Obama’s broadband program will cut holes in the fence around “massa” Democrat’s plantation

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis once said, “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

As a “former law professor” Barack Obama might have heard of Brandeis’ famous quote but it does not look like he understood it.

Last week Obama has decided to spend more than 400 million of our tax dollars to follow the lead of the United Nations which has declared high speed internet access to be a “basic human right.” During its remarks on this new program, Obama’s teleprompter talked up the usual Democrat class warfare divide and conquer stuff.

But the “money’ quote came from Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack. His remarks included the wonderfully prophetic assertion that this would help low-income Americans in a variety of “unimaginable areas.”

It’s hard to disagree, but I doubt that Vilsack sees the same future as those who understand the continuing rise of conservatism foresee.

Armed with the keys to “Massa Democrat’s” internet library the inmates of their plantation will soon be able to read and write in “unimaginable” ways. The “Dead Tree media” – newspapers controlled by liberal Democrats- are fading into the sunset. At the end of 2010, a Pew …………report spelled out the bad news for the liberals’ hard copy propaganda machine: For the first time ever more people get their news from the internet than from the “old media.”

The certain doom of Democrat control of the news …………65% of 18 to 29 year olds now get their news on line.

In 2009 a Washington Post poll found 84% support for Obama among these voters, but the same poll taken last month revealed that their support had dropped to just 52%. Perhaps more telling is the recent findings of Democracy Corps….. group’s support for Obama had dropped below 40%;
