JAGs protecting Obama have committed treason

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

Lt. Col. Lakin M.D.- Active Army — first asked the Army to affirm that Obamawas constitutionally eligible to serve as President, and when his chain ofcommand refused, he then refused to deploy to Afghanistan until “eligibility”was established to force the issue to a head. Lakin’s argument is simpleand direct: a soldier must not be compelled to obey an “unlawful order”; an”ineligible person” cannot serve as President and Commander-in-Chief and, thus, cannot issue “lawful orders.”

He has thereby laid his liberty and whole careeron the line in order to honor his Oath to Support and Defend the Constitutionespecially Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, which must not be violated!

He That has died is Free From Sin…Romans 6

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

For he that is dead is freed from sin. Romans 6:5-7The Bible teaches us that sin is a multi-faceted horror. We know from 1 John, that sin is the transgression of the Law of God,Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.I John 3:4We have seen from Romans chapter 1, that sin is the rejection of God’s truth and His Glory, and in Romans three it is the coming short of the Glory of God. Sin is failure to love God supremely, or to love our neighbor as ourself, it is lawlessness, self will, and iniquity. In John’s gospel it is called the love of darkness. But in Romans 5 and 6 we are taught that sin is a state of being, it is living under a God estranged rule, an authority called “the reign of sin and death”. It began when Adam transgressed, and all of his children were born under it and have known nothing else all of their lives, but the dominion of sin. The only relief for the faithful was the promise of an absolute deliverance from sin, dating back to the Word in the garden of the coming serpent crusher. For one under the reign of sin, there is no choice, for everything he does is a sin.

It is a state of being. As Proverbs declares, even the “Plowing of the wicked is sin”.Proverbs 21:4 .Within the reign and dominance of sin, there are of course varying degrees of sinfulness, there are some more given to evil than others. But all under sin, must sin, for they live under its power.

Former Air Force Officers: UFOs Tampered With Nuclear MissilesUpdated: 2 hours 39 minutes agoSept. 25 — Former U.S. Air Force officers and a former enlisted man are about to break many years of silence about an alarming series of UFO encounters at nuclear weapons sites — incidents officially kept secret for decades. When the group appears at a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Monday, it will offer testimony about events so chilling, it will seem like a day at a science fiction movie festival.

To put you in the mood for the stories that will soon unfold, we’re presenting one here, involving former Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, one of the hosts of the Washington event.

Pensioner who has smoked 292,000 cigarettes celebrates his 100th birthday

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

A pensioner who has smoked almost 300,000 cigarettes during his lifetime has celebrated his 100th birthday.Arthur Langran, who survived being blown up by a grenade during the Second World War, claims the secret behind his longevity is always doing what everyone tells him not to.

The father-of-two started smoking when he was 20 and has smoked at least ten cigarettes every day since then – the equivalent of 292,000.The centenarian, from Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk, also drinks a glass of single malt whisky every night before he goes to bed, another factor he credits for his long life.

That one glass though, added up, equates to 900 bottles of the spirit but Arthur claims he has no plans to change his ways.’I always say the secret is doing things you’re not told to do,’ he said.’I have been smoking since I was 20 and I still enjoy it – and a pipe.’He celebrated his birthday with a drink at his local pub on September 8th.

Gunny G: 11 Attempts To Disband The Marines Or Merge With The Army…

September 25, 2010 1 comment
THROUGH THE YEARS…
“Beginning with the presidency of Andrew Jackson, the Marines had survived eleven serious proposals to disband the Corps or merge it with the Army.5″

“…Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal, who was inspecting Green Beach on Iwo Jima that morning in 1945, saw the Stars and Stripes go up atop Mount Suribachi and heard the beleaguered troops below come alive with whistles and cheers and shouts of joy. He turned to Marine General Holland M. Smith and said, ‘The raising of that flag on Suribachi means a Marine Corps for the next five hundred years!’1″

It’s just hortatory.” That’s what judges are wont to tell litigators who try to get courts to order some course of action based on the preamble of a law. The preamble is the big wind, the hot air: lawgivers covering themselves in glory, detailing the high-minded, selfless motivation that prompts them to act. Then comes the rain.

That’s the consequential part, the nuts and bolts of what is to be done. It is that, and not the preamble, that matters. And it’s usually significantly more timid — as in big wind, no rain. That is the Republicans’ freshly unveiled Pledge to America: big wind, no rain. It is little wonder that, in patting themselves on the back, the authors keep talking about the preamble: how uplifting it is, what a paean to individual liberty, what a contrasting vision it marks from the nanny-state status quo. The preamble is the part Republicans did not write. It’s the part they lifted from America’s Founders — primarily, from the Declaration of Independence.Nothing wrong with that.

To the contrary, it’s an admirable bar to set, provided you intend to live up to it. The pledge doesn’t come close. In fact, in laying out the “self-governing society,” the GOP could not even get out of the preamble without shrinking from the Declaration’s bold blueprint.

MOLLIFYING MUSLIMS, AND MUSLIFYING MOLLIES Steyn on America

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

“When someone destroys a bible, US government officials don’t line up to attack him. President Obama bowed lower than a fawning maitre d’ before the King of Saudi Arabia, a man whose regime destroys bibles as a matter of state policy, and a man whose depraved religious police forces schoolgirls fleeing from a burning building back into the flames to die because they’d committed the sin of trying to escape without wearing their head scarves.

If you show a representation of Mohammed, European commissioners and foreign ministers line up to denounce you. If you show a representation of Jesus Christ immersed in your own urine, you get a government grant for producing a widely admired work of art. Likewise, if you write a play about Jesus having gay sex with Judas Iscariot.”So just to clarify the ground rules, if you insult Christ, the media report the issue as freedom of expression: A healthy society has to have bold, brave, transgressive artists willing to question and challenge our assumptions, etc. But, if it’s Mohammed, the issue is no longer freedom of expression but the need for “respect” and “sensitivity” toward Islam, and all those bold brave transgressive artists don’t have a thing to say about it.”

Look out for a lame duck

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

As the calendar rushes toward the Nov. 2 elections, prospects increase for a bloody “lame-duck” session. There is a laundry list of bills stacked up for passage that have not yet made it to the floor for a vote. After the elections, Democrats who lost will have nothing further to lose and will be eager to get as much of Obama’s radical agenda enacted as possible.

Lurking in the shadows is Sen. Chris Dodd‘s Livable Communities Act S.1619. This bill will essentially write into domestic law the recommendation set forth in Chapter 10 of Agenda 21. Since the Clinton era, the federal government has been enticing and coercing local governments to transform their communities into “sustainable communities,” as defined by Agenda 21. The Dodd bill brings down the heavy hand of government to force communities to conform. The implementation of Dodd’s “livable” or sustainable communities forces the loss of individual freedom, serious reduction of private property rights and the erosion of a free market in real estate. If enacted during the lame duck session, it must be repealed by the new Congress. Sen. Feingold’s Clean Water Restoration Act S.787 is high on the priority list for passage.

This bill would give to the federal government virtually every drop of water that falls on the United States to the federal government, regardless of whether it winds up in a river, a lake, a stream, a wetland, a prairie pothole, a mud hole or backyard fish pond on private property. Moreover, the bill also gives to the federal government authority to control all activity that may affect these waters, whether the activity occurs on private or public property. Should this bill become law, it will have to be repealed by the new Congress.

Do You Think Your Vote in November Will Restore Freedom? | The Post & Email

September 25, 2010 1 comment

Way too many Americans dwell in la-la land, on either side of the political spectrum. Naiveté is the rule rather than the exception. Truth is all but obscured by lies and propaganda from both parties. It took over 100 years to destroy freedom, from “carry a big stick” Roosevelt, to “16th Amendment” Wilson, to the ”New Deal” FDR, to the ”Great Society” Johnson, to the “inept and outright mentally challenged“ Carter, to the “I did not have sex with that woman” Clinton and now to the ”Great Socialist Transformation of America” Obama. Does anyone think that one vote in one election cycle can restore liberty? If they do, naive isn’t a strong enough word to define their mental state. It’s a start, but it is a long road back to freedom.Even if the Republicans take back the House and the Senate in November, what will that change? The lust for power in a Republican is just as strong as the lust for power in a Democrat. That’s human nature. The only thing that can offset the lust for power in a politician is the greater power of the “Consent of the Governed” who demand freedom.

How many unconstitutional laws that have been passed in the last 100 years, will be repealed in the next session of the Congress, if the Republicans do take back both Houses? And can they override a presidential veto? Probably not. Obama won’t stand for wiping out his socialist agenda and legacy, while he remains president. How many U. S. Supreme Court decisions in the last 100 years can be overturned, decisions that acted contrary to literal constitutional interpretation?

Will the decision in the 1880′s by Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes and the Dean of the Harvard Law School, that changed constitutional adjudication from strict interpretation of the Constitution, to adjudication by evolving case law and court precedent, be overturned? A draconian decision, in-aptly named “Positivism”, that turned the Constitution into a “living document” instead of a fixed set of principles for the foundation of liberty.

PHOENIX, AZ (KOLD) – New video has surfaced from last week’s SB-1070 protest that brought people to Phoenix from across the country, including immigrant-rights activists bused in from California.

The video shows those activists desecrating the American flag. They used spray paint to write, “deport Arpaio” and “impeach Brewer.”

There’s also a toilet seat on the stars. They displayed the desecrated U.S. Flag and Arizona flag while a man sang the national anthem.

Disgusting!

This photo was taken at a rally at the state capitol yesterday. The news will not show it and the Capitol Police and Homeland Security would not let Americans or any of the Veterans that were there do anything about it.

In “Obama’s Wars” “Victory” is Not an Option

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

Obama has little faith in the U.S. military fighting the war in Afghanistan. A careful review of reports of Bob Woodward’s new book “Obama’s Wars” tells us the president avoided any mention of victory as he outlined his war objectives.Since the day he took office President Obama desperately looked for a quick exit from Afghanistan.

He pressured his military advisors for an exit plan to cut and run leaving the Afghanis to the mercies of the Taliban who will certainly start seeking revenge for their humiliation the day we leave. Obama has been quoted by his staff saying, “This needs to be a plan about how we’re going to hand it off and get out of Afghanistan.”The President was frustrated by the top military commanders’ insistence on plans that required significantly more troops, known as a surge. Obama reluctantly agreed to a short-term escalation but has developed his own strategy a “terms Sheet” that will limit future U.S. involvement. This term paper is planned to be released this Monday, Sept 27.Obama has told his staff “Everything we’re doing has to be focused on how we’re going to get to the point where we can reduce our footprint. It’s in our national security interest. There cannot be any wiggle room.”

He insists that some of those American troops will begin withdrawing starting next summer- Déjà vu Vietnam without the Paris Peace talks. Now for the SpinDuring a press conference Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen insisted …

Shut Up! You’re Disturbing the Elite by Keith Johnson

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

So many warnings, so many solutions, and so many people who couldn’t care less.LONG AGO: A man named Noah the conspiracy theorist of his time warns his people that a great flood is fast approaching. His preparations for the event are largely dismissed as crazy, and he is constantly the subject of ridicule and mockery.

Even as the heavy rains turn torrential; the people continue to laugh, eat, drink and dance…right up until the water level rises high enough to sweep them all away.1912: As the RMS Titanic takes on water; word spreads among the passengers that they must prepare to abandon ship. Many refuse to board lifeboats because they are convinced that the vessel cannot sink. Some stay in the lounges to socialize while others return to their cabins and fall fast asleep. The lifeboats aboard the Titanic have the capacity to accommodate 2/3 of the passengers, but many of them are sent away nearly empty because some people refuse to take the crisis seriously.1913: While treasonous politicians conspire to relinquish control of the U.S. economy over to European central banks; Congressman Charles Lindbergh, Sr. warns: “This Act [the Federal Reserve Act, Dec. 23rd 1913] establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President [Woodrow Wilson] signs the Bill; the invisible government of the Monetary Power will be legalized. The people may not know it immediately, but the day of reckoning is only a few years removed. The worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency Bill.

The new law will create inflation whenever the trusts want inflation. From now on, depressions will be scientifically created.”His warning is ignored, and by 1929, America falls victim to its first “scientifically created” depression.

I’m Fed Up With Constitution Worship! by Gary D. Barnett

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

Also, the notion that men and women died to defend our freedoms can only be correct if one considers those very few who have died fighting against our own federal government’s encroachment against liberty. If the intent here is to laud those who died in warfare, then again, the author is completely wrong. Those who fight in wars are defending and serving the government, and therefore are harming freedom, not protecting it.

This may seem a harsh statement to some, but it is this truth that escapes almost all Americans. If more understood this, we would all be much better off. War is the health of the state, and therefore is antithetical to freedom. U.S. wars are directly responsible for a more powerful government and less freedom; the opposite of what is taught in the government-run schools, and what political pundits constantly spew. Why was the current U.S. constitution drafted and ratified in the first place? Was it because our founders believed that they were doing more to protect liberty? Did they think that this particular document would serve to expand and protect our freedoms? Were the Articles of Confederation, our constitution at the time, anti-freedom or inadequate? Did that constitution allow the federal government more or less power than the new one?If one answers these questions honestly, many other questions will arise, and the answers to those questions may cause resentment to replace respect. In fact, our current constitution greatly expanded government power over the people, not the other way around, as most believe. Just consider one example: In the Articles of Confederation the federal government had no power to lay and collect by force taxes. Any money needed had to come voluntarily from the individual states. In Article 1, Section 8 of our current constitution, the federal government has virtually an unlimited power to tax.

This fact alone should have been reason enough to not ratify the constitution 223 years ago. Of course, most of the rest of those powers given to Congress in Article 1, Section 8 should have also caused great concern for anyone sympathetic to liberty.

Who is in Charge of the “New World Order?,” Part 3

The Chamber of Commerce of the United States and the International Chamber of Commerce are blanket organizations. The U. S. Chamber claims to represent more than 3 million businesses and organizations. Of course, the Chamber can’t really represent them. It represents itself while claiming the membership sanctions its policies. It is easier for Congress to enact legislation if there is a large pressure group calling for……

If Society is to survive Tea Party Movement Must Go International

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

In the United States, the mainstream media was in the tank for Senator Barack Obama from the get-go. When a flagging John McCain brought Sarah Palin on the presidential ticket as vice president, the MSM went berserk, engineering the smear campaign of record.

Prominent Canadian Broadcasting Corporation CBC journalist Heather Mallick of “pram face” fame, jumped into the fray, dragging then 17-year-old Bristol Palin into the muck. When Canada’s largest newspaper realized that Ford was handily leading the polls weeks before election, it arrogantly asked three candidates to get out of the race so that Ford’s closest opponent, Liberal George Smitherman would have a chance.Just like in America, during the 2008 presidential campaign, ACORN is out leading voter registration drives for voters who live in low income housing. Yes, Canada is one of eight countries operating under the newly minted Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now ACORN. The Lib/Left are the same wherever they get into public office. They seize the moral high-ground and pontificate at the rest of us.The problems civil society faces in North America are the same problems being faced worldwide. Governments of the world now see their constituencies as serfs.

Governments are stripping the people of individual rights while the serfs pay for freedom-killing government policies. The reason why American Tea Parties have found success is because we the people sincerely cherish the Constitution and their Founding Fathers.

A question to the president that sums up what is on all of our minds: “Is this my new reality?”

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

Instead of delivering the hope and change he promised us two years ago, President Obama has put America on the path towards a full-fledged socialist state.

If universal health care, astronomical taxes and incredible government overreach don’t automatically spell disaster for America in your eyes, the reality of a raunchy pop star leading the charge to repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, not the Pentagon, should.

I’ve fought in two wars but nothing scares me more than what I see when I look at America today.

Gunny G: THE ORDERLY SERGEANT – USMC

THE ORDERLY SERGEANT – USMC

When the Marine Corps was reactivated in 1798, the American Navy consisted of a handful of frigates under orders to patrol the Atlantic seaboard. During the second war with England, Marines served aboard Yankee frigates in both the Atlantic and Pacific. Following the war, the Navy was charged with the protection of American interests througout the world.

Many of these vessels had no Marine officer. Instead, a sergeant was responsible for the conduct of the ship’s detachment. Thus, a sergeant serving on a sloop-of-war off Java drew the same pay as a sergeant in the Washington barracks, but his responsibilities were many times greater. To remedy this situation, the Marine Corps in 1833 created the grade of orderly sergeant. Thirty “orderly sergeants and 1st sergeants of guards at sea” were to be paid $16 per month, the same amount as the drum major and fife major. The 41 “other sergeants” received $13 per month.

Did 9/11 Really “Change Everything”?

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

We’ve been told that 9/11 changed everything. Is it true?Let’s look: The Afghanistan war was planned before 9/11 see this and this The decision to launch the Iraq war was made before 9/11. Indeed, former CIA director George Tenet said that the White House wanted to invade Iraq long before 9/11, and inserted “crap” in its justifications for invading Iraq.

Former Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill – who sat on the National Security Council – also says that Bush planned the Iraq war before9/11. And top British officials say that the U.S. discussed Iraq regime change one month after Bush took office Cheney apparently even made Iraqi’s oil fields a national security priority before 9/11 The Patriot Act was planned before 9/11 Cheney dreamed of giving the White House the powers of a monarch long before 9/11 Cheney and Rumsfeld actively generated fake intelligence which exaggerated the threat from an enemy in order to justify huge amounts of military spending long before 9/11.

And see this Cheney and the rest of the neocons lamented – before 9/11 – that America could not truly project its power globally without the justification of a “new Pearl Harbor” The government’s spying on Americans began before 9/11 confirmed here and here. And see this The decision to threaten to bomb Iran was made before 9/11 The government knew that terrorists could use planes as weapons — and had even run its own drills of planes being used as weapons against the World Trade Center and other U.S. high-profile buildings, using REAL airplanes — all before 9/11 The government heard the 9/11 plans from the hijackers’ own mouths before 9/11 Cheney was in charge of all counter-terrorism programs for the United States before and on 9/11. See this Department of State announcement, this CNN article and this essay It was known long before 9/11 that torture doesn’t work to produce accurate intelligence, but is an effective way to terrorize peopleSo did 9/11 really “change everything”? Or was it simply an excuse to implement existing plans?

Johnny Cash disturbed about Iraq invasion before his death

In 2004, the Tennessee Republican National Convention sponsored a celebration of Johnny Cash at Sotheby’s auction house, leading hardcore punk singer Jello Biafra to wonder, “What would Johnny Cash think of Bush’s illegal war in Iraq?”The legendary country singer Johnny Cash was deeply upset by the 2003 invasion of Iraq, according to an interview with his daughter, Rosanne Cash.Describing her father’s political views, Cash told The Progressive magazine that her father “didn’t care where you stood politically” and that he “could love all stripes, and that’s why all stripes claim him.”

Although he refrained from partisanship, she notes that he was still willing to act on his political views.Full article here

Feds Expand War On Terror, Raid Communist Antiwar Activists

September 25, 2010 Leave a comment

Following the absurd hyperbole of senior Obama administration officials earlier this week warning that the CIA’s Night of the Walking Dead cave dwellers will attempt small scale attacks against the United States, the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force dispatched SWAT teams to the homes of antiwar activists in Minneapolis and Chicago in order to keep alive and expand the terrorism mantra.

FBI spokesman Steve Warfield told the Associated Press that six warrants in Minneapolis and two in Chicago were served about 7 a.m. Friday. Warfield said the FBI is seeking “evidence relating to activities concerning the material support of terrorism.”“The search warrant for 1823 Riverside, the residence of activist Mick Kelly, sought information ‘regarding ability to pay for his own travel’ to Palestine and Columbia from 2000 to today. The warrant hyped potential documents indicating any contacts/facilitation with FARC, PFLP, and Hezbollah — what it called ‘FTOs’ or ‘foreign terrorist organizations’. It mentioned seeking information on the alleged ‘facilitation of other individuals in the US to travel to Colombia, Palestine and any other foreign location ins support of foreign terrorist organizations including but not limited to FARC, PFLP and Hezbollah,” reports IndyMedia in the Twin Cities.

Individuals targeted by the FBI appear to be members of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization, a Marxist-Leninist group that continues to uphold Joseph Stalin as one of the “principal theorists” of Marxism-Leninism, along with Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, Vladimir Lenin, and Mao Zedong. Stalin liquidated around 50 million people while Mao killed off more than 70 million.
