For nearly 20 years the Confederate Society of America has been providing you with detailed information drawn from many Historical Sources that would substantiate our many claims heretofore described by our adversaries as ‘baseless allegations’.
During this time period we have equally called for the development and advancement of a Confederate Alliance consisting of like-minded organizations whose basic conscript is the recognition of another’s Independent Sovereignty without which, there would be no such advancement.
From this Alliance, additional & key information has continually come forth, equally supporting our position thanks to our Confederate Colleagues within them.
Therefore, and with your permission, let me provide y’all with an ‘incorporation’ of those MANY materials heretofore sent out wherein the…..

The Second ‘Dot’- The Conclusion of the Civil War & How the Federals Covered Their Fannies for Their Illegal Actions!
My signature line always includes one of these two descriptions:
A) ‘When the Confederate Republic Lost, so TOO did TWO Country’s’ and B) ALL Roads Lead to 1865- the Beginning of the End of the Republic.
Let me explain:
When the Civil War ended and the Confederate Republic was militarily defeated, the Confederate Republic’s President, Jefferson Davis, was arrested and imprisoned.
The Washington Government wanted Letters of Official Surrender of the Confederate Republic from him.
He NEVER Surrendered the sitting Government of the Confederate Republic for had he done so, our fate and our right of claim to existence would have been LOST forever more.
One of OUR key contentions all along has been this:
Ø If we had NO right to exist as Washington has claimed and taught YOUR children to think, then why did they want those Letters of Surrender so Badly?
Ø Equally, if we had NO right to exist and were in fact Rebels as they claimed, then why didn’t they bring ANY of our Political Leaders up on charges of TREASON wherein they could have been executed along with our Military Leaders?
WHY?
And here is the ANSWER as to WHY:
Ø Prominent Northerners (DID YOU WATCH THE VIEDO) , especially those in the Legal Profession, had seen the Weakness of the Government’s case against Davis & the handful of Confederates yet being held.
Ø One who saw it was the Chief Justice of their Supreme Court, SALMON CHASE, who would have had to rule on their appeal in the event one was needed, which he DOUBTED (the Governments position) and said:
“ If you bring these Leaders to trial it will condemn the NORTH.” He also said: “For and BY the CONSTITUTION, Secession is NOT Rebellion!” (10th Amendment)
In other words, the Confederacy had every right to exist and we were NEVER Rebels but in fact, Patriots, who fought to protect OUR Country and those values we subscribed to only 89 years earlier when we helped to write The Declaration of Independence.
Ø Thus, when The Confederate Republic Lost, so TOO did the Republic of 1776!
The Third ‘Dot’- The Federal Cover-Up!
This came about in several phases.
Ø The FIRST was the passage of the 14th Amendment- in 1866.
In this Amendment the States were forced to alter their State Constitutions embracing a new Federal Hegemony above all else. (Did you watch the VIDEO)
Ultimately, this Amendment would come back to consume the Northern States as well, but only years later and after it was too late as ANY resistance had been conquered during the Civil War.
Ø The second part of this Amendment include The Acts of Reconstruction that allowed Federal Judges along with their CarpetBagger appointees to run rough shod over the former Confederate States.
Ø ANY opposition was summarily crushed and anyone was summarily imprisoned as they has a Federal Army of Occupation standing ready with bayonet in hand to enforce their hegemony.
Ø NO former Confederate soldiers were allowed to vote or hold any office.
Ø Thus, through blatant suppression of Civil Liberties, the former Confederate States and their former profile were changed over the 10 years of that Re-Construction.
The Fourth & Final Dot in this Series- Hiding the ‘Game Ball’- Secession Itself!
Ø And here is where MANY of you have been deliberately CONFUSED by People’s on BOTH sides of the Mason-Dixon and for a WHOLE bunch of self-centered reasons:
Ø In 1867, the Federal Supreme Court really cemented the Cover-Up.
In Texas vs. White, they ruled that Secession was ILLEGAL.
Through in 145 years later plus a whole lot of miss-information and deliberate dis-information and what do most People think and believe?
….Secession was Never Legal to begin with and therefore the Confederacy, in of itself, is a moot point never having any right to exist in the first place.
Therefore: NO ARGUMENT.
After all, isn’t that what MOST of you believe today?
WRONG!
Ø What they ruled on was the FUTURE- that from 1867 onward, it was Illegal but they NEVER DARED TO ADDRESS ALL & EVERYTHING THAT OCCURRED PRIOR!
Ø And thus, the Biggest Cover-Up in History has continued to be advanced right under your noses up to & including today.
All the travails of today are the direct result of what occurred more than 150 years ago and the American People don’t even have the slightest clue.
MOST will tell you that the Civil War was fought over Slavery.
How utterly sad is that?
In conclusion, YOUR Republic was taken from you, as stated, 150 years ago.
We NO longer have a Federal Government as the one that was created in 1776 but it has become a National Government.
I still call them, however, a Federal Empire because that is what they have morphed into.
You can call them what you want.
There are your DOTS of History folks.
Perhaps you can now appreciate what we Confederates have been pleading with you all to understand for these many years.
