Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.

What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.

Southern Poverty Law Center Publishes Patriot Hit List
The sad truth is, however, our federal government has chosen to exalt the SPLC to the position of being its “go to” source for information regarding “potential domestic terrorists” and similar characterizations. As a result, the information and reports disseminated by SPLC wind up in police reports and bulletins all over the United States. As an example, the SPLC had its fingerprints all over the infamous MIAC report. One could even question whether the SPLC is merely a front organization for Big Brother…….

Today, it’s an astonishing, even eerie, scene: the icon of modern American conservatism, whose rise to political prominence was galvanized by the cultural rebellion of the 1960s, fighting off an attack-at-gunpoint by the quintessential modern American rebel. But when “The Dark, Dark Hours” episode of General Electric Theater aired live from Hollywood on December 12, 1954, Ronald Reagan and James Dean were just two actors yet to find the roles that would define them.

No one has seen this episode in the decades since; the kinescope has been locked away, until now. My friend Wayne Federman, a writer for NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, unearthed the broadcast, condensing it from its original 23 minutes (without commercials) into the six-minute version you see below. (Federman is planning a retrospective of Reagan’s television career for next year’s Reagan centennial.)

Here, Reagan is a physician, forced to defend his home and family from Dean, a teenage lawbreaker seeking medical treatment for an injured friend.

Army Maj. Nidal Hasan killed 13 people in November’s Fort Hood massacre.

WASHINGTON – Two top senators on Thursday accused the Obama administration of stonewalling their probe of the Fort Hood slaughter.

Senate Homeland Security Committee chairman Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.) and Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) said they’ll subpoena the Justice Department and Pentagon by Monday if documents aren’t coughed up fast.

The lawmakers want to know who knew Army Maj. Nidal Hasan was chatting up a radical Al Qaeda cleric, and why they didn’t tell Hasan’s superiors.

Hillary was the one who ordered the FUBAR final assault on the holed-up Branch Davidians in Waco on April 19th, 1993. The final death count from this disastrous fiasco was 76 Branch Davidians, including 21 childrene and two pregnant women. The appalling disaster at Waco was what motivated Timothy McVeigh to participate in the terroristic bombings in Oklahoma City, two years later on April 19, 1995.

It looks like somebody is going to have to update the Waco Siege page on Wikipedia. Apparently the whitewashed history that former President Bill Clinton would like us to believe regarding the 1993 federal assault on the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas, is missing important details regarding his own personal involvement.

In response to Bill Clinton’s highly publicized linking of the Tea Party movement to the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing in an op-ed piece for the New York Times, former Clinton adviser Dick Morris disclosed on Monday that it was Clinton himself, and not Attorney General Janet Reno, as Americans have been led to believe for the past 17 years, who called the shots during the 1993 botched invasion that led to the death of seventy-six people.

What should we make of Obama’s merriment? What does it tell us about his sense of humor? What does it tell us about what an earlier age would have called his “humor,” his character?

The first thing to notice about this moment of hilarity is how consonant it is with other Obama rhetorical eructations. For example, how similar in spirit it is to his challenge to Republicans after Nancy Pelosi managed to ram the presidential health care legislation through Congress. Instantly, there were calls to repeal the law. “My attitude is,” Obama told a crowd in Iowa, “go for it” — as if it would get them anywhere!…..

(AP File)

There’s a new narrative taking hold in the wake of the recent Tea Party protests and the 15th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing: The Tea Partiers’ intense opposition to the Obama administration has led to overheated political rhetoric, which could in turn lead to violence, perhaps as devastating as Oklahoma City.

Former President Clinton is the leading voice of this new narrative. In newspaper interviews, television appearances and a widely discussed speech Friday, Clinton said it’s “legitimate” to draw “parallels to the time running up to Oklahoma City and a lot of the political discord that exists in our country today.”

“Watch your words,” warned ABC News, reporting that Clinton “weighed in on the angry anti-government rhetoric, ringing out from talk radio to Tea Party rallies.”

If you’ve been a long time viewer of this show and listener of my radio show, then you remember a time when the show was based in comedy. We looked at the news of the day and tried to get a point across in the funniest way possible. Today is a different story. The show is now about as funny as smallpox.

Recently, I got all kinds of heat for telling Forbes magazine that my company is an entertainment company. But they only printed half the quote. The rest of the quote was about how I very much believe the republic is on fire, I just don’t think the best way to solve it is with a cartoon dog carrying a fire hose.

Look, I want an easy life too. I want to go to movies. I don’t want to think about all the things we have to think about. But we are not protecting the republic just for us — this is for our children.

This land — if you believe the Founders — was found through divine providence. Which means we’re holding a place for His purposes.

Alex Jones’ latest documentary film arrives with a warning – no human being who wishes to remain free can close their eyes and plug their ears anymore to the reality that a dictatorial global regime enforced by a cadre of vicious thugs is now firmly moving into position, and that it will impact their lives unless they join the growing undercurrent of spiritually awake humans who have resolved to resist the many facets of its tyranny.

Police State 4: The Rise Of FEMA [2] lands tomorrow, April 21st, and it’s imperative that Infowarriors the world over fire up those DVD burners once again as part of another information salvo against the New World Order, buoyed by recent success as more and more people globally cast off the chains of their brainwashing and their manipulated view of themselves as weak, intellectually impotent bystanders who in reality, working together with millions of others, really can change the world for the better and secure the future of their species.

Almost two decades ago, the world was aghast at video footage showing the beating of Rodney King, a shocking example of police brutality that made so many headlines because American cops engaging in such behavior was still relatively rare.

Now almost 20 years on, you can visit You Tube and find similar examples of egregious police brutality, oppression, and harassment on an almost daily basis. Images of police beating protesters and other innocent bystanders to a pulp has become a normality as America sinks into a condition resembling any tin pot corrupt third world dictatorship where free speech is met with the blunt force of a leather-gloved fist or the jolt of a 50,000 volt taser.

No one can deny that America is now run by a brutal police state that has trained its enforcers that the American people are the enemy and that dissent and free speech is on a par with domestic terrorism.

Those of us who are informed and educated have the ability to see that the current Obama administration is taking us toward a socialist society. Obama and his minions have a radical agenda to transform the way America functions, taking away freedoms and handing over control of our lives to the government.

Those who are still star-struck by Obama and his lying orations refuse to believe that the president and his administration are steering toward more governmental control over our lives. For these people, convincing them has been a lesson in futility, as they will not believe anything they hear from those of higher education, experience, and intellect. As long as they continue to get their free government handout, they are content with the government running their lives. Well, here is something that might change their mind, finally….

DI LEO: Little Barry Frames Some Friends

By John F. Di Leo, Illinois Review, 4-20-2010

In the great 1964 Rat Pack musical “Robin and the Seven Hoods” – a comic portrayal of 1920s Chicago crime bosses – Maid Marian (Barbara Rush) asks Little John (Dean Martin), new in town, why on earth he joined up with the smalltime Robbo (Frank Sinatra) when he could have joined up with the much more powerful Guy Gisborne (Peter Falk). Dino just blew in from Indiana, didn’t know anybody in town, and picked the weaker side, on purpose, with eyes open. Why on earth would you do that?

With two words, Dino answered her: “Crooked hood.” He didn’t trust Gisborne, so he wouldn’t run that risk, however more powerful he appeared. Marian didn’t get it – she assumed your only loyalty was to yourself; why not switch sides when it’s convenient? Not our Dino. He joined the good guys’ gang (well, it’s all relative), because he could tell that Gisborne was the kind of hood who’d doublecross his own mother. The viewer enjoys a lesson about loyalty (and enjoys some great musical numbers along the way).

Fast forward fifty years to 2010. The current administration has announced a new attack on Wall Street, and the focus this time is Goldman Sachs. In fact, it may be bigger than expected, since the report of U.S. DoJ attacks immediately gave European regulators the perceived all-clear to unleash a few volleys of their own.

Add another chapter to the long and voluminous history of government’s failed “Vice Wars.” Just like Prohibition and the so-called “War on Drugs,” the ongoing cigarette crackdown in both the United States and Canada has not only failed to achieve its objective, but it is creating bureaucracies that threaten liberty and prosperity as well as spawning a violent subculture that puts lives at risk on both sides of the border.

And the more this “sin” tax is raised, the more lucrative profits from contraband cigarettes become – adding fuel to an already-volatile conflagration.

Did we really expect government to do anything differently, though? After all, we’re dealing with a government culture that continues to operate under the fatally-flawed assumption that anything can be solved simply by borrowing and spending more tax dollars. In fact, in today’s world unsustainable borrowing and spending itself can be solved by – you guessed it –

“I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration, somehow you’re not patriotic, and we should stand up and say, ‘We are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration.’”

Was that a tea party protestor seeking to rile up white men and incite them to violence?

No, that was Hillary Clinton in 2003. The administration she was criticizing was that of George W. Bush.

She was right then. Protest can be patriotic, and no one should be thought less of an American because that person opposes the policies of a particular administration.

But now that the (left) shoe is on the other foot, we hear nothing about protest being patriotic. Instead, we hear from the left that it is dangerous and might lead to another Timothy McVeigh blowing up a federal building or trying to assassinate a president.

There is arguably no more influential conservative in America today than former Reagan Attorney General Edwin Meese. To paraphrase an old marketing slogan, when Ed Meese talks, people listen. Rarely has such attention been more warranted than now, as President Obama prepares to select a new Supreme Court nominee whose views on national security and the law may have enormous bearing on the prospects for our victory in this War for the Free World.

After all, as Gen. Meese observed in a major policy address before an American Bar Association audience last Thursday: “In four major cases, the Supreme Court has involved itself in the conduct of this war in what has been a change in terms of the constitutional history and the traditions of the country.”

The lack of judicial restraint has, according to the Nation’s one-time top law enforcement officer, been compounded further by the “lack of clarity” on the part of the executive branch with respect to key aspects of this war. Particularly egregious has been the Obama administration’s determined effort to obscure whether we are even at war and with whom.

The Effectiveness of Political Assassinations

This is an excellent read:

I wouldn’t have believed you if you’d told me 20 years ago that America would someday be routinely firing missiles into countries it’s not at war with. For that matter, I wouldn’t have believed you if you’d told me a few months ago that America would soon be plotting the assassination of an American citizen who lives abroad.

He goes on to discuss Obama’s authorization of the assassination of Anwar al-Awlaki, an American living in Yemen. He speculates on whether or not this is illegal, but spends more time musing about the effectiveness of assassination, referring to a 2009 paper from Security Studies: “When Heads Roll: Assessing the Effectiveness of Leadership Decapitation“: “She studied 298 attempts, from 1945 through 2004, to weaken or eliminate terrorist groups through ‘leadership decapitation’ — eliminating people in senior positions.”

From the paper’s conclusion:

The data presented in this paper show that decapitation is not an effective counterterrorism strategy. While decapitation is effective in 17 percent of all cases, when compared to the overall rate of organizational decline, decapitated groups have a lower rate of decline than groups that have not had their leaders removed. The findings show that decapitation is more likely to have counterproductive effects in larger, older, religious, and separatist organizations. In these cases decapitation not only has a much lower rate of success, the marginal value is, in fact, negative. The data provide an essential test of decapitation’s value as a counterterrorism policy. Read more…

THE HYPOCRISY OF THE OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUE

By Lynn Stuter

NewsWithViews.com

http://www.newswithviews.com/Stuter/stuter188.htm

More than one mother has quipped to the effect that to enroll a child in school, one must produce the child’s birth certificate.

More than one military person has lamented that they, too, must produce their birth certificate to enlist and on demand.

The latest being LTC Lakin who was ordered to report for a second tour of duty in the Middle East; ordered to show up for duty with his birth certificate in hand.

He refused to report, stating unequivocally that he has serious reservations that the individual, claiming to be his Commander-in-Chief, is legitimate to the office he holds.

That individual is Barack Hussein Obama or AKA (also known as) for what appears to be a myriad of aliases including the surnames of Dunham, Obama and Soetoro and the given names of Barry, Barack and Barack Hussein. As one can imagine, the combinations are many.

Interesting considering that when AKA applied for an Illinois law license, he claimed no aliases. Yet we know that AKA was adopted by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, and registered as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen of Muslim faith at the Fransiskus Assisi Primary School in Jakarta, Indonesia on January 1, 1967.

We also know that Barry Soetoro was listed as a dependent over the age of 18 “for the purposes of education” of Lolo Soetoro in the Soetoro divorce papers, raising the specter of his receiving financial aid as a foreign student to attend Occidental College.

As with everything else about AKA, there has been no proof presented that 1) he was ever an American citizen, 2) that he was ever eligible to reclaim American citizenship, and 3) that he ever did reclaim American citizenship.

Michelle Obama, in a speech given on August 26, 2008, during the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado, stated his home country to be Kenya.

More recently, the transcript of the proceedings of the March 25, 2010 Kenyan parliamentary session alleges AKA was born in Kenya.

It seems the only people who refuse to look at facts are those “stupid Americans”; more specifically, however, a cabal of power elite (including lamestream media personalities) bent on keeping Americans in the dark about AKA’s origins.

And, beyond all this, AKA has claimed he held dual citizenship at birth, making him ineligible to the office of president as dual citizenship does not equate to natural born, defined as having two American parents and born on American soil.

Aaron was arrested and charged with “Disrupting a meeting or precession” Campus Police made the arrest their number is 512-471-4441, the need to explain why members of the media are being arrested.

Fifth Fleet ready for Iran attack, experts say

Military experts say the Fifth Fleet has come a long way since Iranian gunboats crippled it within hours in a notorious war game five years ago.

In fact, says John Pike, president of the Alexandria, Va.-based Global Security Web site, the Navy was well on its way to solving the challenge of fending off the swarming swift boats before the war game began.

In that test, an enemy “red team” headed by retired Martine Corps Gen. Paul Van Riper deployed the gun boats and propeller-driven suicide planes to paralyze the Fifth Fleet, based in Bahrain in the Persian Gulf.

It took Riper less than two hours to knock it out of commission.

Key to the shocking result was Van Riper’s strategy of neutralizing the American advantage in big guns and cruise missiles by getting in close before hostilities began.

Using the Oklahoma City Bombing

Monday was the anniversary of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that left 149 men and women — most of them federal workers — and 19 children dead. As is his habit, former President Bill Clinton used the occasion to bash his critics.

In a New York Times opinion piece, “What We Learned in Oklahoma City,” Clinton placed the blame on Americans who have advocated smaller government. The terrorists — bomber Timothy McVeigh and his accomplices — who targeted the Murrah Federal Building, he wrote, “took to the ultimate extreme an idea advocated in the months and years before the bombing by an increasingly vocal minority: the belief that the greatest threat to American freedom is our government, and that public servants do not protect our freedoms, but abuse them.”

When a former president seizes such a tragedy for partisan purposes, it is no wonder a new Pew Research poll found that a modest 22 percent of voters say they trust Washington to do the right thing most of the time

For weeks, MSNBC has advertised Rachel Maddow’s two-hour special broadcast about the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building. This special, aired on the 15-year anniversary of that bombing, was billed as a way for viewers to see what can happen if anti-government sentiment gets out of control.

“So tonight, exactly 15 years later, this special edition of ‘The Rachel Maddow Show’ brings you the inside story of the Oklahoma City bombing,” Maddow said on her April 19 broadcast. “MSNBC obtained 45 hours of audio tape interviews in which Timothy McVeigh describes the planning and the executions and the motivations behind his horrific attack. This is a detailed account as it has never before been heard, told to us by the terrorist himself.”

“Violence is Unacceptable in a Democracy” (the subtitle that popped up in the html)

Finally, we should never forget what drove the bombers, and how they justified their actions to themselves. They took to the ultimate extreme an idea advocated in the months and years before the bombing by an increasingly vocal minority: the belief that the greatest threat to American freedom is our government, and that public servants do not protect our freedoms, but abuse them. On that April 19, the second anniversary of the assault of the Branch Davidian compound near Waco, deeply alienated and disconnected Americans decided murder was a blow for liberty.

As Government Expands, Beware the Post Office Example

Back when Barack Obama was pushing for a public option in the new national healthcare system, he raised eyebrows with an out-of-nowhere remark about the U.S. Postal Service.

It happened last August at a town hall in Colorado. Obama claimed Americans shouldn’t be afraid of a government insurance company — the public option — competing against private insurers, because even though the government has vastly more resources than any individual company, “You’ve got a lot of private companies who do very well competing against the government — UPS and FedEx are doing a lot better than the post office.”

Obama apparently liked the point, because he made it again at another town hall around the same time. “Private insurers should be able to compete,” he said Aug. 11 in New Hampshire. “They do it all the time. I mean, if you think about it, UPS and FedEx are doing just fine, right? It’s the post office that’s always having problems.”

It was a jarring moment. Here, Obama was trying to promote a huge expansion of government involvement in the health system, and he pointed to a sprawling, unresponsive and insanely expensive government bureaucracy. (It’s also one that nearly every American knows from firsthand experience.) Not exactly the best case for government effectiveness.

Tyranny May Be Closer than We Think
American Thinker ^ | April 20, 2010 | Bob Weir

When Barack Obama was elected President of the United States, I experienced ambivalence about a national election result for the first time in my life. In every other presidential election that ran counter to my vote, I felt that the winner didn’t represent any advantage for the future of the country. When Jimmy Carter beat Gerald Ford, I braced myself for the liberal climate about to descend on us. When Clinton beat Bush 1, it meant that the country was willing to overlook the man’s well-documented history of immoral conduct, which inevitably led to national disgrace. For me, neither of these victors provided anything salubrious for the country’s future.

Although I voted for John McCain, and I believed that he was the better leader for our country, seeing the first African-American become the nation’s chief executive gave me the feeling that we had finally crossed a threshold in race relations. After all, with blacks representing only about 12 percent of the population, a huge non-black turnout was needed for a black candidate to be elected. Winning by a comfortable margin seemed to make it clear that Obama’s victory could result in less vitriol from race-baiters who had enriched their bank accounts by fulminating about the country’s history of bigotry. Finally, we would no longer be urged to view everything through a prism of pigmentation. Hence, my ambivalence was an example of finding something good about being on the losing side of a national plebiscite.

Sticking to His Guns: Sedition Charges and the Journalistic Ethics of Time’s Joe Klein

Sticking to His Guns: Sedition Charges and the Journalistic Ethics of Time’s Joe Klein

One of the things taught in journalism schools, at least when it comes crime reporting, is that when someone charged with a crime, you carefully craft your rhetoric because in the United States, you’re presumed innocent until proven guilty.

But what if you’re journalist and you’re making accusations of crime where there’s not even a charge? On NBC’s April 18 “The Chris Matthews Show,” Time magazine’s Joe Klein accused former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and Fox News host Glenn Beck of rubbing “right up close to being seditious,” which according to the U.S. Code is rubbing right up close to being a crime. And even after the fact, Klein has stuck to his guns and didn’t back down from that accusation.

“On the Chris Mathews Show Sunday, I said that some of the right-wing infotainment gasbags–people like Glenn Beck etc.–were nudging up close to the edge of sedition,” Klein wrote in an April 19 post on Time.com’s Swampland blog. “This has caused a bit of a self-righteous ruckus on the right. Let me be clear: dissent isn’t sedition. Questioning an Administration’s policies isn’t sedition. But questioning an Administration’s legitimacy in a manner intended to undermine or overthrow it certainly is.”

Tancredo urges Tea Partiers to send Obama back to Kenya

By Eric Zimmermann - 04/19/10 02:11 PM ET

Former Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) urged Tea Partiers this weekend to help “send [Obama] back” to Kenya.

Speaking at a rally in Greenville, S.C., on Saturday, Tancredo cited remarks Michelle Obama made earlier this month in which she called Kenya was the president’s “home country.”

“If his wife says Kenya is his homeland, why don’t we just send him back?” Tancredo said, according to the Greenville News.

Asked about Tancredo’s comments, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs dismissed them as “lunacy.”

“I could probably fill the better part of my afternoons responding to the lunacy of people such as Tom Tancredo,” Gibbs said.
