Having thumbed his nose at the will of the American people and our legal system, Obama is taking it up another notch. He is demanding that illegal immigrants detainees, half of which have criminal histories, should be treated like resort guests and afforded even more privileges and comforts. And he’s doing this while Americans are suffering through one of the worst recessions in our nation’s history, more than 15 million Americans are still out of work, unemployment rates hover around 10%, personal foreclosure rates and bankruptcies continue to rise, and the standard of living deteriorates for millions of households across the country.

The Houston Chronicle reports that the Obama administration has ordered the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) department to implement multiple modifications to their facilities to make life easier, more comfortable, and pleasant for the hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants (approximately 400,000) it detains annually.

An Army officer who invited his own court-martial to resolve for the nation questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president has waived a preliminary hearing in his case.

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who refused orders from a chain of command led by Obama, also today released a new video explaining why documentation needs to be released by Obama that could confirm that he qualifies to be president under the Constitution’s demand that the office by held only by a “natural born citizen.”

So what is the matter with Obama? Conservatives have been asking this question for some time. I’ve written a number of articles trying to solve the mystery.

Yesterday I wrote about and linked to MGen. Paul Vallely’s comments about Obama, and the doubts he has about Obama’s background and Constitutional eligibility to serve as Commander in Chief. Gen. Vallely also commented on LTC Terry Lakin’s challenge to Obama’s “natural born” status, and Lakin’s impending hearing and possible court-martial.

Responding to a caller during a radio interview Tuesday night, Gen. Vallely said, “Lt. Col. Lakin’s Article 32 investigation is absolutely critical. The fix is on… basically the woman judge has disallowed any discovery on the legitimacy of Obama.”

The caller, who said he had seven years of military law, continued:

“They need to quash anymore of this in the military. The onus is on the government, they cannot even convene the Article 32 until they prove to the military that the man is legally in place. The problem that the government has now is even if they convene this, they cannot hold LTC Lakin responsible for anything until the government proves… the onus is still on the government.

And to compound that, the first thing his defense should do in that Article 32 opening and on the record is the reviewing officer, if she believes the commander in chief is in there legally, we both know she has to answer ‘yes’. If she answers ‘yes’, the government has to immediately prove that. To do anything else, it shows the rest of the country that we have an illegal commander in chief and everything goes away.”

Gen. Vallely responded, “We know the fix is on, and typically through the Obama administration we know the threats are there through the military, and that’s why they decided last week to not allow discovery. This is a corrupt court in my opinion and that’s why the corruptness of the court up till now, the sealed records and the sealed documents of Obama, that we have a corrupt system that’s not even attempting to validate his legitimacy. That’s how corrupt it is.”

Since Gen Vallely’s statements last night, LTC Lakin has waived his hearing and will now go straight to trial.

We’ve been hearing a lot of comments recently about a national coup d’etat scheduled for sometime in late summer or early fall and designed to circumvent the coming Democrat debacle in the 2010 elections.

This is an example of political gothic of a type that I tend to overlook. But my interest was piqued by the fact that it has been mentioned several dozen times in the comment threads of essays of mine in recent weeks. I’ve had a little difficulty grasping exactly how such a thing would work, so I’ve spent the last few days puzzling it out.

The contention is that at some point before the upcoming November elections, an “incident” of some violent but unknown nature will occur that will provide Obama with the opportunity to declare “martial law” across the country, which will involve the “cancellation” or “postponement” of the elections. This will enable the Obama dictatorship to take off its humanist mask and put its true agenda into play, part of which involves sending JRD up to Prudhoe Bay to feed moss to the caribou for the next ten years.

This is just a quick note to everyone. Lately, a lot of people have discovered a video that supposedly is by a Hawaii official that claims there is no Hawaii Birth Certificate for the President.

We have no idea as to the legitimacy of this claim however, we need to warn everyone that the source of this video is a group called The Council of Conservative Citizens. This is NOT a Conservative group, do not be fooled by the name. This group is a front group for a neo-Nazi group known as the National Alliance and is associated with Stormfront.

Sources such as this are not welcome at Free Republic for obvious reasons. If you see this video posted, please report it to us through the abuse button so we can remove it.

These groups have a history of creating front groups or websites to try to sneak into the mainstream. Another site that you may see a lot that works like this is the EU Times. From what we’ve found, they are associated with a pretty nasty European Neo-Nazi group.

We don’t expect everyone to check every single source, especially as some do stay under the radar. Just stay vigilant and know that sites like this are out there.

Tim Adams, who was the Chief Elections Clerk in Honolulu during the 2008 Presidential Election, says that Obama was NOT born in Hawaii. A thread posting this article (which contains a link to a YouTube file)was apparently pulled from Free Republic. I listened to the 7 minute YouTube clip and there is nothing there to warrant it being pulled. Have the Obots assumed control of FR?

Politico.com raised a stink Tuesday over the possibility that “birther queen” Orly Taitz may win the GOP primary for secretary of state and put California Republicans in the embarrassing position of having a thoroughly discredited

Two articles separated by the Atlantic Ocean deal with the subject of the previous post. That dealt with the question of whether one point of view was constantly trying to dominate the other by manipulating perception. Now  Dorothy Rabinowitz at the WSJ in her editorial “The Alien in the White House” notices that the incumbent seems to represent a wholly different nation from the one that is ‘out there’.  It’s like there’s another species in the Oval Office. She’s finds him speaking speaking a strange language and worshiping strange idols she never thought would never be on the public mainstream altar. Rabinowitz writes: “A great part of America now understands that this president’s sense of identification lies elsewhere, and is in profound ways unlike theirs.” Like Cortez upon a peak in Darien, she can’t quite believe what she sees. Is it only me, or do the multiple disasters that have struck both well before and ever since the disastrous election of Barack Obama seem fishy to you? I won’t discuss the stock market crash of September 2008 here, although if anything seemed suspiciously timed and deliberately manipulated, it was that! Even before that, we had the specter of a radical leftist of questionable birth origins and contempt for both capitalism and the U.S. Constitution being given a total pass by a strangely incurious media whose members had clearly been intimidated or threatened into a thundering silence. In the months that followed Obama’s “election,” we saw literally trillions of dollars in “urgent” bailouts and stimulus packages, all of which brought us escalating unemployment and a skittish if not paranoid stock market. We saw a nationally-loathed healthcare bill – gigantic in size and mysterious in content – rammed through Congress with bribes, threats, and intimidation.  And we saw the attempts by Obama and his fellow leftists to jam an equally-detested cap-and-trade tax down our throats. Mmmmm. Wasn’t that just about the time the tragic West Virginia mine disaster happened, killing 29 of 31 miners? What a coincidence! A “president” who hates coal as an energy source being presented with a putative reason to destroy the coal industry! Kind of reminds you of the recent BP oil spill, doesn’t it? A “president” still pushing the cap-and-trade scheme who reviles domestically-acquired oil – although not the windfall of money BP donated to his presidential campaign – being presented with an oh-so-convenient rationalization to cancel all domestic drilling! Again, what a coincidence! These disasters benefit Obama’s agenda, which is to destroy America’s potential for energy independence while at the same time imposing draconian taxes designed to obliterate the middle class and make the lower class abjectly and forever dependent on the largesse of big government. In short, galloping socialism on the way to freedom-annihilating Communism! A MARXIST-INSPIRED DISASTER CENTRAL The route to Obama’s hate-America agenda is and always has been to create Alinsky-inspired widespread-and-sustained chaos, the better to keep people off balance, riddled with anxiety, and hoping for the redemption of big government. How else to explain the spate of unprecedented tragedies, catastrophes, and calamities that have struck our own country and around the world, for instance the three Muslim terrorist attacks in the U.S., including the attack at Fort Hood in Texas in which 13 were murdered and 30 injured; the wanton murder of police officers in Seattle; the explosion on New York’s Madison Avenue (which authorities claimed was a burst pipe); the calamitous earthquakes in Haiti and Chile; the eruption of the volcano in Iceland that disrupted European air traffic; the airline crash in Russia that killed the president of Poland, on and on.

When Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn led the domestic terrorist group Weather Underground in 1969, a chance meeting led Army veteran Larry Grathwohl into joining the group. Grathwohl served as a courier, running messages between the group’s leadership (called the “Weather Bureau”) and individual cells that were to carry out attacks.

Grathwohl was also an informant for the FBI.

In an interview from the 1982 documentary No Place To Hide that recently surfaced, Grathwohl discussed what the Weathermen intended to do after overthrowing the U.S. government, including what they would do with those Americans who refused to embrace communism.

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews’s ratings lag far behind those of his competition, Fox News’ Glenn Beck, on a regular basis. So is he perhaps trying to become the anti-Glenn Beck to bolster his stature in the cable news world?

On MSNBC’s June 9 “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” Matthews commented on the Gadsden flag, as if it represented an attitude that viewed the federal government as a occupying force, comparable to pre-Revolutionary War America.

“You know that Gadsden flag, the ‘Don’t Tread on Me Flag’ with a rattlesnake is so important,” Matthews said. “They believe, a lot of people in the right – that the federal government has replaced the British as the occupying force in North America and they have to be ready to fight it. The group backing Birther Army Doctor Terrence Lakin as he makes his way through the military justice system announced today that Lakin is waiving a preliminary hearing that was set for Friday.

Lt. Col. Lakin refused orders on the grounds that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president. It is now up to Maj. Gen. The deepening notes of disenchantment with Barack Obama now issuing from commentators across the political spectrum were predictable. So, too, were the charges from some of the president’s earliest enthusiasts about his failure to reflect a powerful sense of urgency about the oil spill.

There should have been nothing puzzling about his response to anyone who has paid even modest critical attention to Mr. Obama’s pronouncements. For it was clear from the first that this president—single-minded, ever-visible, confident in his program for a reformed America saved from darkness by his arrival—was wanting in certain qualities citizens have until now taken for granted in their presidents. As a kid, I grew up on westerns. So had the generation before me. The fading of the Western can be dated: the 1960s. That was part of an overall shift in American culture: a shift for the worse.

I lived in Los Angeles, which got television early. My parents bought a TV with 10-inch screen in 1949. The first show that I can remember watching is The Lone Ranger, starring Clayton Moore (usually) and John Hart (two years). A year later, I became an avid fan of the local Tim McCoy Show. Former B-actor McCoy gave us a half hour of western lore and then an hour-long McCoy western. McCoy was the real McCoy. He had been the U.S. Army’s expert in Plains Indian sign language before World War I.

In those days, Saturday morning TV was filled with B-western movies from the late 1930s and early 1940s. We watched Buster Crabbe, Bob Steele, Ken Maynard, Hoot Gibson, and the ever-present bearded sidekick, Al “Fuzzy” St. John. Sunday evening was Hopalong Cassidy night: a national TV phenomenon for kids. William Boyd had seen what TV would become and had purchased the rights to the 60+ Hoppy movies in which he had starred as the white-haired ranch owner. Song writer Steve Gillette speaks for my generation:

I wanted to grow up just like Hopalong Cassidy. I just never expected to look like him.

In 1950, Boyd owned Sunday nights in the large cities that had TV. He became a millionaire as a result.

Top historians, social and financial analysts are warning that the draconian austerity measures currently being prepared by governments in the west will cause riots and even revolutions as people react with fury in response to their jobs, savings, basic public services, pensions and welfare money being seized by the financial terrorists who caused the economic collapse in the first place.

British historian Simon Schama is a creature of the establishment and he makes it clear whose side he is on at the end of his recent column for the Bilderberg-controlled Financial Times entitled, The World Teeters on the Brink of a New Age of Rage ^[1]. However, the fact that he is an elitist at heart only makes Schama’s predications all the more alarming. This is someone on the inside who is painfully aware of the fact that the imminent attempt on behalf of the globalists to enforce so-called “austerity measures” on the people of the west, which in reality is a euphemistic term for the next leg of the new world order, is not just going to cause riots and mass social unrest, but it could even lead to revolution if the elite allow the situation to spiral out of their control.

Schama’s forecast that “we might be on the threshold of an age of rage” is not to be taken lightly. This isn’t coming from Alex Jones, Max Keiser or Gerald Celente, it’s coming directly from a man considered to be Britain’s pre-eminent contemporary historian.

All the talk in recent weeks about President Barack Obama not being angry enough over the BP oil spill has gotten me thinking, isn’t that what helped him get elected in the first place, that his calm mien made him a non-threatening figure for many voters being asked to take a risk on a black politician from Illinois so relatively unknown nationally?

Over the course of American history, after all, the angry black man hasn’t exactly been embraced, not unless he was a sports star or a character from the entertainment world like Mr. T.

Real angry black men have been a decided turn off for most Americans, to say the least.

Take Nat Turner of Virginia slave uprising fame was probably the nation’s original angry black man, at least the one who got the earliest publicity.

Enraged about the cruelty and suffering visited upon him and his fellow enslaved blacks, he decided to do something about it, slaughtering whites as part of an ultimately unsuccessful slave revolt in 1831. He was caught and hanged.

This week, we learned that the Obama administration is orchestrating a $125 million propaganda campaign to sell the recently enacted health-care law to the public.  That effort will be funded by labor unions and other groups from the Democratic political orbit.  It comes on top of the misleading government mailer sent to the nation’s seniors, at the expense of taxpayers, touting the supposed benefits of ObamaCare for the elderly.  On Tuesday, the president himself will join the fray again to make the sales pitch, this time promoting the colossal waste of taxpayer money associated with $250 per senior bribes to be issued this summer and fall.

The problem the White House has, however, has never been insufficient public relations spin.  The problem is the substance.  Americans care deeply about their health care, and they have seen right through the Democratic rhetoric on ObamaCare from day one.  They know that it is a poorly conceived experiment, built on the flawed assumption that the problems in U.S. health care can be solved with heavier regulation, subsidization, and micro-management from Washington, D.C.

Without a legitimate Commander-in-Chief, an Article 32 hearing cannot take place.

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin has refused to follow orders until Barack Hussein Obama proves that he is constitutionally eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief. If Obama’s eligibility has not been established before the Article 32 hearing scheduled for Lakin on June 11, 2010, then it is illegitimate.

Why does the FTC want to do any of this? I am not a mind reader, but the FTC is an “independent” agency run by people appointed by the Obama Administration, which has been antagonistic to an Internet it cannot control and nostalgic for the good old days when the news was controlled by a handful of mostly liberal newsmen.

The FTC is merely suggesting these proposals. It adds, “we welcome additional proposals, which can be submitted” here. I suggest you write to them.?

An undercover investigation has revealed the shocking waste and fraud within the United States Census Bureau. Investigate journalist James O’Keefe, of ACORN sting fame, was recently hired to work with the United States Census Bureau in New Jersey. During his short-lived Census job, he found that the Bureau was full of fraud willfully committed by employees every day. Americans have two toxic, spreading slicks that must be cleaned up. One is in the Gulf where we are haunted by pictures of a never-ending flow of oil. The other uncapped gusher, of even more dangerous toxins, is in Washington and flows from a broken pipe out of the Obama White House. This toxin is going to be even harder to clean up.

While most Americans’ attention is focused on the oil-spill tragedy unfolding off the shores of Louisiana, back in Washington, Team Obama is pressing forward, determined not to waste this crisis and use it to instill fear in Americans and loathing for all oil drilling and energy independence. Their goal is to scare Americans into support for 2000+ pages of flawed, and openly corrupt, Waxman-Markey energy legislation. Here we go again.

Instead of Waxman’s “Cap and Trade Bill”, our country would be far wiser to cap the relentless flow of Obama policies specifically designed to destroy wealth, expand government control over the daily lives of all Americans, while simultaneously cramping innovation and job creation.

Look at the toxins that have already spewed out of Washington and are just beginning to sludge up the economy.

The Stimulus (Feb 2009) did little to energize the U.S. economy, did not fulfill its promise of "shovel-ready" critical infrastructure projects, failed keep unemployment under 8% and failed to generate the 3.5 million jobs promised.

Consider Obama’s promise of "unprecedented transparency" in executive branch dealings. Instead, Obama has overseen the largest expansion of senior government advisors by creating countless Czars, advisors who have the president’s ear, who shut out the senate-confirmed cabinet members from close, regular conference with the president—czars who manage enormous staffs and budgets at taxpayer expense, some of whom have not been fully vetted, nor confirmed, by the Senate.

Consider Obama’s Healthcare reform legislation. The promise to "insure all Americans", expand coverage, increase benefits and wring great savings from the system was always a cruel and hollow promise. Unfortunately, the full impact of that particular sludge and toxic mess is now beginning to be understood as more credible and realistic estimates of true costs and impacts are being revealed. Longer term horrors and additional costs of silly decisions to consider 26-year olds as "children", in order to ensure healthcare coverage, will not be fully known for years. But, I fear that for a country, which was founded on the principles of independence and autonomy, Obama has set the stage to eradicate that ideology, with profound long-term repercussions.

The same hypocrite who says our energy costs must “necessarily skyrocket” to fund his political ambition, is giving Marie Antoinette a run for her money when it comes to spending national treasure on personal luxuries.

While much of the country is struggling to pay their bills, the President and First Lady are partying like rock royalty. The collection of talent that has made the pilgrimage to the White House to entertain Obama and friends is nothing less than amazing: Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Tony Bennet, Paul Simon, Marc Anthony, Herbie Hancock, Martina McBride, Queen Latifah, The Foo Fighters, Faith Hill, and recently foot-in-mouth Paul McCartney to name a few.

Globalists celebrate Obama’s support for small arms ban that many fear could be used for mass gun grab as part of elite agenda to “Europeanize” the United States

As part of Bilderberg’s agenda to “Europeanize” America and turn it into a socialist welfare state wherein its citizens are completely dependent on the government, the elite are celebrating President Obama’s support for a UN small arms treaty, which many fear could be used to impinge on the right to keep and bear arms.

According to Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker, elitists were celebrating one of their scant victories at the annual meeting this year, namely the fact that President Obama has promised to support a United Nations small arms treaty that could represent an end run around the second amendment.

By encapsulating the gun grab within a treaty, the Obama administration could claim that no Senate approval is needed to authorize any such move against the right to bear arms – although whether a treaty trumps the Constitution is a very murky area of debate [2].

Congressman Paul Broun warns that, [3] “With willing one-world accomplices in Washington, D.C., gun-grabbers around the globe believe they have it made.” Broun characterizes the U.N.’s Small Arms Treaty as “nothing more than a massive, GLOBAL gun control scheme.”

The treaty would force national governments to acquiesce to a global gun registry, while strengthening licensing procedures so as to make it almost impossible for a citizen to legally purchase a gun. It would also ban the private sale of semi-automatic weapons and ultimately lead to the confiscation and destruction of all “unauthorized” firearms owned by citizens.

American Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton echoes Broun’s warning [4], explaining that the treaty appears to be aimed at the international arms trade yet in reality, “the real agenda is domestic firearms control”.

“I think it was clear from the outset that the Obama administration would move in this direction. The only thing that’s surprising is that it’s taken this long,” said Bolton.

If the elite are to implement their stuttering “post-industrial revolution” with crippling austerity measures, consumption taxes, and mass unemployment with any success, then 100 million armed Americans are going to provide somewhat of a stumbling block. Bilderberg’s desire to see the middle class eviscerated and replaced with a servile, destitute and dependent population mandates that private gun ownership in the U.S. be outlawed just as it is in most European countries.

While management of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill has shaken many Americans’ confidence in the current administration, some voices in entertainment, news and academia see the crisis as reason to give the federal government even more power – namely, the ability to take over the oil industry.

The notion is catching on with the public, too. A CBS poll recently tabulated 63 percent of Americans believe the Obama administration should be doing more in response to the spill, and activists working through the SeizeBP.org website are planning protests in 50 cities throughout the week demanding the federal government take over BP, the company that owns and operates the leaking oil drill.

The Seize BP organization is demanding BP assets be nationalized not only to clean up the spill, but also to compensate families affected by what the organization calls "this capitalist-made disaster."
