RNC Launches ‘Ottack2012.com’ To Track Obama Campaign’s AttacksDailyCaller | 1-17-12 | DCPosted on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 1:40:26 PM by tcrlafThe Republican National Committee on Tuesday launched Ottack2012.com, a website aimed at tracking and countering negative campaign comments and ads from President Barack Obama as he attempts to get re-elected.

The website prominently displays a quote from Time magazine’s Mark Halperin, predicting that ”Obama’s campaign and allies will run more negative ads against this Republican nominee in 2012 than have ever been run in the history of the world.”

To accompany the website, the RNC released a video quoting Obama from before he was president, saying:“If you can’t beat your opponent’s ideas, you distort those ideas and maybe make some up. If you don’t have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run away from.”…..
