Dr Ang’awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.

Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang’awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. “I have forgiven you,” she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang’awa.

One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang’awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.

A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang’awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. “My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers–Antony, Hillary, Charles and William– have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer,” she told the Sunday Nation.

At the time of her father’s death, Justice Ang’awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls’ high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.

Why are so many random acts of violence being blamed on dissenting free speech groups? We are repeatedly told that lone individuals who carry out violence may be 9/11 truthers or may be Tea Party members or may be Constitutionalists.

This pattern accusation is particularly perturbing because, most of these “groups” are really broad movements made up of many small groups, many of whom disagree profoundly, and of many individuals, some of whom associate, some of whom are isolated. The only unifying element, if any, is in sharing a belief. How these individuals act on such a belief is a different matter altogether.

But for media pundits like Glenn Beck, Chris Matthews and etc., it is fuel to link individual acts of violence with broad political beliefs. What is the agenda?

DENIED UIPA RESPONSES AFTER DOING INTERNET BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THE POLITICAL VIEWS OF PERSONS MAKING UIPA REQUESTS…

Among the documents which The Post & Email Legal Fund recently acquired with the financial assistance and support of the readers of this e-Newspaper, shocking evidence has been found which apparently indicts officials of the Hawaii Department of Health for conspiracy to deprive U.S. citizens of their constitutional right to due process. The incriminating evidence was found in an inadvertent disclosure of emails between Ms. Janice S. Okubo, Communications Director for the Department, and Kenneth David, Supervisor of the Vital Statistics Office.

It appears that David took it upon himself to do background checks on those making UIPA requests and on that basis suggested to Okubo to deny responding to their lawful requests for the release of government documents, requests which they made on the basis of the grants of rights of access accorded them by the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA).

Dear Brethren (bcc herein), Y’all need to view these video’s, particularly Charles Lindbergh’s & listen closely to what he is saying for it sounds very familiar to what we have been saying for years. Many of his comments could be applied to Obama & today’s Federal mechanism. Additionally, it is important to note that  after every Major Occurrence involving our Nation, a major shift & transformation has followed resulting in a larger & more controlling Federal Government while subsequently providing the Feds with far wider latitude into our individual liberties. Listen to Charles Lindbergh’s concerns & observations as they relate to FDR. They are NOT the same as the picture created of FDR & his near ‘canonized’ stature by today’s contemporary historians. Like Lincoln, a Republican, each of these men have received a near saint-hood status when in fact, each of their presidencies are ripe with highly questionable acts and Constitutional  plagiarism. The RepublicRats refute such talk as ‘yahooish’ but we contend there is much murky water that lays beneath their stone monuments. I have said before that each of these men transformed this country like none other. They and the men they associated with have done more harm to this nation than most others combined. Is is taboo by today’s political & media standards to question them. WHY? Is it because, in so doing, they are afraid of the national revelation that would follow that would turn the tide in our favour? My Dad, God rest him, worked with his hands and struggled most of his life. He was totally Blue-Collar and I can remember to this day the conversations he shared with my uncle when I was a young boy explaining how FDR got us into that War & why! He believed he was a Communist. Despite all of FDR’s Social Programs, not a single one of them ever did a damn thing to alleviate the unemployment rolls during the Great Depression. What got us out of that Great Depression was WW II. That’s how they finally ’balanced the books’!  But those social programs have continued to remain with us in various & new forms, serving as the basis through which the Federal Government has cleverly altered & manipulated America in advancing themselves at our collective expense. ‘Connecting the dots of history’ is NOT difficult once you know where to start.
