New Republican House Promises Investigation Of Global Warming Fraud

One of the first tasks of the new Republican-controlled House of Congress will be to launch a full investigation into the man-made global warming fraud, as the climate change con that threatens to tax and regulate the American middle class out of existence is exposed to what could prove terminal scrutiny.

“The GOP plans to hold high profile hearings examining the alleged “scientific fraud” behind global warming, a sleeper issue in this election that motivated the base quite a bit,” writes the Atlantic’s Marc Ambinder.As Politico’s Darren Samuelsohn and Robin Bravender reported yesterday, Barack Obama can count of substantially less allies in his effort to push through his cap and tax agenda, because over two dozen of them were defeated in the mid-term elections, being replaced by Republicans who on the whole are increasingly skeptical towards man-made climate change.“Come January, Obama will be working with a Congress that will have little appetite for the types of sweeping energy reform he sought over the last two years.

With the House in Republican hands, some of the climate issue’s most vocal advocates have been dislodged from their powerful perches, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Henry Waxman,” states the article.Any proper investigation into global warming is likely to turn up a plethora of evidence of fraud and scientific manipulation.

The GOP made huge gains on Tuesday, but what does that mean for White conservatives? Unfortunately, probably not much. Even if there were a few “good guys” sent to Washington this week, the pressure for them to conform to the establishment Republican tendencies will be tremendous.

The Republican Party has learned nothing from recent history, and continues to do everything it can to repel its base of white voters in a futile attempt to attract non-whites to the party. They’ve added a new section on GOP.com, which features Republican “Heroes”. You’ve got to see this to believe it. Of the 18, three are white women from the 19th or early 20th century, such as the radical feminist Susan B. Anthony, Clara Barton, the nurse who founded The Red Cross, and one Ellen Foster, whose claim to fame is that she was one of the first female attorneys in the US. Apparently there have been no significant Republican women in over 100 years.

Of the eighteen “heroes”, nine of them are black men. Seven of them are as ancient as the women. But they certainly have had a huge impact on the GOP and America. Let’s see; there’s Pinckney Pinchback, the son of a slave who became the GOP governor of Reconstruction era Louisiana in 1872. Then there’s Octavius Catto, another son of slaves who became a civil right activist in Pennsyvania, and was murdered in 1871 by “a Democrat” who didn’t like his political activities. Then there’s Joseph Rainey, a runaway slave who went on to become the first “African-American” Congressman, thanks to Reconstruction.

And who can forget Jose Celso Barbosa, the black Hispanic who “established the Puerto Rico Republican Party” in 1899. And, whoa Nellie!, what about John Langston? He was the very first “African-American” public official in the US, being elected township clerk in Ohio! He was later named as diplomat to Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Diplomacy: Yes, a traveling president deserves security. But the 3,000-person entourage accompanying Barack Obama to Mumbai, India, this week reeks of pashalike decadence.With an electoral repudiation still ringing in his ears, we can’t blame President Obama for wanting to get away from Washington as a new Congress prepares to roll in. He’s hardly the first chief executive to do it.

But there are problems with this “strategic” visit, with a stated interest in celebrating Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights, that suggest this won’t be time well spent.

In a time of trillion-dollar stimulus packages and $600 billion Fed easings, the $200-million-a-day price tag for these 10 days abroad is an expenditure that will show up as more than a blip on the books.Five fully loaded jet aircraft will fly Obama and his party of 3,000 caravan-style in luxury that would make a sultan blush. The entire Taj hotel — 570 rooms — plus other space next door are the sort of accommodations only a khan might have arranged until now.Why the president requires so many attendants in support of a face-to-face meeting with India‘s prime minister doesn’t say much for this administration’s money-management skills.

All that’s missing are peacock feathers, yak processions and a presidential litter.It borders on the ridiculous— especially when serious foreign policy talks don’t seem to be on the agenda.-snip-Meanwhile, the State Department‘s heavy hitters on policy are nowhere to be found. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is on her own, separate Asia tour.

And the pros at State are making it clear this isn’t their show.-snip-Not assuring. At this price, American taxpayers are entitled to something of value. Right now, this junket looks like anything but.

Are Juan Williams And Mara Liasson Pandering to NPR and George Soros? VANITY

I’ve noticed a distinct change of attitude of Juan Williams AND Mara Liasson on the Fox Panel with Bret Baier.Juan’s scowling and head shaking are more obvious and often than before he was given a job by the Fox Network. Mara Liasson, at least, doesn’t ‘mug for the camera’ by comments by Steve Hayes and Charles Krauthammer but she has become more ‘edgy’ and more bias in her comments.

Both are wearing the ‘deer in headlights’ look in their eyes as if they are trapped in a stuck elevator with Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Pain.In my opinion, Juan has ‘buyer’s remorse‘ on his, way too generous, contract with Fox. He, undoubtably, has lost most of his friends and their respect in the liberal community and now is desperate for his old job at NPR. In my opinion, he and Mara are both pandering to George Soros and NPR, Mara wants to keep the gig and Juan wants back in.

If it wasn’t for Stephen Hayes and Charles Krauthammer strongly rebuking Juan’s and Mara’s liberal talking points, the show would almost be unwatchable.

The Demonization Of The Tea Party Movement

Once upon a time, news anchors at least attempted to conduct themselves in a professional manner. But on election night 2010, quite a few of the anchors on the various news networks threw all standards of professionalism right out the window and did everything they could to demonize the Tea Party movement. As you will see below, Tea Party candidates were not just called “wacky”, “kooky” and “extremists” on Tuesday night.

On MSNBC alone, Michelle Bachmann was repeatedly asked if she was “hypnotized” as the news anchors openly laughed at her while she was being interviewed, and there was a roundtable discussion which went on for an extended period of time about how Rand Paul, by himself, was going to cause a massive worldwide economic depression. If MSNBC even had an ounce of integrity left they would fire the whole team of anchors that covered election night, but we all know that is not going to happen. The truth is that the establishment is scared to death of the Tea Party movement now, and the executives at these various networks will almost certainly be directing their news people to demonize prominent Tea Party politicians more than ever.

During the 2010 campaign, the news media generally treated Democrats and establishment Republicans with a great deal of respect, but it was open season on Tea Party candidates. If you were running for office under the Tea Party banner, suddenly it became acceptable for the media to refer to you as a “bitch”, a “witch” or even a “Nazi”. The establishment is not even trying to hide the hatred that it has for those who love liberty, freedom and a more limited government any longer. Posted below is video of the MSNBC interview with Michelle Bachmann on election night. It was absolutely shameful how the MSNBC anchors treated her.

Maybe what Obama needs is his own reality show. Better yet, a 24/7 Obama reality network. George Neumayr at The American Spectator points to Obama’s exceptionally absurd and maudlin whining about how nobody is filming all of the moments of great anguish he suffers in his deep concern for the well being of the American people.Obama’s response to the utter destruction of his party on election night was predictable enough.

The Narcissist in Chief is not about to suddenly develop some awareness of how his behavior affects others. If he had that ability, he’d be far less menacing.The truth is, he considers us far too ignorant to appreciate his superior understanding of how the world operates. Like many narcissists, he is abusive–he lies to us, humiliates us, demeans us and even Gaslights us. Constantly telling us that things are getting better when we know they’re not is crazy-making. He is furious that we are refusing to provide the steady source of narcissistic supply on which he depends.

To emphasize his complete inability to grasp reality, Obama is going to punctuate Tuesday’s devastating losses with a $200 million per day trip to India. Because nothing says I Feel Your Pain like cavorting around with an entourage of forty planes and three thousand humans.Perhaps after the next election, Mr. Obama will move on and at last find himself a position better suited to his special gifts than merely being president–a job he clearly believes is beneath him.

Some of the calls for a White House shake-up are now coming from inside the building.Frustrated current and former West Wing staffers, speaking on condition of anonymity, told POLITICO they hoped Tuesday night’s humbling losses would persuade President Barack Obama to pursue a much more sweeping fix than just the “natural” post-election churn of personnel his administration has insisted will take place.

Many of those changes are already being seriously considered, among them replacing Political Director Patrick Gaspard with a former top aide to Rahm Emanuel; replacing Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina, who is expected to move to Obama’s 2012 campaign, with Legislative Affairs Director Phil Schiliro; and possibly giving White House energy czar Carol Browner expanded policy responsibilities.But if Obama’s critics are focusing on his agenda and messaging, many on his own team are urging him to address what they see as a major organizational flaw: an amorphous, ill-defined chain of command in the West Wing that concentrates too much power in too few hands, hampering efficiency, accountability and communication.

“If there’s still only five, 10 people making decisions, then we haven’t learned our lesson from Tuesday,” said one aide, who believes the problem starts with Obama’s insistence on giving his senior advisers, Valerie Jarrett and David Axelrod, broadly sketched responsibilities.But the issue isn’t confined to the upper levels. He was handing out a sample ballot for the Democrats.The man was seen outside the polling place in North Philadelphia was wearing a pin that indicated his party affiliation, along with a black hat, sunglasses and leather coat.

A second unscheduled hearing took place today for which everyone was apparently unprepared.LCDR FITZPATRICK: Today there was an assignment hearing, and it dealt with the additional two charges for last Wednesday morning when the four sheriffs came to my door, broke the door down, there was a fight, resistance, and I was arrested. So those two charges: resisting arrest and elbowing the police officers were assigned today to an arraignment hearing which will be next week on the 9th of November. I was taken over there today in four-point shackles, hands and feet, like a murderer, with a bullet-proof vest. I was told while I was there before the judge this afternoon, just past 1:00, that I’m being held by the Blackwood court by Judge Blackwood without bail.

So that means that I’m here for as long as Judge Blackwood says that I stay here.Yesterday’s hearing was to establish who was going to be my attorney, and right now it looks as if it’s me, pro se, until I hear word from the outside about anybody else coming to this party. But I’m going to be held in here to prepare my case while I’m being jailed. That’s what they expect to have happen. This is just outrageous.

get the following accomplished:

1. Reacknowledge God as the source of our values, not Islam.

2. Repeal Obamacare immediately.

3. Seal the border and we mean SEAL the border. That includes the border with California.

4. Cut government and taxes drastically, severely and in a way never seen before.

5. Demand an overwhelming finish to the war in Iraq/Afghanistan by wiping out the enemy and ANYONE who provides them material support, or, just get out and bring our troops home.

6. Immediately allow for offshore drilling anywhere and everywhere with control and caution.

7. Restore strict discipline in our schools with credible rewards for good performance/behavior and devestating punishment for rebellion and deliberate rejection of school/teacher authority that coincides with proper values and requests.

Make that punishment extend to the parents as well.

This IS one of our biggest problems and why we can not get this nation turned around.

Google supplied satellite photos recently revealed something the American military uses to help morale, but that they would rather keep secret. In this case it was a Batman style bat symbol painted on the roof of a hanger in a U.S. airbase Kadena Air Force Base in Japan.

That’s one heck of a potential customer right there – except that whichever company’s order would be picked, Microsoft would always win: the DOI demanded the use of Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite-Federal BPOS-Federal.The DOI justified this demand by stating that “based on extensive market research, the Department determined that although many companies can provide messaging services in general, they either cannot provide services that address the complexity of messaging requirements within DOI, or they could not meet the degree of security required by DOI”.Google points out that BPOS-Federal is a new product, and that there are no case studies or known customers who have implemented this product. In addition, BPOS-Federal has not been properly certified by any government agency at any risk level. Despite all this, the DOI still demands this tool.Google obviously laments the security part of the DOI’s justification as well, citing research which shows that Microsoft’s software has serious downtime issues and security vulnerabilities. Everyone tried to ignore his strange behavior; they said he was shell shocked and in time he would get better, but he marched and marched down through the years.

One day I went away and wore the uniform; on my return home, years later, I was driving past him in my work truck and I snapped him a sharp salute. He returned the salute and kept marching. I felt humiliated for what I had done. I knew nothing about the man, except that he was a shell shocked veteran from either Korea or WWII. He may have been an officer, I still don’t know to this day, but for the rest of the time I worked around home, he saluted me every time I drove past him. He was a Canadian Mr President; however, he contracted his problem fighting alongside our American Patriots who were fighting to keep this country free of tyrants and he pays for that past honor by endlessly marching and I hope he is still able to march to this day, because we are losing those Patriots at a tremendous rate Mr President.

The following sources/links to Dr Rivera’s writings  have served as an insight to me on numerous  constitutional issues. I have posted this here for safekeeping so that I can retrieve easily for future reference; and perhaps  be found by others also.

Thus far in my reading of his work, I have found  things that are similar to other bits of information (scattered hints, actually) that I have come across  by other writers through the years, but Dr Rivera seems to have conneced the dots in a much more clear and thorough manner.

In my opinion, Dr Rivera may have some unexpected answers within his writings that touch upon such current popular questions as… presidential eligibility, birth certificates, remarks as to the Constitution being a “flawed document,” etc.

Minnesota Election Officials Treat Voters Like Confused Children

Editor’s note: A group of citizen watchdog groups in Minnesota have implemented a program called Election Integrity Watch. Part of the initiative involves wearing buttons to the polls which say “Please ID Me” and presenting photo identification as a silent protest in advocacy of legislation requiring photo identification to vote. In the final days leading up to the election. A handful of state and county election officials banned the buttons, along with any apparel referencing the Tea Party. The groups co-sponsoring Election Integrity Watch filed a lawsuit challenging the ban. The case was heard Monday. The following is addressed to Minnesota voters.When you head to the polls today, rest assured that your determination to vote for the candidate of your choice will not be derailed by the “intimidating” presence of a button on someone’s shirt reading “Please ID Me.” You will not be lulled into a deep state of hypnosis, and compelled to vote against your intent, upon gazing at a t-shirt promoting Tea Party Patriots.There are two reasons for this. One, you are an intelligent self-determining individual able to hold your course despite others’ apparel. Two, on Monday, a U.S. district court judge ruled in favor of restricting such apparel.U.S. District Judge Joan Ericksen said Monday that the items could be viewed as political, and that the polling place is supposed to be a place of “peace, order and decorum.”

If anything, she said, the buttons are designed to affect the actual voting process — by suggesting voters are required to show ID.

Priority One for Republicans

For newly empowered congressional Republicans, priority one must be an extension of the Bush tax cuts. There should be enough votes not only from a new Republican majority, but also from some of the decimated and dispirited and even newly elected Democrats. If President Obama is smart, he won’t veto the bill.If the tax cuts are allowed to expire, everyone who gets a paycheck and has taxes withheld is going to see less money in the “net” column starting January 1.

Bloomberg.com has published some calculations. It reports that, according to the Tax Institute at H&R Block, “for a married couple earning $80,000 a year, increased taxes would drain $221.48 in withholding from a semi-monthly paycheck. Married individuals earning $240,000 a year” just under the $250,000 standard President Obama defines as “rich” “would lose $557.78 to withholding in a single semi-monthly paycheck.” Double these figures for a month and multiply by 12 and you quickly see the additional drain on the economy at a time of anemic 2 percent growth.

The Republican party will have near historic gains in the house and may very well win control of the Senate. The size of this political tsunami poses a great danger to the GOP, they may very well misinterpret their victory tomorrow just as much as the Democratic Progressives misinterpreted their victory in 2008.

The Democratic party win two years ago had as much to do with voter “anger” as this years vote. Probably the thing that was most convincing about candidate Barack Obama, was that he was a believable “Washington DC outsider.” His speeches promising a new way of doing things, fighting politics as usual and making those tough decisions that the American people want him to do, was appealing to voters. Of course, it didn’t take long for Americans to see that his new way of doing things was just the same old Chicago-style politics, his fighting politics as usual was hiring every ex-Clinton appointee that he could dig up and supplement them with fringe progressives and his way of listening to what the American people wanted was to push through programs they didn’t want like TARP 2, The government buy out of GM and Chrysler, Cap and Trade and of course Obamacare. And when it became obvious the stimulus plan wasn’t working, America wanted the unspent dollars used to bring down the debt, once again the will of the people was ignored.

To be clear the anticipated GOP victory tomorrow is not a swing to the Republican Party as much as it is a swing against Washington politics as usual. The Democrats happen to be the party in power and the GOP happens to be benefiting from the fact that they are the party out of power.As Scott Rasmussen said in today’s WSJ:

While Republicans are expected to make extraordinary gains in today’s elections, the most radical Democrat members of Congress – notably a House caucus founded as an arm of a Marxist socialist organization – are expected to emerge mostly unscathed.

WND previously reported the Congressional Progressive Caucus, which boasts 83 members, was founded by the Democratic Socialists of America, or DSA.

Almost all of the members come from districts in which Democrats are expected to win.

A new television ad about the U.S. national debt produced by Citizens Against Government Waste has been deemed “too controversial” by major networks including ABC, A&E and The History Channel and will not be shown on those channels. The commercial is a homage to a 1986 ad that was entitled “The Deficit Trials” that was also banned by the major networks.  Apparently telling the truth about the national debt is a little too “hot” for the major networks to handle.  But perhaps it is time to tell the American people the truth.  In 1986, the U.S. national debt was around 2 trillion dollars.  Today, it is rapidly approaching 14 trillion dollars. The American Dream is being ripped apart right in front of our eyes, but apparently some of the major networks don’t want the American people to really understand what is going on.

The truth is that the ad does not even have anything in it that should be offensive. The commercial is set in the year 2030, and the main character is a Chinese professor that is seen lecturing his students on the fall of great empires. As images of the United States are shown on a screen behind him, the Chinese professor tells his students the following about the behavior of great empires: “They all make the same mistakes. Turning their backs on the principles that made them great. America tried to spend and tax itself out of a great recession. Enormous so-called “stimulus” spending, massive changes to health care, government takeover of private industries, and crushing debt.”

Questions Surround Photos of Kneeling Man Watching President Pass

Two pictures of a man kneeling next to President Barack Obama’s vehicle as the President passes by have drawn controversy and speculation in the closing days of the campaign cycle for the 2010 midterm election.Some online commentators have speculated that the man appears homeless, perhaps because his jacket seems slightly dirty.

In the first of the two photos, a man kneels, mouth closed, as President Obama’s vehicle passes in front of him. 

In this photo, the second of the two, the man’s mouth is open and he seems to be straightening up slightly. 

The man’s right hand seems to be wrapped in a clean white bandage in the second picture.In the second picture, viewers can see that the man has other people behind him. Two women seem to be taking pictures. One man appears to be on the phone. Another woman is smiling at the President’s car as it passes. No one seems to be paying any attention to the kneeling man.In the first picture, the man’s mouth is closed and his upper body is bent slightly forward. In the second picture, his mouth seems to be open and his body is a little straighter.Some have suggested that the man appears to be begging, but one body language expert who spoke only on condition of anonymity points out that the begging interpretation might be flawed. For one thing, the expert says, the man’s hands appear to be clasped together asymmetrically, suggesting a potentially ritualistic meaning. The two pictures also seem to suggest that the man could be rocking, the expert continued. Finally the expert noted the man’s eyes appear to be looking at the side of the President’s vehicle, not in the direction of a person.Some bloggers have proposed that the man might be praying for Obama, or even to Obama, perhaps motivated by the President’s charisma. While Obama’s polling numbers have dropped off dramatically since his election, many of his supporters are still quite fervent.

For some, the praying interpretation seemed to suggest similarities to the woman who mouthed “I love you, Barack” at a town hall meeting in Florida in 2009:

However the fact remains that he DID SAY IT, and it was NOT said, only in the contexts of immigration reform, because he went on to say, “Those aren’t the kinds of folks who represent our core American values.” Sadly, it has become quite clear that Obama has no idea what the core values of American are.

Mr. Fitzpatrick contacted The Post & Email this afternoon from the Monroe County detention facility about a new development in his case.

LCDR FITZPATRICK: I’m sleeping on the concrete floor. It’s like an icebox in here, freezing cold. I’m told this is the most complained-about correctional facility in the state of Tennessee. It’s not good at all. I’m told there have been over 900 lawsuits filed against this place following complaints. Nothing happens.

What we need right now is an aggressive, immediate federal response in here.

John Boehner Hits President Obama for ‘Enemies’-”We call Americans ‘Patriots’”

House Republican Leader John Boehner plans to hammer President Obama during an election-eve rally on Monday night, for his use of the word “enemies” during an interview with Univision radio that got huge play in the conservative blogosphere.

The president said: “If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, ‘We’re gonna punish our enemies, and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us’ — if they don’t see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election — then I think it’s going to be harder.

And that’s why I think it’s so important that people focus on voting on November 2nd.”In remarks prepared for delivery to a rally in Cincinnati with Rob Portman, the GOP nominee for Senate in Ohio, and John Kasich, the GOP nominee for Ohio governor, Boehner says:“Ladies and gentlemen, we have a president in the White House who referred to Americans who disagree with him as ‘our enemies.’ Think about that. He actually used that word. When Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush used the word ‘enemy,’ they reserved it for global terrorists and foreign dictators — enemies of the United States. Enemies of freedom. Enemies of our country.“Today, sadly, we have president who uses the word ‘enemy’ for fellow Americans — fellow citizens.

He uses it for people who disagree with his agenda of bigger government — people speaking out for a smaller, more accountable government that respects freedom and allows small businesses to create jobs. Mr. President, there’s a word for people who have the audacity to speak up in defense of freedom, the Constitution, and the values of limited government that made our country great. We don’t call them ‘enemies.’ We call them ‘patriots.’”
