It matters not where Barak Obama was born, raised and educated; he is not an American. Perhaps I should say that he, like Michelle, only became proud of America when he was elected. Before that his history is one of consorting with every communist, leftist Educator, and anti-American leftover from the 60s. He spent his time with some of the most divisive minds in this country. So while he lives in America he is not for America. Barry is more concerned what our enemies think that what Americans think. He truly believes he can talk the world to sleep. Honestly, he has gone far with his ramblings.

Listen to what the man says and his beliefs are clear. For months, soon to be years, there have been numerous bloggers, pundits, historians, and ordinary Americans sounding the alarm that this man is a one man wrecking ball out to tear down America and rebuild it in his image. Still a large number of Americans are unable to hear the crap in what he says.

In the aftermath of the court’s reversal of a multi-million dollar judgment against the Westboro Baptist Church for picketing a soldier’s funeral, we in America are left with many questions about where justice can be found. Despite many within the country that believe that the cult from Topeka, Kansas, should not be allowed to heckle and damn our nation’s military dead at their funerals, for now, the courts have decided that these protests are protected under the constitution.

A startup company developing chipless RFID ink has tested its product on cattle and laboratory rats.

Somark Innovations announced this week that it successfully tested biocompatible RFID ink, which can be read through animal hairs. The passive RFID technology could be used to identify and track cows to reduce financial losses from Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (mad cow disease) scares. Somark, which formed in 2005, is located at the Center for Emerging Technologies in St. Louis. The company is raising Series A equity financing and plans to license the technology to secondary markets, which could include laboratory animals, dogs, cats, prime cuts of meat, and military personnel.

Michelle Obama is making her first solo trip abroad to Mexico where she plans to begin organizing world support for her future political ambitions. The White House called it: “the kickoff of the first lady’s international agenda.” It should really be called, “the kickoff of Michelle Obama’s political career.” This “agenda” involves converting the world’s youth to her cause in what an administration official deemed, a “youth engagement.”

Regarding Michelle Obama’s target crowd of youth, that same White House official also said, “as a society we have a responsibility to support and nurture them.” Really? Sounds a lot like, “It takes a village.” Now where did we hear that before?

If that White House official wanted to be more honest, they would have said, “as a future socialist leader of the free world, Michelle Obama wants to nurture the youth now so they will support her later.”

Having free range of the world stage to promote your political agenda for the next three or seven years, makes for a powerful political foundation here in the USA. And getting young people around the world committed to a cause – any cause – in the name of Obama, will surely propel Michelle Obama to the front of the line for any “stepping stone” political seat that becomes conveniently available at the end of her husband’s term in office.

The cameraman is swearing and scared, before shooting you can here in Russian – “dawaj gnata” – which is “give me the gun.” Maybe you know Russian. It’s on the website of one of Polish TV channels. Democrats, including Rep. Betty McCollum, launched into an assault on incivility Tuesday, saying incendiary words from members of Congress were inflaming tensions that could provoke another incident of Oklahoma City-style domestic terrorism.

“When Members of Congress compare health-care legislation to ‘government tyranny,’ ‘socialism,’ or ‘totalitarianism’ — in the hopes of scoring political points — it’s like pouring gas on the fire of extremism,” McCollum said.

McCollum’s St. Paul office was one of a few that received an envelope containing gasoline-soaked tatters of an American flag and a letter that called her things not fit for print in this or any publication. Several police departments, including St. Paul and the Capitol Police, are investigating.

“The members of this House — Democrats and Republicans — have a duty and an obligation to end the dangerous name-calling that can only inspire the extremist militias and phony patriots,” McCollum said. “In the most free, prosperous and greatest democracy on earth it is time to return to a civil, decent debate of public policy.”

Imagine the year is 2005. The Bush Administration seeks to look at private Instant Messages and emails of American citizens. When companies like Yahoo and Google push back, the Bush Administration argues that since Instant Messages are not stored solely (or at all in some cases) on a person’s computer, but are stored in the computing cloud, there is no expectation of privacy. Thus, the government does not even need a warrant. Furthermore, in this scenario, what if the Bush Justice Department on behalf of the FBI took the position that opened email stored in the internet cloud (read: Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) could also be reviewed by the federal government without a warrant?

Do you think the media might have gone thermonuclear about this incredible abridgment of American’s right to privacy. (By the way, I know the right-to-privacy is a made up liberal right to allow abortion, but if it does exist, then surely it exists for emails and Instant Messages.)

The tragic death of Polish president Lech Kaczynski as a result of a crash of the airliner on which he was a passenger was linked to an historic event that will live forever in infamy in the minds of righteous people and in the hearts of a Polish people who were so unfortunate as to occupy, as a nation, a geographic position between two despotic empires of deep and despicable immorality and evilness.

President Kaczynski was leading a delegation to Russia to visit the Katyn forest, near Smolensk, where he was to honor the memory of Polish military officers that were systematically murdered by Soviet secret police 70 years ago following a joint and near simultaneous invasion of Poland by the Nazis and the Soviets in September of 1939. By a diplomatic arrangement between the two totalitarian belligerents the demarcation line for the partition of the German – and Soviet – occupation of Poland was along the bug river.

Ironically it was the German Nazi occupiers who would discover soon after their invasion of the Soviet Union the particulars of the massive extermination of the polish officers by the NKVD. Acting upon information provided by Polish informants they discovered the mass grave that held the bodies of the heretofore-missing Polish officers each of whom had been executed by a single gunshot to the head.

Investigators determined that upon their partial occupation of Poland the communists detailed an execution squad that was ordered to eliminate, by death, 15,400 Polish Army Officers. Here is how that death squad handled the task to which it had been assigned. As you read the particulars envision how a politically controlled U.S. national police agency similar to the KGB and the Gestapo might respond to a similar assignment – by an activist militant socialist government – to deal conclusively with agents for freedom, liberty and a free society.

250 of the total of 15,400 Polish officers were brought in each night ostensibly for interrogation. If allowed to live these officers would have, in Stalin’s mind, almost certainly presented a problem to his communist regime and its despotic control of the people. Each officer was preliminarily interviewed by being asked a few simple innocuous questions such as name, rank, serial number, etc. Then – one by one – each officer was directed to another room for further interrogation. Once inside the door these officers found themselves in a sound proof room, where they were quickly dispatched with a pistol shot to the base of the skull. With cold-blooded efficiency the death squad eliminated one unsuspecting Polish officer after another with measured methodically administered bullets to the brain. This was done night after night until all 15,400 military officers had been slain. Their bodies were discarded like trash in trenches where they were piled twelve high one upon another and covered with dirt. All that remained was the blood, and the mud.

It was not the allied nations that demanded an investigation by the Red Cross into the atrocities; incongruously it was the Nazis themselves who called for such an inquiry. By that time the United States was allied with the Soviets in the war against Germany, and Franklin D. Roosevelt most certainly was not going to prevail against his new friend and ally Uncle Joe Stalin as the American president so fondly referred him to.

If we are so dumb as to think that this could not happen here, we had better reconsider these foolish thoughts. The United States as a component of a new world order is taking shape before our eyes. President George W. Bush, using as cover his professed Christianity, rapidly laid the groundwork for a socialist society, which could – and most probably would – have the potential to be every bit as oppressive and deadly as the communist regimes of Lenin and Stalin, or the national socialist order of Adolph Hitler.

Mr. Bush was, with good reason, suspected of harboring a sarcastic disdain for the constitution and it is plainly evident that he was, during his tenure, working diligently to bring about a North American Union. This he envisioned would be an integral part of a new world order. There were just too many signs – in regard to his intentions – for one to believe otherwise. George W. like his daddy and granddaddy before him foresaw a one-world order; it was family tradition to persist for the same.

Saying something like that makes a lot of folks nervous. I say it often during my campaign. Watch me say it here at the Tea Party Express event in Cleveland last weekend. Go ahead. You will be glad you watched it.

The media has decided to call what I do “throwing fireballs.” They have labeled my presentation as “incendiary.” The big AM talk station in Columbus played my “We are at war” comment repeatedly at the top of every hour last Monday as part of their news-cast.

Their message is clear. “Watch out for this guy.” What scares them the most, however, is the thunderous applause that explodes as a result of my comments. They are very much aware that the folks in the heartland are alive and well. Their only chance is to marginalize us as “angry” corn-pokes. Well, it isn’t working. My voice speaks the words of millions of God-fearing folks who love this nation and the God who reigns over it.

But here is the catch. For over sixty years the Jesus-hating left has been using guerilla-war techniques to undermine the very foundation of this Constitutional Republic. We have heard rumors of this war, but only in the past couple of years has the enemy come out of the shadows.

You see, we have been IN a war, but we have not been AT war. Only recently has our side begun to enlist and as more and more of the mask of the enemy is peeled away our infantry is beginning to coalesce. For the longest time only one team has been on the field and as our locker room door finally begins to swing open the leftist radicals have begun to catch a glimpse of this emerging army of God-fearing Patriots. Their only hope is to stop us before we reach the field.

I am not afraid to say it and I am not ashamed to say it. We are in a war for the very soul of this nation. It is time we called it war, it is time we acted as if it were war, and it is time to engage in the war.

Dr. Edwin Vieira has released his (presumably) final responses (“Thoughts On ‘A Concurring Opinion’”) to my responding articles (“A Concurring Opinion For Secession”) to his original articles (“A Dissenting Opinion On Secession”). While I was hesitant to respond at all to Vieira’s articles, and as I shall forego directly responding to what I believe are incorrect insinuations, commentaries and conclusions, I must observe and highlight a very important matter relative to a state’s right and duty to free itself from tyranny. For in truth, Vieira admits to the precise conclusion that a State does have a natural right to separate itself from a political tie.[1]

As Vieira recognizes in his articles, there may be circumstances that justify (expressing the notion of right) a state (i.e. body-politic) from separating itself from the U.S. Constitution and thus, the union itself. The ground for this justification, Vieira says, does not come from the U.S. Constitution, but rather, comes from the principles[2] as delineated in the Declaration of Independence.[3]

Specifically put, the Declaration of Independence appeals not to a constitution for a basis, or a justification, of secession–even though a constitution existed at that time–but to the Supreme Judge of the world and to the natural laws God created. Given the supreme nature of this right of secession, a different body-politic at a different time in human affairs has the same inherent right as did the colonies in 1776. Vieira observes,

“‘Secession’ as most ‘secessionists’ define that term cannot be justified under the Constitution. It can be justified in principle under the Declaration of Independence, but only when the conditions precedent required by the Declaration of Independence obtain. And even then it can be justified in practice only if a “seceding” State is fully prepared, before she “secedes”, to deal with all of the political, economic, and social consequences of her action.”[4]

Just days after the first widespread tea party demonstrators hit the streets a year ago Thursday, Joe Wierzbicki, a Republican political consultant with the Sacramento firm Russo Marsh + Rogers, made a proposal to his colleagues that he said could “give a boost to our PAC and position us as a growing force/leading force as the 2010 elections come into focus.”

The proposal, obtained by POLITICO, was for a nationwide tea party bus tour, to be called the Tea Party Express, which over the past seven months has become among the most identifiable brands of the tea party movement. Buses emblazoned with the Tea Party Express logo have brought speakers and entertainers to rallies in dozens of small towns and big cities, including one in Boston on Wednesday that will feature former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

I pledge allegiance to Goldman Sachs, and to the conspiracy for which it stands, one racket under Paulson, Communist and indivisible, with eviction and poverty for all.

The battle of the bailout is over. We lost. Despite the unprecedented opposition, despite everything we did, I doubt that many of my readers and listeners thought we could win. Now we need to analyze what happened, what it means and, most important, where it could take us. We do have some hints.

First, consider that the people of this country have never before expressed such rage, such antipathy to a bill. According to one report, the people were 300 to one against it. One Member of Congress received 15,000 messages about it. Ten were in favor. Another said 95% of the messages he got were opposed. According to one analyst, “the calls to Congress are 50 percent ‘No’ and 50 percent ‘Hell, No.’”

There has not been anything like it in the history of the country. So, the fact that Congress could impose this financial version of the Dresden firebombing in the face of such historic voter opposition – the fact that Congress could in effect spit in your face – is proof that representative government in the country is gone. The vote in Congress expressed the fact that we have government by coup; that the actual purpose of “representation” in Washington is to conceal its absence. Most people now see that.

Second, consider the nature of the opposition. Many bills have faced enormous opposition in Congress, yes. The opposition, however large, came from the group(s) the bill targeted. Here the opposition came from every identifiable group, racial, financial, cultural, sexual, geographical, etc. Indeed, like a natural disaster that cares nothing for the politics of the victims in its path, it left jumbled allegiances and loyalties like piles of wrecked furnishings behind.

For instance, Republican Congressmen Tom Tancredo, enemy of the illegal alien invasion and former candidate for President, along with John Shadegg, who recently responded to pleas from his constituents and decided not to retire, both voted for the coup. Liberal Democrats Loretta Sanchez, who stole “B-1 Bob” Dornan’s seat, and Brad Sherman, who was my Congressman when we lived in the San Fernando Valley, both voted against it.

Along these lines, both Senator B. Hussein Obama and el Senador Juan McCain voted for the coup. Why? Here are the top ten corporate PAC contributors to both candidates:

President Obama, his weird circle of advisors (czars), and the ideologues within the Democrat Party led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Harry Reid only have a few months left to completely destroy the separation of powers between the States and the federal government.

A major battle is looming over the Tenth Amendment which declares that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Almost everywhere one looks today, the States are in rebellion to the overreaching of the federal government. The process involved is called nullification, a legal theory that a U.S. State has the right to nullify, i.e., invalidate, any federal law deemed unconstitutional. Since the Supreme Court moves at a glacial pace, the States through their legislatures have taken the lead in many cases.

Nullification is not secession as in the case of the Civil War, but there is a history of nullification that includes the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions against the Alien and Sedition Acts. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison both argued that the States are the ultimate interpreters of the Constitution, arguing that the States could “interpose” themselves to protect their citizens from unconstitutional national laws.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Whenever I’m in the nation’s capital, it’s always entertaining to see government staff, aides, lobbyists and elected officials doing their thing. They can make you feel like an outsider — unless, that is, you were there when Ronald Reagan was sworn in, doing then as they are doing now. Then you realize that they’re just younger versions of yourself.

With age and experience comes a trace of wisdom. In talking to various Washington insiders over the last few days, I’ve noticed a predominant theme: The GOP establishment hasn’t a clue how to manage the so-called Tea Party movement. And the Democrats are equally clueless as they try to profile and pigeonhole these new activists.

I’ve been closely watching Tea Partiers since about this time last year. I noticed early on that establishment Republican elected officials have been letting the Tea Party march right on past. These officeholders are afraid they’ll be seen as radical if they associate with the protest movement.

Conventional Washington wisdom seems to have it that moderate, swing voters in the fall general elections will turn away from the GOP if the party ends up with nominees for Congress who are either self-identified as Tea Partiers or are somehow associated with them.

Consider this oddity: Sen. John McCain has long been cold-shouldered by the GOP establishment, which has thought of him as too liberal for the party’s taste. Now he is suddenly viewed as a part of that very establishment, which is itself now deemed too liberal. Believe me when I tell you that the very notion of a spontaneous conservative grassroots movement that they can’t get a handle on has this town’s Republican operatives baffled.

The Democrats are even more in the dark. They have persuaded themselves that the Tea Party crowd is one and the same with the so-called “birthers,” who believe President Obama was not born in the United States and should not be eligible to serve as president. The Democrats welcome the Tea Party because they believe it will divide the GOP and bring to the fore weaker and less experienced Republican candidates in November. Either that, they believe, or it will cause a big chunk of disenchanted Republican voters — either establishment or Tea Party — to sit out this year’s general election altogether.

The U.S. Army says a surgeon who has publicly refused to follow any further orders until he sees documentation that Barack Obama is eligible to be president is being “reassigned” at Walter Reed Army Hospital after he refused to deploy to Afghanistan as scheduled.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is the highest-ranking and first active-duty officer to refuse to obey orders based on President Obama’s eligibility. While there have been reports Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is facing an imminent court-martial, Army spokesman Chuck Dasey told WND today that Lakin is only “under investigation” at this point.
