Apparently, the Court has had enough.The Roberts Court has signaled, in a very subtle manner, of course, that it intends to address the issues about which Obama critics have been screaming to high heaven.
A ruling against Obama on any one of these important issues could potentially cripple the Administration.
Such a thing would be long overdue.
First, there is ObamaCare, which violates the Constitutional principle barring the federal government from forcing citizens to purchase something. And no, this is not the same thing as states requiring drivers to purchase car insurance, as some of the intellectually-impaired claim.The Constitution limits FEDERAL government, not state governments, from such things, and further, not everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase car insurance by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle.In the ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can ‘opt out.’
Second, sources state that the Roberts court has quietly accepted information concerning discrepancies in Obama’s history that raise serious questions about his eligibility for the office of President.The charge goes far beyond the birth certificate issue. This information involves possible fraudulent use of a Social Security number in Connecticut, while Obama was a high school student in Hawaii.And that is only the tip of the iceberg.
Third, several cases involving possible criminal activity, conflicts of interest, and pay-for-play cronyism could potentially land many Administration officials, if not Obama himself, in hot water with the Court.Frankly, in the years this writer has observed politics, nothing comes close to comparing with the rampant corruption of this Administration, not even during the Nixon years….

But the problem is apparently bigger than this as Germany‘s Der Spiegal magazine has reportedly obtained more than FOUR THOUSAND Kill Team photos, many apparently showing Americans posing with dead Afghans.
Der Spiegal, so far, plans on publishing no more than three photos; the popular news site Drudge.com has posted them as well, in today’s “lede.” Top US brass has been in full damage-control mode for over 100 days, according to media reports……

Obama would like to see a more constraining international legal regime on war crimes, even at the cost of national sovereignty, not to mention the blood and treasure of the countries doing the enforcing.
In general, Obama has said little about his larger foreign policy goals.
To the extent that he has done so, Obama seems more the “realist” than an advocate of humanitarian intervention.
Yet for years, Samantha Power, a prominent advocate of humanitarian intervention and a key backer of our action in Libya, has been a powerful member of Obama’s foreign policy team.
In 2005, Obama contacted Power after reading her book on genocide. There followed a long conversation, after which Power left Harvard to work for Obama, quic‘kly emerging as his senior foreign policy advisor.

Once again, America has preemptively attacked a sovereign nation that posed no threat to her without a declaration of war from the people’s representatives. Apparently the U.S. president now gets permission from the U.N. to spend U.S. taxpayer dollars on unprovoked wars and outright murder.

America is officially the most murderous, anti-democratic, terrorist nation the world has ever known.And get this, on the very same day of this unconstitutional act of war, ethically-challenged Charlie Rangel reintroduced his National Service “Draft” bill. Rangel pointed out in his announcement that the government lied us into the Iraq war that ultimately resulted in the deaths of over 4,400 servicemen with over 32,000 injured. At least one member of the Democrat Party is raising the issue of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama for ordering air strikes against Libya without the approval of Congress.
The War Powers Act, passed in 1973, states:SEC. 2. aIt is the purpose of this joint resolution to fulfill the intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States and insure that the collective judgement of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicate by the circumstances, and to the continued use of such forces in hostilities or in such situations.
SEC. 2. bUnder article I, section 8, of the Constitution, it is specifically provided that the Congress shall have the power to make all laws necessary and proper for carrying into execution, not only its own powers but also all other powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.SEC. 2. c
The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are exercised only pursuant to 1 a declaration of war, 2 specific statutory authorization, or 3 a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.
Obama “ordered the U.S. military to join U.N.-sanctioned international action against Gaddafi” in an act of treason against the United States of America by disregarding settled law and the U.S. Constitution. Ironically, Obama said that he gave the order for missile strikes under United Nations Resolution 1973……………….

The Uniform Code of Military Justice is quite specific that in such a case even the Joint Chiefs can be punished with death, on order of a military tribunal.
The Uniform Codes of Military Justice, on the crime of treason says under Article 906 — Espionage, section c:A sentence of death may be adjudged by a court-martial for an offense under this section article only if the members unanimously find, beyond a reasonable doubt, one or more of the following aggravating factors:

Many of us received copies of gun and outdoors magazines back then. “Today I authorized the armed forces of the United States to begin a limited action in Libya in support of an international effort to protect Libyan civilians.”
The wording is striking because it recalls the “Authorization of the Use of Force,” in Iraq — an authorization that Congress provided. It was not a unilateral action by the President, like today’s “authorization” was.
It seems pretty clear to me that the Constitution does not give the President the authority to start an offensive war with no Congressional approval.Candidate Obama agreed with me. Here he is in 2007: The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.
Another striking detail: CNN reports that this announcement came “in an audio message from Brazil.”
Add in the complete lack of debate, and Obama’s silence on the matter before voting at the UN to approve an attack on Libya.
This seems a pretty flippant way to begin a war.
But maybe Obama doesn’t think 112 Tomahawk Missiles and a pledge to shoot down Libyan aircraft flying in their own airspace counts as “war” — in which case we have to wonder if we can ever know what he means by any word.

The debate was organised by the government, which is keen to see the principles of a free and equal net maintained.
ISPs are increasingly looking to prioritise some traffic on their networks and block some. After the meeting the BBC called for the creation of a broadband content group to represent content providers.
It, along with content providers such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook and Skype, is growing increasingly concerned about how the issue of net neutrality is being dealt with. Net neutrality – the principle that all net traffic should be treated equally – has been challenged in recent years as ISPs look to make a return on their increasingly expensive networks.
They argue that if content providers want to pay to get their traffic prioritised on the network, then they should be allowed to do so.
