1. Is a Federal Judge allowed to persecute a Civil Rights attorney and sanction her for merely bringing Civil rights violation cases to his court?

2. Are members of US military reduced to the level of slaves or serfs, if they are refused a hearing on the merits of their grievances in both military and federal courts and their attorneys are harassed and intimidated and verbally assaulted and insulted by a presiding Federal Judge?

3. Can a federal judge arbitrarily decide, what civil Rights violations case he wants to hear and which case he will not hear, and arbitrarily sanction a civil rights defender attorney for bringing to court a case that he doesn’t feel like hearing on the merits, as it is not beneficial for his career?

The major political development of the last 17 months has been an inrush of hundreds of thousands or even millions of Americans into political activity, an inrush symbolized by but not limited to the tea party movement. It is fascinating to me that the tea partiers have adopted the language and in some cases even the costumes of the Founders. While the Progressives’ descriptions of a “horse and buggy” Constitution and their sense that giant auto factories and steel mills were the harbinger of the future seem tinny and out of date, the language of the Founders continues to resonate with the clear timbre of a silver spoon tapping a crystal glass. The majority of the American people seem to firmly agree with the Founders’ insistence that no one should be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. And so we can take satisfaction that most of our fellow citizens in our freeholders’ republic still hold these truths to be self-evident.

The National Republican Committee wants to know the answer to a few questions…

Once again the exculpatory memo issued by the President-elect’s lawyer, Greg Craig, in December of 2008 is finding itself in conflict with testimony coming out of the Blagojevich Trial in Chicago. First we learned through the testimony of SEIU boss Tom Balanoff that President Obama actually played an active role in promoting Valerie Jarrett as a candidate for his old seat, despite no mention of that in the memo. Now we are learning of another call, this time by Rahm Emanuel that violated Obama’s supposed neutrality policy and again failed to be reported by Craig. Here are a couple of questions for a White House that clearly wants to avoid this topic:

I have taken a lot of hits from people like Rev. Jim Wallis on “social justice.” But I needed you to know there is a poison in some of our churches. Social justice — the way Jim Wallis and Jeremiah Wright understand it — isn’t in the gospel, neither is redistribution of wealth.

Jesus never said, “Take from the rich and let the government redistribute it.” Take the parable of the Good Samaritan. The Samaritan chose to take it upon himself to help; he took on the bills himself. The government never told him to do it. Anything else is a perversion of Christianity and the perversion of the principles of God.

As voter intimidation exercises go, it wasn’t much. In 2008, a lone voter reported he had encountered two men dressed all in black, one carrying a nightstick, at his Philadelphia polling place in a predominantly black neighborhood. The man was escorted away by police and no one reported the incident to the local district attorney. But the incident was caught on camera, making it great fodder for cable news, because political campaigns were actively scouting for voter intimidation cases they could use against opponents. Still, it seemed like the sort of incident that happens at dozens of polling places every election day, then quietly recedes.

Twenty-one months later, though, right-wing bloggers can’t get enough of the story, and it’s starting to make it into the mainstream press. Even Sarah Palin has joined the act, tweeting: “Watch FOX’s Megyn Kelly on Black Panther voter intimidation case; she knows the case; she’s speaking truth; her revelations leave Left steaming.”

The message of a controversial billboard in Mason City comparing President Obama with Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Lenin probably got lost in its visuals, a co-founder of the Tea Party group that paid for the sign said today.

The wave is building. The end of the Pelosi/Reid Congress is coming. Election Day results will show us firmly in control of our Congress, but that will be only half of the job.

November will also bring state legislature elections and victories in this half of the equation can put conservatives in control of the redistricting process in most states.

When the Census reports the nation’s new population figures each state will be told how many Congressional Districts (CD) it will have and the business of carving out new boundary lines will begin.

The importance of this process can’t be overstated because the lines are always drawn to favor the majority Party, and they remain in place for the following ten years.

Last week, CNN’s Anderson Cooper reported that the federal government was blocking media access to coastal areas around the Gulf, preventing them from taking photos and reporting on the environmental damage of the oil spill. You can watch the video and see Cooper is livid that the Obama administration is treating him and his colleagues this way.

Cooper of course compares this to Katrina when media were blocked from…well we’re unsure what the media was blocked from in Katrina, since the photos and video from the Superdome, the Convention Center, the overpasses, levees, streets and neighborhoods contributed to possibly the most photographed crisis in history. (Cooper points out that they were blocked from seeing people “dying in their homes” – yeah, uh, same thing)

It is possible (but not certain) that the US will nuke the Gulf of Mexico in an attempt to stop the oil spill but the question remains: is this the best solution?

New reports circulating in the Kremlin today prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the foreign military intelligence directorate (GRU) state that NATO’s Chairman of the Military Committee Admiral Giampaolo Di Paola has ordered 2,400 Canadian Military Forces to prepare for deployment in the United States oil stricken Gulf Coast region.

As we had previously reported on in our July 4^th report “NATO Orders All “Critical Assets” Moved 100 Miles Inland From Gulf Oil Spill Region”, Admiral Di Paola has taken defacto control from President Obama over this historic catastrophe over fears the American leader and his elite allies were using this disaster to reap untold billions in profits, and we had, likewise, reported on in our June 16^th report “Obama To Earn Nearly $85 Million From Gulf Oil Disaster”.
