What do Janice Okubo and Dr. Chiyome Fukino know, and what have they hidden from the American people?Sept. 2, 2010 — The Post & Email is seeking documentation from anyone who has contacted a Hawaii state agency with a UIPA request during the last two years and received an evasive or misleading reply or no response at all in violation of Hawaii state law.Anyone submitting such documentation to The Post & Email must be willing to sign his or her name to it and have solid evidence through email correspondence that Department of Health or other government employees failed to uphold Hawaii’s UIPA, or open records, law.

The evidence will be used to illustrate how Hawaii’s public officials have stonewalled, obfuscated and failed to comply with HRS 338, which covers vital statistics. Index data, “final opinions” made public by Hawaii officials, and other records which should have been disclosed according to Section 92F-12 page 15 of the UIPA which were withheld or not addressed are prime examples of the information we seek.

Absurdity Alert: The same Obama Justice Department that refuses to prosecute Black Panthers for blatant voter intimidation, and the same incompetents that will not take action against Sanctuary Cities, like San Francisco, which openly and aggressively violate federal law, have decided to focus on Joe Arpaio, a white Sheriff in Arizona.So what exactly is Arpaio’s great crime?Enforcing the law and protecting American citizens in Arizona from attack by invading illegal aliens, mostly from Mexico.As reported here, in part: “PHOENIX – The U.S. Justice Department sued Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Thursday, saying the Arizona lawman refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics.

The lawsuit calls Arpaio and his office’s defiance “unprecedented,” and said the federal government has been trying since March 2009 to get officials to comply with its probe of alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures, and having English-only policies in his jails that discriminate against people with limited English skills.”

Arpaio discriminates against Hispanics, does he?For Goodness sakes, everyone knows that the overwhelming percentage of invading criminals who come here are Hispanic!That being the obvious case, the fact that the sheriff is focusing on Hispanics is proof positive that he is doing his job!To do otherwise might be more politically correct, but it would also be utterly stupid to anyone who is really interested in ending and reversing the invasion of America.

I recently again viewed the film The Wind And The Lion, 1975, (Sean Connery, Candice Bergen), and I noticed that although the story was set in the year 1904, the Marine Corps battle color shown was the one w/the scarlet background, not the battle color w/the blue background as would be correct for that time. As you all know, the background color for the USMC battle color was changed from blue to scarlet in 1925, although it did not become completely effective till 1939. Also noticed the same error in another film, Shores Of Tripoli (John Payne, Randolph Scott). in this case, the blue battle color vice the scarlet was shown on the occasion of the beginning of WW II and Pearl Harbor. Decided to check into the events of the The Wind and The Lion plot to see whether or not the story line of this film had any basis in fact, and perhaps discover what else they had gotten wrong…

A Commander-in-Chief Not Worthy Of His Troops

America did not win the war in Iraq. That’s a fact. America did not win the first Iraq war. That, too, is a fact. Iraq is set up, as we write these few comments, for its next dictator — with at least a couple of Iraqis preening themselves in the shadows just waiting for the moment, which will not be long in coming.

Look, the plain truth is – you cannot win a war while attempting to win the hearts and minds of those you are warring against! Until America understands this we will NEVER win another war!To be successful in war you have to beat the snot out of your opponent through attrition and any other means at your disposal until he either has no troops left to put into the field against your forces, or he is so beaten that he loses the will to fight.

The victor must make the price of going to war against him so costly any would-be enemy will think long and hard before firing that first shot. America doesn’t do that anymore. It is common knowledge that if you desire the rebuilding of your country — simply attack America!

What does a country and its citizens do as their nation continues to collapse from weak and misdirected Leadership? What are you going to do?

The Declaration of Independence states:To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.

We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism. This is the current battle that we Constitutionalists face and we must be aggressive in our efforts. Of notice is the Arrogance Incompetence and Dishonesty of officials as relates to Legislation, National Security, Economy, and is the rationale for multiple resignations and a serious change of government.

The Fate of the country is now in our hands and the plea from the majority of our citizens is to enforce our Constitutional and Existing Laws. There is a growing list of documented violations by current elected and appointed government officials of the Constitution and their Oath of Office.

The 2010 November elections will be the most pivotal mid-term elections in our history.

Judge denies opening Obama of records– could be an “embarrassment” to the president

FT. MEADE, Md. – A career officer in the U.S. Army acting as a judge in the prosecution of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin today ruled that the military is no place for Barak Obama‘s presidential eligibility to be evaluated.Army Col. Denise R. Lind today ruled in a hearing regarding the evidence to be allowed in the scheduled October court-martial of Lakin that he will be denied access to any of Obama’s records as well as any testimony from those who may have access to the records.

With her decision, Lind mirrored a number of federal judges who have ruled on civil lawsuits over Obama’s eligibility. They have without exception denied the plaintiffs’ access to any requested documentation regarding the president’s eligibility.Lind ruled that it was “not relevant” for the military to be considering such claims, that the laws allegedly violated by Lakin were legitimate on their face and that the chain of command led up to the Pentagon, and that should have been sufficient for Lakin.Paul Rolf Jensen, Lakin’s civilian attorney, said the case would continue. But he said the courts now have denied his client the opportunity to present his defense.Jensen had argued that under U.S.C. Rule 46, a defendant put on court martial has the right to call any and all witnesses and obtain any evidence in his or her defense.

Lind, who took 40 minutes to read her decision to the court, disagreed.She said opening up such evidence could be an “embarrassment” to the president, and it’s up to Congress to call for impeachment of a sitting president.

Obama Plans Backdoor Amnesty

Barack Obama is seeking to bypass the legislative process by way of executive policy. He does face roadblocks, though, in the form of judicial review.Obama seeks comprehensive immigration reform with amnesty for the 12 million to 30 million foreign nationals currently residing illegally in the United States.

Even with recent passage of a Southwest Border Security Law, an outright amnesty bill appears unlikely this election year. Thus, the creative Obama team is devising backdoor amnesty for illegal aliens.One such plan announced by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security DHS involves the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services USCIS that oversees lawful immigration to the United States.The plan is to pursue “meaningful immigration reform absent legislative action.” USCIS will extend benefits and/or protections to illegal aliens, thus reducing the threat of deportation. The concept is set forth in a memorandum entitled, “Administrative Alternatives to Comprehensive Immigration Reform.”Deportations are being delayed indefinitely, “green cards” are being issued to illegal aliens declaring them legal permanent residents LPRs, and “extreme hardship” is being redefined, among other bureaucratic chicanery.

The consequences intended or unintended include legal fees for jubilant immigration lawyers.

I could write a book on the various absurdities of the report we submitted — e.g., a soulful plea for the rights of the transgendered and not a word on those of the unborn — but let me focus on one that has the potential to wreak havoc anew on the world’s economy: the call for “fairness and equality in housing.”"The recession in the United States,” the report insists, “was fueled largely by a housing crisis, which coincided with some discriminatory lending practices.” Those practices, the report strongly implies, resulted in a market where “fewer than half of African-American and Hispanic families own homes while three quarters of white families do.”"To prevent similar crises in the future,” the report continues in its smugly accusatory way, “the federal government has focused resources and efforts to determine whether and where discrimination took place, as well as to ensure greater oversight going forward.” As proof of the administration’s eagerness to solve the problem, the report cites its “major financial reform legislation.”I wish I were making this up, but our official 2010 UPR submission to the United Nation argues that discrimination against minorities in the housing market somehow caused the economic crisis and that the misbegotten Dodd-Frank act will somehow repair it. It is no wonder that the authors of this report oppose capital punishment.

Upon reading it, even Sister Helen Prejean would want them taken out and shot.While the Obama apparatchiks were busy compiling this report, I was busy writing a book — Popes and Bankers — on the real causes of the economic crisis. What they see as the solution I see as the cause, and I can prove my point.

The Legacy Will Not Be Betrayed

The American people will also rise to the challenge of overcoming what this administration, Congress, and the left-wing establishment have done to this country. In doing so, they will invoke the now-faded image of the masses at Ellis Island, the bent-over figures of those in the cotton fields, the determination of soldiers facing certain death, and all the men and women who made this the greatest and most unique country in the history of mankind. The legacy left to today’s generations by these pioneers will not be betrayed. It is, after all, who we are.
