Despite what Bill O’Reilly, Chris Matthews and other uninformed media personnel think, it’s not about Obama’s Birth certificate, nor is it about where he was born.

It is about the fact that Obama’s father was a Kenyan National and never a US citizen. This fact alone makes Obama a British subject or at best gives him dual citizenship and because of this makes Obama unconstitutional to be President.

Now those who question this openly are labeled birthers, racist, bigots, right wingers or are thrown in jail for some bogus charge. Theresa Cao and Lt. Col. Terry Lakin are just a just a couple of people who have questioned Obama and his eligibility.

These people are no more guilty of commenting a crime than anyone of us, they have just questioned the Usurper in Chief.Now where is Congress in all of this? Is Congress afraid of Obama?

Are the Courts afraid of him? Have there been death threats made against members of Congress. Has Obama’s goons made them an offer they couldn’t refuse? Did they wake up one morning with the head of a horse next to them in bed? What is the going price these days for selling out your country?

Poll : Americans worry Obama costing more than money

A few hundred billion here, a few trillion there: Americans are becoming used to the concept that President Obama’s response to many situations is to spend more money.

But now a new poll reveals 7 in 10 say President Obama’s tenure in the Oval Office is costing them more than money, it’s costing them their freedoms, and independents are leading the way with concerns there’s been a big decrease in their rights to express themselves, discuss their religious faith, have a bumper sticker on their vehicle and attending political rallies.

They also are highly alarmed over the invasive lengths to which government goes to spy on them using cameras, scanners, electronic health records and the like.The results are from the March WND Freedom Index Poll, done by Wenzel Strategies.

The company, an independent public opinion research firm based in Ohio, conducted a nationwide telephone poll using a randomly selected sample of all adults. The survey, including 1,095 respondents, was conducted March 15-17, 2011, and carries a confidence interval of 95% and a margin of error of +/- 2.93 percentage points.”

Roscoe Savages Obama: No Congressional Approval For Attack On Libya

Congressman Roscoe Bartlett released the following statement today concerning the situation in Libya.

Congressman Bartlett represents Maryland’s Sixth District and he is the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces of the House Armed Services Committee.“The United States does not have a King’s army. President Obama’s unilateral choice to use U.S. military force in Libya is an affront to our Constitution.

President Obama’s administration has repeated the mistakes of the Clinton administration concerning bombing in Kosovo and the George W. Bush administration concerning invading Iraq by failing to request and obtain from the U.S. Congress unambiguous prior authorization to use military force against a country that has not attacked U.S. territory, the U.S. military or U.S. citizens.

This is particularly ironic considering then-Senator Obama campaigned for the Democratic nomination based upon his opposition to President George W. Bush’s decision to invade Iraq.

“Moammar Qadhafi is a tyrant despised throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

His brutal and merciless attacks against his own citizens are horrific. It is self-evident that the tragic situation in Libya is not an emergency since the Obama administration sought and obtained support from both the Arab League and the United Nations Security Council to authorize military force against Qadhafi.

The Obama administration also had time to organize a 22-nation coalition to implement a no-fly zone with military attacks led by U.S. Armed Forces against Qadhafi’s forces.

Nonetheless, the Obama administration failed to seek approval from the American people and their elected legislators in the Congress.

Failing to obtain authorization from the U.S. Congress means that President Obama has taken sole responsibility for the outcome of using U.S. military forces against Qadhafi onto his shoulders and his administration.”

Obama: Consistently Anti-American

Well, you have to hand it to Obama, he is consistent in his extreme anti-Americanism. America is firing missiles into Libya just as the Telegraph reported that “statements of support for Libya’s revolution by al-Qaeda and leading Islamists have led to fears that military action by the West might be playing into the hands of its ideological enemies.”Throughout Obama’s presidency and all of the Islamic revolutions sweeping the Middle East and Africa, he has sided with the Islamic supremacists at every turn.

Taking his marching orders from the vile America-hater and Jew-hater, the devout Muslim Sheik Qaradawi, Obama is now paving the way for an Islamic state in Libya. Not that Libya has been good under Gaddafi — hardly. But there are degrees of evil. The situation can always be worse, and little matches the anti-human brutality of Islamic regimes in the twenty-first century.It’s ironic that Obama has turned against Gaddafi, since Gaddafi has regarded him warmly, saying in April 2010:

A judge in Tampa, Florida is creating a buzz with a ruling some say shows that shariah law is creeping into the U.S. One look at the alleged ruling shows it is suspicious. But is it really an example of shariah “comin’ to America?”

According to a document on the website Jihad Watch, Circuit Court Judge Richard A. Nielsen ordered earlier this month that a civil dispute between current and former leaders of a local mosque over who controls funds awarded during a 2008 eminent domain proceeding be decided under “Ecclesiastical Islamic Law.” Below is a copy of the relevant section:

Obama explains Libya mission to Congress

The lack of clarity surrounding the mission ordered by Obama in Libya has triggered criticism from both parties, with Republicans demanding that he clarify its aims and some Democrats insisting that the President was Constitutionally required to seek Congressional authorization before ordering the invasion.

Obama has now sent a letter to leaders of Congress defining the mission, in keeping with the War Powers Resolution of 1973 requiring a report to Congress within 48 hours of commencing military action, and it contains rebuttals of both lines of criticism.

Obama is taking criticism from the right for failing to articulate “regime change” as a goal of the mission. But his letter to Congressional leaders unapologetically sticks to the narrower definition of the mission as tailored to halting violence and preventing a humanitarian disaster:These strikes will be limited in their nature, duration, and scope.

Their purpose is to support an international coalition as it takes all necessary measures to enforce the terms of U.N. Security Council Resolution 1973. These limited U.S. actions will set the stage for further action by other coalition partners…United States forces are conducting a limited and well-defined mission in support of international efforts to protect civilians and prevent a humanitarian disaster.

Accordingly, U.S. forces have targeted the Qadhafi regime’s air defense systems, command and control structures, and other capabilities of Qadhafi’s armed forces used to attack civilians and civilian populated areas.

We will seek a rapid, but responsible, transition of operations to coalition, regional, or international organizations that are postured to continue activities as may be necessary to realize the objectives of U.N. Security Council Resolutions 1970 and 1973.

Can An American Who Believes in the US Constitution, Be Elected President of the USA?

There is an old joke that circulates among right-wing libertarians, which says that any American President who attempts to govern according to the US constitution, would be impeached.

But the America of today, makes the founding fathers turn over in their graves.The last American President to govern according to the constitution, was William Howard Taft 1909 – 1913. Taft was later appointed as the Chief Justice of the United States in 1921, by President Warren G. Harding.Woodrow Wilson 1913 – 1921 turned America from a Republic into a global empire, similar to the Roman Empire. He imposed the income tax on the American people, and also pushed through the Federal Reserve Act, which lead to the weakening of the American dollar over the following decades. He sent young American men to die in a useless war in Europe World War One, the first time that America had intervened in a European War.

Woodrow Wilson’s participation in World War One caused the horrible conditions in Germany, that led to the rise of Hitler.America was not established as a nation that was to give free stuff to people, using other people’s money. But today, welfare, prescription drugs, medicare, etc, are seen as “civil rights”. The unconstitutional health bill is now part of American law………………………

If any President tried to limit government spending, to create a lean federal government, as the founders had intended, Congress would impeach him.

It’s not like Chernobyl’s shoddy Soviet construction and expertise.

The penchant of presidents of embark upon military adventures without consulting Congress is now so pronounced that it is barely noted anymore that the Constitution says “Congress shall have power to…declare War.”Unless the United States is immediately threatened, presidents aren’t supposed to declare wars or launch them on their own.

Of all the checks and balances outlined in the Constitution, none is more significant than the power to declare war.Yet, since World War II, presidents have launched attacks, interventions and wars without declarations. From the day of Obama’s election, many concerned patriots have warned about Obama’s goals. Obama is a follower of radical Marxist strategy, like Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals and Cloward and Piven’s strategy of overwhelming the system to create economic crisis and chaos.

Based on those strategies, one would be foolish not to at least wonder whether Obama’s goal from the start was to wreck capitalism; redistribute wealth by punishing, penalizing and demonizing the wealthy; force Americans to their knees to beg for help from big government; and then in response to those pleas, put government in control over every aspect of our lives.Examine the state of the union and the world under President Obama. Judge for yourselves whether we are in a state of Obamageddon.

The United States is broke. Bankrupt. Insolvent. We’ve spent more and increased the debt more dramatically during the past two years than any anytime in history. Alarm bells are ringing with the news that our deficit for February was the highest in history $223 billion. The U.S. government now borrows 42 cents of every dollar it spends and has run a deficit 29 months in a row — a modern record. The debt is now so immense that if the IRS taxed every U.S. citizen 100%, we still could not achieve a balanced budget. If we add in unfunded liabilities, we couldn’t balance the budget if we all paid 100% taxes FOREVER. Obamageddon?States, counties and cities are more broke and insolvent than the federal government. California is so broke, illegal immigrants are being caught sneaking into Mexico. Bill Gross, CEO of the biggest bond fund in the world, just sold all his U.S. municipal bond holdings and invested the proceeds in emerging bond funds. So Bill Gross now trusts African nations and Brazil more than U.S. bonds.

Dennis Kucinich: Obama’s Libya Attack An Impeachable Offense

A number of Democratic and Republican lawmakers are concerned about the White House‘s air assault on Libya, but Rep. Dennis Kucinich D-OH raised the rhetoric to 11 on Monday, suggesting President Obama should be impeached.

“President Obama moved forward without Congress approving. He didn’t have Congressional authorization, he has gone against the Constitution, and that’s got to be said,” Kucinich said in an interview with Raw Story.

“It’s not even disputable, this isn’t even a close question. Meet “the Most Dangerous Islamist on Planet Earth” He lives in Pennsylvania

The latest documents from Wikileaks shows growing concern among U. S. officials over Fethullah Gulen’s attempts to create a New Islamic World and the “braining washing of students” that takes place at his charter schools within the United States and throughout the Muslim world.The cable that speaks of the “brain-washing” was written in 2009 by James Jeffrey, the U. S. Ambassador to Turkey.

In the cable, Mr. Jeffrey describes Gülen as a “political phenomena” in Turkey even when he resides “in exile” within a mountain fortress in Pennsylvania. He says the Gülen movement has gained control of Turkey’s government and dictates Turkish policy which has become increasing anti-Israeli and anti-American.

It points out that the leaders of the Justice and Development Party Adalet ve Kalkinma or AKP who now govern Turkey, including Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Abdullah Gul, appear to serve as Gulen’s puppets.

The Plot to Destroy the US Military

In two generations we have gone from General Patton telling his troops to grease their tanks with the enemy’s guts to an extensive purge of Navy command officers over a series of raunchy video skits. Slowly but surely we are turning the greatest armed forces into the world, into the most politically correct disarmed forces the world has ever seen.

The USS Enterprise crackdown, like the firing of General McChrystal and the push to repeal “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”, completely ignore military realities for political objectives. A political military is also a useless military. Stalin’s purges of the Russian Army’s commanders left the Soviet Union completely unprepared for the Nazi attack. And the US military is being shaped along the same lines into a political military overseen by men whose chief credential is that they share the same politics as the politicians whom they serve.Congressional report: US military has too many white males at the topA congressional report now says that the US military has too many white males at the top. Women are being kept out of the highest ranks because they lack combat experience.

The report calls on the military leadership to “better reflect the racial, ethnic and gender mix of American society”. Which is code for affirmative action. If we didn’t have enough incompetents at the top, we can look forward to an affirmative action military in which the generals will be there because of the color of their skin or their gender, not because they’re the best at what they do.The mandate that every civic institution has to reflect the multicultural politics of the liberal elites reflects their determination to impose their vision on the country by hijacking its institutions.

At least one member of the Democrat Party is raising the issue of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama for ordering air strikes against Libya without the approval of Congress.

The War Powers Act, passed in 1973, states:SEC. 2. aIt is the purpose of this joint resolution to fulfill the intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States and insure that the collective judgement of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicate by the circumstances, and to the continued use of such forces in hostilities or in such situations.

SEC. 2. bUnder article I, section 8, of the Constitution, it is specifically provided that the Congress shall have the power to make all laws necessary and proper for carrying into execution, not only its own powers but also all other powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.SEC. 2. c

The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are exercised only pursuant to 1 a declaration of war, 2 specific statutory authorization, or 3 a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.

Obama “ordered the U.S. military to join U.N.-sanctioned international action against Gaddafi” in an act of treason against the United States of America by disregarding settled law and the U.S. Constitution. Ironically, Obama said that he gave the order for missile strikes under United Nations Resolution 1973……………….

The Uniform Code of Military Justice is quite specific that in such a case even the Joint Chiefs can be punished with death, on order of a military tribunal.

Prior to the Gun Control Act of 1968, you could buy almost any firearm that struck your fancy by mail order.

Many of us received copies of gun and outdoors magazines back then. In addition to being chocked full of interesting articles on hunting, the history, use, and maintenance of your firearms, you could buy guns directly by mail from a host of gun dealers who advertised in these magazines. Pay the price and the shipping and your gun would be delivered directly to your home by an agent of the United States Government, the postman.
