EDITORIAL: Anarchy in the USA
The Occupy Wall Street protest is reminiscent of the scene in the 1953 film “The Wild One” where a young woman asks a motorcycle gang leader played by Marlon Brando, “Hey Johnny, what are you rebelling against?” Brando deadpans, “Whaddya got?”
The New York demonstration is in its third week, and similar protests have sprung up in other cities. Other than some temporary traffic blockages, the movement hasn’t achieved anything tangible. It is a method without a message; rather, the method is the message. The protest is an exercise in creative anarchy, a statement against ill-defined and probably misunderstood power, a directionless movement claiming to represent 99 percent of America. It seeks to raise awareness, but where you go after that is up to you. It has no organization, uncertain goals, unlisted membership and lots of cardboard signs.
There is something for almost every type of radical in the occupy movement. It welcomes hard-currency advocates, opponents of water fluoridation, anti-war groups, anti-capitalists, anarcho-capitalists, anarcho-socialists, anti-Bilderbergers, opponents of the bank bailout, and chemtrail activists, among others. Their signs scream, “People over profit!” “Get out and shout!” “Eat the rich!” “End the Fed!” and “Dissent is patriotic!”

Ron Paul Joins George Soros In Supporting “Occupy Wall Street” Protests
Posted on Tuesday, October 04, 2011 9:37:10 PM by mnehring
Texas Rep. Ron Paul (R) offered support for some of the Occupy Wall Street protests that have built up in lower Manhattan over the weekend in an interview Friday with Reason magazine, where he also denounced the “militarization of our police forces.”
“If they were demonstrating peacefully, and making a point, and arguing our case, and drawing attention to the Fed — I would say, good!” Paul said following a town-hall meeting in New Hampshire.
Paul has long been an outspoken critic of the Federal Reserve, which he says manipulates American currency and is excessively secretive.
Paul was asked by Reason about a report from last weekend in which an NYPD officer was caught on camera pepper-spraying protesters.
“I hadn’t heard that, since I have to admit I didn’t keep up on all the details of it,” Paul said. “I didn’t read the stories about it. But that means government doesn’t like to be receiving any criticism at all. And my argument is, government should be in the open — the people’s privacy ought to be protected. So I don’t like it.”
During the town hall, Paul denounced the “militarization” of police forces, specifically reports that the NYPD had obtained a weapon that would allow them to shoot down an airplane involved in a terrorist attack.
“Yeah, I have concern about that,” Paul said. “That’s not exactly your friendly policeman on the block to go to when you’re in trouble. The militarization of our police force — the SWAT teams and all — I think it’s a bad sign.”
UNITED NATIONS (AP) — Billionaire financier George Soros says he sympathizes with protesters speaking out against corporate greed in ongoing protests on Wall Street.
Soros answered a question about the protests During a Monday news conference at U.N. headquarters about his participation in a large-scale development project in rural Africa.
Soros says he understands the frustrations of small business owners, for instance those who have seen credit card charges soar during the current crisis.
Soros founded the Open Society Foundations. He and Earth Institute at Columbia University director Jeffrey Sachs are announcing the newest phase of the Millennium Villages Project, which works closely with several U.N. agencies.

Starbucks Asks for Five Buck Donations to Help Obama Economy
BEGIN TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: Get this. Starbucks is gonna start accepting donations to help the economy. According to the AP: “Starting Nov. 1, Starbucks will begin collecting donations of $5 or more from customers to stimulate U.S. job growth through its ‘Jobs for USA‘ program.” I kid you not, you’re gonna go into a Starbucks starting November 1st, they’re gonna have an opportunity for you to give them five additional dollars on whatever you order for a job creation program. Now, Howard Schultz is the founder, proprietor, owner, CEO, whatever, of Starbucks. Is this how he started the company with five dollar donations? You would think this guy knows how jobs are created because he’s done it.
So obviously it’s a PR move, five dollars for job creation when you go to Starbucks. The best thing they could do is turn off all the electrical outlets and get all the slackers in there out of the store, people sitting there drinking one cup of coffee every ten hours while they worry about what’s on their computer. Get ‘em out of Starbucks and get ‘em over to the employment office. Five bucks. Why not just send the money to Obama? Obama knows how to create jobs. Obama is out there saying (summarized), “By the way, I know that you’re worse off than you were four years ago. I know you’re not better off.” We’re gonna play an audio sound bite where he said, if that was the case, he’s finished; he’s a one-termer. He knew it.
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
Get this one, folks: “States that borrowed billions from the federal government to keep unemployment benefits flowing through the recession…” This is the 99ers. This is the extended unemployment benefits. Wait ’til you hear this. “States that borrowed billions of dollars from the federal government to keep unemployment benefits flowing through the recession now have to start paying those loans back,” and you know what they’re doing? You know how they’re doing it? They are hitting businesses with new assessments and higher taxes to make that happen. In all, 27 states owe the federal government nearly $38 billion.” The Feds mandated extended unemployment benefits. The states went out and borrowed the money from the Feds in order to pay the unemployment compensation extension, and now they gotta start paying those loan backs.
There’s a total of $38 billion owed by 27 states. “The first interest payments on those loans were due Friday and totaled about $1.1 billion.” So the states don’t have the money because nobody has any money. A couple of states have the money. Virginia has some money; Texas has some money. But there aren’t a whole lot of states that have any money, and what’s happening here is so now the states are gonna raise taxes on businesses while Obama’s out there, “Get my jobs bill passed!” Eric Cantor, by the way, made it official. He confirmed what I, your trusted and loyal host, have been telling you from the get-go: That bill is dead. The Obama jobs bill is dead as a package. It’s going nowhere. It’s dead in the House, it’s dead in the Senate. It was never intended to be anything other than dead on arrival.
It’s nothing more than a campaign prop. It’s the 2011 version of the Greek columns at the Democrat National Convention in Denver in 2008. Now, back to this unemployment extension. Bills are coming due now. “Joe Olivo, owner of Perfect Printing in Moorestown, N.J., with 45 employees just outside Philadelphia, estimates that he’ll pay an additional $24,000 this year in unemployment insurance taxes. He’s also dealing with higher expenses elsewhere, mainly for his employees’ health care.” Whoa ho! Health care? Shazam! So, Obamacare drove those costs up way sky-high, through the roof; Obama’s unemployment extensions drove the costs to the states sky-high so they’re now in debt to the tune of $38 billion. The first interest payment of $1 billion is due Friday, so they gotta start raising taxes on businesses while Obama’s out there saying, “Yep, I know you’re not better off than you were four years ago.”

These Days Are Over
“What we’ve got here is… failure to communicate.”
A quote from the movie Cool Hand Luke: spoken by The Captain, the imperious warden and by Cool Hand Luke at the conclusion of the film.
Anagnorisis is the moment or instant when ignorance gives way to truth; assumed to be first described by Aristotle in his “Poetics,” it along with peripeteia (reversal of fortune) describe Eric Holder‘s recent encounter with facts and soon justice and perhaps federal prison in Leavenworth.
How poetic, the ancient Greeks so aptly described the present situation Holder created for himself by committing perjury, a crime he would no doubt prosecute against another felon with fast and furious efficiency, but now he is the one who faces prosecution and imprisonment for committing perjury during a congressional hearing.
Chain Gang Street Sweepers, DC 1909
The race card will be difficult to play effectively and Affirmative Action has run out for Eric Holder. Actually, the race card has been so overplayed by Obama, Holder, and the Congressional Black Caucus, it may have lost all relevance.
New emails indicate that Holder lied during congressional hearings on May 3, in front of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. During sworn testimony, he stated that he first heard of Operation Fast and Furious “over the last few weeks;” however, he had been briefed in a memo almost a year earlier on July 5, 2010. Actually, he was briefed on the operation in a continuous stream of emails that updated him and other key members of the administration on the progress and relative success of the operation. He was well aware of the fact that thousands of weapons were being bought by the Sinaloa cartel and being carried across the border.
Here is a sample excerpt:
From July 12 through July 16, the National Drug Intelligence Center Document and Media Exploitation Team at the Phoenix Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCTDETF) Strike Force will support the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives’ Phoenix Field Division with its investigation of Manuel Celis-Acosta as part of OCDETF Operation Fast and Furious. This investigation, initiated in September 2009 in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Phoenix Police Department, involves a Phoenix-based firearms trafficking ring headed by Manual Celis-Acosta. Celis-Acosta and [redacted] straw purchasers are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then supplied to Mexican drug trafficking cartels. They also have direct ties to the Sinaloa Cartel which is suspected of providing $1 million for the purchase of firearms in the greater Phoenix area.
Besides the race card, Holder’s defense attorney will surely claim that an AG is overwhelmed with dozens of reports each week and these particular reports escaped his attention because of overwork and incompetence. Ordinarily, in the case of parking tickets and run of the mill political corruption, these three defenses warrant acquittal, but this case is a little different. Two federal agents have been murdered with these weapons that the Obama Administration tried beyond measure and common sense to place in the hands of Narcotics traffickers and killers; their sense of accommodation is to be commended, if only they could have placed such efforts on the economy. There have also been hundreds if not thousands of Mexican nationals killed with these same weapons; yet by a simple plea of incompetence and of overwork, Holder will surely try to distance himself from the mayhem and murder brought about by the Obama plan to arm Mexican Drug gangs.
It will be hard to convince a jury that he missed similar reports every week for a number of months, but he may putting too much faith in the color of his hide if he relies on that defense. It is far more likely that he will turn State’s Evidence and give up Napolitano and Obama to avoid a lengthy prison term, but he better move quick, the memos and reports are coming to the surface daily.

Syria threatens to set Middle East on fire
……While Assad’s remarks could not be immediately verified, Iran, which runs Fars, is a close partner of the Damascus government.
In August, WND was first to report that Assad is taking military measures to prepare for a possible U.S.-NATO campaign against his regime.
Informed Egyptian security officials told WND Assad instructed the Syrian military to be prepared for an air or ground campaign if the international community determines his pledges of reform are not enough…..

Last week the hacker activist group Anonymous purportedly released a statement declaring it would cyber attack firms on Wall Street in response to mass arrests and the Ministry of Homeland Security set off alarm bells.
Now Anonymous – or somebody who claims to be Anonymous – says the threat was fake and they are not responsible. They released the following:

Supreme Court: No royalties with Internet music downloads
The Supreme Court let stand on Monday a ruling that a traditional Internet download of sound recording does not constitute a public performance of the recorded musical work under federal copyright law.
The justices refused to review a ruling by an appeals court in New York that the download itself of a musical work does not fall within the law’s definition of a public performance of that work.
The not-for-profit American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) appealed to the Supreme Court. It said the ruling has profound implications for the nation’s music industry, costing its members tens of millions of dollars in potential royalties each year.(Excerpted) http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44761240/ns/technology_and_science-tech_and_gadgets/t/supreme-court-no-royalties-internet-music-downloads/

Bank of America’s Kingdom for a Fee
For want of a nail the shoe was lost; for want of a shoe the horse was lost; for want of a horse the rider was lost; for want of a rider the battle was lost; for want of a battle the kingdom was lost.
Is it possible after all the trouble Bank of America has found themselves in, the final nail in their coffin will be a $5 per month debit card fee?
When Bank of America acquired Countrywide Financial the pundits said it was a match made in heaven.
Well, I sure hope heaven never looks like this.
From robo-signings to subprime chaos, the acquisition trail has proven much more harmful than good.
TARP provided temporary relief; however, it also exposed the inadequate capital dilemma that BAC and others banks experienced, all as the credit crisis surged rapidly forward.
Sales of worldwide credit card divisions and prior foreign bank acquisitions gave some relief to the capital pressure, but apparently, not enough help.
As lawsuit upon lawsuit mounted from attorney generals, counterparties, and individuals, the pressure for action continued.
Yet, analysts were unrelenting in pronouncing a buying opportunity as the stock fell lower and lower. It was hinted the “powers that be” would never allow BAC to go below $5.
That price would create all sorts of holding requirements, so it would never happen, so they say.
Sale of assets offered one solution to the problem, and, of course, management changes presented yet another way out.
Still, there was no relief in sight.
Finally, as if everything else was not enough, another predicament arose.
According to the Fed, debit card transactions could no longer be charged $0.44 per transaction; it needed to be reduced to $0.22.
Facing a 50% loss of income, BAC’s solution was to impose a $5 monthly fee for utilizing the card, even if it was only used once per month.
Needless to say, it seems that customers were not annoyed or worried by the subprime mortgage shenanigans, multiple lawsuits, or even the liquidation of prime assets. However, when it came to reaching into their pockets for a monthly fee, customers were totally outraged.
This anger could result in a mass withdrawal of deposits, the last thing Bank of America either expected or desired.
As reflected by the current stock valuation, BAC is skating on very thin ice.
The last thing they need is a bank run created by their own greed and stupidity.
Before they acted they should have read the poem “For Want of a Nail.”
Bank of America would have learned the final result is loss of a kingdom

Rep. Akin: DOD Instructing Military ‘To Do Things Which Are in Fact Illegal to Do’
(CNSNews.com) – Rep. Todd Akin (R-Mo.) said the Obama administration was “bordering on lawlessness” with Friday’s Pentagon announcement that military chaplains may officiate in same-sex wedding ceremonies of service members in states where gay marriage is legal.
“One of the things that’s increasingly alarming to many Americans is the nature of various agencies of the federal government that either make up their own laws or try to create their own law when they do not have law-making authority,” Akin told CNSNews.com on Friday.
“In this case, it appears that the Department of Defense under Obama – and probably at Obama’s instruction — has decided to ignore federal law and instruct the military to do things which are in fact illegal to do,” said Akin, who is the chairman of the Seapower & Projection Forces Subcommittee for the House Armed Services Committee.
“And that is a very dangerous precedent for our Department of Defense — to do things that the law says that they’re not allowed to do,” said the congressman.
In May, the House of Representatives passed an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act, authored by Akin, to make it clear that the 1993 federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) applies to federal employees and federal property.
DOMA not only protects states from being forced to accept homosexual marriages, it defines for federal purposes that marriage is between one man and one woman, said Aiken.
“So, if the Department of Defense decides that they are going to have government-paid chaplains on government property performing homosexual marriages, they’re in direct violation of DOMA,” Akin told CNSNews.com.
“When you see essentially laws being created or ignored by the executive branch, that says we are bordering on lawlessness,” Akin added.
The Defense Department advisory, which was announced by Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Clifford L. Stanley, states:
“A military chaplain may participate in or officiate any private ceremony, whether on or off a military installation, provided that the ceremony is not prohibited by applicable state and local law,” Stanley wrote.
“Further, a chaplain is not required to participate in or officiate a private ceremony if doing so would be in variance with the tenets of his or her religion or personal beliefs,” stated the Pentagon. “Finally, a military chaplain’s participation does not constitute an endorsement of the ceremony by DoD.”
Conservative groups in Washington were just as outraged as Akin at the flouting of federal law.
“The Pentagon has clearly overstepped its bounds by declaring that military chaplains can perform same-sex marriages,” said Penny Nance, president of Concerned Women for America.
Peter Sprigg, senior fellow for policy studies at the Washington, D.C.-based Family Research Council, said it is telling that the DOD memo, which was released jointly with Defense General Counsel Jeb Johnson, refers only to state and local laws.
The Obama administration, Sprigg said, is in full-scale rebellion when it comes to enforcing DOMA.
“We see this administration attacking DOMA within all three branches of government because they are supporting a bill in Congress which would repeal DOMA, they have announced that they will no longer defend DOMA in the courts, and in fact they consider it unconstitutional,” Sprigg said.
“And now, by whatever powers they have within the executive branch, they are also ignoring DOMA – all while saying that they would continue to enforce it while it remains on the books,” he said. “It’s really rather breathtaking.”
Sprigg also said the Pentagon announcement comes as homosexual activists announced this week that they were gearing up to push for transgendered people to be accepted into the military.

Anti-Establishment History:
By Al Benson Jr. Book reviews are something I have enjoyed reading and writing over the years, although I don’t consider myself especially good at writing them. On and off folks have sent me copies of their books to review and when I get one that looks like a good read I try to take the time to do a reading and review that I can hopefully get published somewhere to help them out.
The book Donnie Kennedy and I have recently had published by Pelican Publishing Co., “Lincoln’s Marxists,” has gotten a couple good reviews on Amazon.com which I enjoyed reading. We recently had another review of our book that was somewhat less than everything you could hope for, but, given the nature of the subject, I guess that is to be expected. The review was published by an outfit called Book News Inc.
which is out of Portland, Oregon. The reviewer majors on the minor of the two different names Donnie and I give to the “late unpleasantness.” He says we “argue between themselves over whether the US Civil War should be called The War of Southern Independence or the War of Northern Aggression.”

Judicial Watch Obtains Documents Detailing the Cost to Taxpayers for Michelle Obama’s Family Trip
Charges for the Aircraft and Crew Alone Amount to $424,142
Washington, DC — October 4, 2011
Judicial Watch, the organization that investigates and fights government corruption, announced today that it has obtained mission expense records and passenger manifests from the United States Air Force related to the June 21-27, 2011, trip taken by First Lady Michelle Obama, her family and her staff to South Africa and Botswana. Judicial Watch obtained the documents pursuant to an August 19, 2011, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Air Force (No. 11-1496)). Judicial Watch is investigating the purpose and itinerary of the trip as well as a breakdown of the costs to taxpayers.
On June 28, 2011, Judicial Watch filed a FOIA request seeking the mission taskings, transportation records, and passenger manifests for Michelle Obama’s Africa trip. Documents were only provided after Judicial Watch filed suit:
According to U.S. Department of Defense’s published hourly rates for the C-32A aircraft used for the trip, Judicial Watch calculated the total cost to American taxpayers was $424,142 for use of the aircraft (34.8 flight hours x $12,188 per hour). (The C-32 is a specially configured military version of the Boeing 757.) Other expenses – meals (off the plane), transportation, security, various services, etc. – have yet to be disclosed.
The passenger manifests confirm the presence of Obama’s daughter’s, Malia and Sasha on the trip. The two girls are listed as “Senior Staff.” The manifests also list Mrs. Obama’s mother, Marian Robinson, and niece and nephew, Leslie and Avery Robinson, as well Mrs. Obama’s makeup and hairstylist (Carl Ray and Johnny Wright).
The expense records also show $928.44 was spent for “bulk food” purchases on flight. Overall, during the trip, 192 meals were served for the 21 passengers on board.
The professed purpose of Michelle Obama’s trip to South Africa and Botswana was to encourage young people living in the two growing democracies to become involved in national affairs; and during her scheduled stops in Pretoria and Cape Town, South Africa and in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana, the First Lady used the opportunity to speak on education, health and wellness issues.
The trip also included such tourist events as visits to historical landmarks and museums, plus a nonworking chance to send time with Nelson Mandela, a meeting that Mrs. Obama described as “surreal.” The trip ended with a private family safari at a South African game reserve before the group returned to Washington on June 27.
“This trip was as much an opportunity for the Obama family to go on a safari as it was a trip to conduct government business,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This junket wasted tax dollars and the resources of our overextended military. No wonder we had to sue to pry loose this information.”
Previously, Judicial Watch uncovered that the First Couple’s 2009 “date night” trip to New York for dinner and a Broadway show cost taxpayers over $11,000 in Secret Service costs alone.

Bush responded to 9/11 according to traditional US foreign policy (We’re bad to the bone.):
The war on terror that former U.S. President George W. Bush declared following the 9/11 attacks has been criticised for being incompatible with American traditions. Yet a new doctoral thesis from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, shows that his decisions, actions and ideas really did not differ much from previous U.S foreign policy.
‘The Bush administration is just one of many that have used these types of situations to expand the U.S. influence in the world,’ says Frida Stranne, author of the thesis.
>
‘His notion of preventive warfare was new, but his use of 9/11 to strengthen the U.S. dominance in the world is clearly just another example of a U.S. administration that has used a certain event for this purpose. The role of financial interests, ideologies, lies and exaggerated threats in U.S. foreign policy is not by any means new,’ says Stranne.

The Awlaki Sanction: Who’s Next on the List? by William Norman Grigg
The links connecting Anwar al-Awlaki to anti-American terrorism were entirely suppositious, forged through unsubstantiated official assertion. He was, at most, a clerical propagandist who never exercised command authority. For that matter, no evidence has been presented that he ever had an operational role in a military force of any kind.
Awlaki – an American-born cleric who was once courted by the Pentagon – was accused of expressing support for armed attacks against U.S. military personnel and government interests. It is not terrorism to employ lethal violence against an invading and occupying army, nor is it a crime to express support for armed self-defense – including armed interposition against the aggressive designs of the U.S. government.
The administration asserted – without providing evidence – that Awlaki had an “operational” role in planning terrorist attacks against U.S. citizens. If evidence supporting that charge existed, the administration had the unconditional constitutional duty to indict Awlaki and put him on trial.
Intelligence officials knew Awlaki’s location. The government of Yemen, which is headed by a pliant thug named Ali Abdullah Saleh, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Washington and would have eagerly cooperated in an effort to track down and extradite Awlaki. But this would not have validated the claim – made by the Bush administration, and embraced by its successor – that the President of the United States isn’t bound by the Constitution, but rather is the Living Constitution.
As a guarantee of individual liberty, a political constitution is about as intrinsically valuable as a paper currency. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are irredeemable unless they are backed by a noble metal – lead, in the form of privately owned ammunition. Nonetheless, and for the record, this must be said:
There is nothing in the Constitution or laws of the United States of America that permits a president to order the summary execution of any human being. Only Congress can declare war. Only a jury can find someone guilty of a crime. Only a judge can impose a death sentence. Or such would be the case, were we still living in a constitutional republic, rather than the militarist empire into which that republic inevitably degenerated.
The vertically integrated murder apparatus that killed Awlaki and fellow U.S. citizen Samir Khan is entirely autonomous – and increasingly automated. Awlaki was………………..

Woman Sees Creepy Face in the Water at Pearl Harbor Memorial [PROTESTANT/EVANGELICAL CAUCUS]
It seems like every few months, somebody is finding the face of Jesus in their toast, the image of a deceased relative in their drying paint, or the silhouette of the Virgin Mary in their soup. Sometimes these things seem eerily realistic, other times they seem bogus. What Susan De Vanny, an Australian tourist visiting the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, found was definitely the former.
Susan captured a photo of water over the wreckage with oil shimmering from the sun, and amidst the ripples and light is the image of a ghostly-looking face that appears to be screaming. No, like an actual face.
Susan didn’t realize what she had photographed at first, but when she was going through her vacation photos, she saw the scary image. She said, “I showed my husband and I didn’t say anything, I said just have a look at the photo, and he said, ‘Oh my gosh it’s a face,’ and then the kids saw it and they go, ‘Oh wow.’”
While visiting the memorial, the De Vanny family learned that 1,177 sailors died aboard the USS Arizona during the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941 — and that most of the bodies were never recovered. Susan feels that her photo is perhaps a message from beyond. She said, “It just looked really sad, really sad and young. The face, to me, looked young, which I don’t know if it represents the men at that time who perished.”
Hmm … I’m not usually one to drink the Kool-Aid, but it kind of seems like it definitely is one of the men who perished. It’s a face — a screaming, clearly-distressed face. And Susan didn’t notice it until she saw her photo. Things that only come up in photos are ghosts! Everybody knows that. That’s Photography 101.
Whether you believe the image is a being from beyond or simply a random way the light happened to catch the water is all you. But you have to admit, it’s a freaky photo. And you also have to admit it’s totally a ghost.

Occupy Wall Street is a tea party with brains
More than two weeks after a band of young people began camping out in the shadow of the New York Stock Exchange, the movement to remake America’s inequitable financial system is growing
It’s been called the Woodstock of Wall Street, but that’s hardly an apt comparison. The gathering at Max Yasgur’s farm 42 years ago was built on a generation looking for peace, love, some drugs and acid rock. The kids today are looking for real, tangible change of the capitalist sort. They’re organized, lucid and motivated.

A shocking new Federal Security Services (FSB) report on Prime Minister Putin’s meeting this past week with one of China’s top military leaders is warning that the United States and its Western allies are in “active preparation” for the unleashing of a series of catastrophic events over the coming year designed to throw the world into chaos from which they hope global economic and social order can be restored.
According to this FSB report, China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS) were given the outlines of this massive plot by a former Blackwater mercenary named Bryan Underwood who was a contract security guard at a US consulate in China who believed his actions in getting this information to China and Russia would help avert an “apocalypse.”
Underwood has subsequently been arrested by………….

Second Update on Walter Fitzpatrick| The Post & Email
SOLITARY CONFINEMENT, NO MAIL AND NO PHONE ACCESS HAVE BEEN REPORTED
by Sharon Rondeau
Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III has been exposing judicial corruption in Monroe County, TN for more than two years. Law enforcement’s response has been, “Live with it!”
(Oct. 3, 2011) — The Post & Email received a report last evening at approximately 5:35 p.m. EDT that LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick, who was arrested following a sentencing hearing on September 23, 2011, is being kept in solitary confinement and has been denied mail and the ability to make telephone calls.
Numbers for contacts in Tennessee and at the federal level can be found in Neil Turner’s article dated September 30, 2011.
Are there veterans or patriotic citizen groups in eastern Tennessee willing to take action on the reported civil rights violations taking place against Fitzpatrick and others in the Monroe County jail? Is there an Oathkeepers organization in that area willing to step forward and speak out? Is anyone in Monroe County willing to challenge the judges, sheriff’s department, and complicit court personnel about their criminal behavior?
Is there an attorney who specializes in RICO, civil rights deprivation, or violation of the Fifth Amendment willing to take on the law-breakers in Monroe County?
Or is everyone simply too afraid, the way people were in the Soviet Union?
If so, then it appears that life there will not change…………..

Was Awlaki an American?
Friday morning, Predator drones operated by the CIA and Joint Special Operations Command rendezvoused over Yemen and launched Hellfire missiles that blew to pieces the radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.
A declared enemy in the war on terror was eliminated.
Yet Awlaki was a U.S. citizen.
Reps. Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul denounced the action. Kucinich said President Obama “trampled on the Constitution.” Paul said Awlaki had never been convicted. “Nobody knows if he killed anybody.” Paul described what was done as “assassinating” an American.
Did we have the right to target and kill Awlaki?
According to U.S. intelligence, Awlaki inspired or incited the Fort Hood massacre and Times Square bomber. Intelligence officials say he played a direct role in the attempt to bring down an airliner over Detroit at Christmas 2009. That would make him an accomplice in attempted mass murder.
Indeed, there is more hard evidence tying Awlaki to acts of terror against the United States than there ever was tying Saddam Hussein to acts of terror against us.
Yet it is also true that Awlaki was never convicted of these crimes. What, then, is the legal case for killing him?
Answer: America is at war with al-Qaida — a war authorized and funded by Congress. In that war, Awlaki, hiding in a foreign country, has been inspiring and inciting Muslims to massacre U.S. citizens who are noncombatants — a war crime under the Geneva Conventions. Adds Obama, Awlaki was the “external operations” chief for al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula.
And even if Awlaki were not an operations officer in al-Qaida, only a propagandist, his actions would seem to constitute wartime treason.
When killed, he was traveling with 25-year-old Saudi-born Samir Khan, another American, who edited and wrote Inspire, the English-language magazine of al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula. Khan, who had proclaimed, “I am proud to be a traitor in America,” was also killed in the drone attack.
Do we have a right to target enemy propagandists who do not carry out acts of mass murder but encourage or instigate them?
Ezra Pound, the American poet and expatriate who made wartime broadcasts from Mussolini’s Italy attacking Jews and FDR, was charged with treason and spent a dozen years in St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for the Insane.
Lord Haw-Haw, the American-born William Joyce, who broadcast from Berlin during World War II, was executed by the British, though like Pound, he killed no one. Mildred Gillars, the American-born “Axis Sally,” was imprisoned for treason in the United States after World War II.
Ikuko Toguri D’Aquino, the American woman branded “Tokyo Rose,” was imprisoned for treasonous radio broadcasts, though later pardoned by President Ford.
Would it have been unconstitutional for the U.S. military to target the radio station broadcasting Tokyo Rose?
Alfred Rosenberg, the Nazi ideologist and race theorist, was convicted at Nuremberg and hanged. One does not have to kill in wartime to get the death penalty for war crimes.
Several of the German saboteurs put ashore in Florida and Long Island were U.S. citizens who were tried in secret and executed. Their executions were upheld by the Supreme Court.
As the Obama administration argues, were Japanese-Americans to have been found engaged in support of Japanese forces in wartime, they could have been targeted and killed.
The order to intercept and shoot down the aircraft carrying Adm. Yamamoto, architect of Pearl Harbor, would appear to qualify as wartime assassination. As does Winston Churchill’s decision to drop British-trained Czech and Slovak agents into Czechoslovakia to assassinate Reinhard Heydrich.
That assassination produced severe blowback. The Nazis exacted retribution on the Czech village of Lidice, killing all the males over 16 and sending the women and children to concentration camps.
But the controversy over the Awlaki-Khan killings raises real issues.
The lack of a declaration of war prevents us from charging such individuals with treason, which, under the Constitution, “shall consist only in levying War against” the United States “or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”
The issue of dual citizenship also arises. Awlaki was a citizen of the United States, having been born here. But he was also a citizen of Yemen. What was his nationality: American or Yemeni? Was he really one of us?
In the Oath of Allegiance to the United States, the new citizen pledges, “I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen.”
Did not Awlaki’s leadership of al-Qaida contradict any allegiance? Obama did the right thing, but we need clarity in this new kind of war.
Having struck al-Qaida in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen, where else is it permissible to use drones to kill enemies?
If American propagandists for al-Qaida are legitimate targets, who else is? Sympathizers? And for how long can we launch such attacks?
A decent respect for the opinion of mankind would seem to require answers.
Honduran Farmers Slaughtered In Name Of Global Warming
23 farmers in Honduras were slaughtered in cold blood by hired mercenaries as they tried to protect their land from being seized by a corporation who wanted to use the land to produce biofuels as part of a United Nations-accredited EU carbon trading scheme.
Honduran Farmers Slaughtered In Name Of Global Warming 00HOND
“Protests erupted in July when six international human rights advocacy groups presented a report to the EP detailing what they called murders and forced evictions of peasants in El Bajo Aguán Valley of northern Honduras, ” reports the New American.
“The International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH) report accuses UN-sanctioned palm oil mills of stealing farmland from Honduran natives and killing or wounding them when they attempt to defend their property. It says the companies, acting with government impunity, regularly target members of local land-rights movements who end up murdered in feigned car accidents or hunted down and shot by private security guards.”
The United Nations’ CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) responded to news of the killings with a collective shrug of the shoulders………..

Cain willing to consider vice presidency
NEW YORK – ………..The details of Cain‘s 15-minute presentation to 500 or more movers and shakers in the Big Apple were considered “off the record,” but WND can report that after the presentation, Cain received a standing ovation from the assembled crowd.
……Cain drew parallels to former President George H.W. Bush, who in 1980 lost the nomination to Ronald Reagan but signed on to become his vice president:
“If it is the right nominee, someone that I can respect and that I believe I can work with,” Cain said of accepting the vice presidential nomination, “then I would obviously seriously consider it.”
The candidate refused to retract his recent criticism of Texas Gov. Rick Perry over a racial profanity found on property the Perry family often used, but he also dismissed the ensuing controversy:
“I made a statement and I stand by it,” Cain said. “However long that was on that rock was insensitive. I am done with that issue. I am not going to go back and dig it up. I don’t believe that the ‘N’ word on that rock represents in any way how Governor Perry feels about black people. I am not going to fan that flame because I don’t believe there is any fire.”
[snip]
Cain also rejected concerns about the “legal propriety” surrounding the recent killing of al-Qaida leader Anwar al-Awlaki, who was an American citizen:
“If you had a convicted murder in this country who escaped from prison, the fact that he was an American citizen and escaped from prison, would you not shoot him?” Cain asked.

Lockerbie bomber, no longer in “coma,” says his role was exaggerated
Remember at the end of August, when Tripoli was falling and Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi took a timely turn for the worse? He was portrayed as “comatose” and the rebels refused to extradite him; after all, he was supposedly very, very near death.
It’s a miracle. In what appears to be a new interview, he’s conscious, coherent, and talking, and says his role was “exaggerated,” even as the National Transitional Council gives mixed signals on how much it will cooperate in further investigations.
“Megrahi says his Lockerbie role exaggerated,” by Mahmoud al-Ghirbani for Reuters, October 3:
TRIPOLI (Reuters) – Abdel Basset al-Megrahi, the man convicted of the 1988 Lockerbie bombing that killed 270 people, said his role in the attack had been exaggerated and the truth about what really happened would emerge soon. Megrahi, released from a Scottish prison two years ago because he was suffering from terminal cancer, spoke to Reuters from a bed at his Tripoli home. Looking frail and his breathing labored, he said he had only a few months, at most, to live. “The facts (about the Lockerbie bombing) will become clear one day and hopefully in the near future. In a few months from now, you will see new facts that will be announced,” he told Reuters Television over the pinging of medical monitors. Everyone’s impressed by the “machine that goes ‘ping!’”
“The West exaggerated my name. Please leave me alone. I only have a few more days, weeks or months.” Megrahi was found guilty in 2001 of bombing Pan Am flight 103 as it flew to New York from London on December 21, 1988. All 259 people aboard the aircraft were killed and 11 others on the ground in the Scottish town of Lockerbie also died from falling wreckage. His release on compassionate grounds angered many relatives of the victims, 189 of whom were American, and the Obama administration criticized the decision. A number of U.S. politicians have pressed for his extradition to the U.S. The United States said on Monday it still believed Megrahi should be behind bars. “He does seem to have made a miraculous recovery…he never should have been let out of jail,” State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said. “We continue to believe that the right place for Megrahi is behind bars and we will continue to make that case to the Libyans.” Megrahi, who had served as an intelligence agent during the rule of deposed Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, denied any role in suspected human rights abuses in his home country. “All my work was administrative. I never harmed Libyans,” he said.” I didn’t harm anyone. I’ve never harmed anyone in my life.”…

The War Against Christianity in America
The origin of the war against Christianity in the United States can be traced back to the early days of the public school movement when Unitarians, Owenite socialists and atheists, and Hegelian pantheists vehemently rejected the God-centered worldview of the Founding Fathers and sought to secularize education and substitute salvation through scientific education than by salvation through Christ .
However, it wasn’t until the turn of the last century and the rise of the progressive education movement that the war in America took on the militancy which characterizes it today. The progressives were, for the most part, members of the Protestant academic elite who no longer believed in the religion of their fathers and transferred their faith to science, evolution, and psychology.
The scientific method provided the means to acquire unlimited knowledge of the material world, evolution explained the origin of life and man, and psychology provided the scientific means of studying man’s nature and controlling his behavior. There was no need for supernatural religion in the progressive scheme of things.
Early in the 20th century, the progressives embarked on a messianic mission to change America from a capitalist, individualistic, and believing society into a socialist, collectivist, atheist or humanist society. They were motivated by the need not only to prove the nonexistence and/or irrelevance of God, but to deal with the age-old problem of evil: what caused it and how it could be eliminated.
According to the Bible, evil behavior in man is the result of his sinful nature. Man’s disobedience in the Garden of Eden resulted in his fall from grace, his loss of immortality, and his coming under the influence of Satan. The New Testament teaches us that only by obedience to God’s law and salvation through Christ can man save himself from the horrible consequences of

Herman Cain and the Perfect Storm of 2012
In 2012 the world will see a perfect storm. This is one of those few times in history when a year of crisis is predictable.
Short-term outlook: big ups and downs.
Long-term outlook: much better.
Why?
1. The Biggest Presidential Election of the 21st Century: Will America pick socialism or freedom?
Uncertainty: max. Outcomes: huge.
2. Iran gets nukes and missiles. What will they do with them? Nobody knows.
Uncertainty: max. Outcomes: huge.
Solution: massively accelerate missile defenses.
Question: will missile defense be an election issue? (If not, what are elections for?)
3. Saudis prepare for the end of the oil cartel. OPEC‘s demise can be predicted from huge shale discoveries around the world from Poland to Montana. No oil spigot, no cartel. If the ecomaniacs manage to hobble U.S. shale development, we’ll get it from Poland and Canada. Not even the most radical ecofanatics can stop this development around the world. Just think what China will do. The result: no Hugo Chávez with Venezuelan oil, and a steep loss of income for Gulf Arabs. They might even stop all that hate propaganda against the Wicked West. In 2012 the markets will predict lower energy prices without strategic bottlenecks like the Persian Gulf.
Uncertainty: minimal. Outcomes: good for the rest of us.
4. Dictatorships rise in the Muslim world. The phony “Arab Spring” will pop like the bubble it always was. Muslim nations have always gone back to dictatorships after turmoil. The only question is: will it be a modernizing military dictatorship or the radical Moos? Or both? Pakistan is run by an unstable mixture. That system is sometimes called “fascism.”
5. If the US pulls out of Iraq, the Iranians will attack and/or sabotage the third-biggest country in the Middle East.
Uncertainty: max. Outcomes: terrible.
Prediction: Obama won’t pull…
