Insurance companies, drug companies — they’ll get a seat at the table, they just won’t be able to buy every chair. But what we will do is, we’ll have the negotiations televised on C-SPAN, so that people can see who is making arguments on behalf of their constituents, and who are making arguments on behalf of the drug companies or the insurance companies.”

“Secret meetings with special interests to hammer out backroom deals are one of the reasons that Americans oppose Obamacare and this administration’s unethical approach to governing,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

This year, Philadelphia’s government saw the city’s hobbyists as their own moneymaking venture when it chose to slap bloggers with a $300 “Business Privilege Tax.”

To add insult to injury, on top of the $300 business license any ad revenue now invites a 6.45% tax.

Often the cost of this license vastly exceeds blog revenue. Philadelphia’s City Paper highlighted the case of Marilyn Bess, who has made $50 over the past few years on her blog.

In 1926, General Cherep-Spiridovich wrote, “War is only a ‘legalized mass murder.’ Thus Christ pointed out those who arrange all wars and revolutions, and that their chief cause is Satan and his sons’ ‘lust of murder.’ But ‘Christians’ never seem to agree with Christ.” [1] Gandhi concurred when he said, “Everyone but Christians understand that Jesus was nonviolent.” Those who “arrange all wars,” are typically among the very top echelon of secret societies, often Illuminati front groups like Skull and Bones, many of whom serve in elected and unelected government positions. Government officials implement a dark agenda of terrorism and genocide through directives developed by members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) the Bilderberg (BB), and the Trilateral Commission (TC). Some may view these allegations as incredible conspiracy theories, which is exactly the perspective that the media-managing elites encourage in order to conceal their reprehensible operations and their true loyalties.

General Cherep-Spiridovich said that those who arrange wars have a “lust of murder.” They also demonstrate a lust for power and profit, made possible by government-sanctioned warfare, funded by privately owned central banks which print billions of debt-based, interest-laden dollars, debt that is passed off onto the citizens who also fight and die in those wars. The increased glut of cash into the market devalues the currency already in circulation and further jeopardizes the country’s diminishing economy. The malevolent, parasitical bankers achieve their objectives by funding power-hungry, often psychopathic, well-compensated politicians who accommodate the bankers at the expense of the citizens they claim to represent. Representative government ends when the polls close.

A WANING FAITH IN GOVERNMENT

The state is perfectly happy to use tax revenues to promote this religion, just as it was in ancient Rome.When faith wanes in political religion, members of the congregation start looking for alternative places of worship. Major Garrett, the Fox News White House correspondent whose recently acquired front-row seat has been the source of so much controversy, is leaving the network for print, Mediaite reports.

Judge Royce Lamberth was a captain in the U.S. Army and Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. He was nominated to the federal bench by President Ronald Reagan in 1987.Aug. 25, 2010 — A federal judge at the U.S. District Court in Washington, DC has issued an order which temporarily halts the Obama regime’s overriding of a federal statute which prevented expanded embryonic stem cell research.In a 15-page ruling issued on August 23, Judge Royce Lamberth stated that Obama’s 2009 reversal of a Bush executive order violates the Dickey-Wicker Amendment passed by Congress in 1996 and signed by President Bill Clinton.

The ruling came in response to a case filed by the Alliance Defense Fund, Sherley v. Sebelius, filed in June 2010.According to The Washington Post, Lamberth had originally dismissed the case, but a lower court ruled that two doctors who were plaintiffs in the case had standing to move forward. A Report in TIME magazine details how it is now perfectly legal in nine states for the government to attach secret satellite tracking devices to your car and monitor you wherever you go, without a search warrant.As if that wasn’t bad enough, the report also details how The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which made the ruling, essentially suggests that privacy should be reserved for rich people only.The law, which now applies in California and eight other Western states, stems from a case beginning in 2007 when federal agents of the DEA covertly attached a GPS tracking device to the vehicle of an Oregon man they suspected of growing marijuana.The vehicle was parked in the man’s driveway, yet judges ruled that he did not have any reasonable expectation of privacy under the Fourth Amendment because they driveway was “open to strangers” such as delivery people and neighborhood children.This ruling transgresses long standing court rules that the area immediately surrounding a private property, known as the “curtilage,” should also be considered private.Judges also ruled that there was no reasonable expectation that the government was not tracking the man’s movements.All appeals against the court’s motion have failed.

Obama administration reports to the UN on human rights issues in U.S.

Under the administration of Barack Hussein Obama, the United States submitted its first ever “Universal Periodic Review UPR report” to the United Nations. This is the first time in the history of the United Nations that the U.S. has submitted a report to the United Nation’s Human Rights Council, which is the first step in submitting the United States to international review by some of the most repressive and abusive nations in the world.

When it came, SgtMaj Quick was ready, sailing for France as Sergeant Major of a battalion of the 6th Regiment, U.S. Marines. Belleau Wood was only the opening battle of the World War for him; he participated in every battle that was fought by the Marines in France until 16 October 1918: the Toulon Sector at Verdun, the Battle of Belleau Wood, the Aisne-Marne Offensive popularly known as the Battle of Soissons, the Marbache Sector near Pont-a-Mousoon, the St. Mihiel Offensive, the Battle of Blanc Mont Ridge, and the Meuse-Argonne Sector.

 

His gallantry in the Battle of Belleau Wood earned for him the Distinguished Service Cross and the Navy Cross. He earned these decorations on 6 June 1918, when “he volunteered and assisted in taking a truckload of ammunition and material into Bouresches, France, over a road swept by artillery and machine-gun fire, thereby relieving a critical situation.” He was further awarded the 2d Division Citation and the French Fourragere.

 

Sergeant Major John J. Quick died in St. Louis, Missouri, on 10 September 1922.”~~~~~

They were a “team,” the “college boy” and the long-serving Marine NCO who, incidentally, had been awatded the MoH for his bravery at Guantanamo Bay in 1898.

 

Years later Moore testified to a friend that it was all a figment of Marine Corps publicity.

4th Amendment Violating Mobile X-Ray Scanners Hit The Streets

As we warned at the beginning of the year, X-ray body scanners currently being used and abused in airports across the world are set to hit the streets as American Science & Engineering reveals that “more than 500 backscatter x-ray scanners mounted in vans that can be driven past neighboring vehicles to see their contents” have been sold to government agencies.

In January, we divulged how the ultimate end use of the body scanners would not be limited to airports, and that they were going to be rolled out on the streets as mobile units that would scan vehicles at checkpoints as well as individuals and crowds attending public events.Dutch police announced that they were developing a mobile scanner that would “see through people’s clothing and look for concealed weapons” and that it would be used “as an alternative to random body searches in high risk areas”.

The device would also be used from a distance on groups of people “and mass scans on crowds at events such as football matches.”

On a Virginia hillside rising above the Potomac River and overlooking Washington, D.C., stands Arlington House. The 19th-century mansion seems out of place amid the more than 250,000 military grave sites that stretch out around it. Yet, when construction began in 1802, the estate was not intended to be a national cemetery.

Arlington House “Custis-Lee Mansion”

The mansion, which was intended as a living memorial to George Washington, was owned and constructed by the first president’s adopted grandson, George Washington Parke Custis, son of John Parke Custis who himself was a child of Martha Washington by her first marriage and a ward of George Washington. Arlington won out as a name over Mount Washington, which is what George Washington Parke Custis first intended calling the 1,100-acre tract of land that he had inherited at the death of his father when he was 3.

Between 1841 and 1857, Lee was away from Arlington House for several extended periods. In 1846 he served in the Mexican war under Gen. Winfield Scott, and in 1852 he was appointed superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, his alma mater. After his father-in-law died in 1857, Lee returned to Arlington to join his family and to serve as executor of the estate.

Robert E. Lee and his wife, Mary Anna, lived at Arlington House until 1861, when Virginia ratified an alliance with the Confederacy and seceded from the Union. Lee, who had been named a major general for the Virginia military forces in April 1861, feared for his wife’s safety and anticipated the loss of their family inheritance. In May 1861, Lee wrote to Mary Anna saying:

“War is inevitable, and there is not telling when it will burst around you . . . You have to move and make arrangements to go to some point of safety which you must select. The Mount Vernon plate and pictures ought to be secured. Keep quiet while you remain, and in your preparations . . . May God keep and preserve you and have mercy on all our people.”

Following the ratification of secession by Virginia, federal troops crossed the Potomac and, under Brig. Gen. Irvin McDowell, took up positions around Arlington. Following the occupation, military installations were erected at several locations around the 1,100-acre estate, including Fort Whipple (now Fort Myer) and Fort McPherson (now Section 11).
