It’s unclear exactly why, but the Department of Homeland has been operating a “Social Networking/Media Capability” program to monitor the top blogs, forums and social networks online for at least the past 18 months.
Based on a privacy compliance review from last November recently obtained by Reuters, the purpose of the project is to “collect information used in providing situational awareness and establishing a common operating picture.” Whatever that means.
Either way, the list of sites reported by Reuters reveals in a Wednesday afternoon exclusive is pretty intriguing…

When Jermaine Green and his fiancee Violet Roberts got on a Metro bus in Bellflower Monday night, they took notice of another passenger.
“The lady got on the bus with a stroller full of pillows, she was very polite, said hello to everyone and sat down,” Green said.
At the next stop, two LA County sheriff‘s deputies, one male and one female, boarded the bus and called the passenger by name.
“They said get off the bus. She then started cursing at (the female deputy). You could tell she had special needs. After that they grab her, she curses him out, calls him a big shot, next thing you know he gives her a big shot,” Green said.
Green captured the incident with his cell phone‘s video camera.
“It was like they were tired of dealing with her so they didn’t try to talk to her or anything,” Roberts said.

Terrorist welcomed in the Oval Office and the Real Truth about 9/11
Walid Shoebat and Ben Barrack
If the government has Ten Commandments, the game of politics, not homeland security, would be at the top of the list. Eager to play the game, the Obama Administration pulled out of Iraq in time for Christmas as it welcomed Iran’s puppets into the Oval Office. The Iraqi delegation, headed by Nouri al-Maliki, included a conspirator in Iran’s terror campaigns—the Iraqi Minister of Transportation, Hadi al-Ameri.
To quash the voices of survivors and victims’ families who linked al-Ameri to American deaths in the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing, the Obama administration replied, “There is no evidence of Hadi al-Ameri’s involvement in any act of violence against U.S. Citizens.”
However, when dots are connected, they point to al-Ameri being an Iranian agent—a first-class terrorist. Ten days after al-Ameri’s visit to the White House, US District Judge George B. Daniels signed a 53 page document in Havlish v. Iran that included 276 Statements of Fact and 35 Conclusions of Law in his ruling that the 9/11 attacks were the result of an “Iran-Hezbollah-al Qaeda alliance.”
Prison Planet.com » Ron Paul: People Call Me ‘Kooky’ Because They Can’t Defend Themselves Intellectually
Ron Paul gave a good account of himself this morning in a series of interviews following his second place finish in the New Hampshire primary. One interview in particular stood out as Paul defended his foreign policy from claims that it is “kooky”.
In a somewhat bizarre change of subject during an interview with Fox & Friends, host Gretchen Carlson seemed embarrassed, stating “Congressman, excuse me for saying this but do you believe some people call you kooky… for your foreign policy only? Is that the reason why?”
Paul responded “They use those terms because they can’t defend themselves intellectually.”
“If they say my foreign policy is kooky, maybe they ought to look at what is happening.” Paul added. “…invading a country like Iraq, who never did a thing to us, killing a lot of people and turning it over to the shiites who are allies with the Iranians, I call that kooky.”
“I call it kooky allowing our president now to go into numerous countries, even today he went into another African country without permission of the Congress. Fighting undeclared wars, that is kooky, and that is why the American people are sick and tired of what we have.” Paul urged.
“They choose that term to discredit me because I’m the consistent one.” Paul said, referring to his critics.
“Spending more money overseas is conservative? Where did that come from?” Paul stated. “Too many conservatives say ‘that’s our position, spend more overseas’. That doesn’t make any sense to me.”

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., speaking in New Hampshire this morning, reminded her audience of the tragic Tucson shooting last year — and also insinuated that the Tea Party, which she said regards political opponents as “the enemy,” has enhanced divisiveness in Congress and had something to do with the shooting, at least indirectly.
“We need to make sure that we tone things down, particularly in light of the Tucson tragedy from a year ago, where my very good friend, Gabby Giffords — who is doing really well, by the way, — [was shot],” Wasserman Schultz, the Democratic National Committee chair said during a “Politics and Eggs” forum this morning. “The discourse in America, the discourse in Congress in particular . . . has really changed, I’ll tell you. I hesitate to place blame, but I have noticed it take a very precipitous turn towards edginess and lack of civility with the growth of the Tea Party movement.”
Having brought up the Giffords attack as a political cudgel, Wasserman Schultz doubled down on that attack. “You had town hall meetings that they tried to take over, and you saw some their conduct at those tea party meetings,” Wasserman Schultz said today. “When they come and disagree with you, you’re not just wrong, you’re the enemy.”

Decorated military veteran and best-selling author Oliver North tells Newsmax that, with the recently announced cuts to the U.S. military, the Obama regime is looking like the “Jimmy Carter administration on steroids.”
North also asserts that President Obama’s efforts to deal with the growing Iranian threat have been an “abysmal failure” and warns that Israel will not “sit idly by and wait to be incinerated” by Iranian nuclear weapons.
North served in the U.S. Marines for 22 years and rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel. He also served on the staff of the National Security Council during the Ronald Reagan administration.
North now hosts “War Stories with Oliver North” on the Fox News Channel and is the founder of the Freedom Alliance foundation.
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, North assesses the Iranian threat and the effectiveness of the sanctions imposed by the United States and its allies.
“Clearly the sanctions have not yet worked,” he declares.

And his economic policies would be warmed-over Bush Sr. and Dole.
In 1980, George H.W. Bush was making the same argument against Ronald Reagan that Mitt Romney is making this year. Bush argued that he was the most electable against Jimmy Carter. The big money Republican establishment was behind Bush because they feared that Reagan was too radical to win, and would carry the entire party down to historic defeat, like Goldwater did.
Reagan even lost Iowa to Bush on that argument. But Reagan carried forward the pro-growth, supply-side economic message that ultimately swept him to the nomination. That message then led to landslide victory in the fall, carrying the Republicans to control of the Senate, and effective control of the House.
Buchanan’s book so explosive MSNBC brass go bonkers
For many, it was just a matter of time before increasingly left-leaning MSNBC eliminated its last conservative, but the apparent suspension from the network’s lineup of Patrick J. Buchanan – senior adviser to three presidents, presidential candidate and multiple-bestselling author – is raising eyebrows because of the reason cited by the cable channel’s boss.
Prison Planet.com » Santorum: Eradicate the Muslims
On Sunday, Ron Paul’s campaign announced it will not contest Florida and will concentrate instead on South Carolina and Nevada.
“It’s such an expensive state, and with their delegates cut in half, the math just doesn’t make any sense,” said Paul’s campaign spokesman Jesse Benton. “We’re a delegate-focused campaign. We’re focused on winning the 1,150 delegates to secure the nomination. And the amount of resources and time it would take to compete for those 50 delegates just didn’t make sense to us.”
Santorum: Eradicate the Muslims sanbomb
There are other reasons for Ron Paul to contest Florida – it is considered evangelical territory locked up by Rick Santorum, who placed a dismal fifth place in New Hampshire.
Polls are notoriously inaccurate, even misleading, but a recent one indicates the Christian Zionist vote will go to Rick Santorum, who has consistently pandered to evangelicals.
“Rick Santorum is the clear winner of Christian voters nationwide, receiving nearly double the number of votes of any other candidate with 41%,” a ChristianNewsWire press release states.
“In the weeks ahead I would not be surprised to see Santorum emerge from South Carolina as the favorite candidate of Christian voters, going into Florida and then Super Tuesday across America, with Newt Gingrich a close second, and nobody else close,” predicted Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt of The Pray In Jesus Name Project.

The number of so-called Christian Zionists is estimated at around 40 million.
North Korean Invasion – Red Dawn Release Date Confirmed for 2012 Watch Unofficial Trailer by Mac Slavo
After many years in limbo, Variety reports that the remake of the 1980′s mega-hit Red Dawn will hit theaters on November 2, 2012.
We admit it. We’re fans of the original (movie fact: It was the first movie ever distributed with a PG-13 rating), and have been anxiously awaiting the release of Red Dawn (2012), for several years. It was originally slated to be Red Dawn (2009).
For those who have been following the movie developments, you may recall that the original remake, completed in 2009, involved the invasion of the United States by the People’s Republic Of China (the 80?s version featured an invasion by Soviets supported by Cubans). After internet protests by Chinese bloggers, executives at MGM and Sony reportedly caved to the political correctness necessitated by our being China’s premier debtor and edited out the Chinese aspects of the movie and replaced the Chinese Red Army with that of North Korea at a cost of some $1 million.

The secular sabotage from fifth column apostate Americans is almost complete. The current inhabitants of our nation for the last 80 years have been indoctrinated with poisoned kool aid and brainwashed with the secular and godless ideologies of Marx, Nietzsche, Crowley, Dewey, Sanger, the Frankfurt School, Freud, Kinsley, Alinsky, J.
Lennon, moral relativism, secularism, narcissism, socialism, subjectivism, pessimism, critical theory, secular and demonic euphemisms, godlessness and lawlessness (Rom.1:18-32). All of these have found their great fulfillment and means in Barak H. Obama. He is the one and has been the one to fulfill all of these reprobates dreams and godless visions. He – for our nation – is the straw that broke the camel’s back and the man that our founding fathers warned us of who would come at the end of our nation’s journey.
The current inhabitants of our nation for the last 80 years have been indoctrinated with poisoned kool aid and brainwashed with the secular and godless ideologies.

(CBS News)
Michelle Obama said depictions of friction in a new book, “The Obamas,” between her and former top aides to her husband, President Obama, aren’t true.
In a wide-ranging interview with “CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King, the first lady also said that some have tried to portray her as an “angry black woman” since Mr. Obama first announced he was seeking the presidency.
” … I guess it’s more interesting to imagine this conflicted situation here and a strong woman and– you know? But that’s been an image that people have tried to paint of me since the day Barack announced, that I’m some angry black woman.”
“The Obamas,” written by New York Times reporter Jodi Kantor, reports that there was tension with former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanual and with former presidential Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.
But Mrs. Obama told King that simply wasn’t so.
“Rahm is — and Amy, his wife, are some of our dearest friends,” Mrs. Obama says. “Rahm and I have never had a cross word. He’s a funny guy.”

An elderly, former Marine who lost his wife of 54 years in the Tucson mass shootings expressed his anger at fellow victim and Congresswoman Gabbie Giffords.
George Morris, 77, was shot in the leg and back in the attack just over a year ago as he tried to protect his wife from the gunman. Dorothy Morris, 76, was killed after the couple had gone to the Safeway supermarket to quiz Ms Giffords’ political opinions. Mr Morris, who describes himself as ‘ultra-conservative’, even refused a visit from President Obama while he recovered in hospital following the shootings in Arizona.
The couple had gone to the meet and greet at the grocery store to question Congresswoman’s support of Obama’s policies – including the health-care reform bill.
