Is “9/11 Truth” Based Upon a False Theory? | Veterans Today

Given my background in the history and the philosophy of science and as a professional scholar, I founded Scholars for 9/11 Truth for the purpose of promoting collaborative research on the events of 9/11 by creating a web site, issuing press releases, archiving old research and supporting new research, sponsoring conferences, announcing public presentations, and making efforts to reach out to the public with the results of our investigations. The most intense conflicts in relation to the 9/11 Truth movement, however, turn out to come from within and between research groups, which have all too often found themselves at odds and severely attacked and even denounced one another.

Based upon my experience, I can report with confidence that the three most controversial issues within the 9/11 Truth movement are these:

(1) the Pentagon attack, especially, whether a Boeing 757 hit the Pentagon, which I have addressed in “What didn’t happen at the Pentagon” and in “Inside Job: Seven Questions about 9/11”;

(2) the planes in New York, especially, whether video fakery was used there, which I have addressed in “New Proof of Video Fakery on 9/11” and “Inside Job: More Proof of 9/11 Duplicity”; and,

(3) the demolition of the Twin Towers, especially, how it was done, the dominant theory being that they were destroyed using nanothermite as the principal mechanism, which I address here.

The US Constitution brought the potential of big government at the federal level to America.

In my opinion…

It is the nature, structure and organization of big government itself that enables a hierarchy that oppresses we the people. Many have spoken of “working within the system.” (i.e., government, business, people, politics, etc). There’s the rub. The system lends itself all too well to manipulation.

Our first constitution, the Articles Of Confederation, had no provision for a big federal government; no president, no congress, no supreme court, no taxes–these were the function solely of state government–and, of course, none of the federal departments and agencies, a standing army, etc. that later came into being.

By Lincoln’s time, federal government, under the new constitution had grown (mushroomed) along with the growth of the country and beyond…

Well, well, well. As Monday’s news cycle gets into full gear, we’re starting to see exactly what Mitch McConnell, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi are cooking up for the American public — pretend spending cuts and very real tax increases.

It is like the GOP learned nothing from No Child Left Behind. In NCLB, the GOP let liberals like Teddy Kennedy write the legislation and when the legislation’s very foreseeable outcomes appeared, the GOP got the blame for the disaster the law wrought on the public school system.

And now we’re going to get a new deficit commission that is actually just going to raise taxes.

How do we know they are going to raise taxes?

Well, whatever the commission comes up with, it’s going to be deemed filibuster proof — only a simple majority will have to vote for it in the Senate. Oh, and it will not be subject to any amendments in its recommendations.

With Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) already on board tax increases and with Tom Coburn proposing $1 trillion in tax increases today, we see where this is headed. But wait . . . there’s more.Keith Hennessey has a breakdown of the budget negotiations, much of which will be incorporated into McConnell’s Pontius Pilate Act.

How so?

Well, most media reports are now saying that the Pontius Pilate Act will include the $1.5 trillion in cuts from the Biden led negotiations. What are those cuts? You can read Keith Hennessey yourself or just read this summarization from a friend of mine:

Only in Washington are spending increases called spending cuts. They will actually grow discretionary spending at 2/3 rate of inflation (spending increase) but call it $1 trillion in cuts below the baseline of full inflation. About $200 billion come from cuts to health care providers, something we stop every year with the doc fix — not sure how they’ll keep this promise. And another $165 billion come from increases in government fees (some call tax increases), not spending cuts. So at the end of the day, we are left with a $2 billion FY2012 cut, and $55 billion in promised actual spending cuts through yet unspecified policy changes. A whopping $57 billion in cuts over a decade, or less than $6 billion a year.

There is speculation that the ATF sold guns to known criminals to “provide the justification for more firearm restrictions on American citizens and more power and money for ATF.” On July 12, Obama signed an executive order which requires southwest border states “to alert the federal government to frequent buyers of high-powered rifles.”

Is such an order consistent with the Bill of Rights? Is it binding if Obama is found to be ineligible under Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution to serve as president?

A website which states that its purpose is to “Cleanup ATF” contends that “Managers, Counsel, Internal Affairs and staff of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (BATFE or “ATF”) have repeatedly given false testimony, concealed substantial waste, fraud and abuse, abused their lawful authority, and waged systematic campaigns of reprisal against their own employees that dare to speak out. “

In regard to sales of guns to Mexican criminals, WorldNetDaily CEO Joseph Farah stated that “The Obama administration appears to have put together a sophisticated, inter-agency conspiracy to provide money to Mexican gangsters to purchase guns from the U.S. to kill federal agents.” Reason.com contends that “there’s still no evidence that Attorney General Eric Holder knew about the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms program ‘Fast and Furious,’ in which ATF agents stood idly by as guns that were illegally purchased in the United States were trafficked to Mexico, where cartels used them to kill U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.”

Judge Napolitano: An Open Letter to Boehner

Judge Andrew Napolitano extends his thoughts to Speaker of the House, John Boehner, in an open letter concerning the looming debt ceiling deadline and the struggle for sanity on Capitol Hill.

Dear Mr. Speaker,

When the Founders at the Constitution Conventional in 1787 created the House of Representatives, it was fashioned to act as the voice of the people within the institutional checks and balances of the Federal Government. That’s why the entire House faces reelection every 2 years. That’s why Constitutionally, you don’t have to even be a member of Congress to serve as speaker. And that’s why the Constitution allows for thousands of members of the House for our current population. It is the people’s house, and the people spoke last November. They cried out against a government completely out of control. After President Bush grew the U.S. debt by $7 trillion dollars in 8 years in office, and President Obama added $4 Trillion in just 2 years in office, the people cried out against big-government policies that are sabotaging the economy and taking over our lives. And because they cried out, you are no longer just John Boehner from Ohio. You are now the second in line to succeed to the presidency. You are the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Mr. Speaker, the House of Representatives has just 8 working days left before the August 2nd debt ceiling deadline, and by wide margins in whatever way the question is asked, Americans do not want to see the debt ceiling raised. They’re sick and tired of paying interest on borrowed money; money borrowed in their name. The Federal Government borrows so much money from so many sources, Mr. Speaker, that no-one knows for sure just how much it owes to its lenders. It already appears that it has exceeded the legal limit set by the congress at $14.294 trillion, and they actually at this moment in time are closer to $14.5 trillion. The White House is putting intense pressure on you and on Congress to raise that limit. The President’s apologists have even suggested invoking the 14th amendment to bypass the will of Congress and borrow money without legal authority. Given the way the White House has run roughshod over your House in the matter of the “not-war” in Libya that our military is still “not” engaged in, the word of the President’s lawyers that there is no presidential power in the 14th amendment to borrow money on his own can hardly be trusted. This is a president who does not regard the Constitution as a limit on the exercise of governmental power. But the President can only get away with violating the Constitution, Mr. Speaker, if you let him do so.

If you stand up for the will of the people, you will restrain him. This is the moment of truth for the Congress, Mr. Speaker. The scare-mongers and the chicken-littles in DC will tell you that the sky will come tumbling down if the debt ceiling isn’t raised, even though your colleagues, Senator Pat Toomey and Rep. Tom McClintock, have introduced legislation that would prevent the United States from defaulting on its debt obligations.

I have two words for you, Mr. Speaker. Stop it. That’s right, just stop it. For too long our government has spent beyond its means and in our names, sinking us and generations as yet unborn into deeper and deeper debt. And you, Mr. Speaker, can stop it. The President stands with the big-business, big-banks, big-government complex, and against the American people. He’s even prepared to defy the laws of economics. But the American people are not ignorant as he thinks they are, and you know that.

Mr. Speaker, you have the opportunity to do something that no standard bearer of small government has ever been able to do in our modern era; get the government to live within its means. You can do it by standing firm with your colleagues in the Congress who are leading the call for change. You can stop it. You can force the Federal Government to make the difficult decisions to bring itself within its means and begin to loosen the chains of debt that have been foisted on our country by a centuries worth of progressive big-government architects. End it this summer, Mr. Speaker. Stop it. Tell the President, “not a penny more.” Stand up for the American people, bring government within its means, and begin the restoration of our republic.

If you do this Mr. Speaker, if you restrain the federal beast, you will become one of history’s great champions and heroes of freedom. If you don’t, we’ll all go through this again the next time a president wants to spend beyond the government’s means and chain us all down to more debt.

his petulant Present-dent refuses to put his ‘plan’ on the table for two key reasons. He has a plan, but he can’t reveal it. Crashing this nation, en route to us becoming part of the ominous One World Order, would be opposed by even a sober few within the ‘Demoncratic’ Party. Polite critics of this Present-dent won’t make such an accusation. Shouldn’t respect be reserved for those in elected office who respect the American electorate, our Constitution, our freedoms and our sovereignty? Secondly, from his days as a community agitator against major corporations, he has mastered the skill of political deceit and blackmail. He NEVER ‘negotiates’ in good faith! His association with ACORN hardened him against the gentlemanly and generally accepted practices of negotiation because he views ‘the other side’ as his ‘enemies.’ Outside of his czars and closest confidants, this Present-dent can’t reveal his plan. He would lose his leverage for extracting additional concessions on the cusp a solution being enacted. He acts akin to an unscrupulous mortgage lender who knows that the interest rate originally quoted is no longer available, waiting until ‘the closing’ to inform the borrower that the interest rate for the loan is higher than quoted. He uses timing, momentum and emotion against his ‘enemies.’

Regardless of one’s political bent, how one feels about Barack Obama as a person, or one’s beliefs about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, this debacle should make one thing very clear: that Congress has positioned itself outside of its constitutional role and purpose, and is not only governing against the will of the people, it refuses even to acknowledge the people at all. Allowing this nefarious band of reprobates to continue refusing to properly resolve this constitutional catastrophe they created will be the death knell of America. Please don’t go along to get along on this. What’s the point of electing Republicans if they’re just going to do the same thing as the Democrats? None actually;Which is why the Republican Party is doomed if it doesn’t show some spine. Vote wrong and true conservatives are going to split off in disgust to form a 3rd party.

Sure the Democrats will win in droves at that point,but what difference would that really make anyway with “leaders” like Boehner and McConnell and other spineless Republicans that vote for the same deliberately destructive financial policies as the Democrats?

Ya’ll can keep kicking this can down the road for 2-3 more years,but it’s all going to collapse then anyway,just like the PIIGS are on the verge of collapse now. So,at least be one of the ones that can say “I told you so” and “I voted against this”. On a more personal note,having nearly worked myself to death all my life and now living mostly on savings,voting to continue to borrow trillions each year from the Federal Reserve will destroy my savings via the inevitable destruction of the value of the U.S. dollar,leaving me destitute.

(BTW,this inflation will be the most effective form of redistribution yet by the Obammunists,destroying the savings of millions like myself who worked and saved all our lives as a consequence of borrowing trillions to be handed out like candies tossed from parade cars into crowds of bystanders.) Ever since the Republicans won the House,they kept saying,well,we’re voting to compromise now,but just wait when the big fight comes down the road,we’ll stand up then. Well,you know what?

An American Hero in a Very Small Package

That would be a shame. We need voices in the classroom challenging teachers who force political claptrap down the throats of susceptible young children while their parents are paying for them to learn reading, writing and history. Sam may be somewhat unique, but I like to think of him as a role model. We need more Sams to protect the children. Maybe Sam needs to start an academy to train others. Then maybe Horowitz and Coulter and other right-of- center speakers might start to receive a positive reception at college campuses.

“I’m next,” Warren Kelvin, 34, screamed as he pushed to the front of the security line. According to TSA officials, Kelvin had ingested two Viagra and wore sweatpants without boxers for his Southwest flight from Nashville to Phoenix.

“I thought he was carrying a baton in his pants,” said Amanda Watershed, second shift supervisor of the A Terminal at Nashville International Airport. “Nope… That was his penis.”

Even though TSA officials allowed Kelvin to initially pass through security without the controversial pat down, the passenger on more than one occasion got back in line until he felt that he had been thoroughly inspected. Kelvin finally got the invasive pat down by 38-year-old officer Duncan Allbright after 80 minutes and four trips through security.

“Even after we let him pass through he kept walking out of the terminal and getting back in line,” said Watershed. “Finally, Duncan had to bite the bullet for everyone and do a thorough screening of him in a private [security] room.”

Allbright, a 14-year veteran of airport security, announced his retirement shortly after Kelvin boarded the plane. “I’m going home to take a shower and make love to my wife,” said Allbright as he got into his car. “This job isn’t for me. I’ve suddenly lost my passion for touching strangers.”

DO AMERICANS SEE THE DANGERS OF AN OVERREACHING GOVERNMENT?

Hitler could not have terrorized the world that resulted in the deaths of millions of people without the willing participation and adoration of the German people. A president in America cannot become president without the vote of the majority of the people. A hero will not be recognized as a hero without a large number of people acknowledging his acts of heroism. It is the people who grant power and status to others, or those that lead them.

The other night we watched the 1962 black and white movie “Hitler,” with Richard Basehart playing the part. We were struck by the millions of Germans who hung on his every word and adored his persona even though his persona was deeply flawed. It got us to thinking about the qualities of a leader that would cause the people to throw away their good sense to follow one man, anywhere, even into oblivion. Lemmings come to mind, even though the story about lemmings being herded over a cliff is apparently a myth.

The German people, en masse, looked the other way when Hitler assumed the power of a dictator in 1933. In fact they cheered him. They shrugged when he instituted his Brown Shirts. They said nothing when their children were trotted off to propaganda schools in the form of Hitler’s youth. They cheered again and participated when Hitler chose the Jews to persecute and execute ….. by the millions. Many Germans participated with the Nazi Storm Troopers during “the Night of Broken Glass“ in November of 1938. The Germans called that night “Kristallnacht.”

And the Germans looked the other way when Hitler started violating the Versailles Treaty and building up his army and navy. They looked the other way when he annexed Austria and invaded Czechoslovakia, Poland, France and Russia and tried to obliterate London with buzz bombs and rockets in his diabolical quest to conquer the world. They looked the other way, that is, until Hell descended upon them in the humiliating defeat of the 2nd World War, at the hands of the determined allies.

Former Governor considering obtaining Mexican citizenship, vows never to fly again if lawsuit struck down

Former Governor Jesse Ventura has promised to never fly again and could even relinquish his US citizenship if a lawsuit that charges the TSA with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act for touching the genitals of travelers is struck down by a federal judge this week.

Ventura launched the lawsuit back in January after having been subjected to invasive grope-downs by TSA agents on numerous occasions which included them touching his genitals. The former Governor has a metal plate in his hip which routinely sets off metal detectors.

Ventura’s lawsuit, first filed on January 24, includes violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the 4th Amendment, arguing that he and others with disabilities have been discriminated against and unduly singled out by TSA despite presenting no threat and warranting no reason for lawful search. Further, Ventura has argued that his ability to travel freely has been infringed, hampering his ability to work.

Radio host Alex Jones personally met with Ventura this past weekend at his 60th birthday party in Los Angeles.

Although his lawyer told him that he thinks there is a good case, Ventura believes that his lawsuit will be struck down because…………………

Why Do Blacks Still Let Obama Off the Hook?

A Chicago Sun Times article, headlined “The disappearing black middle class,” reports on the disproportionate impact of these hard economic times on blacks.

According to the data, taken from the Washington-based Economic Policy Institute, median net worth of white households fell from $134,280 in 2004 to $97,860 in 2009, while over the same period median black household net worth went from $13,450 to $2,170.

The national unemployment rate stands at 9.2 percent, while black unemployment is over 16 percent.

There’s more, but you get the picture. The nation has been hit hard, but blacks much harder.

Which raises a point of interest.

Approval rates for President Obama among whites have dropped from 56% in early 2009 after he became president to 39% now – a drop of 17 points. But over this same period, Obama’s approval rating among blacks has dropped just 8 points – 93% to 85%.

Many whites who initially had supported our president are now crediting him for our current misery. But blacks, despite suffering far more, are far less inclined to hang it on Obama.

The message that massive government spending and borrowing does not grow the economy has not reached blacks. Rather, like our president, they seem to believe that the problem is we just haven’t yet dug the fiscal hole deep enough.

Is this a racial thing? Whites will jump off the ship run by a black captain in a minute while blacks will ride it out until it hits the iceberg?

No, I don’t think so. I think it’s both a liberal information thing and a moral thing.

The liberal information thing is that blacks overwhelmingly get their information from liberal sources.

Blacks watch CNN and MSNBC, not Fox. They listen to urban black radio.

They are not going to hear from these sources that if you look all over the world, nations with the most prosperous economies are the ones with the most limited governments. Liberal media refuses to get and pass the word that socialism has failed.

The major organizations that supposedly represent black interests are all on the left, generously funded by big left wing white foundations and by our nation’s corporations. The former do it because they are liberals and the latter do it to show that they are not racist.

And, like the Economic Policy Institute, that produced the data reported in the Sun Times article, they are supported by unions.

But I think more corrosive is the moral thing.

Almost a half century since the passage of the Civil Rights Act, too many blacks still don’t want to be free and accept the responsibilities that go with it. Too many blacks still believe that the condition of their lives is caused by what someone else does or has.

It is sad that this is true despite the fact that blacks go to church more often, pray more often, and say religion plays a central part in their life more than any other ethnic group in the nation.

Why does a people so inclined to turn to God so readily violate the Tenth Commandment’s prohibition on covetousness and measure themselves in terms of what others have? And then use this sin to justify violating the Eighth Commandment and give government license to steal what others have in order to redistribute?

Perhaps most fundamentally, how can a church going people buy into the materialism of socialism?

There is a solution to the general travails of our nation and the particular travails of our black brothers and sisters. It is called every man and woman taking personal responsibility for their lives, turning to government for protection of life and property – not redemption, and living as free people according to traditional biblical mores.

Surprise! Obama can’t remember his birthday

President Obama just can’t seem to keep track of birthdays, especially his own.

After spending more than two years in office deflecting questions surrounding his birth, the commander in chief said on Friday that he’d be turning 50 in a week.

“You know, I’m going to be turning 50 in a week, so I’m starting to think a little bit more about Medicare eligibility,” Obama said at a news conference concerning the U.S. debt.

‘Irrefutable’ proof of Obama forgery

Unless the typewriter used to type Barack Obama’s purported Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth” in 1961 was magically capable of producing different size and shaped images with the exact same key, the document released by the White House April 27 is a forgery, says a professional typographer with 50 years experience.

“Steel-stamped letters do not expand to larger sizes and morph into different styles of type,” retired New York City typographer Paul Irey told WND.

As WND previously reported, it would be impossible for the different letters that appear in the Obama birth certificate to have been typed by one typewriter, according to Irey.

“These are irrefutable proofs of forgery,” he said.

His newest analysis suggests the document was assembled from images of letters or words taken from other documents.

“The forger who produced the Obama Hawaii long-form birth certificate may have thought that all typewriter typeface styles were alike,” he said.

“To get his letters, the forger must have understood that he needed to copy the old typewriter styles,” he continued. “So the forger probably scanned a bunch of old birth certificates, without realizing that the letters in the old files were from different typewriter styles. That’s why the letters in the forged document do not match each other.”

Irey used as a source document the Xerox copy of the Obama birth certificate the White House press staff handed to the press assembled in the White House pressroom on April 27, as seen in Exhibit 1:

The atheists and secular humanists have hurt our nation, conservative commentator insists

Dr. Carol Swain, conservative commentator, joined Thom Hartmann for a debate about Texas Governor Rick Perry‘s prayer summit.

Insisting that America was “founded as a Judeo-Christian nation,” Swain declared that “atheists have hurt our nation” because of suing to remove prayer from the public schools.

“I believe the one reason we have some of the conditions that you talked about at the beginning of the show is because we have ousted God from public life because of a small minority of people, those atheists that created trouble in 1962. And the Constitution does not say anything about a wall of separation between church and state. That was to prevent the establishment of a state church. Not to say that God had no role in public life.”

Hartmann pointed out that countries where people were the happiest, healthiest and equal, like Denmark, are less religious. Swain continued to insist, despite this evidence, that America is in decline because of “unbiblical and ungodly choices.” She said that secular humanists and atheists are leading the country down the wrong path and that Christianity is under siege.

Hartmann, a Christian himself, defended atheists, humanists and the wall of separation of church and state.

Swain said that she was not advocating a “theology” (presumably, theocracy), but thought that “We should be able to argue public policies with religious reasoning and scriptures.”

Why has Obama not addressed the multiple charges of treason which have been brought against him? Why won’t the U.S. attorneys?

(Jul. 17, 2011) — A perjured oath is no oath at all.

Persons not eligible to take an oath of office, knowing they are disqualified from legally holding that office, are called infiltrators, or traitors.

Persons who knowingly take an oath, when at the time swearing that oath knowing they never intend to obey their oath, find no comfort or protection from the oath once discovered as infiltrators, or traitors.

Even those who lawfully and in good faith take an oath, who later turn against that oath, then forfeit any protections they may have otherwise enjoyed under their oath.

No one–I SAY AGAIN, NO ONE–is immunized from being held to a criminal consequence having been found guilty in TREASON against the United States of America.

Obama’s ineligibility: Prepare to defend America – A Congress of criminals

We must now accept the fact that the present United States Congress is hopelessly corrupt.

They are deliberately ignoring legitimate requests by the American people to address the fact that Barack Obama is an illegal President and to investigate the evidence that he has committed felonies.

I have received many emails from readers, who have petitioned their members of Congress multiple times only to have their pleas completely disregarded.

Congress is behaving that way for two simple reasons.

First, many are directly complicit in violating the Constitution and perpetrating fraud on the American people and/or they are engaged in a cover-up, which now includes consciously avoiding an investigation of Obama’s alleged felonies.

Second, they are more interested in protecting their lucrative political careers than in protecting their country.

In my opinion, they are traitors and criminals, who must be removed from office and tried in a court of law. There is sufficient evidence to conclude that Obama has committed felonies. By intentionally engaging in a cover-up, Congress would be guilty of “Misprison of felony”, also a felony.

The American people can no longer tolerate such a blatant violation of the Constitution and a willful undermining of the rule of law. It is now our responsibility to take action by making lawful citizen’s arrests and forcing the perpetrators to face the criminal justice system.
