Lawlessness, injustice, and contempt for democratic values define his administration. He delivered change all right – for the worst, and nothing ahead looks promising.

Obama-style “rules of engagement” include bullets, bombs, slit throats, knives in the back, or drone attacks justice.

Targeted victims are declared guilty by accusation. Due process and judicial fairness are discarded artifacts. US citizens are as vulnerable as global enemies.

No one is safe anywhere in a world ruled by rogue leaders, taking the law into their own hands with impunity.

Take Back The American Dream”

In his speech to the “Take Back The American Dream” conference Monday, former Obama advisor Van Jones held up the “Occupy Wall Street” movement as an example of what progressives could do to force change.

“I’m not mad at [the tea party] for being so loud,” he said. “I’m mad at us for being so quiet the last two years.”

“Something just came across the news wire,” Jones announced. “It’s an extraordinary thing. We know we have the young folks and the struggling folks who are down there on Wall Street… They went down there to the scene of the crime against our future. They went down there and they have been camping in the rain. They’ve been beaten. They’ve been pepper-sprayed. They’ve been falsely arrested. And when they police were dragging them away, they said, We’re out here, the 99 percent, we’re fighting the one percent. You, officer, are part of the 99 percent. We’re fighting for your pensions too. We’re fighting for your pensions too.’ This is a new movement.”

“And because of their courage and the character they showed, today it was announced that in their dress blues, Marines are going to protect them and stand with them. In their dress blues! The Marines! The veterans!”

He added: “This is a movement moment! Something’s happening in America! Something’s happening in America! Don’t you give up on this country! Don’t you give up on this movement!”

“They’re going to stand out there with those young people in their dress uniforms. And one of them had a sign and the sign said, ‘This is the second time I fought for my country… It’s the first time I’ve known who my enemy was.’”

A Marine Discusses the Wall Street Protest and NYPD | Veterans Today:

Back in 2000, Americans sat on their behinds while their government was stolen. In New York, first responders, fire and police, were victims of a terror attack I am absolutely certain was planned in Washington. We call such things “false flag.” 9/11 wasn’t the first and there have been many since, London, Madrid, Detroit, I could go on forever.

Like Vietnam vets, first responders at 9/11, police, fire, rescue volunteers and bystanders will enjoy shortened lives, poisoned by the imaginary “toxic soup” which we are now learning involved exotic explosives and ionizing radiation.

Soon after 9/11, America’s government went into a rampage of monstrous behavior, kidnapping, murder and illegal invasions and nobody spoke up. We, “America,” became everything we were all taught to hate and nobody spoke up, almost nobody.

It was all part of the same crime, as any good cop recognized from “day one.” “Day one” was when…………………….

End of the World.. October 21st.. ‘Probably..’

Remember Harold Camping?

He’s the Christian broadcaster who said the rapture would happen on May 21st.

He later said he was “flabbergasted” that the rapture didn’t happen. Well, now he says the ‘real rapture’ will happen on October the 21st – probably.

RUSH: Speaking of the Republican primaries, Larry Flynt I see is offering up to $1 million for details of sex with Rick Perry. Have you heard that? (interruption) What, if you had details — you wouldn’t pass them on? No. No, no, no. If you’re a woman, if you’ve had sex with Perry he’s willing to pay you, but if you’ve got details of somebody else having sex with Perry you could follow up. I want to make a counteroffer, ladies and gentlemen. I today would like to offer up to $1 million for any details of sex with Warren Buffett‘s secretary. “But, Rush! But, Rush! She’s not a public figure like Rick Perry.”

The hell she’s not. She’s now the most influential woman in America, Warren Buffett’s secretary and her tax rate.

Will the Durbin Amendment Lead to $100 Credit Card Annual Fees?

Dick Durbin‘s Amendment stipulates new rules that will lead to lower fees for merchants when you swipe a debit card in their stores. Merchants currently pay around 1% of every debit card transaction to the credit card cartel. The lower fees to merchants, in theory, could lower prices in stores. We don’t think consumers will benefit.

The Australian government capped credit and debit interchange in 2003, which has resulted in some pretty pathetic credit card offers compared to what we have stateside. The average annual fee in Australia is $132, compared with $19 in the US. Rewards programs are also far inferior, as you might expect, and APRs average a full 4% higher than in the US.

While it’s impossible to quantify how interchange regulation is re-distributing profits, it doesn’t seem to us like this benefits the consumer at all. Merchants know what price you’re willing to pay for their goods, so they have no incentive to lower prices, but will likely use this regulation to justify raising prices on card users.

Even if merchants are honest and decide to lower prices for cash payers by 2%, the credit card user is still getting double-taxed – once by the merchant in terms of a “credit card surcharge”, and once by the credit card company in terms of higher annual fees, higher interest rates, and lower rewards.

There is no public record of the operations or decisions of the panel, which is a subset of the White House’s National Security Council, several current and former officials said. Neither is there any law establishing its existence or setting out the rules by which it is supposed to operate.”

Found these 2 articles prescient :

Fox News, Glenn Beck, 12/8/10

Beck: “I Told You Unrest Was Coming To Europe And Then It’s Coming Here.”

From Beck’s Fox News show:

Showing you for a year in advance — a year in advance, I told you unrest was coming to Europe and then it’s coming here. I have shown you now in the last few a months the actual unrest and violence in the street of Europe.

Again, today in Greece, the unions shut down public transportation. Who did I tell you would go that? The unions. Students are taking to the street in England over possible tuition hikes. I told you that would happen a year ago.

We showed you the burning cars. We’ve showed you how they are mirroring the failed economic policies here in America. I’m a paranoid lunatic, seditious. This must be suffocating paranoia.

Now, let me ask you this — are they willing now to say the same thing about the Pentagon? Because they have been war-gaming an economic crisis for almost two years now. One of these war games was called Unified Quest 2011.

=======================================

“The latest twist is an attempt to highlight anonymous threats against leftist scholar and strategist Frances Fox Piven as a way of forcing Glenn Beck, a critic of Piven, off the air, or at least prohibiting him from mentioning her on his Fox News television show

It is extraordinary that conservatives should be charged with stirring up violence at a moment when Piven, in an editorial in The Nation, has called for an American movement of “strikes and riots” on the model of the one recently seen in Greece.

Yet it is not conservatives but Piven and The Nation who advocate violence. Neither Piven nor The Nation should be forcibly silenced, but they certainly ought to be criticized. Instead, The Nation is leading the effort to silence those who have rightly condemned Piven’s call for rioting in America.

An article by Brian Stelter in Saturday’s New York Times is a thinly disguised gesture of support for The Nation’s campaign. “

Steve Jobs: The college dropout who started a company called Apple changed the world and our lives for the better, creating jobs, wealth and opportunity. He didn’t need an industrial policy picking winners and losers.

It is fitting that many people learned of the passing of Steve Jobs on devices of his making. The iPods and iPads that sprang from his creative imagination and bold leadership have changed society in ways that can’t be counted, starting with the way we obtain and disseminate news and entertainment.

He joins the pantheon of American genius that includes Thomas Edison, the Wright Brothers, Henry Ford and many others before and after who demonstrated what free minds in a free country that relied on free markets were capable of.

Once, we were a country that created and made things that changed lives and society for the better.

We built what President Obama called the “intercontinental railroad.” Our greatest generation saved the planet from incomprehensible tyranny and a new dark age. We went to the moon.

Now we are largely a service economy, one that consumes rather than creates. We are in debt up to our proverbial eyeballs to those who once lined up to buy what we made. We shuffle forms and papers, largely to and from a government that regulates, taxes and stifles the current generation of entrepreneurs.

Steve Jobs, the visionary who dropped out of Oregon’s Reed College after one semester, went on to co-found a startup company called Apple in his parents’ Silicon Valley garage. He and Steve Wozniak built their first commercial product, the Apple I, in 1976.

Dear Governors all,

Unless there was massive voter and/or election fraud in your state elections, each and every one of you has been elected by your citizens to manage the executive branch of your state’s republic form of government to the best of your ability, and, according to the terms of your sworn oath of office, to defend and protect both your state constitution and the Constitution for the United States.

It is your oath of office and your commitment to your citizens that I want to address here.

People of your state are in the midst of witnessing the complete and utter destruction of our federal republic and several state governments at the hands of many dedicated progressive and Marxist enemies within our state and federal governments. Although this is largely happening at the federal level, and is happening after many years of preparation by our country’s enemies that include the international bankers, the wealthy and powerful elite, and several foreign governments, by your silence, you are complicit with this destruction……………

Jon Christian Ryter — Obama Tests “Election Crisis”

October 6, 2011 Leave a comment

…..For 77 years, from 1836 to 1913, the States refused to reauthorize a central bank in the United States. The States relented only because, before enacting the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the federal government unconstitutionally certified, as ratified, the 16th and 17th Amendments. The 17th Amendment took the US Senator out from under the thumb of the State legislators and put them under the purview of the princes of industry and the barons of banking and business. It was an arrangement they liked. States rights disappeared on April 8, 1913. Lincoln’s war against States rights was a victory for federal supremacy. Which was the whole purpose of the Civil War.

The 16th Amendment created a federal income tax—a right, heretofore, not possessed by the federal government although, from 1862 to 1878, the Jacobin Congress legislated a blatantly unconstitutional federal income tax. The Executive Branch argued before the US Supreme Court that an income tax was imperative to protect the nation in a time of great civil unrest. And the Whig/Federalist dominated Supreme Court yielded to the White House just as Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes yielded to FDR whenever Roosevelt used his trite, worn-out 1929 national emergency to promulgate his merchantistic agenda. FDR’s “national emergency” became Obama’s “national crisis.”

Presidents are the greatest students of history. Unlike your children and grandchildren who get to see only the revisionist’s view of history (made to fit the future that is being tailored for the American people by the princes of industry and politics, and the barons of banking and business, politicians learn history as it really was. For example, all of us watched as Obama and the Democratic leadership in the Senate created the imaginative Super Committee to solve the debt and job crisis. In the closing days of the 35th Congress, the Senate promulgated what was called the Committee of Thirteen (formed by Sen. Lazarus Whitehead Powell [D-KY] and Sen. Charles Sumner [R-MA] on Dec. 6, 1860 to try to keep South Carolina from seceding from the nation. They failed. A second group, called the Committee of Thirty-three (one Congressman for each of the 33 States) was formed in a last ditch effort, a month before a man with a 39% mandate from the voters was sworn in as the 16th President of the United States, to restore the Union. It failed as well because the secession of 11 States had nothing to do with slavery and everything to do with States rights, and the supremacy of the States over the federal government.

The princes of industry and the barons of banking and business radically altered the free enterprise system by…..

Rush Limbaugh contends that President Barack Obama is “setting up riots” through the Occupy Wall Street protests that are spreading across the country.

“There’s no doubt in my mind that the White House is behind this,” he said. “Obama is setting up riots. He is fanning the flames.”

The “anarchists” and “union thugs” who are rallying against corporate greed are Obama’s constituents, Limbaugh said.

“Occupy Wall Street is his base,” he said. “Those are his foot soldiers.”

Calling Obama’s news conference about the American Jobs Act this morning “incompetence on parade,” Limbaugh said the nearly $450 billion spending package has no chance of curing the economic ills…

Barack Hussein Obama: The Biggest Fraud Ever to Sit in the Oval Office

October 6, 2011 3 comments

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: We have a president here with a perverse mind. Now, let’s really sum up this press conference for you, this news conference where no news was made. Obama said, “If the jobs bill doesn’t pass, the economy could get worse.” The economy is getting worse! It has been getting worse since his first day in office. It will continue to get worse if he is in office. This guy is the biggest fraud to ever sit in the Oval Office.

He has created widespread, long-term unemployment. We’re now told this is the new normal, nine, 9.2, 9.5% unemployment, really 11. I mean the job universe is down. The number of jobs available in this country is down by two million since he took office. If there were as many jobs available now as when he took office, the unemployment rate would be 11.3%. That’s from James Pethokoukis at Reuters.

So he creates widespread long-term unemployment, comes up with a massive tax bill, which he calls a jobs bill, and then says if it’s not passed the economy is gonna get worse? This is the creation of a perverse mind. Hold that thing up, “The economy is gonna get worse if we don’t pass this”? I don’t know about you, I don’t like a president who threatens me. I want him threatening our enemies. But he makes me feel like an enemy. I’ve got a job, I’m paying taxes, and I’m made to feel like I am his enemy. And you know why? Because I am. It’s true. He looks at me as an enemy, just as he looks at everybody else. When he starts rabble-rousing here, this is community agitating on parade. This is community organizing. If you’ve never really been quite clear what it is, take a look at Occupy Wall Street. That’s community organizing, and he’s the organizer, the money furnished by George Soros.

RUSH: You know, I showed up here feeling quite sad today — yeah, I did — over the death of Steve Jobs. And then to have to sit here for the last hour and watch this excuse for a press conference, made this a very tough day. We’re looking at incompetence on parade here.

Hi, folks, Rush Limbaugh, the EIB Network, and the Limbaugh Institute, Advanced Conservative Studies. Telephone number is 800-282-2882 if you want to be on the program.

If you have ABC Radio News, if your EIB affiliate carries ABC Radio News and you’ve been listening to it mere moments ago, they’ve been playing sound bites from Obama’s press conference as if they’re being fed those sound bites, and saying, “an angry sounding Obama.” And he has sounded angry a couple times. I’m thinking, “What in the world does he have to be angry about? He’s the one causing all this. He’s the one screwing everybody. He’s the one happily managing the decline of the United States of America.” And these fits of rage are prompted by questions that he considers to be beneath him, he doesn’t think he should be asked. Woman Sues for Torture by Rush

October 6, 2011 Leave a comment

RUSH: The story is from the Houston Chronicle. “Talk about your Monday from hell. Not only did Bridgett Nickerson Boyd’s car break down on her way to work, but when she pulled over to the side of the freeway, a sheriff’s deputy named Mark Goad pulled behind her, wrote her a ticket for driving on the shoulder, decided to arrest her, followed her to the hospital when her suddenly racing heart prompted a call to paramedics, then took her into custody again after she was treated by doctors and finally drove her to jail.”

Wait.

“To make matters worse, Boyd claims in a lawsuit that the handcuffs were put on her wrists painfully tight and that she was forced to listen to conservative broadcaster Rush Limbaugh “make derogatory comments about black people” all the way to the jail. Boyd is African-American. Because of the incident, which occurred on Oct. 4, 2010,” and we’re just now learning of this, “Boyd filed a federal lawsuit Monday against Goad and Harris County alleging defamation, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault and battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” That’s where I come in.

“‘Deputy Goad was aware that Boyd had not committed a crime and her arrest was without probable cause,’ according to the lawsuit filed in Houston. The magistrate who saw her while jailed apparently agreed and dismissed all charges. A spokesman for Sheriff Adrian Garcia declined to comment on the lawsuit.” We have an audio sound bite on this. This is a montage of Houston television stations and anchors talking about the woman suing Houston police because they forced her to listen to

me.

HURST: We haven’t heard this one before. She complains a deputy forced her to listen to Rush Limbaugh. She’s suing for mental anguish.

BALLEZA: Handcuffed, and forced to listen to Rush Limbaugh?

SACHSE: She was forced to listen to Rush Limbaugh, quote, “make derogatory remarks about black people through the deputy’s radio on the way to jail.”

CAREY: To torment her, he made her sit in the back of his patrol car listening to Rush Limbaugh.

RUSH: Now, it sounds like the way this thing got reported down there, that that was the number one offense. (laughing) Not the handcuffs. This woman doesn’t know how lucky she is. What a great opportunity she had, forced to listen. Derogatory comments about black people? We don’t make derogatory comments about black people. We make derogatory comments about liberals. According to her Facebook page, Bridgett Nickerson Boyd’s favorite TV shows are Chris Matthews and Rachel Maddow. No surprise there. (laughing) I don’t know about Jerry Springer. He’s not mentioned. Wouldn’t doubt it though. Forced to listen. Emotional distress.

Memo to Occupy Wall Street: Obama’s Present & Former WH Chief Of Staff Were Once Big Bankers

October 6, 2011 1 comment

Here is a memo/wake-up call to Occupy Wall Street:

1.) Obama‘s former White House COS Rham Emanuel: Did not have an MBA or prior banking experience, yet made $16.2 million dollars as a banker according to Wikipedia. New White House COS Daley: former big banker.

2.) Obama supported the TARP bill.

3.) Obama promised that his administration would be bereft of corporate lobbyists; yet at least 16 former lobbyists of some super-sized corporations apparently were hiding at the back entrance to the White House, because as soon as Obama took office they slipped into his administration.

4.) Obama received boatloads of campiagn cash bundled to him from big banks and “Wall Street.” Ann Coulter is correct on this. Democrats often make Republicans look like amateurs when it comes to this, and yet so many Democrats are duped into believing otherwise.

5.) Read Jane Hamsher‘s online article “Fact Sheet: The Truth About The Health Care Bill.” It is Progressives who say that Obama’s HCR bill was a sell-out to, as they like to call them, “Big Insurance” and “Big Pharma.”

Moveon.org, George Soros, Big Union and others (according to more than one media outlet) are connected to or behind getting Occupy Wall Street off the ground. OWS may have some true believers in it, but it appears to be largely astroturf. Sad but true.

Wall Street Puppet Obama Sympathizes With Anti-Wall Street Protests

Wall Street Puppet Obama Sympathizes With Anti Wall Street Protests 332936140 06091506

During a press conference this morning, the president said he sympathized with Occupy Wall Street protesters – words that are already ringing entirely hollow for those engaged with the movement, given that Obama’s top campaign contributors include four of Wall Street’s biggest investment banks.

“The American people understand that not everybody is following the rules. Wall Street is an example of that,” Obama told journalists gathered at the White House.

“These days a lot of folks doing the right thing aren’t rewarded, and a lot of folks not doing the right thing are rewarded,” the president added.

“I think people are frustrated and the protesters are giving voice to a more broad frustration about how our financial system works,” Obama went on to say.

When asked why he had not done more to prosecute Wall Street crooks, the president suggested that, although highly immoral practices had occurred, no illegal activity had taken place.

“Part of people’s frustration, part of my frustration, is that a lot of practices going on weren’t against the law,” he said.

Realists, however, may be more inclined to believe the inaction stems from the fact that the Obama administration is chock full of former Wall Street executives.

“Obama has even added new Wall Streeters who did not work for him in 2008, including former Goldman Sachs CEO Jon Corzine, Evercore Partners executive Charles Myers, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners CEO Steven Green, and Azita Raji, a former investment banker for JP Morgan,” according to a study by the Center for Responsive Politics.

Indeed, Obama’s 2012 campaign is reliant on Wall Street to an even greater extent than his 2008 campaign which was almost exclusively bankrolled by Wall Street firms. including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi Group and JP Morgan Chase.

A d v e r t i s e m e n t

During today’s press conference, Obama also defended bailouts of the big banks, claiming that the economy would have been even worse if no action had been taken.

In comments sure to cause more concern for free market advocates, Obama added that the government would fight “every step of the way” to ensure there is a consumer watchdog to ensure that the financial sector is regulated.

In separate comments, Vice President Joe Biden stated today that he understood the “frustration” of protesters.

The Occupy Wall Street response on the official forum has been that Obama’s words represent “more of the same”, with many contributors seeing through the rhetoric.

However, the presence of the Obama front group MoveOn.org has amplified on the OWS forum, where last week it was nowhere to be seen. This indicates a coordinated attempt to co-opt the legitimate protest movement and inject White House talking points.

One poster notes: “Now that Moveon.org, Obama and Biden have all come out in support of OWS, we now know that it was never anything more than just an Obama reelection rally. Somehow, OWS keeps thinking it is “outside” the system when it is in the very center of the system.”

Obama is clearly attempting to shift the American people’s frustration onto banks, hoping that people won’t come to the realization that his entire campaign is funded by these very same financial institutions.

He has ludicrously adopted the gimmick of appearing as the populist who sides with the American people, when in reality he is in completely in bed with Wall Street.

Obama: Fiddling as America Burns…..

October 6, 2011 Leave a comment

Folks, as you know I used to be the president of a division of a German bank. During my tenure at Commerzbank, I met and befriended a number of portfolio managers all over in Europe, many of whom I still keep in regular touch with. I value their perspective no matter what, and their points of view have become even more valuable over the last several months when European capital flow has been driving the markets.

I mentioned a few weeks ago both on the show and on Kudlow how the president’s speech in front of the United Nations was a missed opportunity to display strong American leadership and bestow some much-needed confidence back on the markets. I also pointed out that it was right after that speech that the market really took a turn, and that a lot of that selling pressure was coming directly from Europe. So I decided to tap into my network and get some more answers.

By and large, their reactions were very similar. And they weren’t so much surprising as they were disappointing. The U.S. had always been a global leader, they said, and whether or not they always agreed with our decisions, it was always understood that we were doing the things a leader needed to do. When they had a problem, the U.S. had always been there for them. That is no longer the case. We used to be the dog, and Europe was the tail. But thanks to weak leadership in Washington, that dynamic has shifted. Anymore, we seem to wag according to Europe.

This president’s dangerous lack of fiscal responsibility and the anti-business, anti-job-creation, anti-growth policies he continues to insist upon have not only crippled Americans, they’ve crippled America itself. As Vice President Cheney pointed out on yesterday’s show, the elitists and career politicians that my fellow Chicagoan has chosen to surround himself with include advisors and cabinet members who seem to lack a basic understanding of economics and the mechanics of what drives capital.

Make no mistake: the entire world watched as the president stood in front of the United Nations and completely missed an opportunity to assure the entire world that the U.S. is not only still in charge, but also in control. And if you don’t believe that we’re still feeling the impact of that missed opportunity, think again. Several of my European portfolio-manager friends have told me in as many words that the speech continues to linger in their mind, and that this American weakness has played into their market strategies.

The president of the United States fiddles while America burns. Real, serious fiscal reform is at least an election away. So as investors, what are we to do? Remember the old adage: don’t trade the market you want, trade the market that’s in front of you. Do your homework and identify value. An occasional liberal in the White House cannot destroy the American spirit. Confidence will eventually return to the marketplace, and the U.S. will once again be in its rightful place as a de facto global leader. Hopefully, you’ll be one of the people who looks back on this period as one of opportunity, not one of regret.

My very special thanks to my good friend Jeff Carter, independent speculator, Townhall contributor and author of the wonderful blog pointsandfigures.com, for guest hosting today’s show. (Oct. 6, 2011) — The odds-makers in Las Vegas would like nothing better than to have an “Easter Egg” bet. that’s the kind of bet when the chances of a winner (someone finding an egg) is so close to zero that they don’t even bother fixing the odds; they let the person making the wager do it for them, and the most perfect example of such a bet would be the “Peace in the Middle East” bet.

You can go to a bookie in Vegas and put down a $2.00 bet and set the odds at a million to one, no, let’s make it fifty-million to one that there’ll be peace for Israel in a year.

No, let’s make that ten years. Believe it or not, bookies, unlike politicians, have a conscience and would refuse the sucker bet and try and talk you into the chances of the Illini winning the National Championship next season.

WHY OBAMA IS NOT NATIVE-BORN

by Adrien Nash

If Obama was not born in the United States, can he be considered even “native-born?”

(Oct. 6, 2011) — I finally realized why the founders used native-born interchangeably with natural-born. It’s because they didn’t simplistically connect it to place-of-birth.

By natural law one is the same as one’s parents. Lions don’t give birth to donkeys. Natural inheritance is an inviolable law of nature. Members don’t give birth to non-members, nor do non-members give birth to members any more than donkeys give birth to lions. If born to a non-member, one isn’t a natural member even if a member by permission.

The most fundamental right in nature is property ownership, which begins with the wives and children of the Alpha male, hence the basis of patrilineal inheritance by descent. The children belong to him and inherit what pertains to him, be it his nature or his name and possessions.

Place of birth is only an issue in regard to “The Divine Right of Kings” and their Lordship over all born within their domain. One is born where one’s parents live and they live with their group for generation after generation. Fathering children with a member of another group is not a natural situation. Such offspring aren’t natives of the group because they aren’t natural members.

After over 100 years of a colony’s existence, its inhabitants became the new indigenous population, the new natives, and their colony was their only homeland. Their children were natives by birth in the homeland to parents who were indigenous members of the colony. They were the new natural natives through natural inheritance by birth to native parents…………

Obama’s premeditated murder of America

October 6, 2011 2 comments

Why is no one stepping forward to halt the murder of America?

As surely as the Bolsheviks murdered the Romanov family at Ekateringburg on July 17, 1918, Barack Obama and his handlers are murdering America.

Why is no elected official stepping forward to halt the murder of America; the assassination of 300 million lifestyles, not even counting the untold millions of freedom lovers who depend on the USA worldwide?

It is now crystal clear that Obama is pushing America into the certainty of a socialist state.

Pretending it isn’t happening is not doing anything to stop the greatest nation ever paid for in blood and sacrifice from disappearing forever from a predator weary world.

It is patently clear that Obama is as much “your agent of change” as Raila Odinga, the despot he actively campaigned for one year before he ran for his own presidential election in 2008.

Allen Eyes Obama For Movie Role

Woody Allen has confessed he’d love to cast America‘s First Lady Michelle Obama in his next movie – if he can write the perfect role for her.

The Annie Hall director’s new film, Midnight in Paris, features a performance by Carla Bruni, the wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

Allen decided on a whim to cast the politician’s wife as he shared a meal with the couple – and he’s adamant he’d make U.S. President Barack Obama‘s wife a similar offer.

Obama: I’ll win if 2012 choice is between me and GOP Congress

Obama: I’ll win if 2012 choice is between me and GOP Congress By Sam Youngman – 10/06/11 01:47 PM ET

President Obama challenged Republican lawmakers Thursday to pass his jobs package and deny him a key plank in his campaign platform: Running against a “do-nothing Congress.”

Obama blasted opposition to his $447 billion jobs act and demanded that opponents explain their opposition, continuing a refrain he has used on the road for the past month.

“If Congress does something, then I can’t run against a do-nothing Congress,” Obama said, smiling. “If Congress does nothing, then it’s not a matter of me running against them, I think the American people will run them out of town. Because they are frustrated.”

Obama did not mention the Senate Democrats who oppose the spending measures and tax hikes in his plan, and he was not asked about those opponents during a long and winding press conference.

Obama’s press conference came just a day after Senate Democrats announced they were jettisoning Obama’s preferred method of paying for his jobs package with a new 5.6 percent surtax on millionaires.

The move by Senate Democrats reflected the fact that Obama’s proposal did not have the support of 50 senators in his party, let along any Republicans. It also highlighted a break between the White House and Senate Democrats over who should pay higher taxes. Obama had wanted to pay for most of his jobs bill with new taxes on families with annual incomes more than $250,000.

While the tax changes are likely to bring more Senate Democrats on board, some also oppose spending measures in Obama’s plan.

Still, the movement means the Senate will move to Obama’s jobs package next week, something Obama was able to announce at the opening of his East Room press conference, the first he has held since late July during the debt ceiling talks.

Obama acknowledged the bill will not pass as proposed, and said he could accept the Senate Democrats’ way of paying for the bill.

“We’ve always said we’d be open to a variety of ways to pay for it,” Obama said. “The approach the Senate is taking I’m comfortable with.”

Obama also said he could accept breaking his package into smaller parts so that the Senate could try to pass it “piece by piece.”

But Obama promised he was ready to go on the attack against Republicans who hold back elements of his package, which includes infrastructure spending an extension and deepening of an existing payroll tax cut. Republicans have expressed skepticism with both of those provisions.

“[I]f Mr. McConnell chooses to vote against it or if members of his caucus choose to vote against it, I promise you, we’re going to keep on going, and we will put forward, maybe piece by piece, each component of the bill,” Obama said.

“And each time they’re going to have to explain why it is that they’d be opposed to putting teachers back in the classroom or rebuilding our schools or giving tax cuts to middle-class folks or — and giving tax cuts to small businesses.”

Obama offered little new other than what he has been saying while traveling around the country in an effort to sell the plan.

“The reason I keep going around the country talking about this jobs bill is because people really need help right now,” he said. “Our economy really needs a jolt right now. This is not a game. This is not the time for the usual political gridlock.”

The president indicated that he sees his only path to Republican cooperation as pressure from the American electorate.

“I would love nothing more than to not have to be out there campaigning because we were seeing constructive action here in Congress,” Obama said. “That’s my goal. That’s what I’m looking for.

“But I’m also dealing with a Republican majority leader who said that his number-one goal was to beat me — not put Americans back to work, not grow the economy, not help small businesses expand, but to defeat me. And he’s been saying that now for a couple of years. So, yeah, I’ve got to go out and enlist the American people to see if maybe he’ll listen to them if he’s not listening to me.”

The poor economy has beaten down Obama’s approval ratings, and polls show a minority of voters have confidence in Obama’s ability to guide the economy.

Still, even fewer have confidence in congressional Republicans, and a bright spot for the president is the jobs bill. Fifty-two percent of the public backed Obama’s bill, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll released this week.

The same poll showed Obama holds a 15-point lead on Republicans in Congress on who voters trust more to create jobs.

Obama praised his own willingness to compromise on Thursday, saying he had at every turn “gone out of my way in every instance — sometimes at my own political peril and to the frustration of Democrats — to work with Republicans to find common ground to move this country forward.”

“So what I’ve tried to do is say: Here are the best ideas I’ve heard, not just from partisans, but from independent economists; these are the ideas most likely to create jobs now and strengthen the economy right now, and that’s what the American people are looking for,” Obama said. “And the response from Republicans has been: No.”

Secret panel can put Americans on ‘kill list’ without any oversight

October 6, 2011 Leave a comment

American militants like Anwar al-Awlaki are placed on a kill or capture list by a secretive panel of senior government officials, which then informs the president of its decisions, according to officials.

There is no public record of the operations or decisions of the panel, which is a subset of the White House’s National Security Council, several current and former officials said. Neither is there any law establishing its existence or setting out the rules by which it is supposed to operate.

The panel was behind the decision to add Awlaki, a U.S.-born militant preacher with alleged al Qaeda connections, to the target list. He was killed by a CIA drone strike in Yemen late last month.

The role of the president in ordering or ratifying a decision to target a citizen is fuzzy. White House spokesman Tommy Vietor declined to discuss anything about the process.

Why In God’s Name Is The GOP Consenting to Let a Journolist Member Moderate a Debate? (Oct 11)

Before the MNSBC-Politico Debate, I wondered why in God’s name the Republican candidates would bother giving press and air time to a bunch of liberals asking snide questions down their noses to the GOP about issues not one person cares about.

After that debate it convinced me the GOP candidates should be more discerning in their debates.

And now, as Ben Domenech notes and I too can confirm, I think the candidates should boycott the Washington Post Bloomberg debate on October 11th. The debate is billed by the Washington Post as “exclusively” about the economy. I had relished them having this debate because a debate for two hours on the economy is precisely what we needed

But sources in multiple campaigns tell me they are really suddenly hacked off by the Washington Post and Bloomberg changing the format. According to the campaigns I have spoken to, they too were under the impression the debate would be exclusively about the economy. Now they are being given the impression that after the first hour the debate will go to other questions.

Now, if you were somewhere under a rock this past week, you will have missed that Bloomberg News has launched an all out assault on Koch Industries for crimes against humanity or some such —an attack premised on a lot of baloney, half-truths, and bad reporting, but done because the Kochs are of the right.

Then there is the Washington Post who posits the man-child Ezra Klein, who has never had a real job in his life outside of left-wing think tanks and subsidized publications, as some sort of business pundit.

In other words, the GOP is going to be vetted by a twenty something who actually took to the national airwaves to declare no one pays attention to the constitution because it is so old.

…Let’s ignore also that this paper ran with the story about the rock in Texas they can’t be bothered to get a picture of. (By the way, have you heard about that reporter’s criminal record?)

…If the Republicans can boycott Univision because that network attacked Marco Rubio, surely they can boycott the left-wing noise machine. The Republicans should tell WaPo and Bloomberg thanks but no thanks..

CORN ETHANOL IS MORE GOV‘T IDIOCY

Should we use ethanol for fuel?

Certainly.

Should we use corn to make that ethanol?

Certainly not.

Sure, we want to get over our need for foreign oil. Sure, we want to find a renewable fuel for our vehicles. Sure, ethanol could work just fine.

But don’t make it from corn.

Here’s what I’m talking about. The president and a bunch of powerful people in Congress have been working over recent years to hold up corn-based ethanol as the answer to our future energy-supply needs.

When he talks about it, the president says corn-based ethanol is our only hope of escaping the evils of OPEC. He says the only way we can ever become energy independent is through ethanol made from corn.

He’s wrong.

First of all, if energy independence is truly the objective – if our number one priority is freeing ourselves of foreign oil – the best and easiest option is to drill for our own. We have plenty of oil in Alaska and off the American coast. Environmentalists have that oil tied up and it sits now, wasted and unused beneath a mountain of fear and threatened lawsuits.

But about ethanol.

It is a biofuel created by fermentation. Essentially, you take something with some sort of sugar in it and you let yeast do it’s magic and – voila – you have something that can be coaxed into being a pretty good fuel.

The two biggest producers of ethanol for fuel in the world are the United States and Brazil. In Brazil it’s made from sugar cane and in the United States it’s made from corn.

That’s because Brazil has lots of sugar cane and the United States has lots of lobbyists.

Seriously. America makes its ethanol out of corn because corn farmers and corn-state politicians have lots of pull. If ethanol is made out of corn, the demand for and price of corn goes up dramatically and corn farmers – and giant corn-processing companies – make lots and lots of money.

The downside is that that lots and lots of money comes right out of the family budgets of lots and lots of people.

That’s because people eat corn.

And because some of the most productive farmland in America – and, consequently, in the world – is growing corn.

Right now, corn is an elemental staple of the American diet. We eat it processed in myriad ways. It is all through our food supply. And it is all through the food supply of the animals we eat.

So if the price of corn goes up – because the ethanol-driven demand for corn goes up – then the price of a large portion of the American diet will go up. Everything from corn flakes to soda pop to ground chuck will cost more.

And that will hurt.

But that won’t be the end of it.

As demand for corn increases, farmers will move increased acreage into corn production. You grow on your land the crop that will bring you the highest rate of return. Excluding marijuana. With ethanol demand, corn will pay better than most anything else a farmer can plant.

So fields that might otherwise be in other vegetables, grains and fodders will be pushed into corn production. The impact of that on the family food budget is that with fewer acres being planted into those other vegetables, grains and fodders, their supply will be decreased and their price will be increased.

That means corn-based ethanol bites your family’s budget in two ways.

And that’s exactly why great political pressure is being brought against our government to get it to continue to emphasize corn-based ethanol. That’s too bad because it is diverting attention away from alternative sources of ethanol.

Instead of using a prime food commodity for fuel, we should explore ways to generate ethanol from lower-value sugar and cellulose sources. Certain types of seemingly valueless grasses can be processed into ethanol. Advancing the technology to do that makes more sense than tapping into our food and food-producing topsoil.

Brazil uses sugar cane to make ethanol, and Brazilian biofuel is considered better than American biofuel. And while we may not want to put too many eggs in the sugar cane basket, its success is proof that there’s more than one way to skin a cat and more than one way to grow fuel for our cars.

So, ethanol is a great idea.

But corn-based ethanol is a terrible idea.

I love farmers, and appreciate what they do. But making farmers rich can’t be the priority of our national policy – that policy should be focused on making fuel and keeping family food budgets in line.

Until 80 years ago, most of our transportation was fueled by the soil – it came in the form of grass and hay that fed our horses. In the future we may go back to the soil again for our fuel.

But we will be better off if that is from low-value grasses instead of high-value corn.

Not too much to say about this really. I recorded the 45 goals, then took a moment to play around with what I had done. I got the anthem file from marxists.org for which at the bottom of the page it explicitly states that “The materials are provided for non-commercial, educational purposes” and that is exactly what I’m doing. The anthem is just over 3 minutes long, so you may note that half way through, I re-started it. The 45 goals are just under 7 minutes.

I thought this came out pretty good, I’m getting more comfortable with the process of recording. With the anthem, is here

The goals are also being put out without the anthem. Here.

Here are those goals, this is in congressional record and widely available on the internet.

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

Communism‘s Reach, Dazed Ignorant Young People: The Essence of The Occupying Wall Street Protests

MSMB ^ | October 5, 2011 | Rob W. Case

Posted on Thursday, October 06, 2011 12:25:01 AM by Making_Sense [Rob W. Case]

I’m sure that by now, everyone has at least heard of the “Occupying Wall Street” protest rallies that have been repeatedly talked about by the activist media, talk radio, blogs, and internet news agencies. Usually the pictures have been showing a bunch of kids with a lot of paint on their faces marching on the streets of New York. By the way, they are mostly college kids as well as young people in their 20’s, but either way they are a bunch of kids with paint on their faces. A couple of days passed, and then I heard more about this protest. I started hearing from the kids themselves. These kids obviously knew nothing about anything they should know in their 20’s, especially after many of them earned college degrees. The more they talked, the more they came off as “stupid kids” who wanted to “paint their faces,” and “be on TV.” While for the moment, they did come off as sort of funny, the magnitude of what was really going on has been anything but. Too many of our young people are critically ignorant, dazed, confused, and worse… are the future of this country. So, what’s to say about the future of this country?

The Demands: Those running the “Occupying Wall Street” Rally opened up their own internet domain and on it released a set of “demands” to the public. And if you read the demands, much of them seem familiar in that they are ironically in alignment with the agendas both an individual as well as a militant organization.

In a nutshell, they demand trillions more in new spending. They demand to be “freed” from their self-inflicted responsibilities. They demand everything to be “free” and handed over to them. They also demand “open borders” for all, and elections to be brought to standards led and organized by a global, collective body. In other words, many of these things are impractical ideas that would come from kids who paint their faces and want to be on TV.

What’s very interesting about this set of demands is that much of this list poses a striking resemblance to many of the Marxist talking points that were used to energize Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.

Amassing a Coalition: The Communist Party USA is heavily supporting this rally, as is Moveon.org, the AFL-CIO, and other prominent Communist leaning, left-wing organizations. The tactic is obvious in the sense that they are trying to pump new life into President Obama’s disenchanted base and motivate them to hate the American system so much that that hate alone will drive them to the polls to re-elect him in protest to the American system. Don’t doubt me on this. Young people have been thoroughly brainwashed about the American system to the point where they feel like they are helpless victims that can only get anywhere if the government does everything for them. This is a lie that they are not wise to and have fallen for. Too many of them in my opinion readily seek to hand over America’s sovereign power to anybody or anything that so much as promises to relieve them of anything that might require them to work. They want everything, but don’t want to earn it. In the end, isn’t this just another form of the very greed they are supposed to be fighting against on Wall Street?

Most Americans first heard of seven-term liberal Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik in the aftermath of the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and 19 others in January of 2011. Dupnik immediately blamed conservative “rhetoric,” and declared Arizona a “mecca for racism and bigotry” — he was thoroughly wrong. In the Jose Guerena case, he would be wrong again.

If anyone knows how the extended family of Jose Guerena, a two-combat tour Marine and father of two young children, came to the attention of drug agents in the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, they’re not telling. But members of his family by birth and marriage did come to their attention, and Jose somehow ended up on their list. For more than a year, apparently spotty surveillance was conducted and officers noticed behavior that might be suspicious — if one was trying very hard to make otherwise unremarkable behavior seem suspicious.

On September 15, 2009, officers noticed that one of the people they were watching put a cardboard box in a pickup truck. They stopped the truck and the driver gave permission to search. Nothing was found except a roll of plastic wrap in the box. Jose Guerena happened to be the sole passenger in the vehicle. The police later suggested that because drug dealers sometimes use plastic wrap, this was highly suspicious. In fact, the plastic wrap was to be used for nothing more sinister than wrapping furniture.

Other suspicious activity cited by the police: people speaking on a cell phone while driving, owning multiple vehicles worth about $7000 each, and not having obvious, conventional sources of income.

In their wisdom, the Founders established specific requirements for search warrants with the Fourth Amendement:

Democrats Introduce Bill to Seal Up Obama’s Presidential Records

Pajamas Media ^ | 05 October, 2011 | Bryan Preston

According to Judicial Watch, Rep. Edolphous Towns (D-NY) has introduced the Presidential Records Act Amendments of 2011. That bill would do with Obama’s presidential records what Obama has already done to his personal and collegiate records: Seal them up.

In an obvious effort to protect President Barack Obama, a group of congressional Democrats has introduced legislation to create an official process that will allow the commander-in-chief to keep presidential records secret after he leaves office.

Ironically, Obama revoked a similar George W. Bush order in one of his first official acts as president. In 2001 Bush penned an executive order severely limiting public access to his presidential records. Shortly after swearing in, Obama killed it as part of his much-ballyhooed commitment to government transparency. At the time, the new president claimed that he was giving the American people greater access to “historic documents.”

If the Democrats’ proposed measure (Presidential Records Act Amendments of 2011) becomes law, former presidents will be allowed to assert a new “constitutionally based privilege” against disclosing records of their liking. Here is how it would work; the Archivist of the United States would be required to notify the former president, as well as the incumbent, of intentions to make records public. Anything that either the former or current president claims should be kept private won’t be released.

The veteran Brooklyn congressman (Edolphus Towns) who recently introduced the law in the U.S. House has yet to explain why it’s necessary.

This looks like a sign of surrender to me. Why seal up Obama’s records now, if you think he’s strong to get re-elected next year?

And, how many Solyndras and executive directives to punish various enemies may be lurking in those records?

America Will Be Destroyed Unless Patriots Act| The Post & Email

October 6, 2011 Leave a comment

Only the truth will save the United States.

There are anti-democratic and anti-American forces working aggressively inside the country to reduce American global influence, control that influence or simply bring down our republic.

These forces are promoting the interests of nations hostile to the United States, global financiers and radical Islam.

The work of these forces is primarily facilitated by corrupt or cowardly politicians, radical leftists and by useful idiots, who are oblivious to the fact that they are aiding and abetting American enemies, who will ultimately eradicate freedom.

The United States no longer has a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

The government has been hijacked by an oligarchy composed of a self-serving permanent political class, supported by an obsequious press and financed by and beholden to wealthy special interests.

When the power of the oligarchy is challenged by grass roots citizen groups demanding accountability like the Tea Party or by independent politicians like Sarah Palin or Herman Cain, the Republican and Democratic Parties and the mainstream media go full-throttle to dismiss, ridicule or condemn them.

Decision in farm dispute prevents families from drinking milk from their own cows

A Wisconsin judge has decided – in a fight over families’ access to milk from cows they own – that Americans “do not have a fundamental right to consume the milk from their own cow.”

The ruling comes from Circuit Court Judge Patrick J. Fiedler in a court fight involving a number of families who owned their own cows, but boarded them on a single farm.

The judge said that’s a “dairy farm” and is subject to the rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin.

“It’s always a surprise when a judge says you don’t have the fundamental right to consume the foods of your choice,” said Pete Kennedy, president of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, which worked on the case on behalf of the farmers and the owners of the milk-producing cows.

The judge’s original ruling came in a consolidation of two cases that presented similar situations: Cows being maintained and milked on farms for the benefit of non-resident owners. He refused to grant a summary judgment declaring such arrangements legitimate, deciding instead to favor the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, which opposed them.

Roseanne Barr: Put Bankers In Re-Education Camps

Comedienne and actor Roseanne Barr elaborated on her recent controversial comments about beheading bankers and putting the rich in re-education camps, telling the Alex Jones Show that anyone worth $100 million or more should have their wealth taken by force.

Barr caused a firestorm this past weekend when she proposed a radical solution for rich people who refuse to give back everything they earn over $100 million dollars – execution and Communist-style brainwashing camps.

“If they are unable to live on that amount of that amount then they should, you know, go to the re-education camps and if that doesn’t help, then being beheaded,” Barr told Max Keiser.

Barr made it clear that she didn’t support communism and instead was seeking a completely new financial system and form of government.

“When an entire country has been fleeced and robbed, there needs to be an entirely different kind of justice that doesn’t allow for that,” said Barr, pointing out that Martha Stewart has been the only high profile individual arrested for insider trading and that bankers who committed the same crime have been protected.

Labeling her idea a “new definition of guilty,” Barr said that people whose total wealth is $100 million or over “need to pay a price for what they’ve done,” adding “There’s no reason for anybody to be a bigger pig than to own $100 million dollars, it’s just a pig culture that allows people to starve in the streets and other people have a hundred million.”

However, Barr qualified her remark by saying that certain people, like her good friend Michael Moore who last week called to “end capitalism” yet is worth a reputed $50 million dollars himself, could be exempt from the new policy.

“He’s a very dear friend of mine….but yes I would take his wealth if it’s over $100 million, although I would be more forgiving towards Michael because I know how many people and how many organizations he does support, so you know I would make some allowances, I wouldn’t be like Stalin or anything.”

“I wouldn’t take Oprah’s either because she does good things,” added Barr.

Explaining her call for “re-education camps,” Barr explained, “That’s for bankers, that’s for the guilty, because I wouldn’t want to immediately behead the guilty….because I’m a compassionate human I would allow them to go and be re-educated, it wouldn’t be straight to the guillotine.”

Barr said that the best location for the guillotines would be in the public square in front of the White House, adding that the executions would dissuade other bankers from continuing their behavior and that, “people should be forced to share and forced to care.”
