Wow, the lame street media had me fooled. I had always thought that if you were born in the US, you were a citizen. Not so fast my little amigo….seems just because your Madre was 9 months along before stepping over the boarder – doen’t make you a citizen per the Supreme Court case Elk V. Wilkins.
Why hasn’t this story been told before?
Here’s what the Chief Justice had to say on it. Makes perfect sense to me and is very clearly explained…

Facebook claims it has 400 million users.
But are they well-protected from prying eyes, scammers and unwanted marketers?
Not according to Joan Goodchild, senior editor of CSO (Chief Security Officer) Online.
She says your privacy may be at far greater risk of being violated than you know when you log onto Facebook, due to security gaffes or marketing efforts by the company.
Facebook came under fire this week, when 15 privacy and consumer protection organizations filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, charging that the site, among other things, manipulates privacy settings to make users’ personal information available for commercial use. Also, some Facebook users found their private chats accessible to everyone on their contact list — a major security breach that’s left a lot of people wondering just how secure the site is.
In two words, asserts Goodchild – not very.
On “The Early Show on Saturday Morning,” she spotlighted five dangers she says Facebook users expose themselves to, probably without aware of it:

…The framers would not have even envisioned “birthright citizenship” or “dual citizenship” as being allowed under the Constitution…These notions were discussed in articles here and here and were the subject of a 2005 Congressional Hearing. All…present…affirmed that both dual citizenship and birthright citizenship…were unconstitutional. Dr. John Eastman, an expert witness…in a recent interview stated:
“[T]he real shift in popular perception began to take root in the late 1960s, when the idea that mere birth on American soil alone ensured citizen status. I have challenged every person who has taken the opposite position to tell me what it was that led to this new notion. There’s not an executive order. There’s not a court decision. We just gradually started assuming that birth was enough.”
Obama…would not have even been granted US citizenship at his birth if he had been born in America a decade earlier. Obama would have only been granted US citizenship as a minor if and when his father naturalized, or Obama Jr. could have applied for US citizenship at 18. …
Dr. John Fonte…published a report in 2005 on Dual Citizenship…gives an example a dual citizen voting in both Great Britain and US elections as a violation of this constitutional morality and calls it an act of “civic bigamy:”

Satan starts him out by hooking him up with the “Righteous Reverend,” a “close friend” of the devil’s.

Running down definitive evidence on the real story of law licenses for the Obamas is an exercise in futility and an example of the usefulness of Wite-Out.
According to the current information page for the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC), Michelle Obama was admitted to practice law in Illinois on December 30, 1899. This is NOT a misprint, that’s what it really says.
Perhaps our First Lady had to be reincarnated to take her pricey job in a Chicago health care system. Curiously that position has not been filled since her departure.
Michelle Obama’s “Lawyer Search” form reveals no full licensed name, no full former name, no registered business address, no registered business phone, or no Illinois registration status, only the curiously comical date “December 30 1899.”
“Page has been removed”
The “page has been removed” warning comes up for several sites and searches for the law license of Barack Hussein Obama, but a very interesting video called Dossier 2MP4 is still available.
The video calls Obama “Renegade” and asks lots of pointed questions. Check it out before to too is taken down.
It shows Obama did not give his second name of Barry Soetoro in the ARDC box for “Full Former name(s).” The accompanying dialogue suggests this failure to list a second name could well be the reason he relinquished his law license in 1993.
The Snopes fact check site likes to discount any out of the ordinary curiosities here, only saying Obama “retired” and Michelle’s turning in her law license was “okay” too. What is hard to fathom is why Obama, the President of the Harvard Law Review, just gave up his law license at age 47, at the cusp of his really big time earning power.
Just how stupid do these people think we are?

President Obama may cultivate an image as the unflappable Mr. Cool, but he can get hot under the collar too, according to a new book.
In “The Promise: President Obama, Year One,” by Newsweek senior editor Jonathan Alter, the author recounts a series of private blow-ups – including a particularly fiery one involving the nation’s top military brass.
“A presidential dressing down unlike any in the United States in more than half a century,” is how Alter describes the October 2009 eruption.
[Snip]
But it’s often the flashes of anger, not amour, that shine through Alter’s tome, including:
- Asked during the 2008 campaign what accounted for a drop-off in his Jewish support, Obama snipped to a radio reporter off-air, “It’s the f—— Clintons.” Later, as Obama mulled appointing Hillary Clinton his Secretary of State, he cracked, “Hillary still has some anger issues with me.”
- When he found that his Justice Department lawyers were relying on Bush-era logic he disagreed with, Obama once exclaimed angrily, “What the f—? This is not the way I like to make decisions.”
- When the President learned that Massachusetts Democratic Senate candidate Martha Coakley was mocking Republican opponent – and eventual victor – Scott Brown for shaking voters’ hands in the cold outside Fenway Park, he knew his presidency would soon be in trouble.

Sometimes a conspiracy is a conspiracy.
If it’s the first step toward mad ness to see connections between random events when there are none, what is it to pretend that undeniable connections don’t exist?
After the failed Times Square car bombing, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano immediately opined that it was a “one-off.” Sen. Chuck Schumer chimed in, “The odds are quite high that this was a lone wolf.” Translation: Nothing to see here, just a random crazy and a failed plot of no larger consequence.
Soon enough, Faisal Shahzad, a 30- year-old US citizen, had been arrested en route to Pakistan. The criminal complaint against him alleges that he “received bomb-making training in the militant strongholds of western Pakistan.”
