No President in history has ever sealed all of the files pertaining to his past.
Your religion has been in the news before and it continues today and with good reason. Your grandfather was a Muslim, your father was a Muslim, your stepfather was Muslim and you were registered a Muslim when you went to school in Indonesia. You went on your trip through the Middle East apologizing for America being a success. You have repeatedly tried to rewrite history by telling America that Muslims played a part in America’s past. As I have stated before, I don’t remember any Muslims traveling with Columbus, coming over on the Mayflower or signing the Constitution.
Now if this were the early 1940′s and your last name was Shultz or Yamato, even more people would question you.I’m sure that all Muslims are not terrorists, but when the World Trade Center was destroyed, there was dancing in the streets throughout the Muslim world. This is one reason why people don’t like Muslims.
You might also understand that there in a difference between a long-form birth certificate and a COLB, and since the one you posted has been proven to be a fake, it’s understandable why people think you are a fake.

Spy Satellites Used To Harass Americans, Not Fight Terror
When it was announced several years ago that spy satellites would be used domestically, the excuse was that they were a necessary tool to fight the “war on terror” and illegal immigration. However, now that the use of such technology is becoming commonplace, it is in fact being deployed mainly to harass citizens who haven’t followed local ordinances on swimming pools or paid local back taxes.
This CNN video from several years ago, which has received fresh attention over the last few days, discusses the use of GPS satellite technology in the context of fighting terrorists, protecting borders and critical infrastructure, as the former DHS Assistant Secretary states that Americans should have “pride” in their domestic deployment.However, some five years later, spy satellites are actually being used as tools of intimidation to scare people who owe back taxes, people who haven’t followed local ordinances on swimming pools, and a myriad of other petty transgressions.As we reported earlier this month, aerial imaging technology is being used by the government to spy on Americans in an effort to collect revenue and enforce ordinances on swimming pools without safety certificates and junk cars being stored without permission, as the state completely violates the Fourth Amendment to suck citizens dry of whatever disposable income they have left as the economy enters a double dip recession.
The most chilling example of how authorities are abusing spy satellites is this Pittsburgh Department of Revenue ad, which uses the technology to intimidate residents into paying back taxes by threatening them with the big brother tool while claiming, “We do know who you are”.

Credible reports place the numbers between 300,000 and 750,000. Not a single incident. Lone Star Showdown: Texas Singled Out By Congress
This quarrel started last year. In 2009, Governor Perry accepted $3.2 billion in federal stimulus money for its education fund. However, Perry did not use the money to supplement the state’s education fund as the federal government had intended it. Instead he cut the state’s education funding and used the stimulus money to fill the gap.
That allowed Texas to boost its rainy day fund, bringing it to a little over $9 billion.Perry’s actions infuriated Democrats who wanted states to increase their spending, not cut back and save. Lloyd Doggett, a Democrat Congressman from Austin was one of the biggest critics of Perry’s actions. In order to ensure the same thing does not happen with the $26 billion package, $830 million of which was pledged to Texas, Doggett drafted an amendment that requires only Texas to certify that it will not reduce the state’s education spending at any time within the next three years in order to receive the funds. Unfortunately, this mandate attempt by Doggett to punish Texas for fiscal responsibility is unconstitutional. Article 8, Section 6 of the Texas Constitution states:”No money shall be drawn from the Treasury but in pursuance of specific appropriations made by law; nor shall any appropriation of money be made for a longer term than two years.”
Therefore, the governor cannot bind the next legislative session to an assurance as the Doggett Amendment requires. Perry blasted Doggett for the amendment, which could prevent Texas from receiving its share of the education funds:”This amendment mandates that the governor guarantee the Legislature will provide a certain level of state funding through 2013, a funding scheme prohibited by the Texas Constitution. It will be at least June 1, 2011, before the Legislature passes and the Comptroller certifies the 2012-2013 budget. That means Texas – the only state singled out with this mandate – might not be able to use any of these funds provided to states.

The legislature also cannot guarantee spending beyond the 2 year budget cycle we pass each session. You can plan to spend money beyond two years, but you cannot guarantee it…It is not possible, practical, or allowed by the Constitution, to guarantee monies beyond the budget cycle, Texas House and Senate Democrats understand this, but apparently Texas Democrat Congressmen do not.”

It is unbelievable to me that I even have to mention such a thing as the right for our overseas military to get their votes counted in time for elections, but I do.
We saw the absurdity in the 2008 election where 17,000 votes that we know of of overseas military votes were not counted for the general Presidential election. That was a shocking horror show then to most of America and thankfully to some in our congress who created a law, the Move Act, requiring all states to send out ballots at least 45 days in advance to make sure overseas military had time to vote before the election. Hopefully this protective law would solve this voting problem…not.
It is unforgivable to not allow our soldiers who are facing bullets, terrorists, fear and death daily to even vote in time regardless of the state’s excuses for not sending them out on time! Here they are taking hails of bullets and sacrificing their lives to protect our rights to vote, yet we can’t go out of our way to make sure they get to vote as well!

You can stand and salute or bow your heads while listening. I offer this after Beck’s rally, “Restoring Honor” where the love of God and patriotism and support of our military was reaffirmed in the hearts of hundreds of thousands of Americans. I thought this was an appropriate reminder.

All over the world, governments are either placing stringent reporting requirements on large cash transactions or they are banning them altogether. We are being told that such measures are needed to battle illegal drug traffic, to catch tax evaders and to fight the war on terror. But are we rapidly getting to the point where we will have no financial privacy left whatsoever? Should we just accept that we have entered a time when the government will watch, track and trace all financial transactions? Is it inevitable that at some point in the near future ALL transactions will go through the banking system in one form or another check, credit card, debit card, etc.?The truth is that we now live at a time when people who use large amounts of cash are looked upon with suspicion. In fact, authorities in many countries are taught that anyone involved in a large expenditure of cash is trying to hide something and is probably a criminal.And yes, a lot of criminals do use cash, but millions upon millions of normal, law-abiding citizens simply prefer to use cash as well.

Ilario Pantano is a Warlord. That was the name of his U.S. Marines unit when he served during the Iraqi War. It was his second tour of duty after serving previously in the Gulf War. Furious that state involvement in major terror attacks is being exposed to a wider audience than ever before via the Internet, a UK think tank closely affiliated with the Downing Street has called for authorities to infiltrate conspiracy websites in an effort to “increase trust in the government”.“A Demos report published today, The Power of Unreason, argues that secrecy surrounding the investigation of events such as the 9/11 New York attacks and the 7/7 bombings in London merely adds weight to unsubstantiated claims that they were “inside jobs,” reports the London Independent.
In other words, the fact that the overwhelming amount of evidence indicates that both 7/7 and 9/11 were “inside jobs” of one form or another, and that huge numbers of people are now aware of this via the increasing influence of the Internet, is hampering efforts to commit more acts of terror, therefore the government needs to change its strategy.In the report, Demos, “Recommends the Government fight back by infiltrating internet sites to dispute these theories.” One of the tools Demos already employs to “fight back” against conspiracy theories is by labeling anyone who challenges the government’s official story as an extremist or a terrorist recruiter.
The strategy mirrors that advocated by White House information czar Cass Sunstein, who in a 2008 white paper similarly called for conspiracy websites to be infiltrated and undermined in order to dilute their influence. In the same report, Sunstein also called for taxing conspiracy theories any viewpoint that differs with the official version and outright banning free speech that the authorities disapproved of.
What Demos and Sunstein are essentially calling for is classic “provocateur” style infiltration, updated for the 21st century, that came to the fore during the Cointelpro years, an FBI program from 1956-1971 that was focused around disrupting, marginalizing and neutralizing political dissidents, often using illegal methods.

Arrangements were quickly made by phone for a tour of the property and lunch at the Bajamar Hotel. We jumped at the opportunity to see the property and meet Douglas.Thirty minutes later, we pulled into the palatial security gates of Bajamar and drove through their graciously appointed grounds, jogging and walking trails, three beautifully manicured nine-hole golf courses with an ocean view on every hole we later learned the courses were often compared to Pebble Beach, and small boutique-type vacation homes and mansions along decorative stamped concrete streets.
We both commented that we felt like we’d landed in a private paradise.

In an exclusive interview with Kitco News, Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) revealed that next year at the start of the newly inaugurated 112th United States Congress, he would introduce a new bill to audit the U.S. gold reserves, which are reportedly stored at the New York Federal Reserve and Fort Knox.
The reason behind this bill is that in the event “we ever get around to deciding we should use gold in relationship to our currency, we ought to know how much is there,” Paul told Kitco.
“Our Federal Reserve admits to nothing, and they should prove all the gold is there. There is a reason to be suspicious, and even if you are not suspicious, why wouldn’t you have an audit?” said Paul.
This is not the first time Rep. Ron Paul has suggested that there be a full audit of the county’s gold reserves. Paul recalled that “In the early 1980s when I was on the gold commission, I asked to recommend to Congress that they audit the gold reserves – we had 17 members of the commission and 15 voted not to [recommend] the audit.”
The two votes in favor of an audit came from the two gold advocates who pushed for the creation of the commission in the first place – Senator Jesse Helms (R-N.C.) and Rep. Ron Paul.
At the time, Sen. Helms and Rep. Paul were the leaders of Congress’s gold coalition, which included Republicans Sen. James McClure of Idaho, Sen. Barry Goldwater of Arizona, Rep. Philip Crane of Illinois, Rep. James Collins of Texas, Rep. Steven Symms of Idaho, and Democratic Rep. Larry McDonald of Georgia, the latter of whom was at the time also a National Council member of the John Birch Society.
In fact, Rep. McDonald introduced a similar bill to that of Ron Paul’s newly proposed 2011 gold reserve audit bill. In 1979, Rep. McDonald sponsored H.R. 555, entitled: “A bill to require the Comptroller General of the United States to audit annually the gold held by the United States on the first day of each fiscal year and to report his findings to Congress.” McDonald presented the same bill again the next year, this time as H.R.555, and was unable to garner any cosponsors.
