The wife had jury duty at the Douglas County courthouse in Castle Rock, Colorado yesterday. She found they, too, now have the backscatter nude imaging machines, and they are mandatory.So, to excercise our constitutional rights to the courts or to appear as mandated by the court we must submit to a strip search and radiation.

The Transportation Security Administration TSA has crossed the line. As if subjecting millions of Americans to X-rated x-ray scans and public groping sessions weren’t bad enough, the agency now threatens $11,000 in fines against anyone refusing to submit to humiliation at the airport.Oceanside, Calif., resident John Tyner found this out after he posted on YouTube a video of his degrading encounter with TSA screeners.

Mr. Tyner’s catchy phrase, “If you touch my junk, I’ll have you arrested,” spread quickly, thanks to attention provided by the Drudge Report. TSA was not amused, and an official announced Monday that Mr. Tyner faces punishment for leaving the airport without submitting to the high-tech or low-tech molestation options.The term is not used lightly. Under 18 U.S. Code Section 2244, ” ’sexual contact’ means the intentional touching, either directly or through the clothing, of the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh or buttocks of any person with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade.” It’s no coincidence that TSA initiated sexual-contact pat-downs after fliers began to refuse the pornographic scanners. There can be no question that when threats of civil punishment are used to ensure compliance, those encounters with the TSA lose their status as a voluntary transaction.

It’s even more outrageous that these unnecessary searches are being conducted on children.There’s also no doubt that some rogue TSA agents seek self-gratification at the expense of passengers. In January, a TSA agent planted white powder in the bags of passengers, according to documents posted on the Smoking Gun website. Apparently, scaring members of the public into thinking they were being busted for smuggling drugs made for a good “joke.” The new screening rules open yet more opportunities for the worst elements at TSA.

George Soros funds the Center for American Progress, which has been characterized as Barack Obama’s Ideas Factory. John Podesta, its head, led the transition team when Barack Obama became President.

The Center has also become a hiring hall for the Obama team, filling its positions with former employees among these was controversial Van Jones — who now is back at the Center.

Apparently, George Soros and his Center are upset that the American people placed a roadblock in their plans when we rose up and painted the nation red. The Center now is providing a blueprint of ways Barack Obama can do an end run around the people’s will by resorting to methods that will strike many of us as being improper-to say the least.

Relying on executive orders,

interpretation of regulations,

rule -making

and the like they are collectively a recipe for even more power being assumed by President Obama.

“The following authorities can be used to ensure progress on key issues facing the country today:

Executive orders,

Rulemaking, Agency management, Convening and creating public-private partnerships , Commanding the armed forces, Diplomacy.The New York Times fleshes out these proposals with some suggestions about policy changes across the board.

The ideology of George Soros shines through the Center’s report as it justifies this forceful approach to circumvent Congress when it states that:[The] legislative battles that Mr. Obama waged during his first two years – notably on health care and financial regulatory reform – have created a weariness among the general public with the process of making laws. And it hints it has not helped Mr. Obama politically in the process.In other words, when Congress passed a variety of laws Americans became dismayed by the horse-trading and bribes that were resorted to by Democrats to impose these policies on us. NPR: Website Publishes 100 Pictures Of Federal Security Body Scans

A screenshot of one of the images obtained by Gizmodo. The website Gizmodo has published 100 pictures of body scans taken at an Orlando Federal Courthouse. The scans are not from the “naked scan” machines that the Department of Homeland Security announced were going into 28 airports in the country, earlier this year.

Instead, they are much more pixelated and less embarrassing.Still Gizmodo points to TSA‘s Advanced Imaging Technology’s privacy policy, which states that the machines “cannot store, print, transmit or save the” images and that they are “automatically deleted from the system after it is cleared by the remotely located security officer.”Gizmodo attained the images by filing a Freedom of Information Act request.

The images were among the 35,000 that U.S. Marshals at the Orlando courthouse admitted to saving.Gizmodo, which blurred the faces in the photographs, explains their reasoning for publishing them: The leaking of these photographs demonstrates the security limitations of not just this particular machine, but millimeter wave and x-ray backscatter body scanners operated by federal employees in our courthouses and by TSA officers in airports across the country. Are Barack Obama’s poll numbers up, or is Janet Napolitano just happy to see us?This week, the TSA began installing full-body scanners in airports across the country. TSA employees will be viewing us in our birthday suits each time we fly.

Pregnant women and children will not be subjected to these scans due to low doses of radiation; frequent fliers, however, will soon be glowing in the dark.

If we opt not to participate in such full-body scans, we will be subjected to Paris Hilton-style pat-downs by members of the same gender TSA employees will be baffled by Chaz/Chastity Bono. The TSA has announced that pat-downs, in fact, are not enough — screeners will utilize a “hand-sliding motion” to examine passengers’ genitals, buttocks and breasts.

In some cases already, TSA employees have been sticking their hands down the pants of passengers….

“The president has not been very successful,”Ailes told The Daily Beast‘s Howard Kurtz. “He just got kicked from Mumbai to South Korea, and he came home and attacked Republicans for it.

He had to be told by the French and the Germans that his socialism was too far left for them to deal with.“He just has a different belief system than most Americans,” Ailes added.But Ailes defended former President George W. Bush, whom he dubbed as a “poor guy” forced out of the national spotlight but regaining popularity for having left it.

“This poor guy, sitting down on his ranch clearing brush, gained a lot of respect for keeping his mouth shut,” Ailes said. “I literally never heard an Obama speech that didn’t blame Bush.”
