America on the Brink of Anarchy ~ JB Williams…| The Post & Email

December 22, 2011 3 comments

…..How much longer will the people sit quietly, before taking justice into their own hands, in what has clearly become a lawless society?

Clearly, government officials from the White House all the way down to your local town and all points in-between, have a total disregard for the rule of law and the Constitution of these once United States. Every day, we see government officials act beyond their authority, in direct violation of the law and their oaths of office – still, the American people sit silent, waiting… but for what?

The people allowed their Constitutional Representative Republic to be quietly replaced with a Marxist form of democracy (aka Democratic Socialism) and we are now witnessing simple democracy at its worst. Washington D.C. is the belly of the beast, in terms of political and judicial corruption and lawlessness. But that corruption and lawlessness has been systematically spread across the country, throughout the federal courts, all the way down to your local traffic court.

Judges are no longer restrained by the law. They operate as political tools for change – henchmen for a corrupt administration, federal, state and local. Our nation has been systematically pushed to the brink of anarchy, a lawless society wherein the people will have to exact justice themselves, or live under the boot of government tyranny.

The people have already been silent too long. What are they waiting for?…..

The Iranian news agency IRNA reported today that a U.S. missile hit an oil depot in the southwest village of Abadan on Wednesday. IRNA said British and American jets had entered Iranian airspace several times.

In addition to the oil depot attack, two rockets reportedly hit the village of Manyuhi near the border of Iraq’s al-Faw Peninsula near the Persian Gulf and the Iraqi city of Basra.

“In the border city of Arvand-Kenar, the invading American and British airplanes violated the airspace of the Islamic Republic of Iran three times,” a commander told the Islamic Republic News Agency.

The governor of Abadan told IRNA that three people, including a guard at the oil depot, had been released from hospital after receiving treatment, reports Mail Online.

No details were released on damage to the oil depot.

Many Americans Dissatisfied With All Presidential Candidates: Nearly half say there is no…

Nearly half say there is no candidate who would make a good president

Americans are divided when asked if there is any candidate running who they think would make a good president, with 48% saying yes and 46% saying no. This is a slightly more positive outlook than that of 1992, when an incumbent president was also seeking re-election, but more pessimistic than in the election years of 2008 and 2000.

Next we have some questions about the 2012 presidential campaign. Please try to answer each question based on what you may have heard or read so far about the campaign and the candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties. [RANDOM ORDER]\n\nB. Is there any candidate running who you think would make a good president, or not? Selected trend, 1992-2011

Gallup has asked this question in the presidential election years of 1992, 1996, 2000, and 2008, but at different points in the election cycle.

On Wednesday morning’s Red Eye, host Greg Gutfeld asked The Daily Caller‘s Tucker Carlson about Ron Paul’s surge in Iowa. “What happens if Paul wins Iowa? I wrote panic!”

“Maybe Republicans (should) ask themselves why does this 70-ish weird guy have all of this support?” Carlson questioned. “What is he saying that’s resonating? And how do we address those concerns? Maybe people do care about the fed – soft money maybe they are not happy with Afghanistan. I mean, think it through a little bit!”

Later, during the show’s regular Halftime Report segment, Andy Levy theorized that people liked Paul because they enjoyed “the racist newsletters.”

“They are huge,” Carlson added. “Kids love the racist newsletters.”

“It is an under served market!” Levy exclaimed.

“Look at the guy!” Carlson graciously observed. “There has never been a more poorly marketed candidate.”

Has Ron Paul committed the unpardonable sin?

It is no secret that in politics the infamous “race card” trumps all. We have seen it used time after time.

Most recently it has been used by Eric Holder to answer the question (at least in his own mind) as to why there is such a resounding cry for his resignation or impeachment.

Before him was Jeremiah Wright who so eloquently told his church that Obama would make a better president because Hillary Clinton didn’t know what it was like to be a black man in a society run by rich white people.

It is fair to say that the “race card” will continue to be the high card in political poker for years to come.

Ron Paul is now going to get to experience this first hand with his newfound seat at the head of the Iowa Caucus polls. In recent days many media outlets have picked up on a little known skeleton in the closet of Mr. Paul.

Ron Paul published a series of newsletters in the 1980’s and 1990’s that apparently were full of very racist and inflammatory rhetoric. A recent report from the Business Insider has provided a list of newsletters and the remarks made within them. The newsletters in question were:

• Ron Paul’s Political Report • Ron Paul’s Freedom Report • Ron Paul Survival Report • The Ron Paul Investment Letter

ADVENTURES IN SOCIAL ENGINEERING

This is not the first time GM has engaged in social engineering. In 2007, a Cadillac ad portrayed women as super stars and men as impotent.

Chevy Cruze has another 2012 commercial called “Boys Night Out” that has a subtle anti-family message. It shows a handsome young guy preparing to meet his male friends. He removes the baby-seat from his new Cruze and says good bye to his hapless wife, child in arms. Look at the woman’s frightened expression. Heck he’s only going out for a beer!

Then, on the road, he and the boys turn on the music only to hear a children’s song. Seems he had failed to properly “purge” the car. The narrator pontificates that Cruze has sophisticated sound “for whatever you’re into these days.”

Your wife and progeny equates to “whatever you’re into these days.” ????

Prison Planet.com » Government censors document revealing plans to wage war on Americans

Within an hour of posting a critical FEMA document sourced publicly on a government website that discloses plans to hire contract employees under a continuity of government plan, that document was removed and replaced by the following cryptic warning against posting ‘classified’ documents:

ATTENTION: Agency users are responsible for properly uploading controlled, unclassified materials to FBO using the access control procedures for document packages and attachments detailed in the FBO Buyers Guide. Do not upload ANY classified materials to FBO.

A d v e r t i s e m e n t

The government-linked document we posted was marked ‘Source Selection Sensitive’ but not considered classified. Further, it was listed publicly on a government website that was soliciting bids for government contracts. However, despite its public classification, it contains information that clearly is NOT intended to gain wide publicity.

As we reported earlier, the highly contentious federal government plans for Continuity of Government (COG) are largely classified, yet have come to light in shards. Congressman Peter de Fazio made waves after going on the House floor to give a speech raising hell about how the plans for COG, including martial law, were not only classified, but kept secret from Congress, the only organ of public officialdom still tied directly to the people. Similarly, this clip shows the 1980s investigations into the Iran-Contra Affair where questions about the Rex 84 plan for martial law were met with sharp calls for silence for national security reasons:

Besides Paul’s top position, Perry is now third or fourth in most of the polling. Pundits say Iowa is irrelevant if Paul wins, as he is a one-trick pony. Could a win in Iowa ignite the Paul ground teams in other states? Paul is a force to be reckoned with because of his staunch supporters. Maybe candidates should be reaching towards Paul instead of running away from him.

Perry, on the other hand, could be the dark horse in this race. If not nationally, at least he appears to be set to come from behind in Iowa. Why are people giving Perry a second look? His supporters do not mind that he is not the best debater.

The wound dressing is voting almost all of those in Congress out of Congress. More on this later.

CNN Poll: Ron Paul Most Popular Republican Amongst Non Whites 110700 Ron Paul jt 10

While the establishment media continues to hype a 15-year-old story concerning decades old newsletters as part of a dirty tricks campaign to smear Ron Paul as a racist, the latest CNN poll shows that Paul has the most support from non-whites out of all the Republican candidates.

The latest CNN/ORC poll released Tuesday finds that Congressman Paul scores highest amongst minorities when matched up against Barack Obama in a hypothetical election head to head.

Paul scores 25% of the vote amongst non-whites, whereas Romney polls at 20% and Gingrich gets 15%.

Ron Paul is clearly the most popular GOP contender amongst non-whites out of the entire field, suggesting that the “racist” smear, which was heavily pushed back in 2008, has had very little impact whatsoever on the views of those who presumably would be the most likely to be offended by it.

Indeed, it’s a remarkable coincidence that those who seem to be most offended by the non-controversy are well to do, white, establishment Republican cheerleaders, Paul’s foremost political adversaries.

For example, in his appearance on Freedom Watch with Andrew Napolitano last week, Beck said that President Obama and Newt Gingrich were both progressives, and that the only reason the Tea Party is supporting Newt over Obama is due to race.

Prison Planet.com » New Rules Make It Possible For Republican Establishment To Steal Nomination From A Candidate They Don’t Like

December 22, 2011 1 comment

New Republican primary rules are going to make it basically impossible for any candidate to wrap up the Republican nomination very early in 2012.

Republican Party (United States)

Image via Wikipedia

In fact, the new Republican primary rules make a “brokered convention” much more likely and they also make it much more likely that the Republican establishment will attempt to steal the nomination away from a candidate that they do not like. How exactly they would do this will be discussed later in the article. The key is that most Republican primaries and caucuses will now allocate delegates using a proportional system rather than a “winner take all” system. Back in 2008, John McCain did very well in early “winner take all” primaries and wrapped up the Republican nomination very, very quickly. Nothing like that will happen in 2012. In fact, if the field remains crowded it is going to be very difficult for any candidate to accumulate more than 50 percent of the delegates by the time the Republican national convention rolls around. As will be discussed later on in this article, that would move the power into the hands of the Republican establishment.

As Ron Paul strengthens his position in the lead up to the January 3 Iowa caucus, the media pressure continues to build. He is often depicted as an un-electable candidate because if his non-mainstream views on issues such as monetary policy, foreign wars, the second amendment, the right to privacy and personal security, and the federal government’s role in the daily lives of Americans.

Ron Paul, member of the United States House of...

Image via Wikipedia

Recent polls suggest Paul is either a close second in the Iowa race, or has taken the lead by a small margin.

Media arms of both, the democrat and republican parties, for their part, have been complicit thus far in orchestrating the build-up and then collapse of campaigns that have included Presidential hopefuls like Herman Cain, Rick Perry, and most recently, Newt Gingrich. Former Massachusetts governor, private sector millionaire, and architect of the Massachusetts Health Care Insurance Reform Law (a.k.a.RomneyCare) which forcibly mandates insurance coverage for every resident of the state, seems to have, once again, become the media front runner in the Republican primary. Curiously, it has been rumored that the Obama administration’s entire election strategy has been developed for and focused on the Romney campaign, which would put the President at a significant disadvantage if a dark horse candidate emerged and won the GOP nomination.

With Ron Paul’s numbers rapidly gaining, reaching as high as 28% Wednesday night, there can be no doubt that the once un-electable Ron Paul is now a serious candidate for the highest office in the land and a formidable grass roots driven opponent for a President who has thus far failed to manifest the hope and change promised in 2008.

If you thought the establishment’s tactic of ignoring who wins the Iowa primary was bizarre enough, try this one on for size. A USA Today story about how polls show Ron Paul is leading in Iowa is entitled ‘Ron Paul still not in lead’.

Twilight Zone: USA Today Story About Ron Paul Leading In Iowa Headlined Ron Paul Still Not in Lead

The mental gymnastics required to unravel this convoluted premise are somewhat intense, so concentrate…

The full title of the article, written by Jackie Kucinich, is ‘Despite money and support, Ron Paul still not in lead‘.

The gist of the story is that Ron Paul is in fact in the lead according to the polls, but because “mainstream Republicans” insist that he shouldn’t be leading, that means the voters are meaningless and that Ron Paul is in fact not in the lead.

So now we’re being told that surveys of likely voters, the three most recent of which show Paul is leading Romney and Gingrich, have no legitimacy because the establishment doesn’t like Ron Paul.

“Paul received 21.7% of potential caucusgoers, according to an average of three recent polls compiled by the website Real Clear Politics. Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney trails him slightly with 20.3% and former speaker Newt Gingrich comes in third with 15.7%,” reports Kucinich, conceding that Ron Paul is leading, but on the other hand noting that “He’s the second choice of only 9% of likely caucusgoers”.

So it matters little that Ron Paul is actually leading in Iowa, the fact that he isn’t leading the race for second place is more important. Get it? No, neither do I.

A d v e r t i s e m e n t

The corporate press has now moved on from trying to mislead its readers through sheer ignorance to engaging in outright brazen delusions, pretending that Ron Paul is not leading in Iowa while simultaneously having to admit the fact that he is the current frontrunner.

, U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania.

Rick Santorum, more than most presidential candidates, enjoys stumping in small Iowa towns. He’ll gladly spend hours at VFW halls and in church basements, even if only a handful of people are present. These trail gatherings remind him of his childhood in western Pennsylvania, where he grew up in a blue-collar neighborhood. His parents, traditional Roman Catholics, socialized in similar settings and, as employees of the Veterans Administration, encouraged their seven children to celebrate their faith and country. During the Vietnam era, Santorum’s father, an Italian immigrant, would often bring his son to work, introducing him to wounded soldiers.

On the campaign trail over the past month, Santorum has frequently spoken about his childhood. Yes, he served in the United States Senate from 1995 until he lost his 2006 reelection bid. But these days, in the eleventh hour of the primary, it’s his roots and principles, his scrappy persona, that are stirring renewed interest in his candidacy. In the latest Public Policy Polling survey, his Iowa support has risen, hitting 10 percent, a mere four points behind Newt Gingrich with less than two weeks until the caucuses. Those numbers are close to those of other second-tier contenders, but Santorum has something they do not: upward momentum.

SOPA, or the Stop Online Piracy Act, is another one of those bills that sounds like it’s going to do something mildly positive but, in reality, has serious potential to negatively change the internet as we know it. It puts power in the hands of the entertainment industry to censor sites that allegedly “engage in, enable or facilitate” copyright infringement. This language vague enough to encompass sites you use every day, like Twitter and Facebook, making SOPA a serious problem. Here’s how it works and what you can do about it.

SOPA’s coming to a vote very soon. In fact, it was supposed to come to a vote today but was delayed, likely because of all the pushback. Reddit users have already started compiling a list of the IP addresses of popular sites in case SOPA passes and access will be restricted within the United States. A decision is going to be made soon, so if you still don’t know what SOPA is or haven’t done anything to stop it, read on to learn how you can help beat the bill.
