Full Text Of Newsmax Column Suggesting Military Coup Against Obama

Here is the full text of John L. Perry’s column on Newsmax which suggests that a military coup to “resolve the Obama problem” is becoming more possible and is not “unrealistic.” Perry also writes that a coup, while not “ideal,” may be preferable to “Obama’s radical ideal” — and would “restore and defend the Constitution.” Newsmax has since removed the column from its website.

Congress about to limit political speech of bloggers?

Congress about to limit political speech of bloggers?

The same sloppy legislative writing that created so many unintended consequences in ObamaCare also plagues the DISCLOSE Act, the effort in Congress to tighten spending rules in the wake of the Citizens United decision — and that’s the generous take on the situation. Reason’s Bradley Smith and Jeff Patch warn that the perhaps-unintended consequences of legislative language will allow the FEC to regulate political speech online. The fact that media entities like the New York Times have specific exemptions built into the bill makes the intent, or lack thereof, rather murky:

Last week, a congressional hearing exposed an effort to give another agency—the Federal Election Commission—unprecedented power to regulate political speech online. At a House Administration Committee hearing last Tuesday, Patton Boggs attorney William McGinley explained that the sloppy statutory language in the “DISCLOSE Act” would extend the FEC’s control over broadcast communications to all “covered communications,” including the blogosphere.

The DISCLOSE Act’s purpose, according to Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chair Chris Van Hollen and other “reformers,” is simply to require disclosure of corporate and union political speech after the Supreme Court’s January decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission held that the government could not ban political expenditures by companies, nonprofit groups, and labor unions.

The bill, however, would radically redefine how the FEC regulates political commentary. A section of the DISCLOSE Act would exempt traditional media outlets from coordination regulations, but the exemption does not include bloggers, only “a communication appearing in a news story, commentary, or editorial distributed through the facilities of any broadcasting station, newspaper, magazine or other periodical publication…”

A second-grader may have unwittingly blown the whistle on her mother’s citizenship status during Michelle Obama’s visit to a Silver Spring, Md., school — and right in front of Mexico’s first lady. Margarita Zavala joined Mrs. Obama for a visit to New Hampshire Estates Elementary School Wednesday. During a question-and-answer session, one girl took her immigration concerns to the top, telling Mrs. Obama that her mom says that “Barack Obama is taking everybody away that doesn’t have papers.”

Here is President Obama today, after meeting with Mexico’s President Calderon, calling the Arizona anti-Illegal Immigration law a “misdirected effort – a misdirected expression of frustration over our broken immigration system, which has raised concerns in both our countries.”

The Obama Administration just keeps on slamming the Arizona law, and most of them have never read it. I wonder if Obama has read it?

11 Signs That The U.S. Government Has Become An Overgrown Monstrosity…

That Almost Every American Is Dependent Upon For Economic Survival

Today, the number of Americans who are able to financially survive without any reliance on the U.S. government whatsoever is declining at a staggering rate.  Whether it is through direct handouts, entitlement programs, student loans, government bailouts, government contracts or direct employment, the truth is that now a solid majority of the American people are at least partially dependent on the federal government for their economic survival.  The sad thing is that the majority of the American people say that there is too much government in their lives when opinion polls are taken, but if you try to take the government check that they are getting away from them those same people will scream bloody murder.  But the truth is that it is getting to be really, really hard to be completely independent of the U.S. government economically.  That is because the U.S. government has their hands in almost everything.  The ideal of a “limited federal government” has long since faded away.  Very few people seem to believe in it anymore.  Instead, Americans today look to the federal government as the answer to all of our problems, as the provider of all of our needs, and as the regulator of every single detail of our lives.

This is William Joseph Trumpower (AKA Eliot Storm), a man listed on POW Network’s Phony Vets Database.
Trumpower, like Blumenthal, is a Connecticut resident and has made quite a name for himself hawking books on the Vietnam experience. The ‘POW Networks Phony’ database lists Trumpower’s bogus credentials as follows:

There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.

America isn’t the Third World. If a military coup does occur here it will be civilized. That it has never happened doesn’t mean it wont. Describing what may be afoot is not to advocate it. So, view the following through military eyes:

One of the most disturbing things about our children and grandchildren’s education is they are getting a revisionist version of history. This keeps them from learning the lessons of history.

But it is not the only place we get revisionist history. I just took a course at Young Harris College Institute for Continuing Learning (ICL) on “Living & Dying under the Third Reich.”

In the first class the teacher asserted that right-wing conservatives supported Hitler and brought him and the Nazis to power. I asked who exactly was she referring to, since ‘Nazi’ is an acronym for the German National Socialist Workers Party, a decidedly left-wing group.

Is the Census Bureau inflating participation rates in Florida?
mytwocensus.com ^ | 5/16/2010 | RYAN McCARTHY

It’s safe to say U.S. Census Bureau officials and Monroe County Commissioner Heather Carruthers disagree on just how many Keys residents have been counted for the 2010 tally.

Census officials have been touting return rates as high as 97.5 percent in the Keys, which raised Carruthers’ — and others’ — suspicion. She put out a call on Thursday asking those not counted to contact her office.

That 97.5 percent figure appears to be inflated.

“We have an amazing number of people calling saying they haven’t been counted. Some say their whole neighborhood; some say [a census taker] left a note on their door and never came back,” Carruthers said.

She’d heard enough, and asked Marilyn Stephens, Census Bureau partnership specialist for South Florida, to address the County Commission this Wednesday in Key Largo.

Letter to WND’s Joseph Farah re: Mrs. Nordyke, HI

Posted on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 1:21:40 PM by rocco55

Dear Mr. Farah,

I am a financial supporter of WND and would like to suggest that someone from your staff conduct an interview with Mrs. Nordyke from HI.

She recently had a phone interview with a liberal news agency and the ensuing article was cleverly written in such a way to lead believers to the conclusion that Mrs. Nordyke’s twins, who were born one after Obama in HI, purportedly at the “same hospital as Obama”, was a fact.

Ironically, Mrs. Nordyke (who has posted LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFCATES of both of her twins born on Aug 5,1961) never actually stated that she ever saw BO’s mother, or had any conclusive evidence that BO was actually born in the same hospital as her twin daughters.

If someone can contact her while she is still coherent (she is now 82 ! ) and inquire as to when she obtained these birth certificates, it would contradict the State if HI’s new claim that all of the original records were destroyed !

Also, one might ask her if she finds it at all strange that she (as a simple citizen) posted her daughters BC’s on line for public viewing and BO, the President of the U.S. who claims to have a “transparent administration to insure that accurate information is made available to the public” will NOT post his BC ! ?

Along with MILLIONS of readers, I would be very curious as to how she would respond to a question like that !

I think it would be safe to assume that the majority of your supporters and patriotic “truth-seekers”, would consider this an EXTREMELY URGENT priority news item worthy of immediate pursuance!

VFW’s Response to Blumenthal’s Press Conference

KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 18, 2010 – Mr. Blumenthal is not a member of the VFW and VFW National By-Laws do not allow any level of the organization to endorse political candidates.

VFW national did not sanction and was not, in fact, aware that the press conference was going to be held at a VFW Post. This decision was made at the Post level and the VFW Department of Connecticut issued the following:

The following statement is by Richard DiFederico, Department Commander Connecticut VFW:

“Those who served in Vietnam or offshore or in neighboring countries rightfully earned all the belated thanks and appreciation our nation can muster. Those who served in uniform during the Vietnam era also deserve our gratitude, which makes Mr. Blumenthal’s claim to be something he is not so outrageous. It diminishes the service of all who served and sacrificed, most especially those whose names are inscribed on the Vietnam Wall. Mr. Blumenthal was considered one of the best friends a veteran could have in Connecticut. It is a true shame that he let a false claim of Vietnam service change that.”

The `Messiah’ swaggers down the aisle of church

By Judi McLeod  Wednesday, May 19, 2010 imageIn the breakneck speed changes fired off daily from the Obama regime, we now know why they have always touted President BHO as “The Messiah”.

It now becomes clear that it had much less to do with protocol and more to do with competition when Obama wanted the cross removed from view when he addressed University of Notre Dame and Georgetown University.

The Pocket Messiah is stepping out of the shadows into your church.  Hallelujah, for blowing the whistle, Glenn Beck.

“Your church is being attacked through a faith-based initiative headed up by Barack Obama’s administration,” Beck said on his FoxNews program last night.

It’s called the merging the EPA with churches.  Jesus is out and Gaia Global Warming is in.

While we were waiting to see the Messiah walk on water, he was stealing it.

UN Poster Boy and Obama mentor Maurice Strong is on the public record for predicting that water will have to be rationed by armed guards as soon as 2031.

WASHINGTON – The federal government is financially supporting and officially embracing a radical mosque in the Washington suburbs that is directly connected to al-Qaida and the 9/11 attacks as well as other terrorism. The Census Bureau has signed a two-year, $582,000 lease with Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center, where top al-Qaida recruiter Anwar Awlaki ministered to the Pentagon hijackers and the Fort Hood terrorist as a mosque leader. Meanwhile, the State Department is taking diplomatic trainees on tours of the large Falls Church, Va., mosque, while featuring it in a video as a model depiction of Islam in America – even as the Department of Homeland Security warns that it is a terrorist front.

It is the same old snake only it looks new. All you need is ton of sleaze to slide out of the old suffocating casing. And the politicians are always well lubricated during election time.

In America, we’re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Life, liberty and property can’t be taken from you unless you’re convicted of a crime.

Your life and liberty may still be safe, but have you ever gone to a government surplus auction? Consumer reporters like me tell people, correctly, that they are great places to find bargains. People can buy bikes for $10, cars for $500.

But where did the government get that stuff?

Some is abandoned property.

But some I would just call loot. The cops grabbed it.

You don’t have to spend much time in Washington to notice a regular pattern of events.

An accident or incident will be followed by a federal disaster declaration. The media will be filled with stories wondering whether the federal government is doing “enough” to “protect” us from the weather or from industry.

Soon, Congress will schedule hearings. The people deemed responsible will be raked over the coals on C-Span. Lawmakers will piously declare that we need new and stronger laws and regulations. These usually pass swiftly and with little opposition, often because lawmakers seldom bother to read them or consider the consequences.

The rest of us live with those consequences — higher prices, fewer job opportunities — for years to come. Eventually there’s a new incident, and the process starts over again.

People all over America are discussing freedom’s future. In short, they are worried. In fact, many are actually talking about State secession. In coffee shops and cafes, and around dining room tables, millions of people are speaking favorably of states breaking away from the union. Not since the turn of the twentieth century have this many people thought (and spoken) this favorably about the prospect of a State (or group of states) exiting the union. In my mind, this is a good thing.

Even many of those who oppose the prospect of secession understand the increasing tyrannical nature of the current central government in Washington, D.C., and that something must be done about it.

The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines tyranny as “1: oppressive power . . . 2: a government in which absolute power is vested in a single ruler . . . 3: a rigorous condition imposed by some outside agency or force . . . 4: a tyrannical act.”

Even a casual observer would have to conclude that most of the actions proceeding forth from DC today match at least Webster’s 1st and 3rd definitions of tyranny. Besides, who would argue the advantage of the tyranny of an oligarchy over the tyranny of a monarchy? A tyranny of many cannot be distinguished from a tyranny of one in most cases–especially not by those poor souls who are at the point of the spear of Government’s cruelties.

It was night and low visibility, but I saw a guy with an AK-47 lit up by the porch light in a doorway about 400 meters away. I watched him through the sights. He looked like just another Iraqi. I hit him low in the stomach and dropped him.’ – Specialist James Wilks, 25, from Fort Worth, Texas. Concealment is key to becoming a great sniper.

WASHINGTON – The role of endorser in chief isn’t working so well for President Barack Obama.

It wasn’t long after the Kentucky GOP Senate primary was called for Rand Paul, an ophthalmologist and son of Rep. Ron Paul (R., Texas), that the reaction started flowing.

The Kentucky race is expected to be competitive this November, and Democrats immediately attempted to portray Paul’s victory as a sign of discord within the GOP ranks.

Anytime a politician tries explaining his way out of a serious jam by blaming his troubles on “misplaced words,” you know he has a major problem.

That is because a politician’s job is to talk. It is all they do and we pay them a lot of money for this.

With so much experience talking nonstop all the time, they should be really good at it.

That is why when Connecticut Attorney General and Senate Democratic hopeful Richard Blumenthal tries claiming he only inadvertently said — repeatedly — that he served alongside America’s bravest and most selfless in the Vietnam War, he really cannot be taken seriously.

In addition to being a serial politician, Blumenthal is also a lawyer. Thus, he talks even more than your everyday politician. He is a chronic talker ill-equipped to do anything but talk all the time.

HAS THE CIA CREATED A PAST FOR OBAMA TO HIDE HIS ACTIVITIES FROM 1981 TO 1983?Columbia University claims here that Obama was a graduate of that institution in 1983. However, to date, none of his college records or theses have been made available to the public. Columbia’s statement places equal emphasis on Obama’s being the “first African American elected President of the United States” and his alleged graduation from the institution, and it does not discuss Obama’s coursework or contributions to Columbia while attending….
