Cover-up of Townsville mutiny: black GIs turned on officers
BLACK US troops mutinied in Townsville in 1942 and turned machineguns on their officers, in a secret chapter of the war in the Pacific that has come to light through the papers of the late US president Lyndon B. Johnson.
The scandal was hushed up for nearly 70 years after being described in a report given to and apparently kept by Johnson as “one of the biggest stories of the war which can’t be written, shouldn’t be written”.
The subject of rumour and speculation for decades in the north Queensland city, it has now emerged that the mutiny was probably reported at the time to the White House by Johnson, then a young and ambitious US congressman, after he visited Australia in June 1942 on a fact-finding mission for president Franklin D. Roosevelt.

With regards to government intervention into religion, the First Amendment to the US Constitution states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
First, Congress is the Constitutional body that has the authority to make laws for the United States of America. Second, it is to steer clear of anything pertaining to freedom of religion.
The president of the United States has no authority—whatsoever—to make any laws or influence religion in any way, whatsoever. Therefore, Obama had and has NO authority to demand that anyone or any body—let alone the Catholic or any other Christian Church or Jewish synagogue—must appease him by providing birth control, abortions or anything else the tyrant requires. Further, he does not have the authority to compromise or ‘work a deal’ with any Church about anything. Question: Does anyone in this country still remember that the US Constitution is our foundational LEGAL document? And what is it about “no authority” that seems to confuse so many of the Obama media?
As I have written over and over again for years, if Obama is allowed to get away with flaunting the Constitution and its essential Bill of Rights, it’s as if our founding document no longer exists and Obama may now make up any law he wants to install.

With the announcement that 30,000 drones are expected to fill American skies within ten years, the U.S. government has officially declared war on the American people, turning to technology normally used to hunt down insurgents abroad as the whole arsenal of the war on terror is re-focused domestically.

“The Federation Aviation Administration said up to 30,000 drones could be in airspace shared with airliners carrying passengers,” reports UPI.
Once signed by president Obama, the FAA Reauthorization Act allows for the FAA to permit the use of drones and develop regulations for testing and licensing by 2015.
Some types of surveillance drones are already being used by police departments across the country, including in Montgomery County, Texas, where the Department of Homeland Security recently gave the go-ahead for law enforcement in the United States to deploy the ShadowHawk mini drone drone helicopter that has the ability to taze suspects from above as well as carrying 12-gauge shotguns and grenade launchers.
US law enforcement bodies are already using drone technology to spy on Americans. In December, a Predator B drone was called in to conduct surveillance over a family farm in North Dakota as part of a SWAT raid on the Brossart family, who were suspects in the egregious crime of stealing six missing cows. Local police in this one area have already used the drone on two dozen occasions since June last year.
The DHS also recently announced a plan to spend up to $50 million dollars on a spy system that has been used to hunt insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan for the purposes of “emergency and non-emergency incidents” within the United States.
While preparing the use of surveillance drones against Americans, the U.S. government is also keen to characterize a myriad of behaviors and activities, no matter how normal or mundane, as potential indicators of terrorism, encouraging citizens to spy on each other in a chilling throwback to how people were hired as informants under the East German Stasi.

The Fox Business Channel has cancelled one of the only shows on the entire Fox News network that was in any way informative or watchable – Freedom Watch with Judge Andrew Napolitano.
In a press release distributed late Thursday, the channel announced that its entire prime-time programming lineup had been changed, with re-runs of already existing programs replacing Freedom Watch.
Napolitano’s show had been airing for a year, in which time he had consistently covered major issues that other news programs would only gloss over, if they devoted any coverage to them at all.
Napolitano’s coverage of the freedom stripping National Defense Authorization Act for one was second to none as far as mainstream news output was concerned. His legal and constitutional expertise on such matters is also unrivalled.

It has taken me a long time to get over the idea that Communism is a “left” thing. I now know better, that “Neocon” means “Commie.” For years we were told that right wingers were Nazi’s. Imagine, having to apologize to Nazis.
The problem is spreading but the worst places, of course, have been Michigan, Wisconsin and Indiana. A group there of what we now know to be communists have taken over the government pretending to be conservatives.
They have been working to break trade unions and replace them, not with capitalism. They want a Stalinist police state with gun seizures, neighborhood spy groups that they call “anti-terrorist watches” and, at the same time, destroy the middle class and education systems which might threaten totalitarian rule.
We thought “ground zero” would be Wisconsin but it is now Indiana where a jury just convicted Secretary of State Charlie White, the man who runs the state’s elections with 6 felony counts of voter fraud.
The governor tried to keep him in office anyway and has appointed his assistant, someone who may also face similar charges in what we have been told is a secret Federal Grand Jury investigation, as his replacement.
Is there no shortage of communists in Indiana? Why Indiana? Why the resurgence of communism? How did communists get control of the Republican party?

President Obama cannot effectively handle the growing crisis in Syria because of his unwillingness to address Iran’s central role, charged former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton in an interview today with talk-radio host Michael Savage.Bolton told Savage that the administration’s Syria policy fell apart last weekend when Russia and China vetoed a U.S.-backed Security Council resolution condemning Bashar al-Assad’s crackdowns on his people “that wouldn’t have done anything other than satisfy the need for some sort of rhetorical statement.”
The vetoes caught the administration “completely unaware,” said Bolton, who is serving as an adviser to Republican Gov. …..And, each of his three opponents has Achilles’ heels. Indeed, they all have the same identical weakness. Namely, they are all weather vanes. Each of them, when attacking the other two for “flip-flopping,” are entirely correct.
Indeed, this is one of the rare occasions where I agree with all three of them, when they criticize the other two on this ground. Well, they are all statist warmongers too, but why be critical?
It cannot be denied that Congressman Paul, too, has “weaknesses.” Why, this maniac favors freedom across the board, without fear or favor. He, idiotically, wants to apply the Golden Rule, hold on, wait for it, you had better be sitting down when you read these next few words, to foreigners.
He got booed for saying this in the South Carolina debate by a bunch of chicken hawks, but members of our armed forces support this basic element of Judeo Christianity. So much so that they donate more money to him than to all of his four competitors (I include Obama, here), put together.
I just can’t wait until these soldiers hold their march in favor of Dr. Paul. Stupidly, he wants to End the Fed, HUD, Fannie, Freddie, the sources of our present great prosperity, as everyone in the mainstream media knows full well. He doesn’t think too highly of the Department of Education, which is responsible in part for our present high student scores; he must be against education per se!
What a horrible person he is. Brainlessly, he wants to end our war on drugs, and put these substances on some sort of par with alcohol. Hey, you can’t get any more dim-witted than that. Why, millions of (disproportionately black) innocent prisoners who never engaged in any violent acts would be freed if this jerk had his way. So, yes, he, too, has his weaknesses. But, hopefully, as more and more people hear his views, these will be converted to strengths.
But he also has his strengths, even at present. He is what we call in sports, a “winner.” He has won 12 elections in his congressional district, amongst the voters who know him best. In contrast, in sharp contrast, the other three are “losers.”

Retired U.S. Marine Corps officer Oliver North told The Daily Caller that he would like to see former House Speaker Newt Gingrich as commander in chief, saying that another four years of President Barack Obama would be “a nightmare.”
