The Constitution is an enabling document for big government. Much like the Wizard of Oz, the man behind the curtain is a fraud.
In this case, for all the sanctimonious handwringing and the obsequious idolatry of the parchment, it sealed the fate of our liberties and freedoms and has operated for more than 200 years as a cover for massive expansion of the tools and infrastructure of statist expansion and oppression.
Among the many intellectual travels I have undertaken, this is one of the most heart-breaking I have ventured on. I want to acknowledge the compass-bearers who sent me on this journey: Kenneth W. Royce (aka Boston T. Party) and his seminal book,
The Hologram of Liberty and Kevin Gutzman‘s Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution. For most of the political spectrum in America, the document represents their interpretation of how to make this mortal coil paradise. Even in libertarian circles, it is taken as an article of faith the Constitution is a brilliant mechanism to enlarge liberty and keep government at bay. That is a lie.
The document was drafted in the summer of 1787 behind closed doors in tremendous secrecy because if word leaked out of the actual contents and intent, the revolution that had just concluded would have been set ablaze again.
They were in a race against time and did everything in their power to ensure that the adoption took place as quickly as possible to avoid reflection and contemplation in the public square that would kill the proposal once the consequences of its agenda became apparent. They were insisting that the states ratify first and then propose amendments later.
It was a political coup d’état. It was nothing less than an oligarchical coup to ensure that the moneyed interests, banksters and aristocrats could cement their positions and mimic the United Kingdom from which they had been recently divorced.
The original charter of the drafters was to pen improvements to the existing Articles of Confederation. Instead, they chose to hijack the process and create a document which enslaved the nation.
Federalist in the old parlance meant states rights and subsidiarity but the three authors of the fabled Federalist Papers supported everything but that. Their intent and commitment was to create a National government with the ability to make war on its constituent parts if these states failed to submit themselves to the central government.
As Austrian economists have discovered, bigger is not necessarily better. The brilliant and oft-dismissed Articles of Confederation (AoC) and Perpetual Union are a testament to voluntarism and cooperation through persuasion that the Constitution disposed of with its adoption.
Penned in 1776 and ratified in 1781, the spirit and context of the Articles live on in the Swiss canton system and are everywhere evident in the marketplace where confederationist sentiments are practiced daily. The confederation’s design divines its mechanism from what an unfettered market does every day: voluntary cooperation, spontaneous information signals and the parts always being smarter than the sum A. confederation according to the Webster’s 1828 dictionary is:
The act of confederating; a league; a compact for mutual support; alliance; particularly of princes, nations or states.
I would advise the readership to use the 1828 Webster’s dictionary to accompany any primary source research you may undertake to understand American (& British) letters in the eighteenth century. It is the source for the contemporary lexicon. It is even available online now.

America, we have an enormous problem. And, it’s a quickly expanding one. Fueled by the palpable fear of We-the-People that is now observably apparent from arrogant elected members of both the Executive and Legislative branches of the US government, Orwellian bills denying the American people their Constitutionally protected rights are now being routinely crafted and passed by an increasingly draconian “ruling—not governing—political class.”
For the first time in the history of the United States of America, its people are being reigned over and reined in by thoroughly totalitarian and an almost completely corrupt set of individuals…individuals whom we elected.
The USA has been heading for Leftist rule for many decades. The markedly minority Marxists and Maoists have been incessantly and, for years, feverishly working to take over our country and install a Stalinist/Hitlerian-styled government. In fact, in 2010 at least 70 members (we suspect there are probably more) of the US Democrat Party were listed as members of the American Socialist Party. But, this is the first time they have claimed the unconditional power to do so.
In the past, we were able to keep these subversive and patently destructive elements at bay. The way in which we were able to effect our continued survival as a free country was via the Republican Party. Tragically, those days appear to be gone. The “Republican Establishment” (aka “Rockefeller Republicans,” Global Elitists or New World Order followers) is now firmly in control of the GOP and it has no intention of releasing its iron grip.
Note: Leftists are leftists wherever they deign to appear.
Recently, leftist John McCain (R-AZ)—one of the GOP “Sleeper Cell” members?—partnered with leftist Carl Levin (D-MI) in greatly increasing the Executive branch’s power over the American people. The ‘McCain-Levin US citizen Imprisonment Bill’ effectively does away with the Fourteenth Amendment’s “due process (under the law)” clause which mandates: “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

I have seen many stories and claims as to when and where Communism, or Socialism, first reared its head here in the good old USA, but lately, I have noticed, there seems to be increasing information on this topic that may tend to confuse the issue somewhat. Much of this information has been around for a long time, but gone unnoticed by myself and apparently most others as well.
About the first time most Americans heard of communism, myself included, was during The Senator Joe McCarthy thing back in the late ’40s. Of course, information on Socialism was available long before that, but I suspect few paid much attention to it.
Not that long ago an article appeared by Alan Stang titled Republican Party Red From The Start… The article emphasized that the Republican Party had been influenced by Marxists beginning shortly after many of them from the 1848 revolution in Europe had immigrated to America. This was by the early 1850s just prior to the election of Abraham Lincoln.
By the Civil War, many of these had found their way into government positions, including the new Union Army; and most of them were sympathetic to Northern politics, and unfriendly to the Southern cause.
Anyway, Stang’s book sparked my interest and I soon found other books on this topic, i.e., the “forty-eighters,” Lincoln, socialism, big government, etc.
In addition to Stang, there are books /and online articles by such authors as Dr Thomas DiLorenzo, Al Benson and Kennedy, Clyde Wilson, etc.–real eye-openers!
LewRockwell.com has a listing of numerous authors who write regularly on these, and related topics, with online archives for each writer.
Karl Marx, surprisingly, had become acquainted with Horace Greeley, and in 1851 he became a writer for Greeley’s New York Tribune, and this continued for about ten years. And so the ideas of Marx himself had its foot in the USA doorway at that time.
And so, I was surprised by this information not only that such things had occurred, but that so little, apparently, was known of this. I had read before where writers had made reference to some form of socialism being practiced by both the Puritans and Pilgrims way back in the colonial days of our country, and the Indiana Connection, but, again, little attention was paid as being at all relevant to modern times Communism.
Communism, by the way, can be loosely known by many names, including Communism, Socialism, Fascism, Marxism, Leninism, etc. And many more names too, but for purposes of my little spiel here the above will do.

Last weekend in the city of Chicago alone, gangbangers slaughtered ten people and wounded another forty. The youngest fatality is only six years old. The youngest person wounded is only one-year-old. Many of the victim were pedestrians sprayed with bullets in drive by shootings. The national news has said nothing about this.
So why does one shooting in Florida warrant weeks of national news? Why has there been thousands of articles a day, for the last four days, about one single shooting?
Almost all of the news items about George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin contains a combination of false statements, opinions presented as facts, transparent distortions, and a complete absence of some of the most relevant details. Almost all news items are written soley from the point of view of the grieving family. The media also fills their articles with outdated baby-faced pictures of Trayvon. Very few include that he was a towering 6’2” football player. Is the media really reporting the news, or is this classic agitation/propaganda to advance a political agenda.

…..More revelations stemming from the Arpaio investigation will undoubtedly be forthcoming. Yet despite the potential historic Constitutional implications and reminiscent of Lenin’s dogma, the politicians and the media not only remain silent but actively suppress legitimate inquiry.
Why is that? Because facts are stubborn things.
President John F. Kennedy said:
“We are not afraid to entrust the American people with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien philosophies, and competitive values. For a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is afraid of its people.”
The politicians and the media are afraid to let the American people judge the truth and falsehood of their statements and actions.
They are afraid of us……
