Rep. Ryan knows that Obama is not a natural born citizen and, therefore, has never been eligible for the office of President.

Ryan knows that Obama has forged his birth documents and Selective Service registration and uses a Social Security number not issued to him.

When presented with evidence of Obama’s ineligibility and felonies, Ryan completely ignores the issue and dismisses the concern of citizens by recommending that we simply “vote him out of office.”…..

Buchanan: GOP Risks Third Party Revolt with Romney Candidacy

The GOP could face a revolt from within its tea party grassroots base if it nominates an establishment candidate without true conservative, anti-big government values, one of America’s leading conservative pundits tells Newsmax.TV in an exclusive interview.

Specifically, columnist and former Republican presidential candidate Pat Buchanan told Newsmax that the nomination of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, the architect of a state insurance plan that many say inspired Obamacare, could prompt the tea party movement to form a third party.

“It’s a real possibility because the tea party folks and the Republican conservatives and social conservatives and others are very apprehensive of Mitt Romney and they don’t feel he is really one of us,” Buchanan told Newsmax.

“They’ve got reason for that feeling and that sentiment but if they do that, if, for example … they persuaded Ron Paul to run on a third party ticket, Barack Obama would be easily re-elected,” he added.

From 1966 through 1974, Buchanan was an assistant to Richard Nixon, and from 1985 to 1987, White House Director of Communications for Reagan.

Buchanan ran twice for the Republican nomination for president and then in 2000 ran for the White House on the Reform Party ticket. He said he can see a third party candidate emerging in 2012 if Mitt Romney gets the GOP nod.

Called the Declaration of Independence, it was a blow for freedom, a call to war, and the founding of a new empire.

Charlotte Cops Preparing For Potential Riots Ahead of Dem. Convention

Police forces in Charlotte, NC, are preparing for unruly crowds when the 2012 Democratic National Convention comes to town, according to recent reports.

“Charlotte’s police department is already stocking up on riot gear and training officers in riot-control techniques in preparation for the event,” Newser reports.

Although the city already has a few hundred trained riot police, they have decided to recruit almost every one of them for intensive riot training—just in case.

So what goes into “intensive” riot training?

“It’s a very controlled, measured response with a lot of practice,” said Deputy Chief Harold Medlock. Medlock is overseeing the training, which also includes hundreds of officers from nearby police and sheriff’s departments, according to WSOCTV.com.

“The point of some of the tactics and the maneuvers that we use is to allow folks to have the time to do what we’re asking them to do,” Medlock said in the report.

Here’s Why Russia Wants To Train A Thousand Snipers (Urban Warfare?)

Reports in Russian media suggest that the Russian army is hoping to train 1,000 snipers in the next few months.

The move is a major reorganization of the Russia’s army. Earlier this month Defense Ministry spokesman Lt. Col. Sergey Vlasov told reporters “We are establishing a phased, multi-tiered system for selecting and training candidates, to teach them how to work as part of a unit and independently. All snipers will have special training once every three or four years.”

The announcement has been met with confusion. With reports that the snipers would be pulled from normal troops and the first group would only have initial training of 3-4 months, experts argue would likely be useless in a major war situation.

So why the rush? Liz Fuller at RFE/RL hypothesizes that the snipers are being trained for some kind of close-quarters, urban-warfare type situations — which could definitely mass demonstrations or an Arab Spring-type action.

Tennessee Becomes First State To Fight Terrorism Statewide

PORTLAND, Tenn. – You’re probably used to seeing TSA’s signature blue uniforms at the airport, but now agents are hitting the interstates to fight terrorism with Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR).

“Where is a terrorist more apt to be found? Not these days on an airplane more likely on the interstate,” said Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security Commissioner Bill Gibbons.

Tuesday Tennessee was first to deploy VIPR simultaneously at five weigh stations and two bus stations across the state.

Agents are recruiting truck drivers, like Rudy Gonzales, into the First Observer Highway Security Program to say something if they see something.

“Not only truck drivers, but cars, everybody should be aware of what’s going on, on the road,” said Gonzales.

It’s all meant to urge every driver to call authorities if they see something suspicious.

“Somebody sees something somewhere and we want them to be responsible citizens, report that and let us work it through our processes to abet the concern that they had when they saw something suspicious,” said Paul Armes, TSA Federal Security Director for Nashville International Airport.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol checked trucks with drug and bomb sniffing dogs during random inspections.

“The bottom line is this: if you see something suspicious say something about it,” Gibbons said Tuesday.

The random inspections really aren’t any more thorough normal, according to Tennessee Highway Patrol Colonel Tracy Trott who says paying attention to details can make a difference. Trott pointed out it was an Oklahoma state trooper who stopped Timothy McVeigh for not having a license plate after the Oklahoma City bombing in the early 1990s.

Tuesday’s statewide “VIPR” operation isn’t in response to any particular threat, according to officials.

Armes said intelligence indicates law enforcement should focus on the highways as well as the airports.

Libya’s former leader Moamer Gaddafi was first captured alive, but was later murdered by shootings of participants of operation, the Aljazeera reported.

His dead body was brought to the city of Misrata.

Former Libya’s Defense Minister Abu-Bakr Yunis Jabr was also killed during the air strikes. Mass demonstrations demanding for the ouster of Qaddafi, who has been ruling the country for more than 40 years, started in Libya in mid-February and subsequently grew into armed confrontation between the government forces and the rebels.

On August 23, 2011, Gaddafi lost control of Tripoli, and effective control of Libya with the rebels’ capture of the Bab al-Azizia compound.

NTC forces now control most of Libyan territory, including the capital Tripoli. They have been trying to take several cities controlled by pro-Gaddafi troops, including Bani Walid and Sirte.

Clinton’s Journey: Gaddafi Reported Killed in Sirte

In the wake of the wholesale destruction of the Libyan town of Sirte by al-Qaeda affiliated rebels and NATO, the National Transitional Council has announced it captured Moammar Gaddafi, who was supposedly wounded after a NATO attack. AFP provided a photograph that appeared to show him wounded or dead.

Reuters reported that the ousted Libyan leader had died of his wounds, citing a senior NTC military official. “He was also hit in his head,” the official said. “There was a lot of firing against his group and he died.”

Officials said Gaddafi was trying to flee in a convoy which NATO warplanes attacked.

Others say Gaddafi was found in a hole and begged not to be killed. Iraq’s toppled leader Saddam Hussein was also allegedly found in a hole by invading U.S. soldiers in December of 2003. Hussein was later executed.

Prior the announced and unconfirmed death of Gaddafi, Secretary of State Clinton ventured Libya and called for his murder. “We hope he can be captured or killed soon so that you don’t have to fear him any longer,” Clinton told an orchestrated gathering of students at a “town hall-style gathering” in Tripoli, the Detroit Free Press reported on October 19.

Clinton’s public call for assassination is described as unusual.

In 1986, then president Reagan attacked Libya and attempted to kill Gaddafi. The plan contrived by the CIA killed between 40 and 100 Libyan civilians and resulted in the destruction of the French embassy.

Assassination is hardly a new tactic for the United States. The CIA has plotted over the years the murder of dozens of people deemed politically unacceptable to the establishment, including president Nasser of Egypt, Costa Rican president Jose Figueres, Rafael Trujillo of the Dominican Republic, French president Charles de Gaulle, and Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, among others.

Libya’s “journey” includes a humanitarian crisis due to NATO’s bombing of the country. The Red Cross and others were overwhelmed with demands for food, hospital supplies, and other aid for the hundreds of thousands of Libya civilians affected by the conflict, ABC in Australia reported in August.

In September, NATO’s al-Qaeda rebels were accused of commiting unlawful killings and torture, Amnesty International said in a report. Numerous reports of racist attacks against black Libyans and foreign workers emerged, as did accusations of rape.

Now that Gaddafi is reportedly out of the way, the globalist plan to reduce one of the wealthiest nations in Africa to squalor and dependence on IMF and World Bank neoliberal loan sharks and the ravages of international bankers can move forward.

Prior to the invasion Libya was considered the Switzerland of the African continent with advanced health and education systems available to all citizens.

“The objective of the NATO bombings from the outset was to destroy the country’s standard of living, its health infrastructure, its schools and hospitals, its water distribution system,” Michel Chossudovsky wrote in September. “An entire nation has been bombed with the most advanced ordnance, including uranium coated ammunition.”

Clinton’s journey for Libya is one of misery and submission to the global dictates of the bankers. Libya can now share the fate of Iraq and other nations that dared go against the dictates of the globalists.

Those who don’t get admitted don’t meet the “evidence-based criteria.” A minor stroke, for instance, can be seen as part of the normal aging process. Helen Wagner, like many people who make it to 91, has a pacemaker and can’t undergo an MRI, the test that would provide evidence of a stroke and its severity.

Helen is now at St. Mary’s nursing home. St. Mary’s is also feeling the Medicare pinch and support Bob and Peggy’s efforts to get the “observation” status changed to admission. The matter is going to an appellate board.

Nearly every member of the US Congress (all 535 members), all 9 members of the US Supreme Court, all members of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff have been notified by Registered US Mail – of compelling evidence – that Obama is a FRAUD – with a nebulous background. Private Investigators have determined the frightening reality that almost 40 Social Security Numbers have been traced to Barack Obama!!! Aside from Joseph Smith, whom Hitchens calls “a fraud and conjurer well known to the authorities in upstate New York,” the writer also wonders about the Mormon practice of amassing archives of the dead…to “retrospectively ‘baptize’ everybody as a convert.”

Hitchens noted that they “got hold of a list of those put to death by the Nazis’ Final Solution” and “began making these massacred Jews into honorary LDS members as well.” He called it “a crass attempt at mass identity theft from the deceased.”

The Mormons even baptized Anne Frank.

The problems America faces today originate in Washington. It is fallacious reasoning to suggest that the problem lies with the people of the United States. Our republic was predicated on the theory that those elected to public office would have some combination of higher moral standards, greater intellectual competence, more educational skills, and broader experiences than the electorate and that those elected public leaders would have the strength of character to use their superior collective wisdom to do what they believed to be right for the country and within the restraints of the Constitution even if it meant voting against the wishes of a significant majority of the electorate. During most of the past century, the political class has demonstrably failed to lead, but have instead become political prostitutes selling laws and benefits in exchange for votes. By using the Treasury to buy the votes of their constituents, career politicians have transformed our Constitutional republic into a democracy by surrogates that is destined for bankruptcy. Judicial Watch Uncovers FDA Gardasil Records Detailing 26 New Reported Deaths

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has received new documents from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), detailing reports of adverse reactions to the vaccination for human papillomavirus (HPV), Gardasil. The adverse reaction reports detail 26 new deaths reported between September 1, 2010 and September 15, 2011 as well as incidents of seizures, paralysis, blindness, pancreatitis, speech problems, short term memory loss and Guillain-Barré Syndrome. The documents come from the FDA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) which is used by the FDA to monitor the safety of vaccines. The Federal Government shall be in charge of our BORDERS and IMMIGRATION policy

When the Federal Government fails at its job and illegals enter the United States, LEAVING the BORDER area, any and all law-enforcement personnel still working and any and all patriotic citizens may, in defense of the country, do whatever is necessary to see that the law-breaker is removed from American jurisdiction.

If that requires sending Europeans back to their continent by dumping them at the airport, that’s the extent of the taxpayer money that may be spent.

As good neighbors, Mexicans and Canadians will be given the choice to leave immediately upon capture, rather than incarceration. As they were caught here illegally, they’ll never be allowed into America again, and will be incarcerated immediately should they be caught again.

NO FOREIGNER ILLEGALLY ON AMERICAN SOIL HAS ANY AMERICAN RIGHTS. They SHOULD NOT BE ABUSED as they are thrown out of our country…..

Obama’s Tour, Friends and Plan are Nuts

With a new GOP majority in the House and the addition of 87 Republican – and largely Tea Party supported – freshmen, a lot of Americans believed the federal spending race horse would be tamed and put back in the barn.

In fact, last spring the GOP took a lot of credit for passing $38 billion in “cuts.”

But, newly released numbers by the Congressional Budget Office indicate that instead of giving the government a close shave, for all the talk about spending cuts, Congress barely plucked a single whisker from Uncle Sam’s beard.

Spending in FY 2011 actually increased 5%, hitting yet another all time record high of a staggering $3.6 trillion. Last week, the Treasury announced the second highest budget deficit in history for FY 2011, $1.299 trillion, exceeded only by the 2009 deficit of $1.412 trillion. The $1.293 trillion of red ink in 2010 follows in a close third place for all time. As a percentage of GDP, the last three deficits have been 10.0%, 8.9%, and 8.4% – each of them larger than any single year since 1945, the last year of World War II.

Democrats and some Keynesian economists fanned the myth that austerity had erupted in Washington and serious spending cuts had actually happened, and many blamed the “lack of spending” for slowing economic recovery and job creation. In July USA Today said, “Already in 2011, softer government spending has sapped growth.”

Last summer, Joe Biden’s once chief economic adviser Jared Bernstein said that “government spending cutbacks have been a drag on growth in recent quarters and have led to sharp losses in state and local employment.”

The head cheerleader of the Keynesians and NY Times columnist Paul Krugman wrote just last month that “the turn toward austerity (is) a major factor in our growth slowdown.”

It takes someone in total denial to argue that Washington has imposed an era of “austerity” when in fact annual spending has increased 5% while the economy is close to completely stalled. Many believe we have already slipped back into negative growth territory. As the Wall Street Journal editorialized, “Government austerity is a myth.”

To their credit, The GOP did come back later in 2011 with plans to cut $2.4 trillion over ten years as part of the debt ceiling debate. But, Obama and the Senate Democrats fiercely rejected these “draconian” cuts.

As the WSJ reminds us, as recently as 2007 the next to last year of the Bush Administration and the first year of the Democrat majority in Congress, the deficit was $161 billion or 1.2% of GDP. Incoming Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi blasted the Bush “years of historic deficits” and vowed when she became Speaker that there would be “no new deficit spending.” She lied.

And, Obama’s answer? He’s bouncing around the country alternating between a bus and Air Force One campaigning for his no-jobs jobs bill that would increase spending another half trillion dollars and raise taxes by $1.5 trillion.

He says this is only “fair.”

We think it is nuts.

Time to Go, JoeAmerica needs and deserves a minimally functional Vice President

Vice President Joe Biden is the gift that keeps on giving to Republicans. He pumps out the final absurd reduction of Obama policy with a frequency that dismays conservatives who were really looking forward to performing that absurd reduction themselves. For several years, he’s delighted audiences by reading every third word in his talking-point memos, and blurting out hilariously inconvenient truths while holding forth in front of cameras.

Everybody has their favorite Bidenism. Mine came recently, when – in the course of explaining why the GOP is “absolutely strong enough” to defeat his ticket in 2012 – he described the stark choice facing Americans next year as follows:

What I’m counting on, what I read out there, the judgment of the American people to decide… They know the hole we’re in, they know how far we’ve come out, they’re dissatisfied how fast we’re going, and they’re gonna have to choose whether or not the path we have set the country on is the path that we should continue to go, or that we should go back to liberating the economy in the terms… of…

Hell, none of the Republican presidential candidates have expressed the choice between the Obama death spiral and economic liberty with such clarity. It’s a pity Biden realized what he was saying and shut up before finishing that last sentence. I’d love to know what he thinks the Republicans would liberate the economy in terms of.

Obama’s ‘Fundamental Transformation’ of the White House?

“What the BLANK is this? Is that going to be an underground “tunnel”, asks an emailer about the West Wing gaping hole in front of the White House.

It’s a mystery that drew both the New York Times and Britain’s Daily Mail with graphic photos the last few days.

“Workmen have torn up an enormous section of the lawn in front of the White House for a mysterious, top secret project,” states the Daily Mail.

“The hole by the West Wing is roughly 100ft by 100ft in size and has for the first time in living memory left the ground and pipes beneath the Oval Office exposed to the elements.”

Yesterday’s emailer asks “As the “PEOPLE”, shouldn’t we know about this before the UK? Funny how all the foreign countries know what’s taking place in our country before we do, huh?”

There are no media releases on the White House homepage announcing any construction plans to update White House plumbing.

The current administration is one that promised transparency but delivers mysteries.

The mysterious West Wing hole is the butt of as many jokes as are going the rounds about the Ipad, laptop and cell phone-equipped “poor folk” demonstrating in the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protests……

“President Obama today responded to a question about Fast and Furious, the controversial ATF program which allowed thousands of weapons into the hands of traffickers for Mexican drug cartels,” Devin Dwyer of ABC News reports.

“People who have screwed up will be held accountable.”

“Screwed up”…?

Gee, that fits right in with “botched operation.”

It was all just a mistake, you see, “bad judgment”—committed by low-level bunglers in a “bottom-up” operation. And that fits right in with the Administration’s top-down talking points being propagated by their political and media apologists.

Which means no crimes were committed. And besides, they weren’t authorized. Hell, senior administration officials knew noth-ink…

Told ya so.

And while we’re all distracted with the sleight of mind shell game that funds should be withheld from gunwalking ops (good grief, you need to tell adults and/or law enforcement that?), the documented fact that PEOPLE WERE ALLOWED TO DIE in order to advance an agenda is lost in the bipartisan kumbaya/kabuki moment.

(Oct. 19, 2011) — The program that Janet Napolitano kicked off as the Secretary of Department of Homeland Security has wonderful prospects. As law-abiding and freedom-loving Americans, we fully support this program. We love our country so much that we actually did not need the prompting to act on things criminal, suspicious, or threatening to the USA. The continued vigilance to our American way of life and the vast exponential growth of true patriots to Constitutional adherence will insure the program is a success.

However, it may not be as promoted by the DHS. Very soon, the cooperation by citizens in reporting “something” to the program should reveal the context of what Janet Napolitano meant. So far, the reporting to authorities of plenty of criminal acts goes unabated. The effectiveness of this “see & say” is being tested as I type.

So far, for nearly three years…..

Mitt Romney’s hands-on approach to Rick Perry raises questions

…About 42 minutes into Tuesday’s debate…in Las Vegas, in the midst of a heated exchange, Romney placed his hand on Texas Gov. Perry’s shoulder, seemingly trying to calm him down. Or at least stop him from interrupting.

It was an incursion into a political rival’s personal space — a move lasting a long couple of seconds that some observers thought dripped with condescension and intimidation, and others saw as benign.

The boundary violation is not unprecedented. Last month, in a gesture of consolation, Perry patted Romney on the back after debate moderator WolfBlitzer asked Romney to tell Perry he deserved credit for the high job creation rate in Texas.

But Romney’s gesture was different. For some, it recalled the decisive moment in September 2000 when Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rick Lazio tried to intimidate rival Hillary Rodham Clinton in a debate by shoving a campaign pledge at her and demanding she sign it, or the moment the following month when then-Vice President Al Gore walked over to Texas Gov. George W. Bush’s podium and Bush cut him down with a curt nod.

…The Touch took place after Perry, hammered repeatedly by Romney for giving college tuition support to illegal immigrants, dropped a leaf-blower bomb on Romney.

“You lose all standing from my perspective because you hired illegals in your home,” Perry said.

…But Romney senior advisor..Stephens…defended his boss. Perry “was coming unglued….It was like, ‘Just settle down. We can talk. This isn’t yell leader practice.’ ” (Perry was a yell leader at Texas A&M University.)

Perry’s communications director Ray Sullivan didn’t think Perry was too bothered. “Politics is a full-contact sport in Texas,” he said, adding, “Mr. Romney clearly looked flustered and uncomfortable. I think there is a haughtiness and a discomfort with being held accountable for his own record.”

Birthers say Marco Rubio is not eligible to be president

Unable to prevent Barack Obama from becoming president, rigid followers of the Constitution have turned their attention to another young, charismatic politician many think could one day occupy the White House.

The birthers are calling for U.S.Sen. Marco Rubio, the budding Republican star from Florida.

“It’s nothing to do with him personally. But you can’t change the rules because you like a certain person. Then you have no rules,” said New Jersey lawyer Mario Apuzzo.

Forget about allegedly Photoshopped birth certificates; the activists are not challenging whether Rubio was born in Miami. Rather, they say Rubio is ineligible under Article 2 of the Constitution, which says “no person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

The rub is that “natural born citizen” was never defined.

“It’s a little confusing, but most scholars think it’s a pretty unusual position for anyone to think the natural born citizen clause would exclude someone born in the U.S.,” said Polly Price, a law professor at Emory University in Atlanta who specializes in immigration and citizenship.

Price said natural born was likely drawn from the concept that anyone born in what was once a colony was considered a subject and parental status was not a factor.

But there is sufficient muddiness to fuel the birthers, many still angry with the Republican establishment for not taking their case against Obama more seriously. Rubio was among them, saying he did not think it was an issue.

“The other shoe has dropped,” conservative figure Alan Keyes said on a radio program last month. “Now you’ve got Republicans talking about Marco Rubio for president when it’s obviously clear that he does not qualify. Regardless of party label, they don’t care about Constitution. It’s all just empty, lying lip service.”

Law Bans Cash for Second Hand Transactions

Cold hard cash. It’s good everywhere you go, right? You can use it to pay for anything.

But that’s not the case here in Louisiana now. It’s a law that was passed during this year’s busy legislative session.

House bill 195 basically says those who buy and sell second hand goods cannot use cash to make those transactions, and it flew so far under the radar most businesses don’t even know about it.

“We’re gonna lose a lot of business,” says Danny Guidry, who owns the Pioneer Trading Post in Lafayette. He deals in buying and selling unique second hand items.

“We don’t want this cash transaction to be taken away from us. It’s an everyday transaction,” Guidry explains.

Guidry says, “I think everyone in this business once they find out about it. They’re will definitely be a lot of uproar.”

The law states those who buy or sell second hand goods are prohibited from using cash. State representative Rickey Hardy co-authored the bill.

Hardy says, “they give a check or a cashiers money order, or electronic one of those three mechanisms is used.”

Hardy says the bill is targeted at criminals who steal anything from copper to televisions, and sell them for a quick buck. Having a paper trail will make it easier for law enforcement.

“It’s a mechanism to be used so the police department has something to go on and have a lead,” explains Hardy.

Guidry feels his store shouldn’t have to change it’s ways of doing business, because he may possibly buy or sell stolen goods. Something he says has happened once in his eight years.

“We are being targeted for something we shouldn’t be.”

Besides non-profit resellers like Goodwill, and garage sales, the language of the bill encompasses stores like the Pioneer Trading Post and flea markets.

Lawyer Thad Ackel Jr. feels the passage of this bill begins a slippery slope for economic freedom in the state.

“The government is placing a significant restriction on individuals transacting in their own private property,” says Ackel.

Pawn shops have been forced to keep records of their clients for years. However under this bill they are still allowed to deal in cash.
