Here we go again—Judgment Day. This time Harold Camping called it for this weekend, May 21. His billboard ads read: “The Bible Guarantees It!” We even heard this mentioned this week on CNBC, of all places. Confused Christians have been calling for the end of the world for a very long time, embarrassing themselves and the rest of Christianity.

Did you know that the Bible does not even mention the end of the physical universe? I’m sure this will come to a shock to Christians who do not know their Bible. So let’s take a look.

As WND reported, the numbers on the published Hawaii birth certificates of twins Susan and Gretchen Nordyke are lower than the number given Obama, even though the president’s birth certificate was accepted by the registrar general and stamped with a certificate number three days earlier. Further, as WND reported yesterday, an article by the man who was Hawaii’s registrar general at the time Obama was born confirmed birth certificates were numbered immediately upon acceptance by the registrar general.”

It would be as if you bought an oven from General Electric to cook your meals, but you could only buy your food for that particular oven from GE and, even worse, GE decided what food they would sell you.

Oh, you wanted to buy some meat to cook? Well, sorry GE is opposed to meat-eating on “ethical” grounds, so they won’t sell you any and, sorry, but your oven is tethered to GE and the door won’t open unless it detects that GE food is going to be put into your oven.

So, guess what? The government fascists like thuggish Democratic Senator Charles Schumer from New York have figured out they can control the applications you and I are allowed to have by controlling corporate fascists like Apple.”

Larry Schweikart’s latest book, “What Would the Founders Say”, mentions a little something called UN Agenda 21. You will most likely remember Mr. Schweikart’s best seller “A Patriots History of The United States”. If you don’t have it, demand it. Reading his new book in preparation for Sunday’s Freedom Radio, I was floored by what has heretofore been completely off my radar.

Agenda 21 can be described as the UN plan for your “sustainable” community. In the book, Mr. Schweikart does not describe it as the inspiration for the protocols or standard operating procedures of the Obama administration and his czars, but I must.

The Navy’s weighing a decision to name a cargo ship now under construction after labor activist Cesar Chavez has drawn sharp criticism from one veteran lawmaker who says that a military war hero should receive the honor instead.

Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, said he understands the Navy’s desire to honor Hispanic leaders, but the Navy may want to skip the politically divisive names and opt for an outstanding service member.

“If this decision were about recognizing the Hispanic community’s contribution to our nation, many other names come to mind, including Marine Corps Sergeant Rafael Peralta, who was nominated for the Medal of Honor for action in Iraq. Peralta is one of many Hispanic war heroes — some of whom are worthy of the same recognition,” said Hunter, a Reserve lieutenant in the Marines.

“And we cannot forget about John Finn, a lifelong San Diego resident who won the Medal of Honor for what he did during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor,” Hunter, who represents eastern and northern San Diego county, said in a statement. “Finn is another worthy candidate that was evidently overlooked in the selection process.”

Finn died last May at the age of 100.

Peralta was 25 when he died in a battle in Fallujah, Iraq, in 2004. After he was shot in the head by friendly fire, he pulled a grenade lobbed by an insurgent under his body before it detonated. He was nominated for the Medal of Honor for sacrificing his life to save the lives of several of his fellow comrades.

Peralta has not been awarded the Medal of Honor, but was offered the Navy Cross, the second highest honor in the Navy. His family declined to accept it.

And now, the Boston Herald has been spanked by the White House for…running a front-page op-ed by Mitt Romney:

The White House Press Office has refused to give the Boston Herald full access to President Obama’s Boston fund-raiser today, in e-mails objecting to the newspaper’s front page placement of a Mitt Romney op-ed, saying pool reporters are chosen based on whether they cover the news “fairly.”

Air Force One executed a missed approach on its first attempt to land today at Bradley Field in Connecticut, circling the airport before making a successful landing on the second try.

The FAA said visibility was “below the minimum,” meaning the pilots couldn’t see the runway from the altitude required for landing due to thick cloud cover. They were coming in to Runway 6 on instrument approach.

Weather at the field at the time was overcast with visibility of 1.5 miles and cloud ceiling 300 feet to 1000 feet variable.

Sources said the attempt was not a touch-and-go or dramatic maneuver that would have caught attention from those on the ground.

“A missed approach is ‘called’ by the pilot in command of an aircraft or the aircraft crew at any point in the approach to an airport on aninstrument approach,” an aviation expert told ABC News.

“It simply means that the pilot was uncomfortable completing the approach due to visibility, cloud ceiling, or any number of reasons. ..
