama’s plans for a government-run health insurance scheme overlook one a crucial fact: There’s no historical evidence the federal government can effectively operate such a massive government program.

Yes they are major contributors especially since they mixed this poison throughout the financial system of the entire world. However if you watch Cops like they say there is his side, her side and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. In that vein lets examine what led to the implementation of the crisis. Back in 2005, Fannie and Freddie were, after years of dominating, on the ropes. They were enmeshed in accounting scandals that led to turnover at the top. First something I said to a reader on a reply to my newsletter, After I read it over I thought it would bear saying to all of you.

NOW SOME THINGS FROM MY READERS

As a child, I remember so clearly looking up at the American flag in our CLASSROOM…there was one placed in EACH and EVERY classroom…(you know, the place where children would also learn about our great nation instead of today’s “politically-correct” institution)…after attendance was done, we stood by our desks, put our hands over our hearts and said The Pledge of Allegiance.  After stating the Pledge, we sang patriotic songs…in which, every child, knew “ALL THE WORDS” to the songs.  We sang them with jubilance and pride…because we knew, even at a young age, that we lived in the greatest country in the world…and that we were AMERICAN.

So, When they took GOD out of the PLEDGE in schools…they took ALOT more that a 3 letter word.  They took something that all Americans were promised when this country was founded…FREEDOM.

(and replaced that freedom with a “politically-correct, faux-freedom”. The kind of freedom that isn’t really free… the freedom where you aren’t really free to say and do as you wish, as not to offend someone”.

Freedom is defined in the Webster’s New World Dictionary as this:  FREEDOM:  Being free, independence, civil or political liberty, exemption from an obligation, discomfort,etc. , a being able to act use, etc. freely., ease of movement, frankness, a right or privilege.

This definition of freedom was edited and twisted by politicians…apparently, they only read the “exemption from obligation, discomfort, etc..” part…

We need our FREEDOM back America…the FREEDOM that our forefathers intended for AMERICA..not the “faux- freedom” the politicians desire…

America SHOULD NOT have to ADAPT to others beliefs of “how it should be”…we should not have to omit or change ” The Pledge of Allegiance”  or what is written in the Constitution.  These are the fundamentals of this country, AMERICA.

So, in closing, If America isn’t your cup o’ tea…and you don’t like what this country has fought and died for…maybe you should have your own lil’ ”tea party” and try living in CHINA.

A sign in front of an Avon Park bar and grill has again drawn both complaints and praise.

“FREE ENTERPIZE THE JEWS FOR OBAMAS OVENS” is posted on the marquee outside the Wild Turkey Tavern.

On Friday morning, a caller complained before the Highlands Today’s office opened, and another sent an e-mail and attached a photo of the sign.

“I was in town visiting my parents when I drove past the Wild Turkey sign,” said Zane Thomas, a former Sebring resident. “I was aware of the bigotry that exists, but this surprised me… Racism is alive and well in Highlands County.”

Mike Reark, the Wild Turkey’s owner, didn’t view his message as bigoted or racist.

“Our entire lifestyle is under attack by a vicious socialist-leaning organization,” Reark said on Friday morning. “They are out to crush almost every freedom that we have.”

Free enterprise is one of those freedoms, Reark explained. At first, he likened President Obama to a Nazi, then revised his remarks to explain that his message was a metaphor. The Jews represent the American people, and it is Americans who are going into the Nazi ovens, he said.

Obama is taking over the investigation of terrorists, and he’s letting them go, Reark complained. The administration is also investigating the torture of terrorists, and critics are suggesting that CIA officers may be prosecuted if they tortured suspects.

“He’s undermining everything,” Reark said.

Nearing his 90th birthday, Richard Keech is confined to a medical unit at the High Desert State Prison in Susanville.

His family says he stays alive on Ensure, a nutritional drink, and on weekly letters sent from Long Beach by his wife, Kay. Prison staffers read the letters to her husband, whose sight is failing.

The 1997 trial of Keech made area headlines. A prisoner-of-war during World War II, the one-time Marine defended the murder of his son-in-law, calling it a consequence of post-traumatic stress syndrome brought on by his incarceration in a Japanese prison camp.

“My father is in prison because he killed my abusive husband to protect my son, my mother, and me,” his daughter Nancy said in a recent advertisement she ran in the Press-Telegram.

With the family trying for a compassionate discharge that would give their patriarch a brief stay at home, the ad sought letters of support from readers.

In response, says Nancy, “Our family received 43 letters and 32 e-mails of support for my dad.” In the ad, she had also said, “My father is in prison, because he killed my abusive husband (Nicholas Candy) to protect my son, my mother, and me.”

After Candy’s death, Nancy went back to her maiden name.

Dying behind bars

As an aging prisoner, Keech has suffered from a number of ailments, including bone deterioration, skin cancer, spinal stenosis, a torn retina and damage to a femur that has been broken twice.

Behind the tumult of ObamaCare and attempts to hold America’s children hostage to indoctrination at their first day back at school this year, history is being rewritten by Barack Hussein Obama and his Shadow Government of Czars.

Will historians someday record September 2009 as “September’s Swan Song for America”?

Sept. 8: Back to School when tens of millions of children from pre-kindergarten and up will see pictures, not of Presidents Washington and Jefferson but ones of an anti-American,  whose own school records are sealed off from public view.

Sept. 11: The Shadow Government’s newly-named 9/11 anniversary “Patriot Day”, when Obama’s Organizing for America (“I’m asking you to believe.  Not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington…I’m asking you to believe in yours”) and “all 50 States” are coordinating this: “As we fight back against our own Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists who are subverting the American Democratic Process, whipped to a frenzy by their Fox Propaganda Network ceaselessly re-seizing power for their treacherous leaders.”  That’s right,  Dems will be dialing for dollars with two phone calls each during this year’s 9/11 Memorial.

Sept. 20: “The People’s Republic of China is celebrating 60 years of hard core communism…by raising the flag of that communist country on the south lawn of the White House on September 20.” (jbs.org, Sept. 3, 2009). “While the flags of many nations are flown at the White House when dignitaries of those countries visit, this seems to be the first time a foreign nation’s flag will be hoisted to celebrate that country’s founding, communist or not.”

Sept. 25: 50,000 worshipers are anticipated to celebrate Jummah prayer on Capitol Hill.  “Our Time Has Come” heralds islamoncapitolhill.com.  “The objective of this gathering is to invite the Muslim Communities and friends of Islam to express and illustrate the wonderful diversity of Islam.”  “The Athan will be chanted on Capitol Hill, echoing off of the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument and other great edifices that surround Capitol Hill. There is no doubt that while the dismantling of America continues courtesy of a Democrat-dominated Congress and Senate, the transitional Shadow Government, unconfirmed by Senate and whose members are paid by the American taxpayers has quietly opened America’s gates to the barbarians.

Membership Only Stores: Shopping Cart Searches!

So what do you think about those membership stores–you know the ones you have to pay a fee for membership and you get to buy there at much lower prices for merchandise.

I have been a member of several of them the last few years, and, generally, it is a great thing.

One well known store in particular is not located in my home town and I drive many miles every month or so to stock up on needed items–they have everything from A–Z– food, furniture, automotive, etc. And the savings is great; and I spend several hundred dollars there per trip. The employees are all helpful and courteous.

Just one thing really bothers me to the point that I no longer shop there as often lately, and I may just stop altogether soon.

Once through the line at the cashier, you push your shopping carts directly to the exit where an employee is stationed to search your cart–merchandise that is already yours, bought and paid for, btw.

I personally bitterly resent them going through my belongings, especially food, and they are not required to wear gloves either.

Why is it necessary for them to do this at all?

Muslims are what make America great, if President Obama is to be believed. At a White House interfaith dinner honoring Ramadan on Tuesday, he said that “the contribution of Muslims to the United States are too long to catalog because Muslims are so interwoven into the fabric of our communities and our country.” We would be intrigued to see that long list and to learn more about how Muslims have been part of the woof and warp of America.

THOUSAND OAKS — A 65 year old man had his finger bitten off Wednesday evening at a health care rally in Thousand Oaks, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.

Sheriff’s investigators were called to Hillcrest and Lynn Road at 7:26 p.m.

About 100 protesters sponsored by MoveOn.org were having a rally supporting health care reform. A group of anti-health care reform protesters formed across the street.

When someone from the pro-reform side crossed over to the anti-reform side, a fist fight ensued, which resulted in the man’s pinky finger getting bitten off.

AN ALTERNATIVE REASON FOR WHY THE WATCHERS BLENDED DNA

While I believe the theory of DNA corruption as an intended method for halting the coming of Christ has merit, an alternative or additional reason for why the Watchers may have blended living organisms exists. This theory is original with me insofar as I know and grew from my need to incorporate the voluminous historical texts, which described this peculiar history, into a consistent account.

To harmonize the ancient records, I came to believe that the overriding motive for whatever the Watchers were doing with the DNA of various species had to be understood within the context of their foremost goal, which was to leave their plane of existence and to enter ours (Jude 6; 2 Pet 2:4). My challenge then became to answer the question of how blending various species would satisfy this goal or provide the Watchers with a method of departure from ‘high heaven’ and incarnation into man’s ‘habitation.’ While I will not take time here to explain every detail (a 5-hour CD set called “As It Was In The Days Of Noah: The Return Of The Nephilim” that covers this and related material is available from SurvivorMall.com), I eventually hypothesized that the Watchers had to blend species in the way they did in order to create a soul-less or spirit-less body into which they could extend themselves. The rationale is that every creature as it existed originally had its beginning in God, who ordered each creature to reproduce “after its own kind.” The phrase, “after its own kind” verifies what kind of spirit can enter into an intelligent being at conception. When the sperm of a dog meets ovum of a dog and life of a dog is formed, at the first spark of life the spirit or personality of a dog enters that embryo and it grows to become a dog in spirit and form. The spirit of a man does not enter it, in the same way that a man is not born with the spirit of a horse or cow. This creature/spirit integrity is part of the Divine Order and would have kept the Watchers, who wanted to incarnate within the human realm (not just ‘possess’ creatures), from displacing the spirits of humans or animals and replacing them with their own. How did they overcome this problem? Like scientists are doing today, it appears based on the ancient records that they blended existing DNA of several living creatures and made something that neither the spirit of man or beast would enter at conception, for it was neither man nor beast. As the quarterly online travel guide Mysterious World in their 2003 feature Giants in the Earth noted, “The Nephilim were genetically manufactured beings created from the genetic material of various pre-existing animal species… the fallen angels did not personally interbreed with the daughters of men, but used their godlike intellect to delve into the secrets of YHWH’s Creation and manipulate it to their own purposes. And the key to creating or recreating man, as we have (re)discovered in the twentieth century, is the human genome — DNA.” This manipulation of living tissue by the fallen angels led to an unusual body made up of human, animal, and plant genetics known as Nephilim, an ‘earth born’ facsimile or ‘fit extension’ into which they could incarnate. What’s more, the long history of demonological phenomenon related to manipulation of biological matter suggests that versions of this curious activity have been ongoing ever since.

An heroic army medic treated seven injured comrades after a Taliban attack in Afghanistan despite being wounded with shrapnel herself, it emerged today. Lance Corporal Sally Clarke, of 2 Rifles, ignored the searing pain caused by the shards embedded in her shoulder and back and set about treating the rest of her patrol.

The worst hit was Corporal Paul Mather who incredibly managed to radio instructions for jets circling above to open fire on Taliban insurgents despite bleeding heavily from wounds the size of his fist. Corporal Mather, 28, and Lance Corporal Clarke, 22, from Cheltenham, were on patrol south of Sangin when insurgents fired rocket propelled grenades over a wall as soldiers dealt with an anti-tank mine.

Barack Hussein Obama already has the legal authority to enslave the United States citizenry. That power was allocated to the office of President of the United States in a series of executive orders signed into law one by one throughout the last several administrations.

One of the most commonly used arguments against such a State power is the United States Supreme Court (US S CT) dicta opinion in Marbury v. Madison in 1803, written by Chief Justice John Marshall. Before getting into the misunderstandings and misapplications of that infamous decision, we must first recognize the source and character of Marshall’s opinion. As Marshall himself admitted that the US is to be a country of “laws, not men,” we must establish that Marshall’s opinion does not equate to the “supreme law of the land” which the states and individuals are bound to obey. If our submission only requires that the US S CT speak, then we do not live as freemen, but as slaves.

Marshall was an ardent member of the Federalist Party (a pro-centralist party) and served as the Secretary of State in the pro-centralist administration of President John Adams, who appointed Marshall to the US S CT in 1801 at the “midnight” hour before Thomas Jefferson was sworn into office as President of the US. Marshall’s nationalist opinions were no secret either. Marshall believed that the US Constitution and Union were formed by the aggregate whole of the American people, and not by a compact of the states; that the Union formed “one nation, indivisible” and not a confederation of states; that State sovereignty as expressed in the Tenth Amendment equated more to a general idea than to any real applicable and relevant State power over the federal government; that the Constitution must be liberally interpreted for the sake of expanding federal powers at the expense of State sovereignty; and that the idea of State sovereignty was literally ridiculous. By the way, even most self-called conservatives today probably subscribe to these political beliefs, not even knowing the real historical facts behind such fallacious ideology.

Parents across the country are rebelling against plans by President Barack Obama to speak directly to their children through the classrooms of the nation’s public schools without their presence, participation and approval.

The plans announced by Obama also have been cited as raising the specter of the Civilian National Security Force, to which he’s referred several times since his election campaign began, but never fully explained.

A “pandemic response bill” currently making its way through the Massachusetts state legislature would allow authorities to forcefully quarantine citizens in the event of a health emergency, compel health providers to vaccinate citizens, authorize forceful entry into private dwellings and destruction of citizen property and impose fines on citizens for noncompliance.

Iowa’s Facility Quarantine Order

DES MOINES, Iowa – A blank document from the Iowa Department of Public Health has been discovered online, designed to be filled in with the name of an H1N1 virus victim who is required to relocate from his or her home to a quarantine facility.

The form, which began appearing today in e-mails and on the Internet, has concerned a confused public already swimming in conflicting reports about the severity of the swine flu and intrusive government measures that many fear may be taken if the disease becomes a pandemic.

The Iowa document, which WND confirmed with state officials is authentic, has done little to calm the public’s fears.

“The Iowa Department of Public Health has determined that you have had contact with a person with Novel Influenza A H1N1,” the form reads. “The Department has determined that it is necessary to quarantine your movement to a specific facility to prevent further spread of this disease.

The video is somewhat sharper and clearer than earlier videos.

The more significant issue is that it is the first time that any remotely significant country has officially announced that UFO’s are real and extraterrestrial.

The video notes that several other countries are becoming impatient with the USA holding back this information. France signaled it’s impatience several years ago with a scientific study of the phenomena that was released to the public.
