I pledge allegiance to Goldman Sachs, and to the conspiracy for which it stands, one racket under Paulson, Communist and indivisible, with eviction and poverty for all.

The battle of the bailout is over. We lost. Despite the unprecedented opposition, despite everything we did, I doubt that many of my readers and listeners thought we could win. Now we need to analyze what happened, what it means and, most important, where it could take us. We do have some hints.

First, consider that the people of this country have never before expressed such rage, such antipathy to a bill. According to one report, the people were 300 to one against it. One Member of Congress received 15,000 messages about it. Ten were in favor. Another said 95% of the messages he got were opposed. According to one analyst, “the calls to Congress are 50 percent ‘No’ and 50 percent ‘Hell, No.’”

There has not been anything like it in the history of the country. So, the fact that Congress could impose this financial version of the Dresden firebombing in the face of such historic voter opposition – the fact that Congress could in effect spit in your face – is proof that representative government in the country is gone. The vote in Congress expressed the fact that we have government by coup; that the actual purpose of “representation” in Washington is to conceal its absence. Most people now see that.

Second, consider the nature of the opposition. Many bills have faced enormous opposition in Congress, yes. The opposition, however large, came from the group(s) the bill targeted. Here the opposition came from every identifiable group, racial, financial, cultural, sexual, geographical, etc. Indeed, like a natural disaster that cares nothing for the politics of the victims in its path, it left jumbled allegiances and loyalties like piles of wrecked furnishings behind.

For instance, Republican Congressmen Tom Tancredo, enemy of the illegal alien invasion and former candidate for President, along with John Shadegg, who recently responded to pleas from his constituents and decided not to retire, both voted for the coup. Liberal Democrats Loretta Sanchez, who stole “B-1 Bob” Dornan’s seat, and Brad Sherman, who was my Congressman when we lived in the San Fernando Valley, both voted against it.

Along these lines, both Senator B. Hussein Obama and el Senador Juan McCain voted for the coup. Why? Here are the top ten corporate PAC contributors to both candidates:

Doomed from the Start: The Myth of Limited Constitutional Government in America

After spending a lifetime in politics John C. Calhoun (U.S. Senator, Vice President of the United States, Secretary of War) wrote his brilliant treatise, A Disquisition on Government, which was published posthumously shortly after his death in 1850. In it Calhoun warned that it is an error to believe that a written constitution alone is “sufficient, of itself, without the aid of any organism except such as is necessary to separate its several departments, and render them independent of each other to counteract the tendency of the numerical majority to oppression and abuse of power” (p. 26). The separation of powers is fine as far as it goes, in other words, but it would never be a sufficient defense against governmental tyranny, said Calhoun.

Moreover, it is a “great mistake,” Calhoun wrote, to suppose that “the mere insertion of provisions to restrict and limit the powers of the government, without investing those for whose protection they are inserted, with the means of enforcing their observance, will be sufficient to prevent the major and dominant party from abusing its powers” (emphasis added). The party “in possession of the government” will always be opposed to any and all restrictions on its powers. They “will have no need of these restrictions” and “would come, in time, to regard these limitations as unnecessary and improper restraints and endeavor to elude them . . .”

The world is watching as Barack Obama meets and exceeds all the most paranoid concerns about how he would run the country, turning our government into everything sane people fear and hate. Obama and his lackeys are openly mocking our citizens, our way of life, and our founding fathers in front of the whole world. Are we deserving of such contempt? Well, we did elect this anus.

The Revolt of the States

By Alan Caruba

President Obama, his weird circle of advisors (czars), and the ideologues within the Democrat Party led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Harry Reid only have a few months left to completely destroy the separation of powers between the States and the federal government.

A major battle is looming over the Tenth Amendment which declares that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Almost everywhere one looks today, the States are in rebellion to the overreaching of the federal government. The process involved is called nullification, a legal theory that a U.S. State has the right to nullify, i.e., invalidate, any federal law deemed unconstitutional. Since the Supreme Court moves at a glacial pace, the States through their legislatures have taken the lead in many cases.

Nullification is not secession as in the case of the Civil War, but there is a history of nullification that includes the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions against the Alien and Sedition Acts. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison both argued that the States are the ultimate interpreters of the Constitution, arguing that the States could “interpose” themselves to protect their citizens from unconstitutional national laws.

Establishment Terrified by Tea Party Movement
Townhall.com ^ | April 15, 2010 | Matt Towery

Posted on Thursday, April 15, 2010 8:52:53 AM by Kaslin

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Whenever I’m in the nation’s capital, it’s always entertaining to see government staff, aides, lobbyists and elected officials doing their thing. They can make you feel like an outsider — unless, that is, you were there when Ronald Reagan was sworn in, doing then as they are doing now. Then you realize that they’re just younger versions of yourself.

With age and experience comes a trace of wisdom. In talking to various Washington insiders over the last few days, I’ve noticed a predominant theme: The GOP establishment hasn’t a clue how to manage the so-called Tea Party movement. And the Democrats are equally clueless as they try to profile and pigeonhole these new activists.

I’ve been closely watching Tea Partiers since about this time last year. I noticed early on that establishment Republican elected officials have been letting the Tea Party march right on past. These officeholders are afraid they’ll be seen as radical if they associate with the protest movement.

Conventional Washington wisdom seems to have it that moderate, swing voters in the fall general elections will turn away from the GOP if the party ends up with nominees for Congress who are either self-identified as Tea Partiers or are somehow associated with them.

Consider this oddity: Sen. John McCain has long been cold-shouldered by the GOP establishment, which has thought of him as too liberal for the party’s taste. Now he is suddenly viewed as a part of that very establishment, which is itself now deemed too liberal. Believe me when I tell you that the very notion of a spontaneous conservative grassroots movement that they can’t get a handle on has this town’s Republican operatives baffled.

The Democrats are even more in the dark. They have persuaded themselves that the Tea Party crowd is one and the same with the so-called “birthers,” who believe President Obama was not born in the United States and should not be eligible to serve as president. The Democrats welcome the Tea Party because they believe it will divide the GOP and bring to the fore weaker and less experienced Republican candidates in November. Either that, they believe, or it will cause a big chunk of disenchanted Republican voters — either establishment or Tea Party — to sit out this year’s general election altogether.

Officer challenging Obama ‘reassigned’ No charges yet for surgeon demanding eligibility proof

The U.S. Army says a surgeon who has publicly refused to follow any further orders until he sees documentation that Barack Obama is eligible to be president is being “reassigned” at Walter Reed Army Hospital after he refused to deploy to Afghanistan as scheduled.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is the highest-ranking and first active-duty officer to refuse to obey orders based on President Obama’s eligibility. While there have been reports Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is facing an imminent court-martial, Army spokesman Chuck Dasey told WND today that Lakin is only “under investigation” at this point.

Leftwing Hypocrisy on Standing Armies Used Against Citizens
Conservative Examiner ^ | 4/14/2010 | Anthony G. Martin

In the current controversy over the 80,000-troop ‘Consequence Management Response Force’ that is charged in part with ‘helping with civil unrest,’ the hypocrisy of the Leftwing has become abundantly clear when it comes to standing armies being used against American citizens.

The program was planned and the first stage was implemented under the administration of George W. Bush. At that time the program involved only one brigade of the 3rd infantry at Fort Stewart.

Since 2008 the program has been expanded to include personnel from all branches of the military, far beyond Fort Stewart, and far beyond the meager 6000 troops or so that were initially part of the plan.

The Leftwing, however, claims that Americans should not be worried, that this program is designed only to serve the citizens in the event of a major, catastrophic national disaster–although the plan itself states plainly that part of its role is to ‘help with civil unrest.’

If the financial regulation bill that passed the House last year becomes law, President Obama and his Treasury Secretary will acquire the right to take over any financial institution they wish to, provided that, in their sole opinion, it is both “too big to fail” and on the brink of insolvency. The House bill provides for no judicial review and does not require any objective evidence of imminent failure to trigger the takeover provisions.

Marine scrutinized over Facebook page
San Diego Union Tribune ^ | 4/14/2010 | Jeanette Steele

A Camp Pendleton Marine is running smack up against the limits of what uniform-wearing Americans are allowed to say about their government after his Facebook page for “Armed Forces Tea Party Patriots” sparked concern among his superiors Tuesday.

Sgt. Gary Stein, 24, was set to do a television interview with MSNBC when he got called back to the base to go over the Pentagon’s directive on political activities. Stein chose to remove the page, launched three weeks ago, until he has reviewed his obligations under military code.

The Marine said his supervisor advised him of his right to an attorney, but the Corps is not looking to file charges, said Maj. Gabrielle Chapin, a Camp Pendleton spokeswoman.

Tuesday’s developments follow intense debate among Stein’s 400 or so Facebook “fans” about whether he is entitled to criticize President Barack Obama’s policies while identifying himself as an active-duty Marine.

Denver talk-radio host Peter Boyles interviewed Lietenant Colonel Terrence Lakin’s spokesperson Margaret Hemenway Tuesday, the second day in a row as the “birther” showdown unfolds in Washington. Boyles has admitted he is fascinated by the story of Greeley native Lakin, a decorated 18-year Army medic who refuses to deploy for the second time to Afghanistan because he doesn’t fully believe Pres. Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States. Lakin is the latest and highest ranking of a handful of soldiers who have subscribed to the mostly right-wing theory that Obama has hidden or falsified the usual documents that would prove his citizenship and that he has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars “lawyering up” to protect their secrecy. Boyles, at the very least a semi-believer in the conspiracy himself, clearly admires the man the media is now calling “Colonel Birther.”

The warnings have been placed right in front of our faces regarding how the shadow government intends to deal with we the people taking back our government:

1987: Then U.S. Attorney General William French Smith blew the whistle on a fairly low ranking Marine officer by the name of Oliver North. According to Smith, Lt. Col. Oliver North directly helped draft a plan in 1984 to impose martial law in the United States in the event of an emergency. This secret plan would suspend the U.S. Constitution and turn over control of the government to the little known agency at that time: FEMA. This plan would appoint military commanders to run state and local governments. Implementation of this plan would have been triggered by violent and wise spread internal dissent, disagreement with government policy or national opposition to any U.S. military invasion abroad. Essentially, it amounted to a complete and total suspension of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.

“Investigators who uncovered this plan believe that between 1983 – 1986, North’s office was the ‘central command center’ for this informal secret structure which involved more than the illegal sale of arms to Iran and illegal funding of the underground war in Nicaragua under President Ronald Reagan. “Lifers” in the military were shocked, saying at the time that no Lt. Colonel is ever given the kind of power North was apparently given within this secret structure. So great was his authority, he could have the orbits of sophisticated satellites altered to follow Soviet ships around the world or launch high-flying spy aircraft on secret missions. Some even compared this whole operation as eerily similar to the one portrayed in the movie, Clear and Present Danger, starring Harrison Ford (1994).

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.” –Marcus Tullius Cicero 42B.C.

The title of this column is a caption from a recent CNN poll news item which contained some extraordinary comments from poltroons like Jon Kyl of Arizona, a counterfeit U.S. Senator who sold out the people of Arizona and these united states of America with his solid support of lawlessness and the recently defeated amnesty bill. Kyl is quoted in the aforementioned: “It is a sad commentary in America today that many Americans have lost faith in their government,” Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Arizona, said. He added, “Americans don’t believe that their government is representing them, is acting on their behalf. The polls show it.”

And, whose fault is that Kyl? This news item says it’s come down to the people vs the government: “It was a bipartisan bill, supported by President Bush and by most Democrats in Congress. Why didn’t it pass? Because the people didn’t like it.” That’s right, the American people by a margin of some 68-72% were demanding its defeat. If ever there was a reason for one state to take up a challenge of the fraudulent ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment, it is Arizona. Unless and until the states finally decide they want back their rightful and equal power, the federal machine will continue stomping on them in pursuit of dissolving America and absorbing US into one region of world government with Mexico and Canada. Back in April 2004, Zell Miller [D-GA], a former counterfeit U.S. Senator recommended rescinding the Seventeenth Amendment. You can’t rescind a law that does not exist and the Seventeenth Amendment absolutely, clearly and without question was never ratified by the states of the Union.

The warnings have been placed right in front of our faces regarding how the shadow government intends to deal with we the people taking back our government:

Speech(Spanking on Raising Taxes) Given From the Floor! MUST READ!
Preston Smith ^ | 4/14/10 | Preston Smith

When I ran for office, several of those very same recruiters encouraged me to make a taxpayer protection pledge to my constituents that I would not come to Atlanta and vote to raise taxes. I agreed. I wanted to be a different kind of Senator – one who spoke his mind and meant what he said. I made that commitment. But the commitment was to my constituents, not to some outside group. I gave my word – my bond – that I would not come down to Atlanta and raise taxes. I believed, perhaps incorrectly, that one of the foundational cornerstones of the Republican Party was to reduce the size and scope of government and to cut fraud, waste and abuse rather than raising taxes. And, now those people who urged the need for an independent thinker – who begged for a strong willed leader with backbone who would not bow to pressure or sell his constituents’ vote – have now attempted to threaten, harass, intimidate and punish me for being exactly the person they recruited me to be. This Republican Senate leadership punishes me today, because I will not break the word I gave my constituents, which the same leadership urged me to make.

Today is a very sad day for Republicans in Georgia. Our Lt. Governor has repeatedly said that if the people of Georgia can only afford to send us $15 Billion in tax revenues, that is the amount we will spend. We will balance our budget to that figure. We will live within our means and will not raise taxes. But now the Lt. Governor, Majority Leader and President Pro Tem, have completely reversed that position, engaged in a rhetorical game of semantics and abandoned that commitment to balance our state budget to the amount of revenue that is available. They have instead decided to pursue the easier route of raising new revenue through taxes and fees.

Prior to the beginning of this legislative session, in December of 2009, the Republican Senate leadership had a poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates. The question was posed, “When the General Assembly convenes in January, state leaders will be faced with a $2 billion budget shortfall. How do you think the State Legislature should balance the budget?” The top two responses were cut waste and cut spending. The lowest response was “raise taxes” which only 5% of Georgians chose. Only 5% of Georgians feel we would help balance the budget by raising taxes! 5% didn’t respond or didn’t know. 90% of Georgians felt we should balance the budget through some means other than tax increases. Then they asked a second question, saying, “Thinking more about the state budget, which of the following do you think would be the most effective way for the State Legislature to balance the budget? Again, exactly 5% said “by increasing taxes and fees on individuals and Georgia businesses.”

Army Report A Precursor To Christian Persecution?

Last Friday, I told readers of this column that I had come across a very disturbing government report and that I would be exposing that report during my Sunday address this past Sunday morning. I did exactly that, and anyone wishing to see an archived video of that address can do so by using this link (the video should be uploaded by this weekend)

The report’s header reads, “Strategic Implications of American Millennialism, A Monograph by MAJOR Brian L. Stuckert, U.S. Army. This monograph was defended by the degree candidate on 01 May 2008 and approved by the monograph director and reader named below. Approved by: Timothy Challans, Ph.D., Monograph Director; Robert Taylor, COL, MI, Monograph Reader; Stefan J. Banach, COL, IN, Director, School of Advanced Military Studies; Robert F. Baumann, Ph.D., Director, Graduate Degree Programs.” The School of Advanced Military Studies, United States Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, produced the report.

Here is the TABLE OF CONTENTS:

Why Millennialism Matters
The Role of Civil Religion and Culture
Millennial Theologies in America
Post-Millennialism and the Founding of America
Civil War, World War and the Rise of Pre-Millennialism
Israel, Nuclear War and the Last Days
Contemporary Pre-Millennialism in the American Electorate
Contemporary Pre-Millennialism and American Culture
The Holy Land and Armageddon: U.S. Policy in the Middle East
Anti-Christ, Gog, Magog, and Armies From the East
Conclusions and Recommendations
Bibliography

Remember, this is not a Christian university report or even a secular university’s religion department report, but rather a report written by an active duty Army major (who is now stationed in Afghanistan, I am told) for one of America’s war colleges. Before analyzing this report, here are some questions to ponder. Whose brainchild was this report? Did the major select the topic himself or did a superior assign it to him? To whom exactly was the report distributed? How was the report used? What are the interconnections between this report and the MIAC and Department of Homeland Security reports that draw similar conclusions? And perhaps the biggest question is, What does this report portend for government action in the future?

Income tax day, April 15, 2010, now divides Americans into two almost equal classes: those who pay for the services provided by government and the freeloaders. The percentage of Americans who will pay no federal income taxes at all for 2009 has risen to 47 percent.

That isn’t the worst of it. The bottom 40 percent not only pay no income tax, but the government sends them cash or benefits financed by the taxes dutifully paid by those who do pay income tax.

After candidates complain to organizers, Orly Taitz’s speaking engagement is withdrawn. Taitz has been a leading voice in the discredited ‘birther’ movement.

One candidate threatened to withdraw from the event before Tuesday’s decision to uninvite Taitz. John Dennis, who is running for the Republican nomination to oppose House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in San Francisco, said he would not appear on the same stage as Taitz.

There aren’t any jobs to be found. Currently 5.5 people are competing for every available job.

In October of this year, one month prior to the November midterm elections, a special army unit known as ‘Consequence Management Response Force’ will be ready for deployment on American soil if so ordered by the President.

According to the Army Times,

They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.

The key phrase is ‘may be called upon to help with civil unrest.’

This afternoon a local radio talk show host reported that he had been in contact with a member of the military. This military source stated that the armed forces have been alerted to the strong possibility that civil unrest may occur in the United States this summer, prior to the midterm elections of 2010.

We should not be overly excited or deceived by the Scott Brown victory or any other conservative-moderate victories in 2010, however exciting as they might be. The true heart of the American people has NOT CHANGED for the better. It still is what it has always been over these last 50 years or so: licentious and haughty. Even now many conservatives have been subtly intoxicated and tainted by socialism, godlessness and the immoral practices of the Left (Jer. 6:16-17; Matt. 15:8, 18-20). For example, consider the Republican administration and congress of the last 8 years. Except for a core of faithful true conservatives (fiscal and moral), the movement would have faded away years ago. What makes you think that the heart of these politicians or the American people has changed or will change? It hasn’t and it won’t. Sadly, the “voter reaction” victories occurring in 2010 (e.g., Scott Brown) will only display the last struggling convulsions of a decadent nation on the precipice of total collapse. I have absolutely no pleasure in making this statement. In fact, I do so with a grieving heart

Recently I ran across a video interview in which Sarah Palin enthusiastically declares “I support Michael Steele…I think he’s doing a great job. Michael Steele is an outsider. The machine, I think, is tough to penetrate–I think it’s been good to have an independent outsider trying to create some change in the Republican Party.”

Michael Steele has from the first day of his tenure been a spokesman for the RINO, pro-abortion, amoral, ‘money is god’ elite minority that presently controls the Republican Party. The statement that Steele is an outsider is an outright lie. He has for some years now made himself the tool of the elite RINO clique. There’s only one sense in which Steele is an outsider. He’s outside the purview of the conservative views of the pro-life, God-fearing grassroots’ majority of the GOP’s voting base.

Last week Steele went so far as to validate Obama’s ugly abuse of the racism charge. To cover what he himself admits to be his “mistakes” he paired himself with Obama as a black being judged by a higher standard than whites. Obama has lied, broken every election promise, hidden all aspects of his background and never been called to account. No politician in American history has been held to a lower standard of accountability. So what is Steele talking about? Just like Obama and his verbal terrorists, Steele brandishes the charge of racism in order to intimidate his critics, and distract from the fact that their criticisms have a solid basis in fact. This gives aid and comfort to some of the worst elements of the Obama faction’s media and political thugs. Will Steele stop at nothing in the effort to protect himself and silence his critics? How then does he differ from the arrogant Obama intimidators that as RNC Chairman he purports to oppose?

“The Constitution is a wonderful document. It’s a great piece of paper that’s got a lot of words on it. But you know, at the end of the day, it’s just a piece of paper that’s got a lot of words on it. And we need to elect representatives that believe in that.”

“It’s not so much … I asked a class of, of, uh, you know, I go around to my local schools and talk to fourth, fifth, sixth graders, and I ask them, “what makes America great?” And they said, “Oh, we have a Constitution. It’s a flexible document” And I said, “Okay, yeah, that’s true.”

With 1 in 5 Americans out of work, Obama issues over a million green cards

(Devvy’s EMail Alerts To Me…)

The usurper could not do this without the blessing of the incumbents in Congress.

Congress who allows the Head of the Census to give encouragement to illegal aliens to fill out their form.

Congress who allows employees from the Dept of Labor to dispense advice to illegals on street corners on how to obtain jobs they have no legal right to hold while Americans stand in unemployment lines.

What happens when those foreign nationals get here and they can’t find a job after all? You got it. There is a high percentage of green card holders who do not leave the country when they’re supposed to; they go underground and learn how to milk the system. FOX News had an item on this:

“Well, according to the Immigration Service six million illegals in this country are visa overstays. That is, they got a visa legally in their home country, they came here to visit and then they never left.”

It’s a myth. FDR did not get us out of the Great Depression—not during the 1930s, and only in a limited sense during World War II.

Let’s start with the New Deal. Its various alphabet-soup agencies—the WPA, AAA, NRA and even the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority)—failed to create sustainable jobs. In May 1939, U.S. unemployment still exceeded 20%. European countries, according to a League of Nations survey, averaged only about 12% in 1938. The New Deal, by forcing taxes up and discouraging entrepreneurs from investing, probably did more harm than good.

Here is a video report on Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, who is now saying “we’re going to do Immigration Reform just like we did Health Care Reform.”

Reid told a pro-Immigration Reform rally over the weekend (1:10 mark of the video):

“We’re gonna come back, we’re gonna do comprehensive immigration reform..I’ve got 59 Democratic Senators, all but 3 will support this…We’re gonna do immigration reform just like we did health care reform — Soon!”

If Reid and the Democrats move forward with this before the midterm elections, they are ensuring an enormous landslide for the GOP. As mad as Americans are right now over ObamaCare, if they ram this through in like fashion, it will be an avalanche at the polls in November.

While Congress considers sweeping new legislation to permanently institutionalize the bailouts and federal control of our financial system (right on the heels of their health care takeover, of course) several other sweeping power grabs are going on outside the spotlight of legislative debate. Indeed President Obama seems to believe that most of his sweeping agenda to transform the country can be accomplished without even a vote of Congress. The chart seen above and found here shows what the administration is up to.

Both of those efforts are now escalating. The EPA has now finalized its vehicle emissions rule, for the first time regulating global warming under the 1970 Clean Air Act. While EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson is trying to calm a political backlash by promising the delay the onslaught of regulations (the overall blueprint is over 18,000 pages and regulates almost everything that moves and lots of things that stay put) she remains committed to them. The Senate will have a key vote on S.J. Res. 26, which would stop the EPA, some time in May.

President Obama won’t admit it, although he must suffer from a guilty conscience. He uncorked a defensive 17-minute-long answer in response to a question at a town-hall meeting about new taxes in the health-care bill, complaining about a lot of misinformation” without citing any.

In his cascade of words, Obama didn’t get around to mentioning the $500 billion in new taxes during the first 10 years of the health bill. And they’re merely a prelude.

Damian Thompson [1], writing for the Daily Telegraph, says there will be plenty of conspiracy theories floating around cyberspace in response to the death of Polish president Lech Kaczynski and a large number of Polish VIPs in a plane crash last week.

“One of the nastier consequences of international disasters is that conspiracy theorists rush to judgment – and I do mean rush,” writes Thompson. “The fact that the president and so many of the Polish elite were on a visit to Russia will feature prominently in the fantastic stories being cooked up in cyberspace right now. And I can say with confidence that they are being cooked up, because Poland, like most East European countries, is obsessed with conspiracies. Russians, Jews, Americans, Freemasons – they will all be blamed. Some stories will be more credible than others.’

In the first hour of Friday’s show, Mark made the case that the upcoming resignation of SCOTUS Justice John Paul Stevens may have dire consequences for the future of the country.

Convinced that Stevens’ resignation was deliberately timed (in order that an ultra-leftist president to fill with a like-minded judge), Mark recalls some of the nation’s most disastrous and Constitution-twisting decisions made by a mere 5-4 SCOTUS vote. Two of them—were the doing of Justice Stevens himself:

(1) The decision to allow the EPA to regulate the emission of carbon dioxide, a newly-declared pollutant, and

(2) the decision to grant terrorist detainees held at Camp G’tmo certain civil rights they were not entitled to, which interfered with President Bush’s legitimate war-making powers and which to this day jeopardizes our national security.

Section 5210 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act establishes a “commissioned corps” and a “ready reserve corps” with the purpose of the reserve being to “fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.”

Think the War of Northern Aggression is all over? Think again. The shooting phase might be (for now) but the cultural Marxist attack on Southern history and culture goes on–often conducted by those of a Yankee/Marxist mindset that dont have a clue about real history and wouldn’t admit to its truth if they did.

“I HAVE SEEN THAT LOOK BEFORE…”

April 12, 2010 Leave a comment

(EXCERPT ONLY)
If you have already watched the Lt. Col. Terry Lakin Video, I would encourage you to spend three minutes more to watch again, paying particular attention to the last few seconds. While I was struck by his words, it was the look he made just before signing off that filled me with both admiration and compassion.

I have seen that look before. It is the look of a man who did not advance enthusiastically to a fight, but did not shirk his responsibility, when the fight was brought to him. The measure of a hero is seen in his resolve. It is the look of a man who was eager to serve out the rest of his career and retire with dignity, having served his nation with honor.

It was the look of a man who knows he has just risked everything he is, all he has stood for, worked for and loved, for his country. A man resolved to the fight, resigned that it must be him, and though he did not seek it out, he would not waver.

These are the actions of a man of honor, courage and patriotism. These are the makings of a true American hero.

By standing on his principles, Lt Col Lakin risks his freedom, reputation, career and future but his integrity will not allow him to coast into retirement pretending everything is fine. His character has compelled him to take a stand. And in his selfless sacrifice, he draws attention to an issue, which has been maligned, scoffed at, hindered and obfuscated by our politicians, our media and some of our less well informed citizens.

And so, with only the slightest tightening of his lips, the smallest, almost unperceivable nod of his head, he signals acceptance of his duty, and his resolve to see it through, to the end. He will stand up and be counted, no matter the consequences.

Along the border, fears are growing that the escalating drug violence in Mexico will spill into the United States.

Last month, a well-known rancher was murdered in southeastern Arizona. Authorities suspect an illegal immigrant did it.

The murder prompted governors in New Mexico and Texas to send forces to the border. This week, the Mexican government sent dozens of police and soldiers to the Juarez Valley to restore order.

Gates: Defy Authority When Needed

Defense secretary tells midshipmen vision, insight ‘more necessary than ever’

By Earl Kelly, Staff Writer

Speaking at the Naval Academy last night, Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates told the midshipmen there would come a time in their careers when bucking authority will be necessary.

“Mark my words, the time will come for each of you when you must stand alone and make an unpopular decision,” said Gates, who as secretary of defense and a career Central Intelligence Agency employee and director has served under eight presidents.

He told the 4,400-member Brigade of Midshipmen that good leaders “create a climate that encourages candor among subordinates.” Gates, speaking as part of the academy’s Forrestal Lecture Series, related stories about military leaders who bucked the brass in order to serve the nation.

For example, Marine Lt. Gen. Victor H. Krulak, Naval Academy Class of 1934, was a lowly lieutenant serving in China when he saw landing craft being used in the war between Japan and China.

Kenyan official: Obama born here In debate over constitution, minister urges African nation to emulate U.S. inclusion

Kenyan MP James Orengo

A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation’s parliament last month that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore “not even a native American.”

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

“If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation,” Orengo posited, “how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?”

Orengo held up the U.S. as a country no longer “living in the past,” since Americans elected a Kenyan-born president without regard to “ethnic consideration and objectives.”

A new strategy has been unveiled to demand answers to Obama’s eligibility questions. See how you can help.

He ‘s not insane ………..he wants jihad to win. That’s what he is doing. Of course, to the western mind, the rational mind, the logical mind, the American mind, that is insane.

Listed below are just a few of the failures, mistakes, and assaults upon America committed by Obama and his minions, since January 20th 2009, when he took office:

This plane crash over the weekend, the one that killed the Polish president and decapitated the Polish government, are we completely sure it was an accident?

Because, if it was, it was an accident that did the Russians a lot of good. And if it wasn’t an accident, it fits right in with Russian ambitions for renewed empire.

No, I’m not a conspiracy nut and, yes, I did grow up during the Cold War and, yes, I do believe Reagan got it right when he called them an Evil Empire.

Thankfully, she has finally seen the light. In a letter written to the entire UNC-Wilmington community on Wednesday, April 8, 2010, she admitted that much of what I’ve said about diversity (for at least seven years’ worth of columns!) is true. I am taking the time today to thank Rosemary for her honesty and humility. For those who are interested, I have reprinted her entire letter below:

It surprised me to learn that David Remnick had dedicated three pages of his comprehensive new Obama biography, The Bridge, to my thesis that Bill Ayers helped Barack Obama write Obama’s 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father.

It will surprise Remnick even more to learn that he has unwittingly reinforced a thesis that he set out to discredit.

I stumbled on the reference to yours truly rather by accident. I was searching the index to see what Remnick had to say about Bill Ayers and found the first mention on page 253 in this intriguing context, “The true author of Obama’s book, Jack Cashill suggested, was likely Bill Ayers.”

It’s most unfortunate Lakin has chosen to hang his career on the birth certificate instead of the real legal issue: Obama’s dual citizenship at the time of his birth.

Lakin is under the misconception that Obama’s eligibility rests on his place of birth. It is the wrong argument. While Obama/Soetoro is obviously hiding the long form birth certificate, it is his father’s citizenship status on August 4, 1961 when Obama was born that is the deciding factor.

Here is a good, short explanation:

http://www.redcounty.com/obama-eligibility-question-lives/37325

“If we can agree that Obama’s father, a citizen of Kenya, then a British colony, was a British subject at the time of his birth, a fact that Obama himself has attested to on numerous occasions, it is evident that, under Part 2, Section 5 of the British Nationality Act of 1948, Obama was born with automatic British citizenship “by decent” from his father.

“Thus, it is an inescapable fact that Obama held dual US-British citizenship from the date of his birth, August 4, 1961, until December 12, 1963, the day that Kenya won its independence from Great Britain.

“However, Article VI, Section 87(2) of the Kenyan Constitution states that “Every person who, having been born outside Kenya, is on 11th December, 1963 a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (Obama Jr.), or a British protected person, shall, if his father becomes, or would but for his death have become a citizen of Kenya by virtue of subsection (1), become a citizen of Kenya on 12th December, 1963.”

In what have got to be the most morally clear statements to ever come out of an actor working in the entertainment business, Jon Voight mercilessly told off Barack Obama in a way that was long overdue and extremely consummate. Appearing on Huckabee on Saturday, Jon Voight read a letter to the American people that he had specially prepared for his appearance. Looking intrepidly at the camera and reading confidently, Voight rebuked Obama for feeding poison to America’s ill-educated and the poor for the purposes of wealth redistribution. Voight also took Obama to task for being a disciple of the Saul Alinsky method, asserting that Obama is raping America with it. He urged Obama to use the aggression he’s using against the American people against America’s enemies instead. The actor then closed by giving words of encouragement to the patriots in the Tea Party movement, telling them to persevere and be vigilant. What a tour de force, contained in just three minutes!

Our allies hate him. Our enemies are laughing at him. Nearly two years after Obama’s World Tour in which he did his best to convince voters that he understood global challenges with a high profile tour of a lot of foreign countries (a approach that if it worked should convincingly make every internationally famous rock star a foreign policy expert), his biggest global accomplishment is still his ability to travel around the world to high profile destinations on the taxpayer’s shrinking dime.

His attempts at diplomacy consisted of delivering vicious slaps across the faces of longtime allies, from England to Israel, and pathetic love notes to tyrants in Iran, Russia and Venezuela, who responded by openly mocking him.

If President Obama weakens America, will the world be more “fair?”

Back on September 20th of 2009, I authored a column that pondered this very question.

At that time, our President was still holding frequent press briefings in which he reminded us of the terrible $1.3 trillion deficit that he “inherited” from his successor, while ignoring the fact that he had spent more than half that amount in one, so-called “economic stimulus” bill, and had implemented an annual budget costing an additional $3.6 trillion.

At that time, our President had also alienated a good bit of Europe (factor in the countries of England, France, Poland, and the Czech Republic) by capitulating to Russia and abandoning America’s role in a Western European missile shield program. The President seemed not to care that Western Europe fears the resurgence of a brutal, dictatorial Soviet Union-styled Russia about as much as the U.S. frets over a nuclear Iran.

We now live in a nation that will not name its enemy. Homeland Security wants to eliminate terms like Islamic jihad or terrorism from its vocabulary lest we offend some of the people trying to kill us.

The United States has global enemies of every description. Pretending they don’t exist is an invitation to attack. The most potent of our enemies are found in the Middle East, but for many Americans, trying to “make sense” of those who determine policies in the Middle East is impossible; the region is a giant hall of mirrors, a funhouse filled with guns and bombs.

LEO WANTA TO BE “TAKEN DOWN?”
PART 1 of 3

By Marilyn M. Barnewall
April 11, 2010
NewsWithViews.com

*****

“In 1981, President Ronald Reagan signed Executive Order 12333. It authorized the establishment of Title 18 Section 6 corporations domestically and offshore. Title 18 Section 6 corporations can be owned by the U.S. government, or not, and can be run by intelligence operatives who may legally disguise their intelligence agency affiliations and can deny they exist.

President Reagan intended EO 12333 to benefit our nation. Companies could be established abroad by U.S. intelligence agents to identify threats. For example, in most countries if a drug shipment worth $200 million is reported and seized, an informant can earn a percentage of the shipment’s value. Thus, Title 18 Section 6 corporations established by American intelligence agents can earn vast sums of money while reducing international drug traffic. Money laundering and other major crimes can be identified and prevented by allowing intelligence operatives to establish corporations that appear to participate in those and other illegal activities. That doesn’t make the agents who establish these companies money launderers or drug traffickers. In short, Ambassador Leo E. Wanta established numerous 18/6 businesses around the world. He owned numerous other businesses, too; legitimate businesses belonging to him.

On April 15, 2003 the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee, in case number 02-1363-A filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, issued an Order and Memorandum of Opinion. In it, the Court stated the Plaintiff, Ambassador Leo E. Wanta, should pursue liquidation of his corporations, recovery of their financial assets, and he should pay all required taxes in accordance with the law. The amount of money involved in the Wanta international corporations to be liquidated was $27.5 trillion.”

EXCERPT…

*****

[Note: Some legal documents referenced in the following articles may be viewed here.]

When I talked with Lee Wanta two days ago, the news was devastating. He is to be “taken down.” The Department of Justice, according to the lawyers with whom he spoke, had just said so.

Many people know him as Leo Wanta, or Ambassador Leo (or Lee) Emil Wanta. In the following three articles, I refer to him as Leo when the reference is used to identify an intelligence operative working for the United States Government, and as Lee when referring to him after his unlawful arrest. I use his appropriate title of Ambassador when that reference is proper.

To me, he’s always been “Lee.”

“What does that mean?” I wanted to start the sentence with “aside from the obvious…” but couldn’t. “Taken down?”

“It means they’re taking the money. It could mean I’ll be prosecuted,” was his quiet answer. “America is bankrupt. They think that justifies stealing the money.” The money “they” are about to steal is $27.5 trillion of which $23 trillion belongs to you and me as American taxpayers. In 2003, a U.S. Federal District Court Judge made Ambassador Leo Wanta the legal Beneficiary of $27.5 trillion ($4.5 trillion belongs to him, personally).

How did I, now living in a small mountain town, become acquainted with one of America’s greatest intelligence operatives, financial geniuses and, in my opinion, a patriot of heroic proportion?

I wrote a novel, When the Swan’s Neck Breaks – my attempt to help Americans understand terms like “fractional-reserve banking” and “fiat currency” about which We, the People know too little. Write the words in a non-fiction book and people go to sleep.

A recent analysis by Roger Simon of PJTV Media maintains that Obama is showing signs of mental illness. A wide variety of commentators have observed that Obama displays severe narcissism. Obama is conceited, and he is demonstrating a serious disassociation from reality.

A recent case in point was Obama’s bizarre and meandering 17-minute, 2,500-word answer to the simple question about how he could justify raising taxes for ObamaCare during a recession when citizens are already overtaxed. Obama’s wildly inappropriate answer left the audience stunned and led commentator Charles Krauthammer to mockingly say, “I don’t know why you are so surprised. It’s only nine times the length of the Gettysburg address, and after all Lincoln was answering an easier question, the higher purpose of the union and the soldiers who fell in battle.”

You’d think that, after a couple of centuries of major American figures describing government as, at most, something to be tolerated, political pundits would have made their peace with the idea that skepticism toward state power has a core place in American political life. If your toes tingle at the thought of more coercive programs, laws, politicians and bureaucrats, you’re the (very) odd duck, not the folks with anti-government views. And yet, we still get the likes of Frank Rich throwing high-profile hissy fits because “the unhinged and sometimes armed anti-government right that was thought to have vaporized after its Oklahoma apotheosis is making a comeback,” as heralded by … Andrew Joseph Stack III’s Kamikaze-style airborne attack on the Internal Revenue Service building in Austin, Texas?

When I was a cadet, all plebes were required to memorize the definition of leather, which, if time has not dulled my memory, ran thus, “If the fresh skin of an animal be divested of hair and other extraneous matter and be immersed in a saturated solution of tannic acid, chemical combinations occur which transform the hide into a fibrous tissue insoluble in and impervious to water; this is leather.”

Similarly, when the subject of this conference is immersed in the cerebral fluid of Regular Soldiers, it emerges not theory, but tactics.

The chemistry of legal phraseology and erudite philosophy which produce these tactics are in fact as little germane to our work as are the metamorphoses of the tanning vat.

Since, however, no picture is wholly satisfactory without a background, we shall make a brief examination of the historical and legal aspect of the subject before entering upon it’s tactics.

HISTORICALLY:

Scarcely was Washington inaugurated than the need for federal intervention in domestic disturbances became emphasized by the so called “Whiskey Rebellion.” From that episode until the present time, federal troops have been called out more than a hundred times to participate in these most distasteful forms of service. While the majority of these incidents were insignificant, some dozen of them reached major proportions. Of these we may mention the following;

The unanswered questions over Barack Obama’s legitimacy as a president apparently are not going away. More than half a million people have signed a petition demanding proof he is eligible for the office.

The questions about his eligibility under the Constitution’s requirement that the president must be a “natural born citizen” first were raised in a series of legal cases before he was elected.

Unsnoped and Unsourced, but….

Shepard Smith, Fox News. If you check Obama’s last trip over seas, his wife left just after their visit to France as stated below. She has yet to accompany him to any Arab country. Think about it. This was sent to me from a very good and reliable friend. The pieces of the puzzle just keep on coming together! Interesting…

Travel for Obama I was at a Blockbusters renting videos, and as I was going along the wall, there was a video called “Obama”. There were two men next to me. We talked about Obama. These guys were Arabs and I asked them why they thought Michele Obama headed home following her visit in France instead of traveling on to Saudi Arabia and Turkey with her husband. They told me she couldn’t go to Saudi Arabia , Turkey or Iraq . I said “Laura Bush went to Saudi Arabia , Turkey and Dubai .”

So far, in order to appease the Russians, President Obama has pulled the missile shield for Eastern Europe, signed a START II nuclear armament reduction agreement and pledged to not use nuclear weapons, even in defense against a chemical or biological attack. In return, President Obama wants help from Russia to contain Iran’s nuclear weapons ambition. Obama wants Russia to cooperate with the US and Western Europe by imposing stiff sanctions against Iran.

“President Barack Obama wasted little time after his election in promoting abortion abroad by overturning the Mexico City Policy and forcing Americans to pay for abortions and abortion promotion in other nations,” notes LifeNews.com editor Steven Ertelt in an April 7 online report. “Now the Obama administration is attempting to get Kenya to legalize abortion,” reports Ertelt.

Obama’s Congress has not been able to pass this crippling cap and tax legislation, so as is Obama’s standard M.O., he is looking for another way to impose his will on the American people, despite their strenuous objections. With that said, meet Lisa Jackson, EPA administrator: Does Environmental Protection Agency Chief Lisa Jackson view her post as an activist position that can be used to spread America’s wealth?

Once the shit really hits the fan, do you really think you’ll just be able to jump into the old station wagon, drive across the Canadian border and spend the rest of your days fishing and drinking Molson? No, the government is going to lock the place down. They don’t want their tax base escaping. They don’t want their “recruits” escaping. They don’t want YOU escaping….

French Leader Sarkozy Slams Obama, Warns He Might Be Insane

Posted: 09 Apr 2010 02:04 PM PDT

A new report circulating in the Kremlin today authored by France’s Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE) and recently “obtained”Nicolas Sarkozy [photo top right with Obama] as stating that President Barack Obama is “a  dangerous[ly] aliéné”, which translates into his, Obama, being a “mad lunatic”, or in the American vernacular, “insane”. by the FSB shockingly quotes French President

According to this report, Sarkozy was “appalled” at Obama’s “vision” of what the World should be under his “guidance” and “amazed” at the American Presidents unwillingness to listen to either “reason” or “logic”.  Sarkozy’s meeting where these impressions of Obama were formed took place nearly a fortnight ago at the White House in Washington D.C., and upon his leaving he “scolded” Obama and the US for not listening closely enough to what the rest of the World has to say.

Apparently, as this report details, the animosity between Sarkozy and Obama arose out of how best the West can deal with the growing threat posed by rising Islamic fundamentalism. Both Sarkozy and his European neighbors had previously been supported in their efforts by the United States in forming an alliance to strengthen the integration of Muslim peoples into their societies, and has including France and Belgium moving to ban the wearing of burqa’s.

European fears over their growing Muslim populations appear to be valid as the growing immigration and birth rates of these Islamic peoples are warned is causing the “Eurabiazation” of the Continent and within a few generations will see them become the majority of nearly all of the EU Nations.

The greatest threat to these Western Nations posed by the Muslim peoples becoming the majority of their populations lies in their likelihood of destroying the Global Banking System which according to their faith is firmly rooted in “satanic” evil and “must” be replaced by an Islamic one.

[Note: Islamic banking refers to a system of banking or banking activity that is consistent with the principles of Islamic law (Sharia) and its practical application through the development of Islamic economics. Sharia prohibits the payment or acceptance of interest fees for the lending and accepting of money respectively, (Riba, usury) for specific terms, as well as investing in businesses that provide goods or services considered contrary to its principles (Haraam, forbidden).

When you hear the name “Davy Crockett,” what do you think of?

If you’re of “a certain age,” as the more diplomatic among us like to say, you probably think of Fess Parker wearing a coonskin cap. The incredibly popular television program in which he starred had every boy in America (and a few girls, too) clamoring for their own buckskin jacket and coonskin cap.

A few years later John Wayne played Davy Crockett in the film The Alamo, laying down his life at the Alamo for the cause of Texas’ independence. About the same time the Kingston Trio had a hit with a song called “Remember the Alamo.” I can still remember most of the lyrics.

But before the events portrayed in the movie and the television show, the famed frontiersman served for a couple of terms in the United States Congress—from 1827 to 1831 and again from 1833 to 1835.

Okay, so the radicals want to chill the speech of law abiding citizens because they don’t agree with their message? How un-American is that?

Here’s what you can do to thwart their attempt:

1. Email the “teaparty crashers” at crashtheteaparty@gmail.com email link and let them know you do not support their effort of infringing upon the rights of others to free speech.

Obama’s Afghan Policy Is Tantamount to Treason

Obama’s Afghan Policy Is
Tantamount to Treason

April 4 —Lyndon LaRouche is demanding President
Barack Obama’s immediate impeachment or resignation
from office, for crimes that are “tantamount to treason,”
starting with his Afghanistan policy. “American
soldiers are being sent to Afghanistan to be shot by an
enemy that the President is defending,” LaRouche
charged. “By refusing to go after the opium trade, which
is the logistical and financial backbone of the Taliban
insurgency, the Obama policy is giving those narco-insurgents
a free hand to kill American soldiers.”
President Obama’s personal complicity in the opium
treachery was demonstrated on March 28, when he
made a 24-hour unannounced visit to Kabul, to scold
Afghan President Hamid Karzai for his government’s
“corruption,” but never mentioned the opium and heroin
trade, which accounts for over 90% of the world’s
supply, and bankrolls the very Taliban insurgency that
the Administration purports to be combatting.
“American soldiers are dying in Afghanistan, fighting
an enemy that thrives on the opium trade, that the
President refuses to target,” LaRouche declared. “That
kind of policy is tantamount to treason, and warrants
the President’s immediate impeachment. It cannot be
tolerated.”
