Operation Vigilant Guard reveals the on-going effort to not only destroy Posse Comitatus — once upon a time designed to prevent the military from working with state and local law enforcement — but the globalist effort to incorporate foreign “partners” into any future effort to impose martial law and gun confiscation in response not only to hurricanes but a contrived terrorist event.

“Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful,” the high level globalist minion Henry Kissinger purportedly said in an address to the Bilderbergers at Evian, France, on May 21, 1991.

A plan requiring that consumers’ online purchases be tracked, compiled into lists and reported annually has been launched in the state, and now a lawsuit is challenging the constitutionality of the Big Brother look into credit-card records. The Direct Marketing Association’s lawsuit is over the state’s law that now gives “out-of-state retailers” the option of demanding consumers pay to them the Colorado sales tax or complying with the information compilation and reporting requirements. The complaint details how: The law discriminates against interstate commerce; The law exceeds the permissible scope of state regulatory authority over out-of-state companies; The state would be violating the right to privacy of Colorado consumers; The action infringes upon the free-speech and due-process rights of both consumers and retailers; and The plan exposes confidential consumer information to the risk of unauthorized disclosure. The association explains how the law would let state tax officials “pry into citizens’ purchasing behaviors and histories.”

Type the keywords “Internet censorship” ^[2] into Google News and you will immediately understand to what degree the world wide web is under assault from attempts by governments globally to regulate and stifle free speech. From Australia to Belarus, from Turkey to Vietnam, from Pakistan to Egypt, from Afghanistan to Iran, huge chunks of the Internet are going dark as the Chinese model of Internet regulation is adopted worldwide.

But why should Americans concern themselves with countries halfway across the globe adopting Chinese-style net censorship? Because under Senator Joe Lieberman’s 197-page Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act ^[3], the United States would formally mimic China’s “great firewall” of web censorship.

When Lieberman himself attempted to debunk claims that the bill provides Obama, and any following President for that matter, with a figurative ‘kill switch’ to disable certain parts of the Internet, he explained that the government was merely seeking to emulate powers over the Internet already enjoyed by the Communist Chinese ^[4].
