HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT, RISING CRIME AND THREATS OF VIOLENCE IN OBAMA’S AMERICA
by JB Williams, 2011
The surrender of General Charles Cornwallis to the Americans at Yorktown, PA
(Sep. 7, 2011) — As the political left drives the U.S. economy towards the brink of no return and an increasing number of average Americans find themselves in desperate financial situations, crime is on the rise and social tensions are rocketing towards a historic level in the land of milk and honey.
Yes, I am predicting the Second American Civil War, but only because the political left is working around the clock to incite outright socio-economic and race warfare in America.
Unlike any prior American administration, this one is………………………….

Joe Biden Refers to Tea Partiers as “Barbarians”
Hotair noted Wednesday that Jimmy Hoffa is not alone in the Tea Party flame war, as Joe “Gaffe” Biden launched an “oh-so-subtle” verbal assault on the Tea Party during his keynote address at organized labor’s Labor Day picnic at Cincinnati’s Coney Island amusement park. “This is a different kind of fight,” Biden said. “This is a fight for the existence of organized labor. You are the only folks keeping the barbarians at the gate. That’s why they want you so bad.”
Definition of the word “barbarian”: a person in a savage, primitive state; uncivilized person; a person without culture, refinement, or education; philistine.
Very civil of you Mr. Biden.
Naturally, the journalists in the mainstream media chose to ignore such, what most liberals would say are, “heinous” remarks. However, Hoffa’s vociferous proclamation was widely publicized. Why? NewsBusters‘ Tom Blumer has an explanation:
Biden’s statement is in an important aspect more problematic than the more widely (but not sufficiently widely) noted “son of a b*tches” comment made by Teamsters President James Hoffa Jr. in Detroit yesterday at a Labor Day event President Obama keynoted. While Hoffa was threatening and hateful, he was at least in theory speaking only for Big Labor (though Obama has essentially adopted it by not condemning it). In Cincinnati, Biden, who was elected to serve all citizens of the country, personally characterized a large plurality of those he is supposed to be serving with a word which means ”savage, primitive, uncivilized persons.”
So in the end, yes, Michele Bachmann has made her fair share of gaffes – as have other GOP presidential candidates – but the oh-so-civil comments made by the liberal leaders of this country are more hypocritical than Al Gore‘s gaz-guzzling, greenhouse gas-emitting jet engine.
Normally, I would say who the hell cares, but I say we stoop to their level on this one – you know, pull the Gabrielle Giffords card every time the word “barbarian” or “sons of bitches” comes spewing out of the left-wing aperture. Just a thought……………..

The Real Lincoln by Thomas J. DiLorenzo
January 7, 2010 by Bob Livingston
Although he is called the Great Emancipator, Abraham Lincoln embarked on a war that led to 620,000 deaths and the destruction of 40 percent of the American economy, not to free those held in slavery, but to centralize power in Washington, create “the American System” of Henry Clay and build an empire.
So says Thomas J. DiLorenzo, author of The Real Lincoln, which has the subtitle: A New Look at Abraham Lincoln, His Agenda and an Unnecessary War.
DiLorenzo turns the myth that surrounds Lincoln on its head, and uses Lincoln’s own words and actions to do so. DiLorenzo writes that:
“According to one source, more than 16,000 books have been written on virtually every aspect of Lincoln’s private and public life. But much of what has been written about Lincoln is myth… Anyone who delves into this literature with an open mind and an interest in the truth cannot help but be struck by the fantastic lengths to which an entire industry of ‘Lincoln scholars’ has gone to perpetuate countless myths and questionable interpretations of events.”
DiLorenzo examines many of those myths in this book.
Lincoln was a proponent of Henry Clay’s American System (taxpayer subsidies for railroads and corporations and infrastructure improvements) for 28 years prior to becoming president. As a Whig Party and later Republican Party activist, he pushed that agenda.
He thought of himself as the heir to the Hamiltonian political tradition, which sought a much more centralized governmental system, one that would plan economic development with corporate subsidies financed by protectionist tariffs and the printing of money by the central government…………………….

Dances with indoctrinators:
How the left rewrites history and brainwashes your kids:
As it was, the Comanches used the horse to force the Apaches out of western Texas and New Mexico and into the Chiricahua Mountains of southeastern Arizona, where Geronimo would later fight the white man.
Mexicans were so fearful of the Comanches that they encouraged Anglos to settle in Texas and kill as many Comanches as they could.
Thus the seeds of the Republic of Texas were sown, which would later blossom into the War with Mexico. But this history isn’t taught in American schools, especially those with large Mexican student populations, because it runs counter to the PC claptrap that Mexicans, er, Hispanics, have been victims of white oppression and were never victimizers themselves or descendants of evil white Europeans……………

Ohio: No Traffic Stop for Snow-covered License Plate
Ohio Court of Appeals overturns a traffic stop based on a temporarily obscured license plate.
Police cannot initiate a traffic stop for a snow-covered license plate once the snow falls away from the plate, the Ohio Court of Appeals ruled Thursday. On January 29, 2010, Lakewood Police Officer William Comerford had spotted the gray 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse belonging to Richard W. Shelton as he drove down the middle of Waterbury Road.
Comerford decided to initiate a traffic stop because snow partially obscured the Mitsubishi’s license plate. When Comerford approached the vehicle, he had no trouble reading the plate, either because he brushed away the snow or because the snow fell off. Waterbury Road had no lane markings and both sides of the street had large snow piles.
Shelton argued that as soon the snow fell away from his plate, there was no justification for the traffic stop that lead to his arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). A three-judge appellate panel agreed.
“Once Comerford got out of his zone car and approached Shelton’s car, he could read the license plate,” Judge Larry A. Jones wrote for the court. “And although he testified that he also pulled Shelton over because he had been driving in the middle of the street, we agree with the trial court‘s assessment that Shelton’s driving in the middle of an unmarked street during winter with snow piled on the sides of the street did not give the officer reasonable suspicion of any criminal activity.”
The appellate judges chided Comerford for failing to remember whether he brushed the snow from the license plate, or the snow fell away on its own. The Fourth Amendment places the burden for establishing the need for a warrantless search and seizure upon Comerford who failed to meet the standard set by the court.
“Once he could read the license plate, he no longer had any reason to detain Shelton for an OVI investigation and should have sent him on his way,” Judge O’Brien concluded. “In accord with [the 1984 Ohio Supreme Court case Ohio v.] Chatton, Comerford, as a matter of courtesy, could have explained to Shelton the reason he was initially detained, but he could not ‘unite the search to this detention,’ and on this record Shelton should have been free to continue on his way without any further detention or investigation. Therefore, we find that the trial court erred in denying Shelton’s motion to suppress.”
