MSNBC, America’s closest approximation yet to Pravda (though not for lacking of trying, New York Times), did something curious but characteristic Wednesday night during the hour-long hyperventilation known as “The Ed Show.” (video after page break)

The show’s namesake, Ed Schultz, was talking with Washington Post columnist E.J. Dionne, who benefits from his appearances with Schultz by looking sane by comparison.

Earlier in the program, Schultz could barely contain his anger over a photo showing Republican Gov. Jan Brewer pointing a finger toward President Obama’s face and appearing to exchange words with him after the president’s arrival in Arizona that day.

Now the extremely bad news for US citizens. First, on 19 January 2012, multiple videos were made of a shipment — via rail — of hundreds of Bradley tanks and related equipment moving from Northern California Southward. Then, a few days later, the US military, DHS and local LAPD leaders advised of military drills on the streets of Los Angeles. Note: Said streets, we are advised, will remain secret and no one will be allowed in or out while the ‘drills’ are going on. If that’s true and civilians are cordoned off and allowed nether entry nor exit, Martial Law will already be in place.

The US military, Department of Homeland Security and LOCAL Police are conducting “urban warfare exercises” in recent and unprecedented “showings of force” under the now undeniable (by any intelligent beings) Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama. These military forces are inhabiting the streets and air of and over Los Angeles, Boston, Little Rock, Miami and Colorado amongst others. At a joint meeting between DHS, US Army Garrison-Fort Carson and IMCOM (Installation Management Command) in June 2011, the reason for the seminar was given as: “The focus of the two-day seminar was to evaluate installation performance and develop corrective action plans to improve and maintain emergency preparedness, prevent hostile acts, protect Soldiers, Family members and civilians, and improve response and recovery capabilities.” Hostile acts? If this true “emergency preparedness” to what hostile acts might they be referring? And what would cause these hostile acts? Certainly not the supposed ‘weather emergencies’ they are trying to push onto the American people. When did a tornado cause hostile acts from the American public?

Resolution 511 McCain born to American citizens (PLURAL)

In 2008, the Senate passed a bill by unanimous consent declaring John McCain to be a “natural born citizen” and thus eligible to run for President. Ironically, this bill was co-sponsored by both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Below is the full text of the resolution. Third paragraph from bottom refers to prior presidents born “outside the US” being eligible for the office. However, it is my understanding that this applied to only one individual (Chester Alan Arthur ?) and his place of birth (still disputed) was not known at the time of his candidacy. I believe Leo Donofrio has submitted comprehensive narrative on this in the past.

Last two paragraph’s address McCain’s qualifications and it is to be noted that both parents (plural) were U.S. citizens.

Once the GA default judgment is issued and an appeal is made, the recalcitrant defendant and his staff of vipers will make a full blown effort to assemble the most vicious legal arsenal in history to target and rebut ALL antiquated references. In a day when most supporting evidence being submitted for clarifying the meaning of “natural born citizen” predates 1900, it may behoove us to consider more current documentation to make a case and defend the truth.

In a dramatic head-to-head contest that will win huge attention throughout the political world, I now believe that Ron Paul will defeat Mitt Romney in the Virginia primary. The implications could be enormous. This result would dramatize the fact that a majority of Republican primary voters favor a candidate more conservative than Mitt Romney. This prospect could also inspire the mother of all money bombs for the Ron Paul campaign.

If I were the campaign manager for the Gingrich and Santorum campaigns, I would be suggesting that all conservatives vote for Ron Paul in Virginia. Ditto the conservative movement leaders from all conservative points of view and throughout the conservative media.

So far, the pundit debate has largely missed the point that Mitt Romney has hovered between 26 percent and 38 percent in various state votes and polls. It is ridiculous for anyone to suggest “this race is over” or “this race will soon be over” (as many pundits wrongly have) because, obviously, the nominee will need 50 percent-plus-one of all delegates. I emphasize delegates.

At the beginning of yesterday’s hearing to determine the legal and Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama for placement on the State of Georgia ballot in November, Judge Michael Malihi was said to have read “the last paragraph of [Obama] Attorney Michael Jablonski’s letter” to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

And in the barely 2 hour proceedings which reviewed 3 lawsuits demanding Obama not appear on that ballot, this might have been the most significant “statement” made by the otherwise reserved Malihi.Like Obama, Jablonski was a no-show in the Georgia courtroom, leaving Obama represented by no counsel at the proceeding.And although the judge adjourned the hearing with no decision, no ruling, in fact nothing more than a “thank you” to the participants, the last paragraph of Jablonski’s letter states “We await your taking the requested action and as we do, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26th.”

Well Obama had been subpoenaed to appear in that courtroom. The subpoena had been specifically and without reservation upheld by Judge Malihi just 6 days earlier. So Obama was in obvious violation of the court’s order.

Jan Brewer tarmac tiff touches nerve in black community, some commentators say [for dissing Zero]

Reaction to the Jan Brewer encounter is still bubbling, with some black commentators now suggesting the image of the Arizona governor wagging her finger at the President of the United States has touched a nerve in the African American community.

On MSNBC Thursday, Al Sharpton posited that Brewer’s treatment of President Obama was another example of disrespect in a list of many for the nation’s first black president. His guest, Sirius XM host Joe Madison, said such incidents show that there are people “who cannot stand the fact that this is an African-American who is now one of the most powerful individuals on the planet,” Mediaite reported.

An NAACP official went a few steps further in an interview with POLITICO Friday, saying the tiff played on age-old and discriminatory stereotypes of whites being superior to blacks. Hilary O. Shelton, senior vice president for advocacy and policy at the NAACP, said he was particularly disturbed by Brewer telling reporters afterward that she “felt a bit threatened if you will, in the attitude that he had.”

“What were you afraid he would do, steal your purse?” Shelton said.

The mainstream media appears to have been put under a “cone of silence” about the first court proceeding to enter into the record evidence that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president based on the Constitution’s requirement that that office be occupied only by a “natural-born citizen.”

Georgia administrative law judge Michael Malihi on Thursday heard evidence from a variety of witnesses on why the president’s name should not appear on the Georgia state ballot for the 2012 election.

Earlier in the month, the judge had issued a subpoena for the president to appear before his court to answer challenges to his eligibility as a candidate.

Georgia law permits the secretary of state and “any elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate” in the state to challenge the qualifications of any candidate.

A Few Words About Abortion by Andrew P. Napolitano

Last week marked the 39th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court decision that permitted abortions. Prior to that case, abortion was regulated by each state, and most of them prohibited it unless two physicians could certify that the baby growing in the mother’s womb would likely result in the death of the mother. Even the states that permitted abortions when the pregnancy was caused by rape or incest, an extremely rare occurrence, did not permit it after the sixth month of pregnancy.

Roe vs. Wade changed all that. It permits abortions in all 50 states during the first three months of pregnancy for any reason or for no reason. It permits abortions during the second three months of pregnancy for the health of the mother. “Health of the mother” can mean mental health; thus, most states have taken the liberal position that if a continued pregnancy would make the mom sad or challenge her psychologically, or if she has second thoughts about the pregnancy, the baby may be aborted.
