The scale is from zero to 100, with those closest to zero being firms that are not supportive of homosexual policies, and those nearest 100 being very “gay”-friendly.

…It seems that, under the Articles of Confederation, there were states rights, as each state was considered sovereign and independent. However, with the ratification of the new constitution, that seems to have disappeared.

Historian Clarence Carson has noted that, regarding the Articles of Confederation:

“This bent, or tradition can be traced to many sources. Americans were, above all, a people of the book–the written word–the Bible. There was the Puritan idea, too, of the Covenant, an agreement between man and man and between man and God…Colonists had drawn their own political agreements, such as the Mayflower Compact and the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut…Once the colonies had broken away from England, the only historical allegiances that remained were to the states and localities…

At any rate, there should be no doubt that the government of the United States under the Articles of Confederation was brought into being by the states.”Some delegates saw the new Constitution as potentially tyrannical and refused to sign it. George Mason of Virginia was unwilling to sign.

The major objection was that it did not contain a bill of rights and there were objections in several state conventions to ratification being enacted without such being made part of the new document.

Patrick Henry argued, and rightfully so, in the light of history, that a specific bill of rights was essential. He observed that governments regularly and automatically assumed powers that were not prohibited to them. Can anyone in our day deny the truth of this? In fact, in our day, our own government regularly usurps powers denied to it and the courts ignore the whole situation, giving the executive and legislative branches a wink and a nod as our rights are stolen.

Added to all this was the problem of differing views of the Constitution, which seems to have been a major problem back before the War of Northern Aggression….

Nuclear Plant Designer Says Japanese Government Suppressing Scale Of Crisis

A former nuclear power plant designer has said Japan is facing an extremely grave crisis and called on the government to release more information, which he said was being suppressed. Masashi Goto told a news conference in Tokyo that one of the reactors at the Fukushima-Daiichi plant was “highly unstable”, and that if there was a meltdown the “consequences would be tremendous”.

He said such an event might be very likely indeed. So far, the government has said a meltdown would not lead to a sizeable leak of radioactive materials.Mr Goto said the reactors at the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear plant were suffering pressure build-ups way beyond that for which they were designed. There was a severe risk of an explosion, with radioactive material being strewn over a very wide area – beyond the 20km evacuation zone set up by the authorities – he added.

Mr Goto calculated that because Reactor No 3 at Fukushima-Daiichi – where pressure is rising and there is a risk of an explosion – used a type of fuel known as Mox, a mixture of p lutonium oxide and uranium oxide, the radioactive fallout from any meltdown might be twice as bad.He described the worst-case scenario: “It is difficult to say, but that would be a core meltdown. If the rods fall and mix with water, the result would be an explosion of solid material like a volcano spreading radioactive material.

Steam or a hydrogen explosion caused by the mix would spread radioactive waste more than 50km. Also, this would be multiplied. There are many reactors in the area so there would be many Chernobyls.”He accused the government of deliberately withholding vital information that would allow outside experts help solve the problems. “For example, there has not been enough information about the hydrogen being vented. We don’t know how much was vented and how radioactive it was.”

He also described the use of sea water to cool the cores of the reactors at Fukushima-Daiichi as highly unusual and dangerous.Watch BBC live coverage.

Is Obama Bribing the States on Eligibility?

Continuing to thwart the United States Constitution and the people’s will, the Obama-Jarrett administration appears to be bribing the states considering eligibility legislation

Already Georgia and New Hampshire’s eligibility bills will be postponed to 2013, clearly to protect Obama. And although there are signs of improvement in the language of the Arizona bill, what do you want to bet that will be postponed too?

The way the bribe is being set up only reinforces our own research that Congress is engaged in the cover up of the usurpation.The goal is to reduce or threaten federal funding for key infrastructure projects in those states that have eligibility bills.

But in order to hide the extortion, the reductions in funding must appear to come from Congress, specifically the republicans in Congress.

Whatever the loophole is left the democrat-controlled Senate will fix.

This is the federal government extracting behavior out of the states by leveraging our tax dollars.

It is power the Founders never wanted our federal government to have.
