As Mark Levin suggests, which candidate is likely to fight to begin the return to a Republic? After examining all of the candidates, which candidate is going to fight the establishment in Washington? Which candidate is it that will “take the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune” and return them back ten fold? What candidate will promote the most conservative agenda for America and its people? And remember, there hasn’t been one vote for one candidate in one single state. What do you say?

Secure the Border in Just One Year

They call me America’s Toughest Sheriff. I don’t tolerate illegal activity. I don’t coddle criminals. And I refuse to sit idly by while Washington turns a blind eye towards illegal immigration and border security.

As Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, I know that our porous southern border puts all of America at risk. It’s time we had a president who knew that, too.

That’s why I support Rick Perry for president, and I hope you will join me.

Unlike other candidates, Rick Perry has never been the choice of

the political establishment, never been a paid lobbyist and never served in Congress or an Administration. He is the true outsider… the right man to bring desperately needed change to Washington.

No candidate has done more to secure the border than Rick Perry. As governor, he directed nearly $400 million in state tax dollars to secure the border with more boots on the ground.

As president, Rick Perry will stop illegal immigration and drug smugglers with a massive increase in manpower, including National Guard troops and thousands of new Border Patrol agents.

He will deploy new technology like predator drones, order federal officials to build more strategic fencing and end the dangerous Obama catch-and-release policy that allows thousands of illegal aliens to be released on American streets.

With Rick Perry as president, we can secure the border in just one year.

Tehran Embassy: like 1979 all over again

One of the news stories I remember most vividly as a teenager was President Carter‘s botched rescue attempt of the hostages taken by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard from the Tehran embassy. What stuck in my mind were the photographs of the charred corpses of the rescue crews in their burned-out helicopters. These photographs had, of course, been eagerly sanctioned by the Iranian regime as part of its gloating propaganda message to the US and its allies: “Suck on this, Great Satan!”

Those were not happy times for those us who believed, in proper Andrew Roberts fashion, that the world has never been a better place than when run according to the enlightened values of the two great Anglosphere Empires – first Britain’s, then America’s. Here was that bulwark of freedom and Western civilisation America being utterly humiliated by the vicious zealots of an Islamofascist theocracy. Rather sooner than most of us had expected, the US was already experiencing its Suez moment.

Fans of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich have been salivating over the possibility of what they see as the debate of the century: Gingrich vs. President Obama. And if Gingrich earns the GOP nomination but the president hesitates, he has a plan to force Obama’s hand.

“The White House will be my scheduler,” Gingrich said on the St. Louis-based conservative talk radio program The Dana Show Tuesday. “I will appear four hours after Obama everywhere he goes for the duration of the campaign, and I will answer each of his speeches.”

In September, President Obama awarded the Medal of Honor, the nation’s most prestigious military award, to Sgt. Dakota Meyer, the marine who saved 36 of his comrades during an ambush in Afghanistan.

Obama called Meyer one of the most “down-to-earth guys that you will ever meet.”

But today Meyer, 23, is having trouble getting a job because of allegations by defense contractor BAE Systems that he has a drinking problem and is mentally unstable. Meyer filed legal papers Monday claiming the allegations were in retaliation for objections he raised about BAE’s alleged decision to sell high-tech sniper scopes to the Pakistani military.

America is opening up a new warfront and it’s in your own backyard. It’s in your neighbor’s house, it’s three states over and it’s on the other side of the Mississippi.

That’s what a new legislation could lead to and the consequences are dire and constitutionally damning.

The United States Senate is set to vote this week on a bill that would categorize the entire USA as a “battlefield,” allowing law enforcement duties to be dished out by the American Military, who in turn could detain any US citizen as a war criminal – even coming into their own homes to issue arrests.

Joining campaigns in Iowa, Georgia and South Carolina to challenge Barack Obama’s being on the 2012 ballot, COL(R) Lawrence Sellin, columnist for The Post & Email and earlier for Canada Free Press, has commenced a campaign to contact members of the New Hampshire Legislature to deny Obama’s name being added to the ballot because he is not a “Natural Born Citizen” as required by the Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution (U.S. citizen, born to two U.S. citizen parents).

Sellin has enlisted a group of hundreds of American patriots and military veterans who are sending emails to the N.H. Legislature. This group, in turn, is contacting friends and family in their address books to also send emails to protest the recent Ballot Law Commission hearing which arrived at the decision to add Obama’s name to the 2012 ballot based only on the fact that he completed the application and paid the $1000 filing fee.

NY Times Book Review Likens Tea Party to the Klan

White House Dossier ^ | 11/29/11 | Keith Koffler

Posted on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 12:19:51 PM by MissesBush

A piece in Sunday’s New York Times book review section compared the Tea Party to the Ku Klux Klan.

The review, written for the Times by historian Kevin Boyle, evaluates two new books on the Klan. It opens with an indirect but unmistakable suggestion that the Tea Party is a modern version of the racist white supremacist organization.

Imagine a political movement created in a moment of terrible anxiety, its origins shrouded in a peculiar combination of manipulation and grass-roots mobilization, its ranks dominated by Christian conservatives and self-proclaimed patriots, its agenda driven by its members’ fervent embrace of nationalism, nativism and moral regeneration, with more than a whiff of racism wafting through it.

No, not that movement. The one from the 1920s, with the sheets and the flaming crosses and the ludicrous name meant to evoke a heroic past. The Invisible Empire of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, they called it. And for a few years it burned across the nation, a fearsome thing to behold.

That a portrayal of the Tea Party as a racist and intolerant movement could get past the editors of the New York Times is perhaps not surprising, given what I think are widely held assumptions about the movement among the Northeast’s liberal ruling class.

What is somewhat shocking is the prevalence of these views given the fervent – even stubborn, in my view – embrace by the Tea Party of Herman Cain. I don’t think any of the GOP candidates has aroused more passion among conservatives this year, including Newt Gingrich.

Beyond probably being racist, the Tea Party is generally thought – in the non-conservative sectors of my city, Washington – to be amply comprised of boneheads and jerks.

For example, you cannot in polite company in Washington say, “You know, those Tea Party people, I think they have some really smart ideas,” without being laughed out of the room or, at best, have people quietly go back to their typing and try to pretend nothing just happened.

I am sure that Tea Party members are viewed in negative terms by the Obama people, most of whom fit quite nicely into mainstream Washington. The upcoming campaign, which will feature corrosive attack rhetoric against Republicans from the president, will no doubt exacerbate the misperceptions and suspicions about the Tea Party.

I disclosed the existence of a written directive issued through DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and TSA head John Pistole, both acting on behalf of the Obama administration, instructed TSA officials to collect the names and other relevant information of anyone who “interfered” with enhanced TSA screening procedures by speaking out against them. They were to be classified as “domestic extremists” in this data mining operation. For my assertions here and on various national news programs, I was attacked by media lapdogs, “investigative reporters,” and members of both sides of the political spectrum.

Later, my credibility was called into question when an enterprising reporter filed a FOI request and was informed that “no such document exits.” Case closed. What a surprise.

…..Maybe 9/11 didn’t change things at all? Maybe this is what America has been all along, and I just never saw it? It has always projected a, “tough on crime” image, but it seems to be getting out of hand.

Every day I read about incidents across the US where some cheap, wanna-be hero figure in uniform has overstepped the boundaries of his authority; tasering some 86-year-old grandmother, firing 38 rounds into some unarmed guy reaching for his wallet, or killing a drunk holding a garden hose water nozzle as he sits on the balcony of a friends apartment. Something has gone wrong.

Treating people – American citizens – like we are the new enemy, and they – those in uniform – are the occupying army, here to keep us in line. Pay close attention to whenever some Podunk, one-horse town police force unveils a new addition to its anti-terrorist arsenal. That new tank or that military surplus, laser guided, 50 caliber machine gun, and all their other new high-tech toys, will most likely be used against you, the new perceived enemy, rather than some dark-skinned, turbaned terrorist…..

OKLAHOMA CITY – Ten years after 9/11 and 16 years after the Oklahoma City bombing, it appears the federal government continues to view some Americans who embrace their First Amendment rights – press and speech, primarily – as a danger to the State, and as a result they are listing certain investigative websites as extremist and a terroristic threat to the “homeland.”

With the bill expected to be up for a vote within 48 hours, Senator Rand Paul has offered an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act that will kill a provision allowing the military to detain individuals, including American citizens, without trial or due process.

The “indefinite detention” sections of the NDAA bill would turn the whole of the United States into a “battlefield” and hand the executive branch the power to have the military arrest U.S. citizens and hold them without trial.

The provision is merely an update to the “parallel legal system” had been in place under the auspices of the war on terror for over a decade, “In which terrorism suspects — U.S. citizens and noncitizens alike — may be investigated, jailed, interrogated, tried and punished without legal protections guaranteed by the ordinary system,” as the Washington Post reported in December 2002.

CITIZEN FROM THE HEARTLAND SPEAKS TO U.S. SUPREME COURT CHIEF JUSTICE FROM THE HEART

by Michael D. Jackson

U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts was appointed by President George W. Bush in 2005

(Nov. 28, 2011) — The following letter was sent by certified mail, #70110470000241170944, to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts, who administered the oath of office to Barack Hussein Obama on January 20, 2009. Because both Roberts and Obama misspoke, Roberts allegedly repeated the swearing-in the following day, but the event was not publicized for the American people to see. Since 2008, there have been questions about Obama’s eligibility to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief as put forth in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution which Roberts’s court and many others have refused to adjudicate. On May 2, 2011, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral argument from Attys. Gary Kreep and Orly Taitz but has not rendered a decision on Obama’s eligibility.

The letter will also be sent to U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justices Scalia, Alito, Kennedy and Thomas…..

SIGN OF THE TIMES … Mark Steyn

Whenever I write in these pages about the corrosive effect of Big Government upon the citizenry in Britain, Canada, Europe, and elsewhere and note that this republic is fairly well advanced upon the same grim trajectory, I get a fair few letters on the lines of: “You still don’t get it, Steyn. Americans aren’t Europeans. Or Canadians. We’re not gonna take it.”

I would like to believe it. It’s certainly the case that Americans have more attitude than anybody else — or, at any rate, attitudinal slogans. I saw a fellow in a “Don’t Tread on Me” T-shirt the other day.

A nation that considers John F. Kennedy one of its greatest presidents is not a serious nation.

Clearly, Americas have been intoxicated by the Kennedy mix of celebrity and martyrdom. They have been fed Kennedy misinformation for decades. As a result, the Kennedy myth has worked as a cultural toxin.

Exclusive: Obama in 2006: I ‘stole’ book title ‘Audacity of Hope’ from Rev. Wright, ‘my pastor

Video obtained exclusively by The Daily Caller shows Illinois Senator Barack Obama, then campaigning for Democrats before the 2006 midterm elections, praising Reverend Jeremiah Wright and telling an audience that he “stole” the title of his book “The Audacity of Hope” from Wright’s sermon of the same name, which he “loved.” Obama also referred to Wright as “my pastor.”

“I’m not plugging the book, but the title of it, ‘The Audacity of Hope.’ Some people have noticed that I actually used that line in the speech that I gave at the 2004 Democratic Convention,” Obama said on November 4, 2006 in Bristol, Pa., at a rally in support of Patrick Murphy, who went on to serve two terms in Congress. ”But I tell you what: I’m confessing to all of you here today — it’s a big crowd, 2,000 people — I’m confessing in front of the TV cameras: I actually stole this line from my pastor, Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr.
