Obama Eligibility and a Decision of Tyranny

April 19, 2012 1 comment

With the ruling by Judge Malihi in Georgia that Obama will remain on the ballot, tyranny has been established.

How else does one describe it when the President is above the law?

A court issues a subpoena to the President which is ignored.

The court rules against a motion to dismiss.

The attorney for the defendant, Obama, states he will not participate or provide subpoenaed material.

The Georgia Secretary of State says such action will be at the attorney’s and his client’s peril.

The hearing proceeds with the only evidence and testimony presented being against the defendant.

One week later, the Judge finds in favor of the defendant.

Clearly, speculation will be forthcoming. How did this happen? Was the Judge bought? Was he threatened? Was it all fixed before the hearing ever happened?

People will want to know the background of the Judge.

I’m SURE there are some coincidences involved.

Leading up to this hearing the U.S. called off joint naval exercises with Israel near the Strait of Hormuz so as “Not to agitate the Iranians.”

CLEARLY a coincidence.

Last week, while Judge Mahili was waiting to issue his decision, Leon Panetta let it be known that he feared Israel would launch a strike against Iran in April, May or June thus, as some believe, allowing Iran in on what should have been kept under wraps.

Of course, it’s just a coincidence.

The Obama administration is talking about releasing 5 Talibani terrorists heads from Gitmo, they’re talking about holding talks with the Taliban, they’re talking about speeding up financial aid to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt too.

Coincidences all.

Afghanistan At Home…(“…it struck me how similar Community Policing is to Counterinsurgency. …”)

Rise of domestic Muslim violence

There was always a thin line between community policing and counterinsurgency, but the rise of domestic Muslim violence has nearly eliminated the line as the insurgency comes home.

In Afghanistan, soldiers look for IEDs, while back in London or New York, their law enforcement colleagues search for bombs in cars and bus stations.

Angry bearded mobs shake their fists and threaten death in London and Jalalabad. And uniformed men visit mosques, take off their shoes and discuss working together with the local leaders on stopping the violence.

The war has already come home, and the only real tactic on tap is cultural sensitivity. Display enough of it and you’ll win over the locals, and if you win over the locals, they’ll help you stop the violence. And along the way the eyes of the law have to be closed to some of their nastier habits, like beating their wives and killing their daughters.

The Need to Lynch Zimmerman

The Coming Race War in America

April 19, 2012

The Coming Race War in America was published in 1996 by Carl Rowan, the black columnist and former ambassador to Finland. The title is not ironic. He foresaw a major racial explosion. The book of course was furiously ignored. It should not have been. It dealt with an apocalyptic vision that has lurked around the edges of American consciousness since before the Civil War. And still does. We just don’t talk about it.

What has this to do with Zimmerman?

This: Our racial policy has proved a disaster. Sixty years after Brown vs. the School Board, blacks have not assimilated. They constitute a separate people having almost nothing in common with the surrounding European society. They fiercely maintain their identity with their own music, dialect, customs, dress, and names. All attempts to turn them into middle-class whites in darker packaging have failed. Only relentless governmental pressure forces an appearance of partial integration.

Young Americans turn away from driving

April 19, 2012 1 comment

Young Americans are eschewing cars for alternative transport, leaving carmakers to wonder if this is a recession-induced trend or a permanent shift in habits.

For generations of American teenagers, the car was the paramount symbol of independence. But in the age of Facebook and iPhones, young adults are getting fewer drivers’ licences, driving less frequently and moving to cities where cars are more luxury than necessity.

Matthews: Will Voters Be Reluctant To Dump The First Black President? (video)

April 19, 2012 Leave a comment

On Thursday’s broadcast of “Hardball,” host Chris Matthews discussed a path to victory for a second Obama term: being afraid to kick out the black guy.

Matthews wondered if there would be “a reluctance on the part of the voters and the political community” about “dumping the first African-American president.”

Chris Matthews: “Let me ask you about something which is not in the polling, but I want you as experts — Barack Obama is the first African-American president, okay. Is there going to be a reluctance on the part of the voters and the political community that talks politics as we get into November about dumping the first African-American president? Is there going to be something that just wretches people? ‘Wait a minute here, this guy is going to knock out the first guy who got aboard?”

Hillary Clinton would win in a landslide against the party of Ted Nugent, Allen West, Ron Paul and Paul Ryan

By Brent Budowsky – 04/19/12 09:14 AM ET

In my latest column I suggest that Democrats begin a movement to draft Hillary Clinton for president in 2016 as they rally to Obama in 2012. Hillary would win in a landslide against all Republicans, according to recent polling. Republicans have become a party with a high tolerance for hatred and extremism while they continue their war against the interests of women, Hispanics and workers. The latest GOP fiascos involving hateful comments from Ted Nugent and the short-pants McCarthyism of Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) reveal a GOP that has left the mainstream of American life.

Nugent is an idiot. His hateful comments deserve no rebuttal except to note that he well deserves being interviewed by the Secret Service. The absurd comments from Allen West, who embodies the extremism and radical excesses of the House Republicans, turn West into a caricature of the nutcase wing of the Republican Party who is a minor-league Joe McCarthy accusing Democrats of being communists in a charge discredited many decades ago.

The Sea Change: Obama’s Confirmed Forgeries Are Not going Away

To raise an eyebrow at the bizarre secrecy of Obama was off-limits. To question whether the historic definition of “natural born citizen” applied to Obama was taboo.

The era of fear, however, is happily winding down. It will take some time for this realization to fully take hold. But make no mistake: the tables have turned.

Like it or not, the ground has shifted, and it cannot shift back. The evidence of Obama’s forgeries is not going away.

Up until this point, Mr. Obama controlled everything, including the talking points and burden of proof.

LZ Granderson, a regular CNN contributor, has called for locking up Ted Nugent following his public criticism of Obama.

Ted Nugent’s comments during an NRA convention.

“Not because he doesn’t like Barack Obama but because he got up in front of a group of people and insinuated he would attempt to assassinate Obama if he’s re-elected. Or let’s put it this way: A man with a truckload of guns has threatened the life of our president while the country’s at war,” he writes.

On Wednesday, Nugent said he did not call for violence against Obama at an NRA convention held earlier this week. “Every reference I made, whether it’s a shot across the bow or targeting the enemy, it always ended the sentence with ‘in November at the voter booth,’” Nugent told Glenn Beck.

Refutation of the Charge That The Framers Perpetrated a Coup d’etat

April 19, 2012 1 comment

Refutation of the Charge That The Framers Perpetrated a Coup d’etat

For a multitude of reasons, political and otherwise, partly inspired by deep-seated fear of any central government with real powers, however limited on parchment–in a written Constitution–the framing of the Constitution was harshly criticized by a number of people throughout the period of the ratification debates.

One of the principal arguments was that the Framing Convention acted beyond the scope of its authority, because it did not limit itself to proposing amendments to the Articles of Confederation, in keeping with the original “call” for the Convention. (Instead it proposed, in draft form, an entirely new instrument for submission to the people for consideration through their specially chosen Ratifying Convention in each State.)

Madison devoted the entire essay number 40 of The Federalist to refutation of this argument. Among the numerous and convincing reasons which he presented in support of the soundness of the Convention’s course, a main one was “the crisis” then confronting the country but only incidentally, in passing, in the process of his analysis. Yet the crisis, caused by the complete breakdown of all pretense of effective government by the Confederation, was alone sufficient to justify the Convention’s new approach to the problem.

The record shows overwhelming evidence of the completeness of this breakdown and of the impossibility of amending the Articles of Confederation so as to produce any effective remedy within its framework. Besides, earlier attempts to amend the Articles had failed. Lacking a real central government, there was for example no possibility of national security through sound national defense, or sound interstate relations economically, financially or politically, much less sound relations with foreign governments. (The previous comments about the Confederation, at pages 120 and 167, are pertinent here.)

VT, the publication Veterans Today is an enigma. An intelligence agency took a look at us the other day and their head called me. He had my file, which made him wonder why I wasn’t in prison somewhere, and noted that we weren’t entirely public. We aren’t.

Prison Planet.com » Rights Group Demands Investigation Into Illegal Google Wiretapping

April 19, 2012 Leave a comment

A privacy rights groups has demanded a new investigation into Google’s collection of personal data from the wireless internet networks of Americans via by its “Street View” vehicles, noting that the practice violates wiretapping laws.

The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) wrote to Attorney General Eric Holder this week, asking for the Department of Justice to open another investigation into the matter following an “inadequate” Federal Trade Commission investigation and a proposal by the Federal Communications Commission to fine the search engine giant just $25,000 for attempting to obstruct the probe.

The Commission found that Google impeded the investigation by “delaying its search for and production of responsive emails and other communications, by failing to identify employees, and by withholding verification of the completeness and accuracy of its submissions.” Marc Rotenberg, EPIC’s executive director, wrote.

“By the agency’s own admission, the investigation conducted was inadequate and did not address the applicability of federal wiretapping law to Google’s interception of emails, usernames, passwords, browsing histories, and other personal information.” Rotenberg noted.

POinting out that the FCC relied purely on Google’s own statements and did not even review the contents of the data intercepted by Google, Rotenberg added:

“Much of the information uncovered by the FCC’s investigation was redacted, and Google’s obstruction prevented the agency from determining the merits of the underlying substantive issues: whether Google’s interception of Wi-Fi communications violated the Wiretap Act,” Rotenberg argued. “Finally, the FCC ignored legal precedent holding that the contents of unencrypted Wi-Fi networks were protected by the Wiretap Act.”

On March 1, the FBI stopped sharing vital terror intel with state and local officials without explanation.

Without making a public or private announcement, the FBI has ended critical intelligence sharing with all 77 law enforcement fusion centers nationwide. This policy was implemented less than two days after a top FBI official told Congress about the FBI’s extensive efforts to share intelligence with state and local partners.

On Monday, a state fusion center official told PJ Media:

The FBI has effectively put us out of business. We are right back to September 10.

Two other fusion center officials in other states confirmed the FBI’s new policy to PJ Media.

Liberty is Null and Void…

April 19, 2012 1 comment

By Dr. Robert R. Owens Thursday, April 19, 2012

America was founded as a Federal Republic. This means our nation was designed to have two levels of sovereignty. The States which pre-date the central government and which created the central government is to be one level and the central government they created was to be the second. The separate States first combined to found a central government when they drafted and ratified the Articles of Confederation in 1781. This combination was strengthened and expanded in the writing and ratification of the Constitution in 1789. However, in both of these new beginnings it was always stated and assumed that the States were the building blocks out of which the whole was built.

The Anti-Federalists sought to safe guard the inherent rights of the Sovereign States in the face of a proposed national government which concentrated power and superseded the primacy of the States. The Anti-Federalists are often dismissed by those of succeeding generations who have been educated by the victorious philosophical descendants of the Federalists, as mere obstructionists and people of no-account. However, their ranks were filled by some of the greatest names of the Revolutionary times such as Samuel Adams, George Mason, Thomas Paine, and Thomas Jefferson.

Another well-known leader of the Antifederalists, Patrick Henry, questioned the very legitimacy of what are possibly the most famous words in the document: “We the People” when he said, “I have the highest veneration for those gentlemen; but, sir, give me leave to demand, What right had they to say, We, the people? My political curiosity, exclusive of my anxious solicitude for the public welfare, leads me to ask, Who authorized them to speak the language of, We, the people, instead of, We, the states? States are the characteristics and the soul of a confederation. If the states be not the agents of this compact, it must be one great, consolidated, national government, of the people of all the states.”

Once the Constitution was maneuvered through the ratification process most of the Anti-Federalists faded into the background. Forgotten were their war time services and forgotten were their warnings that a central government once established would inevitably grow in power to eclipse the States.

In the early days of the Republic the former Anti-Federalists attempted to keep alive the idea that it was the States which had created the central government and that the States therefore had the authority to determine if the central government had overstepped the authority which had been delegated to them by the States. They proposed to do this through a process known as Nullification.

JB Williams — Tea Party vs. Netroots Nation – Game On?

April 19, 2012 3 comments

…..Meanwhile, the Tea Party remains completely divided, un-funded, without direction, largely unaware of the pure massive evil it faces and in a word, impotent. The kinder-gentler nature of the Tea Party movement is in way over its head in the battle with the massive evil empire of international socialists they face and the sooner they recognize this reality, the sooner they can self-correct and become a viable resistance.

Where are the huge corporate sponsors behind the so-called patriot movement, the only resistance standing between American freedom and a socialist abyss? Where is the huge international support from people all over the world that recognize the reality that if America is no longer free, freedom will exist nowhere on earth?

And why have so-called patriots allowed themselves to be divided between more than twenty-thousand competing groups, leaving all of them completely impotent against a very well organized and funded enemy of their country?

Do patriots really believe that this election or any other will turn this country around and head it back towards individual rights over collective rights, freedom over the false promise of free-stuff for all? Do patriots really even understand the battle they are in for the future of freedom, or the evil nature of their enemies?

Fed Up: How To Beat an Incumbent President by Bill Sardi

April 19, 2012 Leave a comment

October surprises

So how do you unseat a reigning President who by the way can pull off an October surprise, like a war with Iran, or a terrorist attack, to create public insecurity that gets incumbents re-elected?

Don’t forget, this President got rescued from a horrible public approval rating by pulling a rabbit out of his hat – an undeserved Nobel Peace Prize. And when the President and the Federal Reserve Bank chairman, Ben Bernanke, briefed the nation on financial matters in a Thursday press conference in early May of 2011, the markets began to tumble and gold prices soared on speculation the Fed was planning to print more money to dig itself out of the nation’s financial grave. By Monday it was anticipated the stock market would crash. How did the federal government side-step this impending crisis? The White House pulled another rabbit out of its hat with the Sunday evening announcement that 9-11 terrorist Osama din Laden had been shot and killed in Pakistan. So it’s likely the administration has lots of other publicity stunts like this up its sleeves.

It’s the total load of negative stories that sways voters

One way to dethrone a reigning President is to keep pouring out the negative stories that don’t involve the President at all. That way they don’t appear to be propaganda by the opposing party. A continued barrage of negative stories about the federal government can finally push voters to say they “have had enough” and they will opt for the other guy.

We’re All Branch Davidians Now by Anthony Gregory

April 19, 2012 Leave a comment

Nineteen years ago, just outside Waco, Texas, the FBI demonstrated once again that the state at its core is a killing machine. Monarchy, democracy, or republic – any government as conventionally defined is a legal monopoly on violence. The state is always inclined toward oppression, division, conquest, and bloodshed, because these are its tools of trade.

Matters are no different here. The myth of a free America was always seen with bitter irony by those not blessed by such freedom. In the founding generation, as half a million labored in slavery, many who fought in the Revolution genuinely believed in liberty, but for the ruling elite who chided them on, liberty was hardly more than a slogan. This has always been true of our political leaders. The Father of the Country was a centralizing slaveowner. Old Hickory talked up freedom as he threatened war on South Carolina and forced the Cherokee to flee from their ancestral land on a barbarously murderous walk of shame. The Great Emancipator turned America into a military dictatorship and abolished the revolutionary right of secession. Wilson’s New Freedom was cover for a Prussianized war machine generating revenue for his profiteering buddies on Wall Street. Roosevelt’s Four Freedoms failed to include the freedom not to be drafted or interned in a concentration camp. Ronald Reagan threw the word freedom around as he trained Latin American torturers and raped the Bill of Rights in the name of fighting drugs. The United States has never lived up to its rhetoric.

Could Barack Obama be wearing Malcolm X’s sunglasses in the picture surfacing of the President’s bloated face asleep on a floral imprinted stuffed sofa? Eyes closed with decidedly swollen cheeks, Obama appears to be fast asleep. But close examination of that picture reveals the glasses seem old and have a very revealing factor involving a missing left arm piece. A copyright protected blog by Martha Trowbridge and Erik Rush speculates, “Could Obama be wearing Malcolm X’s eyeglasses?”

On that dreadful day, February 21, 1965, Trowbridge postulates Malcolm could have been shot wearing those same glasses that Barack Obama, Jr. has on while sleeping on that stuffed sofa. But how or even why would he fall asleep wearing sunglasses inside what may be the White House, and why would he be wearing old glasses with a broken left arm? Trowbridge speculates the pandemonium that ensued when Malcolm was shot dead on that stage could have left Stanley Ann Dunham ignored while the slain leader’s distraught wife and family members hurried to the hospital. Trowbridge offers no proof Dunham even was in the audience, but a provocative tale is spun around these locale details. Did the President’s mother grab these glasses for safe keeping to give them to her son? Was she ignored, forgotten? Were these glasses all she could take away from that horrible scene?

Eric Holder warned: Arrest Black Panthers!

April 19, 2012 2 comments

A high-profile minister and commentator for Fox News, CNN and MSNBC who has been described as the “antidote to Jesse Jackson” is calling today for more arrests in the Trayvon Martin case in Florida. But the ones who should be in handcuffs, according to Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, are members of the New Black Panther Party.

Peterson, founder of the Brotherhood Organization of A New Destiny, as well as the affiliated BOND Action, has written to Attorney General Eric Holder asking for the arrests.

“The New Black Panther Party has been emboldened by the Justice Department’s refusal to prosecute them for past and current crimes,” he said. “They must be stopped now before their incitement to violence and bloodshed becomes a tragic reality in Florida and across this nation. Swift and aggressive action by your office would show that the DOJ is still committed to protecting the civil rights of all Americans, not just blacks, and that you’re seeking justice for all parties involved in this unfortunate case. I hope that you’ll do the right thing. The nation is watching.”

Peterson cited the “$10,000 bounty” that the party placed on the life of George Zimmerman, who has been arrested in the death of Trayvon Martin. The party also has “distributed flyers called for his capture ‘dead or alive.’”

“Even though George Zimmerman is now in custody and has been charged with second-degree murder, the blood lust and inflammatory remarks by New Black Panther Party leaders still rages. As you know, the New Black Panther Party is a racist organization – similar to the Ku-Klux-Klan,” wrote Peterson, who has been a driving force behind the national boycott of the NAACP and author of “SCAM: How the Black Leadership Exploits Black America” and “From Rage to Responsibility.”
