Dear Mr. Holder,

On March 1st on behalf of my clients I have submitted to you a request to file Quo Warranto against Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. The request was filed due to following troubling facts:

1. According to a number of licensed investigators National Databases show Mr. Obama using as many as 39 different Social Security numbers, which included the numbers of deceased individuals and numbers never assigned.

2. Number 042-68-4425 that Mr. Obama used for most of his life and is currently using while residing in the White House, is a number assigned to an individual born in 1890, who resided in the state of Connecticut and this Social Security number was issued in the state of Connecticut where Mr. Obama never resided.

3. One of the leading forensic experts in the country Ms. Sandra Ramsey Lines has prepared an affidavit, stating that Mr. Obama’s short version Certification of Life Birth cannot be treated as genuine without seeing the original on file in the Health Department in HI.

4. The state of Hawaii since 1911 had in its statutes a provision allowing Foreign born children of Hawaiian residents of get Hawaiian Birth Certificates(currently statute 338-17) and currently statute 338-5 allows one to get a birth certificate based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence from the hospital.

5. In spite of over 100 law suits filed around the country and 12 Citizen Grand Jury indictments Mr. Obama refused to sign a consent to unseal his original birth certificate currently sealed in the Health Department of the state of Hawaii and all the other vital records.

How so, you say?

First of all, ‘Birthers’ who know what this is really all about, know that the ‘Birth Certificate’ is nothing more than a ‘red herring’ in this issue. A Red-Herring because they know that:

1. Article II of the Constitution requires that the U.S. President be a ‘Natural-Born’ U.S. Citizen, not just a ‘born-here’, Naturalized, Anchor-babied, Native-born, etc. U.S. Citizen, but ‘Natural-Born’ – of two (2) U.S. Citizen parents.

2. Barack Hussein (the Long-Legged Mac Daddy) Obama has already admitted that he is not a ‘Natural-Born’ U.S. Citizen when he:

a. Admitted to Alan Keyes in his 2006 Senatorial race that he is not ‘Natural-Born’ when Ambassador Keyes said: ‘But you’re not a ‘Natural-Born’ citizen, Mr. Obama; and Obama answered (paraphrased): ‘Granted. But I’m not running for the Presidency here’;

b. Admitted in his book ‘Dreams From My Father’ that his father was a British/Kenyan citizen when he was born;

c. Admitted (and proven by the divorce papers, now in the public domain) that his mother was, in fact, married to non U.S. Citizen Barack Hussein Obama Sr. (NOTE: When the Hawaiian record-keepers provided certified copies of the Divorce Record, they stated beforehand that it consisted of 13 pages. They ultimately provided only 12 – with no explanation for the shortfall. However, in a divorce proceeding such as this, the Judge would have required a ‘certified’ copy of the Birth Certificate of any minor children of the marriage. The missing page 13 would certainly be the 1964 ‘certified copy’ of by then 3 year-old Barack Hussein Obama’s [Kenyan] birth certificate).

Wondering if anyone else saw the 60 Minutes piece on the cost of Dying. If you missed it, the only thing missing was “My name is Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and I approve this message.

A brief synopsis was that they had 2 doctors on and a “taxpayer advocate” that said the answer to America’s woes in healthcare costs were to go ahead and let terminally ill patients die, and give them less treatments and services. Rationing, it was explained, wasn’t a dirty word, but in fact was the right path to not bankrupting ourselves. We must, as one of the “death doctors” put it, embrace the idea of what a moral, robust death looks like.

Particularly offensive to me was that they actually went into a man’s death bed while this same “death doctor” tried to talk a patient into not having CPR preformed on him should his heart stop. When the man said he wanted all attempts to revive him to be made, should his heart stop, and we watched Dr. Death assure him his wishes would be followed, it immediately went to a cut scene where Dr. Death, in so many words, stated that the man had made the wrong choice. So I guess it was “we will honor your wishes, but reserve the right to skewer your wishes on national TV”.

Then, after another cutaway while the narrator explained that Medicare was not allowed to deny coverage due to cost, and could even be required to require for a defibulator to be placed in the body of a 93 year old, it was back to Dr. Death. His comment was to lament that there wasn’t some official policy by which he, as a doctor, could say “we dont do that proceedure for people your age”.

I’m sure I missed parts that were important, but wanted to see who else was disgusted by this. I know the MSM are cheerleaders, but this was particularly vile; Taking advantage of a man on deaths door, to promote a policy that the man’s very actions showed he wouldn’t favor.

But no moral worry though..CBS informed us at the end of the piece that the man had died this week, and his family had agreed before his death that it was okay to ignore his request for revival.

So that makes it all okay for CBS, I suppose.

Contemporary Hollywood moviemakers, armed with an arsenal of special effects, do science fiction beautifully or badly in an overpowering way. Not much subtlety do we see; neither time for artistic nuances nor pause for philosophical discourse in most sci-fi movies made today.
Perhaps the recent TV series “V,” not to be confused with the recent movie of the same name will prove different. In this opulent TV series, gigantic spaceships appear over two dozen major cities of the world. Anna, the beautiful and predictably English-speaking leader of these space “visitors,” (V=Visitor), claims they’ve all come in peace and most earthlings smile and await an advanced form of space welfare. But a small number of wacky humans doubt the sincerity of these seemingly benevolent visitors. One particular FBI agent Erica Evans (picture Colleen Rowley) discovers that the aliens have spent decades infiltrating human governments, businesses, and religious institutions and are now in the final stages of their plan to take over the world.

Gee, a conspiracy-based TV show, revealing the infiltration of government, businesses and religious institutions? Sounds like the scenarios of those nutty ‘Truthers’ has somehow infected contemporary television.

The plot of “V” seems prophetic; the meek and mindless often accede to the cunning and cruel without asking too many questions. Especially if the cunning and cruel can gain control of the means of propaganda and misinformation. Most humans are followers at heart and what better leaders to follow than the powerful, be they earthly elites or extraterrestrials?

I hope others are catching this. Obama is ranting againt any opponent of ObamaCare. He is listing every single Dem lie told to date. He is discounting every legitimate criticism of the bill. He wants everyone to roll-up their sleeves and get to work, It will cover an additional 30 million Americans while driving-down costs. It will save both Medicare and Medicaid. It will bring-down the health care curve. Those who support it will suddenly start crapping gold bricks and be loved by all! Congress needs to stop fighting and JUST PASS SOMETHING!

He is pitiful. And sad.

14 Dec 2009: Obama is a usurper. Obama is an unconstitutional illegal putative president. See this 14 Dec 2009 issue of the Washington Times National Weekly edition – pg 15. To be a “natural born Citizen” as is required in the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, the person must be born in the country to parents who both are Citizens of the country when the child was born. Obama’s father was a British Subject when Obama was born in 1961. Obama’s father was never a U.S. Citizen nor was he even an immigrant to the USA. We are a nation of immigrants but Obama Sr. was not one. And under the British Nationality Act of 1948 and international law, Obama (Jr.) was also born a British Subject and thus is a dual-citizen Citizen to this day, if he was born in Hawaii as he claims. To date, he has not conclusively proved exactly where he was born to any investigative controlling legal authority. Photoshop’d digital images and pictures of computerized summary data put on the internet proffered by Obama proves nothing. That computer data registration record could have been based on false birth location registration testimony by a family member using a simple mail-in form available in 1961. GIGO – false location of birth registration into a data base yields false data out today on a computer print out. The original “ribbon copy” long-form birth records with the names and signatures of medical attendants and of witnesses, if any, to the alleged birth in Hawaii must be examined by experts as well as all his other hidden and sealed records of his early life. If he was born in Kenya as his relatives and news account there claim, then Obama could even be an illegal alien since his mother was not old enough under U.S. laws at that time to convey U.S. citizenship to her child born of a foreign father if the child is born in a foreign country. Obama had dual allegiance at birth if he was born in Hawaii – British via his father and U.S. via his mother. How can a person born a British Subject and a dual-citizen ever be considered a “natural born Citizen” of the USA with sole allegiance to the USA per the intent of our nation’s founders and framers, to Constitutional standards, for the office of the Presidency?
