During the Constitutional Convention, from May to September 1787, delegates from the colonies were to gather together for the express purpose of amending the Articles of Confederation to form a “more perfect union” (NOT a completely different union!). The men that met in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were under direct and limited orders from their states to attend the Federal Convention explicitly to preserve the federation and State rights and to correct the errors of the existing federal government for the limited purposes of handling foreign affairs, commerce among the states and common defense.

Yet, during that private and secret convention, there were men who proposed that a national system be established in place of their current federal system, destroying State sovereignty in direct contradiction to their orders. According to most conservatives in South Carolina, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has officially gone over to the dark side. Under the guise of ‘bipartisanship,’ Graham has signed on to one of the left’s most ambitious plans to impose a socialist agenda in America – government control of the formerly free market through implementation of cap-and trade, the 1,400 plus page Waxman-Markey bill approved earlier this year by the House.

The main (scientifically unproven) premise of cap and trade is that the earth is melting and government must step in to save the world. Of course, it will be expensive, but hey, this is Mother Earth we’re talking about. And its urgent and essential that the government immediately establish a $700 billion “market” for business to buy and sell “steadily declining number of permits for creating carbon emissions.”

An insidious brainwashing program set to be launched next week will “organically” weave the government’s political propaganda into prime time network television shows, with positive talking points about Obama’s environmental, bailout, health care and “servitude” agenda being seamlessly integrated into the content of dramas, reality shows and comedies.

Under the auspices of a program run by the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), network TV shows will be used to promote “service and volunteerism” on behalf of the public as part of a “week-long of television programming on all four leading broadcast networks – ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and all affiliated broadcast and cable properties as well, and other networks, beginning October 19.”

According to the EIF press release, “Network shows that will feature volunteerism in some way during the week of Oct 19th,” include the following.

News that Air Force Generals were sacked by the President for recent mishaps, incidents and failures in exercises at nuclear missile batteries hidden across the Western United States has been widely questioned by the Airmen and Airwomen based at these facilities.

It’s time that somebody brought out the truth that the politicians in Washington DC seem desperate to hide’ one NCO reported in a blog sent out yesterday

NCO’s at Minot ND’s Air Base are quick to point out that nothing abnormal, or unexpected has occurred over the past year that could possibly have warranted the removal of these Air Force Generals. ‘If anything our Boss is a great leader and a good example for all junior officers’ the NCO continued.

Career NCO’s form the backbone of the Air Force’s nuclear deterrent. They are professional warriors that are anxious to report and deny the President’s charges that their commanders are anything less than inspirational leaders.

‘Something strange has been going on at Command’ We all knew things were changing around here when we were standing down our birds and taking perfectly good missiles off the line for extended periods of time’ ‘We were told that we lacked fuel and spare parts. We were to salvage parts from our Wing’s birds to serve some other Wing based on the coast in California’ Of course, everybody here knew that this story is pure cock n’ bull. New officers arrived immediately from Washington, many had no prior service with Missile Command. I’m just shaking my head’ God forbid this is some kind of test of personal loyalty to the President?
