Wow. Greta Van Susteren, in a very pointed posting on her “GretaWire,” has challenged Fox News colleague Glenn Beck to move his 8/28 Rally away from the Lincoln Memorial site because it is on the anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s, “I Have a Dream” speech.

Van Susteren even likens what Beck is doing to the insensitivity of Muslims in wanting to build a mosque so near to Ground Zero.GretaWire: On August 28th my colleague Glenn Beck is going to lead an event on the mall in Washington, DC.

Shiver me timbers, matey! When you hear those words, pick up your peg leg and RUN, because you are about to get hammered. And that is exactly what is fixing to happen to the American people when the new Obama national healthcare law is fully implemented: we are going to get hammered.

For if the child can be made to feel good about him/her self, irrespective of any objective valid reason for doing so, then they will provide less friction with their peers, thereby enhancing the process of “socialization: which is the goal of the educational process in Deweyland.

The “self-esteem” movement tries to patch up the emotional wreckage of children who cannot read, spell or solve mathematical problems;

- the drugging of an entire generation of students for ADD and other social-behavioral disorders often created in the classroom by Dewey programs.

If mine were truly a free country, US police wouldn’t wield such immense power or employ such aggressive tactics against their own citizenry – a militarisation of our police forces that started with the war on drugs and intensified after 9/11.

Consider: can you invent a realistic scenario wherein you shoot a man dead; justify it with a story witnesses contradict; confiscate any surveillance video; claim a “glitch” makes it impossible to show the video to anyone else – all while enjoying the support of state legal apparatus?

Police in Las Vegas did that last month, after they shot Erik Scott seven times as he exited a Costco.

Cops say Scott pointed a gun at them; witnesses say Scott’s licensed weapon was in a concealed holster, and five of those seven shots hit him in the back. The confiscated surveillance video might settle the question; too bad about that glitch….

In 2004, Malaika Brooks, then seven months pregnant, was stopped for speeding in Seattle. She refused to sign the ticket – a non-arrestable misdemeanour at the time, though she was arrested for it anyway – and was Tasered three times.

What does the United Nations’ “Agenda 21″ mean for the sovereignty of the United States?Aug. 16, 2010 — As everyone should be aware, we as a country are facing a questionable future. I don’t care what your political persuasion is. It’s past time to stand up and defeat the corporatocracy that is literally killing us all.I never thought I’d be a witness to the “Fall of the Republic.”

Look at the corruption, lies and arrogance that passed a National Health Care Bill. Make no mistake; it’s not about health care; it is about total control of every aspect of our lives.

It’s my contention that the decline of America started about 100 years ago. That’s when the Federal Reserve and its collection agency, the IRS, was created 1913. It’s been downhill ever since. We’ve been living under a de facto dictatorship since FDR.

Sure, there’s the dog and pony show elections for President, House of Representatives, and Senate…but regardless of which party wins, has anything ever gotten better? Not in my lifetime, unless you’re an illegal alien or a freeloading welfare case, which we may all become if WE don’t take a stand.

The government always seems to find a reason to get more repressive every year, mostly under the guise of security. Do you feel more secure? I don’t. I feel like a noose is being tightened around my neck. I’m sick of the treasonous, lying hypocrites, elected and unelected.

Here is what can be done.

The wars, which benefit no one but the military-security complex and Israel’s territorial expansion, can be immediately ended. This would reduce the US budget deficit by hundreds of billions of dollars per year. More hundreds of billions of dollars could be saved by cutting the rest of the military budget which, in its present size, exceeds the budgets of all the serious military powers on earth combined.

US military spending reflects the unaffordable and unattainable crazed neoconservative goal of US Empire and world hegemony. What fool in Washington thinks that China is going to finance US hegemony over China?The only way that the US will again have an economy is by bringing back the offshored jobs. The loss of these jobs impoverished Americans while producing oversized gains for Wall Street, shareholders, and corporate executives. These jobs can be brought home where they belong by taxing corporations according to where value is added to their product.

If value is added to their goods and services in China, corporations would have a high tax rate. If value is added to their goods and services in the US, corporations would have a low tax rate.This change in corporate taxation would offset the cheap foreign labor that has sucked jobs out of America, and it would rebuild the ladders of upward mobility that made America an opportunity society.

If the wars are not immediately stopped and the jobs brought back to America, the US is relegated to the trash bin of history.

Obviously, the corporations and Wall Street would use their financial power and campaign contributions to block any legislation that would reduce short-term earnings and bonuses by bringing jobs back to America. Americans have no greater enemies than Wall Street and the corporations and their prostitutes in Congress and the White House.

The neocons allied with Israel, who control both parties and much of the media, are strung out on the ecstasy of Empire.

The United States and the welfare of its 300 million people cannot be restored unless the neocons, Wall Street, the corporations, and their servile slaves in Congress and the White House can be defeated.

Without a revolution, Americans are history.

McChrystal to teach at Yale in fall 2010

Retired Gen. Stanley McChrystal has been hired by Yale University to teach a graduate course on leadership.

McChrystal was ousted as commander in Afghanistan in July after derisive comments he and his staff made about their political bosses surfaced in an issue of Rolling Stone.

In a statement released Monday, Yale announced that McChrystal’s seminar would “examine how dramatic changes in globalization have increased the complexity of modern leadership.”The course will be offered in fall 2010 by Yale’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, where McChrystal has been appointed a senior fellow.

Efforts to get the United States Supreme Court to demand that Barack Obama provide unassailable proof of American citizenship continue without results.Just for a moment, imagine that the Court does its job and it turns out that Obama can’t come up with a legitimate birth certificate showing that he was indeed born on U.S. soil in what was then the territory of Hawaii, and the Court declares that he is therefore ineligible to serve as the nation’s chief executive.

Should that be the case nothing that he has done, no appointments that he has made nor executive orders he issued would be valid. And under the provisions of the Constitution, John McCain would be declared the legitimate President of the United States and Sarah Palin the Vice President starting with Inauguration Day, 2009.

All acts of Congress since January 2009 and signed by Obama would be null and void.

No Obamacare, no federal tax laws, and none of his cabinet or sub-cabinet appointments would be valid.And there would be blood in the streets as the labor union and the rest of the thuggery that supports him would erupt in violence.

And God knows where we’d end up.The prospect of the nation enduring another two and a half years of this incredibly unqualified man is unpleasant, but perhaps the consequences of driving him from the office he now holds could prove disastrous.

The nation has endured many a great and tragic crisis , including a bloody Civil War that often set brother against brother, and a depression that nearly leveled the economy for all time.

We survived in all such cases.We can survive the final years of Barack Obama’s presidency

The following letter was sent to Maj. Gen. Hawley-Bowland, the commanding officer over Lt. Col. Lakin’s “superiors” who were overheard discussing tasering him and “throwing him in the van” so as to prevent him from speaking with his attorney or the press following his arraignment on August 6.Dear Ms. Hawley-Bowland,It has come to my attention you are already showing signs of “bad behavior” that is unbecoming of an officer of the U.S. military. For future reference, do not hang up on a person who wishes to communicate their viewpoint to you. If this keeps up, you will have to be disciplined.

You must learn to listen and be patient with people who disagree with you. UCMJ 138 still means something. You would be wise to remember that.If this is how you are going to act this early into our national program, you are going to end up doing “your side” a grave disservice.

I am more than open to a real debate about whether or not, and under what circumstances “Barack Obama” might be considered a natural born Citizen. Even though the preponderance of historical, legal and legislative evidence strongly suggests he is ineligible, there is still a debate to be had, Justice Thomas’s reluctance notwithstanding.

In another instance where Americans are urged to trust their political minders, The Washington Post reported last month that “the administration wants to add just four words–’electronic communication transactional records’–to a list of items that the law says the FBI may demand without a judge’s approval.” Under cover of coughing-up information deemed relevant to espionage or terrorism investigations, proposed changes to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) would greatly expand the volume of private records that can be seized through National Security Letters (NSLs). Constitution-shredding lettres de cachet, NSLs are administrative subpoenas that can be executed by agencies such as the FBI, CIA or Defense Department, solely on the say so of supervisory agents. The noxious warrants are not subject to court review, nor can a recipient even disclose they have received one. Because of their secretive nature, they are extremely difficult to challenge. Issued by unaccountable Executive Branch agents hiding behind a façade of top secret classifications and much-ballyhooed “sources and methods,” NSLs clearly violate our constitutional rights.

But what about Obama?  Has he not undermined the military by refusing to prove that he is constitutionally qualified to serve as “Commander-in-Chief”? A decorated Army physician is facing court martial over Obama’s unwillingness or inability to produce documentation that he is a “natural born Citizen.”  What kind of Commander-in-Chief would allow such a thing to happen to one of his soldiers?

The fawning mainstream media has stated that with the choice of Gen. David Petraeus to assume McChrystal’s post, he chose a “a popular and press-savvy military leader.”  Is that what is needed right now:  a “popular” and “press-savvy” leader?  What about someone who can win in Afghanistan?  Are military promotions purely political?

What type of leadership would follow the orders of a usurper to the presidency?  Are they protecting their own positions and income by denying discovery to Lt. Col. Lakin?  Are they upholding the oath they took to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to protect against all enemies, foreign and domestic, when the person giving the orders could be foreign-born with foreign allegiances?  How could any general or officer operate under such conditions?

Peering at the 14th Amendment, Walker found something there the authors of the amendment never knew they put there, and even the Warren Court never found there: The states of the Union must recognize same-sex marriages as equal to traditional marriage.

With his discovery, Walker declared Proposition 8, by which 5.5 million Californians voted to prohibit state recognition of gay marriage, null and void. What the people of California voted for is irrelevant, said Walker; you cannot vote to take away constitutional rights.

1- REFERENCE TO YOUR CHAIN OF COMMANDTo the question which you as a General are duty bound to take a side on; ” Are Lakin’s orders, under military law, not depending on the president but on the chain of command?

It is not acceptable, under the Constitution of the United States, to distinguish authority of the “chain of command” from any other source other than the President of the United States. If there is a distinction, then there must be a Constitutional source other than the President for the authority flowing through the alternative military chain of command, and there is none.

The U.S. military is an instrument of We The People’s executive power, duty bound to our U.S. Constitution. The Constitution vests the whole of that power in the President of the United States. To avoid any misunderstanding, it explicitly states that the President is the Commander in Chief of all the Armed Forces of the United States.

To be Constitutional any and all authority flowing through the chain of command must originate in the President, and any and all orders issued to officers in that chain of Command must ultimately depend upon and exercise the President’s Constitutional power, and by that he first must be qualified as our Constitution so states, a natural born Citizen.

They used their native language as a military code, which the Japanese failed to break. When I was a kid long, long ago, before time began, or anyone had thought of why time ought to begin, or what it might be good for, I lived in rural King George County, Virginia. The county bordered on the Potomac River and was mostly woods. Dahlgren Naval Proving Ground, on which my family lived, sloped down to Machodoc Creek, perhaps three-quarters of a mile wide.

Things were looser then. When I wanted to go shooting, I put my rifle, a nice .22 Marlin with a ten-power Weaver, on my shoulder and walked out the main gate. At the country store outside the gate I’d buy a couple of boxes of long rifles, no questions asked, and away my co-conspirator Rusty and I went to some field or swamp to murder beer cans.Today if a kid of fifteen tried it, six squad cars and a SWAT team in all likelihood literally would show up with sirens yowling, the kid’s parents would be jailed, the store closed and its proprietors imprisoned, and the kid subjected to compulsory psychiatric examination. Times change.In King George if a buddy and I wanted to go swimming, we might go to the boat dock, which was for public use, and jump in. We did this by day or night. Almost never were there other people around, certainly no lifeguard. Or we might take my canoe, bought with paper-route money, and paddle out into the nighttime water and glory in being young and free and jumping overboard to swim.

What a pompous hypocrite. He’s been president since January 20, 2009 and has yet to have selected a church to attend in Washington, D.C., like every other president before him has done, but he makes sure to celebrate Ramadan.

That’s what you get when you elect a man named Barack Hussein Obama about whom you know nothing other than the fawning, worshipful puke served up by the liberal media all through the campaign and for most of his first year and a half in office.

Too late! The majority of voters selected a complete stranger; a man with virtually no available paper trail, including the one item most people can produce on request, a legitimate birth certificate.Obama is not an American. He is the son of a former British subject, a Kenyan of the same name. He is the step-son of an Indonesian who married his mother and adopted him. When his mother divorced for a second time, he was shipped off to live in Hawaii with his grandparents.The only overseas trip he took that we know of was to Pakistan with a college friend from there.

Did he travel on an American passport? The State Department records have conveniently disappeared.He’s one of those people who enjoys all the benefits of American citizenship, but considers himself an internationalist, someone more at home in the bowels of the United Nations than the chamber of the U.S. Senate; a place where he spent very little time because he was so eager to seize the presidency and begin to “transform” America.

A flight attendant on a Jet Blue flight from Pittsburgh to New York loses it because of an unruly passenger, cusses out the rest of the passengers over the public address system after landing, then escapes with a beer down the emergency shoot which he deployed and scurries to his car, later to be arrested at his apartment for a variety of charges.

Stress led to frustration, which led to anger, which led to abnormal behavior. As a mirror to the mood of the country, the flight attendant has now become a folk hero.

But then Robin Hood was a folk hero and he was nothing but a thief, even if he did only steal from the rich.

DB Cooper ripped off an airplane of a bunch of bucks and parachuted into the Cascade wilderness in the middle of the night. He too became a folk hero, although he probably paid with his life for this idiotic stunt. Doesn’t take much to become a folk hero these days, does it?It gets better.

A property owner, frustrated with the draconian zoning regulations placed upon his land by the local planning agency, outfits his large bulldozer with half-inch steel plates and cuts peep holes in the plates to see out. He drives his bulldozer to town on his lowboy, unloads it and then proceeds to turn the planning office into a bunch of broken sticks with the bulldozer. He is eventually dispatched killed by the police.

Stress led to frustration, which led to anger, which led to abnormal behavior. He too became a folk hero for many rural landowners who are besieged by rules, regulations, restrictions and ordinances that render their land virtually useless, while city folk get off virtually scot-free.

The following, open letter to Senator McCain was written by Margaret Calhoun Hemenway. Her concern is the grave damage being done to the US military due to Mr. Obama’s refusal to demonstrate his eligibility status.

The Big Lie | The Post & Email

Every one of us, at some point in our life, must face a single moral choice: Whether to live our life honestly or dishonestly, including ethically or unethically, for good or for bad. It is a conscious decision each of us must make. The vast majority of us opt for the path of social good and honesty. Not only is that path historically advantageous but, frankly, it is simpler because the path of honesty is always easier to follow and to adhere to.

That fact rings even truer because the rewards of honesty far outweigh the obstacles of choosing otherwise, not the least of which is the need to constantly lie to oneself and others, and the risk of having one’s lies exposed.

Will you do the right thing at this crucial time? We will see. We the People, history and God will be your final JudgeSenator McCain, your Democratic/Progressive/Socialist opponents questioned your “natural born Citizenship” status in the 2008 election.The question I ask is, why didn’t you question Obama’s “natural born Citizen” status? That is the obvious response in a political battle. Especially with all the talk about Obama’s mysterious early life narrative back then and that continues to this day … but now as a roar as his phony life story is revealed more and more every day.

Or John, did you make a deal with the devil in the Senate cloak room to get the weaselly worded SR 511 passed for you by Senator Leahy and backed by Obama himself on your behalf in return for you keeping quiet about Obama during the campaign and not asking anything about Obama’s “natural born Citizenship” flaws, and all his hidden and sealed early life records. You and your control of the RNC allowed Obama a total pass on that.

Why? The deal you made with the Democratic/Progressive Caucus leadership and the DNC Party stinks to high heaven. Is this an example of your reaching across the aisle to work with the Democrats/Progressives!?

The Army doctor who is being court martialled for refusing to obey orders, including a deployment order for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan, was formally arraigned last Friday at the first hearing in the Court Martial process. When Martin O’Malley became Maryland’s governor in 2007, one of his first moves was to double the number of cameras used to spy on cars. The cameras, stationed at toll booths and parking garages and mounted on police cars, scan license plate numbers and instantly match them with a database for tracking stolen cars.

The sort of “Big Brother” criticism one might expect of a program like this never materialized in a substantial way. There’s a good reason for that: The rate of vehicle theft in Maryland has plummeted to its lowest level since the state began collecting data in 1975.

Last week, O’Malley pledged to add 100 more license-plate cameras to Maryland’s arsenal.A very different story is unfolding in neighboring Pennsylvania. When Governor Ed Rendell recently proposed using the tag readers to crack down on a separate problem — uninsured and unregistered drivers — the plan sparked waves of protest. A key difference is that Rendell has been playing up the idea of using the cameras to raise revenue from fining drivers.

Rendell says Pennsylvania stands to pocket $115 million a year.

The debate over whether citizens should be permitted to record on-duty police officers intensified this summer.

High profile incidents in Maryland, Illinois, Florida, Ohio, and elsewhere spurred coverage of the issue from national media outlets ranging from the Associated Press to Time to NPR. Outside the law enforcement community, a consensus seems to be emerging that it’s bad policy to arrest people who photograph or record police officers on the job.

The Washington Post, USA Today, the Washington Examiner, The Washington Times, and Instapundit’s Glenn Reynolds, writing in Popular Mechanics, all weighed in on the side that citizen photography and videography can be an important check to keep police officers accountable and transparent.But so far, there’s been little activity in state legislatures to prevent these arrests. That’s likely because any policy that makes recording cops an explicitly legal endeavor is likely to encounter strong opposition from law enforcement organizations. So what’s the justification for bringing and supporting charges against people who record or photograph cops?

I recently spoke to three law enforcement officials about it. Two are prosecutors currently pursuing felony charges against citizens who made audio recordings of on-duty cops. The third is the executive director of the Fraternal Order of Police, America’s largest police union.Joseph Cassilly is the Harford County, Maryland state’s attorney. He’s currently pursuing felony charges against Anthony Graber, who was arrested last April for recording a police officer during a traffic stop. Maryland is one of 12 states that require all parties to a conversation to give consent before the conversation can legally be recorded. But like nine of those 12 states, Maryland also requires that for the recording to be illegal, the offended party must have had an expectation that the conversation would be private.

Certainly if you look at the fact that Obama tripled the US deficit and nearly doubled unemployment along with ramming through his toxic socialist agenda, it’s hard to argue with Quayle. Obama is destroying this country.Good for Ben Quayle for having the guts to run this ad… and for standing up to Juan Williams on The O’Reilly Factor

Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “Constitutional qualifications” to serve as President of the United States.Berg said, “Michelle Obama Celebrated, for one last time, in Spain with her daughter and others as she knows that her husband, Obama/Soetoro’s, time as President is coming to an end as he is forced to quit as he will admit he was born in Africa and adopted/acknowledged in Indonesia and therefore, is not Constitutionally eligible to be President.

”Berg’s comments came as the controversy is building since Michelle Obama, her daughter and upwards of 40 friends traveled to Spain for a five [5] day vacation. The issues included spending money overseas when our country is going through economic turmoil; traveling overseas when she could have spent a vacation in the United States where her spending could have helped a local community; staying at a five [5] star hotel with sixty [60] rooms used for her friends, staff and security; and why she would travel overseas after widespread criticism when Michelle, her husband and two [2] children recently travelled to Maine for a four [4] day vacation and not to the Gulf of Mexico area.

Berg continued, “The pressure is building to force Obama/Soetoro to admit that he is an Imposter, a Fraud, a Phony and his tale is the largest ‘Hoax’ in the history of the United States, over 230 years. Actually, the pressure is building because the overwhelming evidence is that Obama/Soetoro was born in Africa and more important is the fact that Obama was adopted/acknowledged by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia and Obama’s ‘legal’ name became ‘Barry Soetoro’ and there is no evidence that he has legally changed his name and therefore, every time he uses the name of ‘Barack Hussein Obama’ he has and is committing fraud.

Wednesday in Atlanta, thousands of people barraged a shopping center. The goal was not to purchase the latest “it” item. It was to attain a public housing application. Folks cut the line. Some children were reportedly trampled. Riot police arrived. The coveted housing slots are for families with an annual income below $16,000.

The same day in southern California, a man’s car was being repossessed. The unemployed man rammed a rented U-Haul truck into the tow truck. The man proceeded to barricade himself inside his home. The local SWAT team was called in. Police negotiated with him for hours. He eventually surrendered peacefully.

Two days earlier, a JetBlue flight was on the tarmac at New York’s JFK airport. A passenger rose to retrieve his luggage while the plane taxied. Veteran flight attendant Steven Slater asked the passenger to sit down. The passenger cursed him out. The luggage, or bin, struck Slater in the head. Reports vary. The two argued. Slater took to the intercom. Let loose his own profane rant. Grabbed a beer. Opened the emergency-evacuation chute and slid away in a blaze of workingman glory.

On the other side of the country, not far from the repo-man standoff, Slater’s mother was asked about the incident. “I can understand why he snapped,” she said. So can America.

Taxpayers in the recession ridden United States might be surprised to find that the Obama Administration is spending their money to refurbish Mosques overseas. The US recently paid to refurbish the Amr Edn El Aas Mosque in Cairo The Mosque was named after the Islamic Conqueror of Christian Eqypt.

Also, The US Ambassador to Tanzania, Alfonso Lenhardt, recently assisted in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the US paid refurbishing of the Kizimkazi Mosque in Tanzania. What would the average American think of this use of their hard earned money if the mainstream media reported this?
