Thank you for responding to my message to you in which I pointed out Obama’s illegal (per the 1973 “War Powers Act”) initial and continued use of U.S. military forces in Libya. I firmly believe that the U.S. Constitution makes the United States of America a nation of laws rather than men, and a sovereign nation not subordinate to the United Nations. Obviously you and your hero Obama, self-indicted usurper Obama I hasten to add, don’t believe that.

I applaud you for cosponsoring and helping pass S. Res 85, however that resolution in no way, shape or form supercedes the “War Powers Act” or made the United States of America subordinate to the United Nations Security Council. FYI: As Chairman of the United Nations Security Council your hero is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, Section 9, to wit:

Like Chauncey Gardiner, Obama Is Profoundly Aloof: “Which past leader does Barack Obama most closely resemble? His admirers, not all of them liberals, used to compare him to Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Roosevelt.

Well, Obama announced his candidacy in Lincoln’s hometown two days before Abe’s birthday, and he did expand the size and scope of government. But no one seriously compares him with Lincoln or FDR anymore.

Conservative critics have taken to comparing him, as you might imagine, to Jimmy Carter. The more cruel among them, like The Weekly Standard‘s Jay Cost, say the comparison is not to Obama’s advantage.

But there is another comparison I think more appropriate for a president who, according to one of his foreign-policy staffers, prefers to ‘lead from behind.’ The man I have in mind is Chauncey Gardiner, the character played by Peter Sellers in the 1979 movie ‘Being There.’”

The Founding Fathers warned us to preserve a government of laws, and not of men.

Arrogant, lawless and lusting for power, government officials have abrogated their responsibility to the Constitution, the country and its citizens.

It was a backroom deal among Congressional Democrats and Republicans, which created our current Constitutional crisis.

Congress and our political leadership always knew that Barack Obama was not a natural born citizen and, therefore, he was never eligible for the Presidency.

Over the last twenty to thirty years, members of Congress, for both personal and partisan reasons, have unsuccessfully attempted to water down the natural born citizen clause by offering potential Amendments to the Constitution.

Political coup d’etat of the Constitution

In the Spring of 2008, however, politicians found an opportunity to create a precedent, whereby they could change the eligibility requirements for the Presidency without an Amendment.

At that time, John McCain’s eligibility according to the natural born clause was being questioned. So, a deal was struck and the bogus and non-binding Senate resolution 511 was passed, which provided cover for both McCain and Obama.

It was a political coup d’etat of the Constitution.”

According to a North Carolina blog called Cedar Posts and Barbwire Fences:
