Holding to the narrative that the “Arab Spring” uprising were spontaneous Obama would parrot, “It is not America that put people into the streets of Tunis and Cairo — it was the people themselves who launched these movements, and must determine their outcome.”

However, the “Arab Spring” was entirely engineered, prepared for, activists trained, funded, and equipped by the United States, years in advance, based on successes and experience garnered from decades of extraterritorial meddling. In particular, a coalition between the US State Department, NGOs, corporations, and organizations entirely contrived for the sole purpose of fomenting unrest in foreign nations, began as early as 2008 preparing for what is now unfolding in the Middle East and North Africa.”

Pima County Sheriff’s Department today responded to the controversy surrounding the death of a man shot and killed by deputies earlier this month.

Attorney Mike Storie says that contrary to what the Guerena’s wife’s attorney said, the SWAT team made it very clear they were police and they were there to serve a search warrant.

Storie says they used lights and sirens, and eventually pounded on the door for about 45 seconds before going in. Once inside, Storie admits the victim did not fire at the SWAT team, but he says the victim’s actions still warranted the response that law enforcement took.

Storie went on to say the items found inside the home help prove these allegations – PCSD found several weapons, drug material and even equipment similar to police uniforms that he says could have been used to raid drug houses posing as police.

The reason is obvious: Herman Cain’s performance in the South Carolina debate sucked the oxygen out of the Ron Paul campaign. Paul–a fringe candidate at best–was depending heavily on making a show in the SC debate to drum up early enthusiasm (and donations) for his 2012 run.

But an unexpected thing happened in the debate. Herman Cain not only won the debate, he dominated it. Ron Paul came away from the SC debate empty handed, and if things don’t change that’s how Paul will come away from future debates as well. Any YouTube, news story comment section, or internet forum making any mention of Herman Cain was suddenly flooded with anti-Cain posts. This was no accident. Just spend a little time on any Ron Paul forum and you’ll see they’re talking about two things: (1) how to support Ron Paul, and (2) how to destroy Herman Cain.”

Barbara Grijalva is live from the law offices of Michael Storie, the legal team representing the law enforcement officers involved in the deadly SWAT incident.

This presser is with regard to an incident which occurred on May 5th and has been posted on several times. The basics are that the Pima County SWAT shot a guy while executing a warrant at his home.

There has been some significant speculation that everything is less than on the “up and up” based on the fact that they fired 71 rounds in this incident, have changed their story a couple of times and have been refusing to release significant information.More complete background can be found at these links:

On May 6, the US government launched a drone attack to try to kill a US citizen in Yemen. The Obama administration alleges that Anwar al-Awlaki, an American born Muslim cleric, helped spark killings at Fort Hood, Texas, and an attempt to blow up a jetliner in 2009.

Mr. Awlaki might be a four-star bad guy, but government press releases and background briefings have not previously been sufficient to justify capital punishment. The drone attack failed to terminate Awlaki, though two other people were killed.”

Abraham, Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, in their political science text book, Elements of Democratic Government (�1964; Oxford University Press) that in addition to the ‘written’ qualifications for the office, there are also several ‘unwritten’ qualifications and customary requirements that precedent has added to the qualifications for the office of President of the United States. Corry and Abraham insist these prerequisites must be viewed in the light of the entire composite. Being male is necessarily one of them.”

I had this big aha last night on the way home from rehearsal. They were saying that the Obama campaign is selling tshirts that say ‘Born in the USA‘ (or something like that) with a long-form birth certificate on it. And his mug, of course.

Call me skeptical, but I wondered if Donald Trump were not, perchance, part of Obama’s campaign? He jumps in, stirs the pot, makes the birth certificate a BIG DEAL, Obama releases it to glorious fanfare and much publicity, because now it’s front and center. Trump bails. Obama sells tshirts.

It stinks to high heavens to me, as if they used the ‘birther‘ issue to their advantage, to make conservatives look like frothers, to ‘prove’ (not to me) that Obama was born in the US, so it would no longer be an issue.

I am sure this is what happened.”

The Navy’s weighing a decision to name a cargo ship now under construction after labor activist Cesar Chavez has drawn sharp criticism from one veteran lawmaker who says that a military war hero should receive the honor instead.

Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, said he understands the Navy’s desire to honor Hispanic leaders, but the Navy may want to skip the politically divisive names and opt for an outstanding service member.

“If this decision were about recognizing the Hispanic community’s contribution to our nation, many other names come to mind, including Marine Corps Sergeant Rafael Peralta, who was nominated for the Medal of Honor for action in Iraq. Peralta is one of many Hispanic war heroes — some of whom are worthy of the same recognition,” said Hunter, a Reserve lieutenant in the Marines.

“And we cannot forget about John Finn, a lifelong San Diego resident who won the Medal of Honor for what he did during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor,” Hunter, who represents eastern and northern San Diego county, said in a statement. “Finn is another worthy candidate that was evidently overlooked in the selection process.”

Finn died last May at the age of 100.

Peralta was 25 when he died in a battle in Fallujah, Iraq, in 2004. After he was shot in the head by friendly fire, he pulled a grenade lobbed by an insurgent under his body before it detonated. He was nominated for the Medal of Honor for sacrificing his life to save the lives of several of his fellow comrades.

Peralta has not been awarded the Medal of Honor, but was offered the Navy Cross, the second highest honor in the Navy. His family declined to accept it.

Air Force One executed a missed approach on its first attempt to land today at Bradley Field in Connecticut, circling the airport before making a successful landing on the second try.

The FAA said visibility was “below the minimum,” meaning the pilots couldn’t see the runway from the altitude required for landing due to thick cloud cover. They were coming in to Runway 6 on instrument approach.

Weather at the field at the time was overcast with visibility of 1.5 miles and cloud ceiling 300 feet to 1000 feet variable.

Sources said the attempt was not a touch-and-go or dramatic maneuver that would have caught attention from those on the ground.

“A missed approach is ‘called’ by the pilot in command of an aircraft or the aircraft crew at any point in the approach to an airport on aninstrument approach,” an aviation expert told ABC News.

“It simply means that the pilot was uncomfortable completing the approach due to visibility, cloud ceiling, or any number of reasons. ..

According to a close neighbor who watched the alleged US raid on Osama Bin Laden’s compound from his rooftop, the operation was almost immediately aborted because of a helicopter crash that killed several people, eyewitness testimony that completely contradicts the official narrative put out by the White House.

Mohammad Bashir lives a stone’s throw away from the purported Bin Laden compound that was raided on May 1. In an astounding interview with Pakistani news channel Samaa TV, Bashir describes how he watched men land in the helicopter and enter the compound. However, in contrast to the official story, Bashir then claims the helicopter exploded and killed the men as they were re-entering the chopper to leave.

Bashir said that the men who landed in the helicopter spoke Pashto, an Iranian language spoken in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

According to a translation of the comments that was posted on the Veterans Today website, Bashir told the interviewer, “There was a blast in the first helicopter and it was on fire, we immediately came out, when we reached there, the helicopter was burning, then after about 20 minutes the army and police arrived, they pushed us back, now we are asking that if Osama was here then who took him to America because all those men that came in the helicopter died in the blast, now if Osama was in that helicopter he must have died and got burnt in that helicopter too, then how they took him?”

Presidential Candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) was in League City today speaking to the North Galveston County Chamber of Commerce. Paul spoke before a packed house in LaBrisa’s large banquet room and then fielded questions from the audience in a town-hall style format.

Paul began his speech talking about America’s out of control debt and that we hit the debt ceiling yesterday which drew a smattering of boos from the conservative crowd. He vowed that we would not vote to raise the debt ceiling and compared the situation America is in to a doctor prescribing more drugs for a patient with a drug addiction.

The TSA has issued a laughable response to the news that the state of Texas has passed a bill to officially make it a misdemeanor to pat-down breasts, buttocks, or genitals.

The Agency contends, via its blog, that Texas cannot do anything to restrict TSA procedures because, as a federal agency it is protected under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

“Blogger Bob”, the TSA’s propaganda mouthpiece, writes:

“What’s our take on the Texas House of Representatives voting to ban the current TSA pat-down? Well, the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2) prevents states from regulating the federal government.”

A Tacoma seventh grader faced federal interrogation at school for what he posted on his Facebook page. His mom said it all happened without her knowledge or permission.

“A man walked in with a suit and glasses and he said he was part of the Secret Service,” LaPinta said. “He told me it was because of a post I made that indicated I was a threat toward the President.”

The Tacoma school district acknowledged a Secret Service agent questioned Vito and that it was a security guard who called Vito’s mom because the principal was on another call. The school district said they didn’t wait for Vito’s mother to get there because they thought she didn’t take the phone call seriously.

“That’s a blatant lie,” Robertson said.

Politicians and political activists frequently declare the end of the world will occur if their candidate isn’t elected, or if the debt ceiling isn’t raised. Some conservative Christians think the end is on the way because of behavior and practices they judge immoral. Somehow the country, not to mention the planet, survives and when “doomsday” passes, the prognosticators live to predict Armageddon on another day.

Now comes radio preacher Harold Camping, the nearly-90-year-old owner of a network of stations he calls “Family Radio.” Camping once belonged to a traditional church. He then decided all churches are corrupt and people should leave whatever congregation they’re in and listen only to him because only his interpretation of Scripture is true. I believe that is one characteristic of a cult.

Camping paid for a full-page color ad in USA Today, proclaiming May 21 as the day the world will end. According to the biblical standard, a prophet must always be right to be a spokesman for God. Camping falls considerably short of that standard because he has previously declared the world would end on other days, though the last time he left the door open, saying, “I could be wrong.” At least that “prophecy” came true.

The late Jeane Dixon fancied herself a psychic. She made many predictions that went unfulfilled. The one prediction that did come true was President John F. Kennedy’s assassination and that lucky “prophecy” made her an international celebrity. It doesn’t take much to get attention these days.

The earliest recorded doomsday forecaster, according to Isaac Asimov‘s “Book of Facts” (1979), was written on an Assyrian clay tablet circa 2800 BC. It bore the words “Our earth is degenerate in these latter days. There are signs that the world is speedily coming to an end. Bribery and corruption are common.”

That guy should have lived to see modern-day Washington, D.C.!

Down through the ages many people have made predictions that the world would end — in 70 AD (a group of Jewish ascetics with apocalyptic beliefs, http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/apocalypse/), the year 365 (credit that one to Hilary of Poitiers), and 500, the year Roman theologian Sextus Julius Africanus calculated the End would come, 6,000 years after his dating of Creation.

Two recent Supreme Court cases have served to virtually abolish the Fourth Amendment in the United States of America, with citizens no longer being “secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.”

In a precedent described by dissenting justices as “breathtaking” and “unnecessarily broad,” the Indiana Supreme Court ruled last week in a 3-2 vote that doing anything to resist police busting down your door and conducting an illegal search is now a criminal act.

“[We] hold that the right to reasonably resist an unlawful police entry into a home is no longer recognized under Indiana law,” the court ruled in the case of Richard L. Barnes v. Indiana.

Dissenting Justices Brent E. Dickson and Robert D. Rucker made it clear that the ruling represented a total rejection of rights enshrined in the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution.

“In my view, the wholesale abrogation of the historic right of a person to reasonably resist unlawful police entry into his dwelling is unwarranted and unnecessarily broad,” Dickson wrote.

“In my view it is breathtaking that the majority deems it appropriate or even necessary to erode this constitutional protection based on a rationale addressing much different policy considerations,” added Rucker. “There is simply no reason to abrogate the common law right of a citizen to resist the unlawful police entry into his or her home.”

The ruling was made under the justification that resisting a police officer had the potential to escalate and cause violence against the officer, meaning that the God-like status bestowed upon police officers now trumps both the 220-year-old Fourth Amendment and the 796-year-old Magna Carta on which it is based.

I think people are missing the main point of Obamacare’s alleged “death panels“: Obama has forfeited any claim to moral authority in pursuit of his so-called health care reform.

It is indisputable that the thrust of Obama’s push for Obamacare was that too many Americans were being denied access to medical care, and that health care “should be a right for every American.”

He obviously believes insurance companies let his mother die in refusing to cover her medical bills because of her pre-existing condition.

So, Obama concluded, as a matter of morality and legality, there should be universal access to health care among Americans. Anything less is immoral.

When liberal investor George Soros gave $1.8 million to National Public Radio , it became part of the firestorm of controversy that jeopardized NPR’s federal funding. But that gift only hints at the widespread influence the controversial billionaire has on the mainstream media. Soros, who spent $27 million trying to defeat President Bush in 2004, has ties to more than 30 mainstream news outlets – including The New York Times, Washington Post, the Associated Press, NBC and ABC.

Prominent journalists like ABC’s Christiane Amanpour and former Washington Post editor and now Vice President Len Downie serve on boards of operations that take Soros cash. This despite the Society of Professional Journalists‘ ethical code stating: “avoid all conflicts real or perceived.”

This information is part of an upcoming report by the Media Research Centers Business & Media Institute which has been looking into George Soros and his influence on the media.

Having no allegiance to those traditional values and articles of faith upon which America was founded; Barack Hussein Obama is in the process of dismantling our Constitution to create his new “Amerika”.

Obama is a disciple of Chicago-native, Saul Alinsky, a neo-Marxist and community organizer, who wrote: “Rules for Radicals”, a guide which provides Obama’s operational model.

“The first step in community organization is community disorganization. Present arrangements must be disorganized if they are to be displaced by new patterns…. All change means disorganization of the old and organization of the new.” p.116

Obama’s plan for “disorganizing” America includes:

* spending us back to the Stone Age i.e. crushing debt,

* exponential growth of the public sector and the power of public sector unions (think Nazi Brownshirts),

* increase government dependency and regulation,

* open borders,

* limiting free speech i.e. control and censoring of the internet,

* doing nothing to prevent the introduction of Sharia Law into the US judicial system.

While most political observers see little chance for moving Texas’ electoral votes out of the GOP column in the 2012 balloting, a leading Obama advisor disagrees.

Obama senior adviser David Plouffe pointed out that “a 50% decline in arrests at the border has led to a surge of Hispanics who can be counted on to vote for the President. Getting these people registered and out to the polls will be the key.”

Plouffe added that “the president’s message of opposing crack downs on illegal immigration and photo IDs for voters has resonated well with the Hispanic community. If we can get these people motivated to actually vote I think we can take this state.”

Marc Campos, a Houston-based Democratic political consultant agreed, “If they spend a fraction of their billion dollar campaign fund we can make it happen. A million votes at a price of $15 to $25 apiece is attainable.”

Senator John McCain took Texas’ 34 electoral votes in the 2008 presidential election, defeating then Senator Barack Obama by a million votes in the state.
