MA GOP Planning on De-Certifying Ron Paul Delegates Elected AT State Caucus

Red Mass Group is reporting that the Romney Campaign is planning on decertifying the Ron Paul delegates that won positions at the MA State Caucuses on April 28th to the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida under the “Ronald Reagan Unity Liberty Slate, by invoking Rule 5.2, which requires delegates to be certified by the “allocation committee.”

Windows 7 all of a sudden not genuine

Yes, I’m logged in. Tanned, rested, ready, cheese, moose, sister….

I’m trying to help a senior citizen on a fixed income, in my neighborhood, with a computer issue.

He bought an HP desktop back when Win 7 first was issued (I think Nov. 2009) and all was well until about a month ago.

Now, whenever he boots up the PC, a message pops up saying his copy of Win7 isn’t genuine.

He’s called both HP and Microsoft and each company blames the other.

Most of the time, his phone calls go to India and he has a hard time understanding the tech. support person on the other line.

I’ve heard of a file at Softpedia called RemoveWGA.exe which I’ve used on XP but never on Win7. Is it safe to use RemoveWGA.exe on Win7?

BitDefender flags the file as a trojan, but I’m pretty sure that conclusion is a false positive.

I see from googling this problem, that many users have a similar problem (Windows all of a sudden saying their software isn’t genuine), but I haven’t found a cost efficient solution.

This gentleman already paid for Win7 once, when he first purchased the computer, so I would think he wouldn’t have to pay for it a second time.

Have you dated a composite woman? They’re America’s hottest new demographic. As with all the really cool stuff, Barack Obama was doing it years before the rest of us. In Dreams from My Father, the world’s all-time most unread bestseller, he spills the inside dope on his composite white girlfriend: “When we got back to the car she started crying. She couldn’t be black, she said. She would if she could, but she couldn’t. She could only be herself, and wasn’t that enough . . . ”

But being yourself is never going to be enough in the new composite America. Last week, in an election campaign ad, Barack revealed his latest composite girlfriend — “Julia.” She’s worse than the old New York girlfriend. She can’t even be herself. In fact, she can’t be anything without massive assistance from Barack every step of the way, from his “Head Start” program at the age of three through to his Social Security benefits at the age of 67. Everything good in her life she owes to him. When she writes her memoir, it will be thanks to a subvention from the Federal Publishing Assistance Program for Chronically Dependent Women but you’ll love it: Sweet Dreams from My Sugar Daddy. She’s what the lawyers would call “non composite mentis.” She’s not competent to do a single thing for herself — and, from Barack’s point of view, that’s exactly what he’s looking for in a woman, if only for a one-night stand on a Tuesday in early November.

Then there’s “Elizabeth,” a 62-year-old Democratic Senate candidate from Massachusetts. Like Barack’s white girlfriend, she couldn’t be black. She would if she could, but she couldn’t. But she could be a composite — a white woman and an Indian woman, all mixed up in one! Not Indian in the sense of Ashton Kutcher putting on brownface make-up and a fake-Indian accent in his amusing new commercial for the hip lo-fat snack Popchips. But Indian in the sense of checking the “Are you Native American?” box on the Association of American Law Schools form, which Elizabeth Warren did for much of her adult life. According to her, she’s part Cherokee and part Delaware. Not in the Joe Biden sense, I hasten to add, but Delaware in the sense of the Indian tribe named in honor of the home state of Big F***kin’ Chief Dances with Plugs.

How does she know she’s a Cherokee maiden? Well, she cites her grandfather’s “high cheekbones,” and says the Indian stuff is part of her family “lore.” Which was evidently good enough for Harvard Lore School when they were looking to rack up a few affirmative-action credits. The former Obama special adviser to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and former chairperson of the Congressional Oversight Panel now says that “I listed myself in the directory in the hopes that it might mean that I would be invited to a luncheon, a group, something that might happen with people who are like I am,” and certainly not for personal career advancement or anything like that. Like everyone else, she was shocked, shocked to discover that, as the Boston Herald reported, “Harvard Law School officials listed Warren as Native American in the ’90s, when the school was under fierce fire for their faculty’s lack of diversity.”

So did the University of Texas, and the University of Pennsylvania. With the impertinent jackanapes of the press querying the bona fides of Harvard Lore School’s first Native American female professor, the Warren campaign got to work and eventually turned up a great-great-great-grandmother designated as Cherokee in the online transcription of a marriage application of 1894.

Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that all candidates for the Presidency be “natural born citizens.” As defined in the binding Supreme Court precedent of Minor v. Happersett (1875) and confirmed in the subsequent ruling of U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) and others, all candidates for the offices of President and Vice President must be second generation Americans, that is, US citizens of citizen parents at the time of birth.

President and Vice President are the only U.S. political offices with that requirement. It was the intent of the American Founding Fathers that the chief executive and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces would not have dual allegiance or loyalty to a foreign power.

I used to be so naive. I figured, if someone was running for political office, they must be a member of the party they represent. So, if I vote straight party, I am actually voting for people who think like me. Right? After all, why would anybody lie about that? Isn’t that something the parties check out? And, why would anyone even try to infiltrate the opposing party? Won’t they get caught sooner or later?

Well, not in the Harris County Republican Party. Here, a 5-D (strong Democrat) voter can apparently buy or talk his way onto the Republican Primary ballot and, for an extra $1,000, can buy a seat at the Republican Leadership Council. With apparently no one checking his background, he simply smooth talks his way through the primary using all the right conservative lingo – “God”, “Military Service”, “Family”, “Duty”, “Honor”, “Courage”, “Christian”, “Ministry”… The voters assume the well educated, well spoken candidate has been checked out by their party and take him at his word.

But what would the party have found if they had bothered to check? What should the party have questioned before placing a beautiful “Republican Leadership Council” logo next to the name of a candidate on the Harris County GOP website?

Lost Faith: Young and Old Reject the Two Political Parties

Ron Paul is getting a hearing from young voters and old ones. Both age groups think the two major parties are corrupt.

This is not limited to the United States. Across Europe, the established parties are facing revolts.

This is a prelude to real political change. The voters did not care until it hit their wallets. Now they care. Too late. The politicians ran up the debts. These debts are coming due. No one has a solution.

There is only one solution: the Great Default. It’s coming.

Tasers subject their victims to a 50,000 volt shock followed by 100 microsecond pulses of 1,200 volts. Since 2001, more than 500 people in the United States have died after law enforcement officers used this weapon against them. A study published this week by the American Heart Association’s Circulation Journal confirms that the misuse of a Taser can cause sudden cardiac arrest and death.

In theory, a Taser is intended to serve as a non-lethal method of control for law enforcement officers when they need to physically restrain a dangerous person. But as the new Circulation study demonstrates, Tasers cannot so simply be categorized as “non-lethal.” In addition, there are far too many instances in which officers have impulsively deployed Tasers against children, pregnant women and the mentally ill, even though the victims posed no real danger to either the officers or anyone else.

The new evidence that Tasers can cause cardiac arrest and death, coupled with the disturbing trend of officers using Tasers in flagrantly unnecessary situations, makes it all the more troubling that states do not uniformly or consistently govern or regulate officers’ use of Tasers. This means that Taser policies vary greatly between police departments, often leading to vague, outdated and inaccurate guidelines that result in misunderstanding about the misuse of these allegedly non-lethal weapons.

The FBI is asking Internet companies not to oppose a controversial proposal that would require firms, including Microsoft, Facebook, Yahoo, and Google, to build in backdoors for government surveillance.

In meetings with industry representatives, the White House, and U.S. senators, senior FBI officials argue the dramatic shift in communication from the telephone system to the Internet has made it far more difficult for agents to wiretap Americans suspected of illegal activities, CNET has learned.

The FBI general counsel’s office has drafted a proposed law that the bureau claims is the best solution: requiring that social-networking Web sites and providers of VoIP, instant messaging, and Web e-mail alter their code to ensure their products are wiretap-friendly.

If you’d really like to depress yourself some evening, watch “Doomsday Preppers” on the National Geographic Channel. The show details the plans of normal, well adjusted people to cope with the aftermath of fiscal collapse, nuclear holocaust, the eruption of Yellowstone, solar flares, and so on.

The New York Times noted with outrage that many of these people were accumulating guns and ammunition in order to defend their 1,500 pounds of MREs and dried brown rice, but stockpiling guns is fine with me. My concern is that most of them seem pretty inexpert with guns. One prepper was counting on a Ruger Number One single-shot which, despite its many splendid qualities, is not what you’d pick to blast the mob at your door. Another managed to shoot off several fingers during a practice session. Yet a third, a resident of the Oligarchy of Bloomberg, took lessons in knife fighting because he was unable to get a gun, ignoring the fact that everyone in the Oligarchy of Bloomberg who wants a gun has one, or several, and when the pistol-waving mob comes to this fellow’s apartment I don’t think that he and his knife will last long.

…..The New York Times piece makes sure to point out that Republicans should not criticize Obama’s insane power grabs, because Republican presidents have done it, too.

Yes, the 20th century saw a staggering increase in both Republican and Democrat presidents stepping out of constitutional bounds, but no Republican or Democrat in American history has done the unconstitutional damage to this Republic and violated so many laws and limits on his power as Obama has. None.

Who will stop this power-mad man in the White House? Who in authority is unafraid to hold him accountable for his lawless actions? Since I fear the fix is in on our national elections—through foot soldier Democrat vote fraudsters, remote voting machine hacks to undetectably change the results, and this new, international election results reporting firm, which removes local double-checks on vote totals—then it will literally take mercy and a miracle from the Lord to keep Obama from “winning” reelection, regardless of how disliked he is. He could not win in an honest election. I believe only God can stop Obama from getting a second term.

In light of the May Day arrests of the Cuyahoga 5, the Occupy Wall Street–affiliated group of men who planned to blow up a bridge in Cleveland, Ohio, I called the Southern Poverty Law Center to find out of they had any plans to start tracking the Occupy movement. The first person I spoke to was so shocked by the question that she paused for a good 15 seconds before promising to put me in touch with a representative. This she eventually did, however, and after a game of cat-and-mouse — the person she’d found for me was busy “hosting an international conference on right-wing extremism,” natch — we managed to touch base and I to pose the question: “Do you have any plans to start tracking Occupy Wall Street after a hate group tried to blow up a bridge?”

“No, I don’t think so,” he said. “We blogged it right away when it happened.” I asked him why he thought this deserved only a blog post, and he explained that the SPLC only deals with “hatred of people based on class characteristics,” which a little more pushing revealed meant “immutable characteristics such as a person’s eye or skin color.” “So,” I asked, “Occupy doesn’t count because it doesn’t hate people based on their innate characteristics?” He assented, but didn’t explain adequately why SPLC is vocal on “Islamophobia,” for example — whatever Islam is, it is not an “immutable” characteristic — and why it concerns itself with matters of traditionalist Catholic theology.

I have been writing about vote fraud since 1993. Few Americans became interested in the cold reality that since the mid-1960s our elections have been rigged until the 2000 presidential election and the farce known as ‘hanging chads’. As regular readers of my columns know I belong to no party; I left the Republican Party in 1996 over vote fraud and the putrid world of dirty politics where the truth didn’t matter. It still doesn’t to party hacks whose only goal is to climb the political ladder of power.

The Florida recount energized Democrats; the howling was heard from coast to coast. Laughable when you consider the Democratic Party machine is more famous for vote fraud than Republicans. Both sides engage in it and that’s a fact.

The 2004 presidential “election” was another farce. An illusion to keep the herds believing their vote actually counted. It only counts when those who count the ballots put it in the desired win column. In 2008, Richard Hayes Phillips book, Witness To A Crime: A Citizens’ Audit of an American Election, was published. That book is an absolute condemnation of vote fraud in the State of Ohio. Phillips, who I interviewed when I had my radio show, examined 126,00 ballots, 127 poll books and 141 voter signature books from 18 counties: “Thousands of ballots in heavily Democratic precincts were pre-punched for third-party candidates. Voting machines were rigged, tabulators were rigged, ballot boxes were stuffed, ballots were altered, ballots were sorted according to candidate, and ballots were destroyed.”

Fair and impartial elections is our absolute right in this country regardless of what party you belong to or what candidate you support. For the destroyers and their minions, putting the same incumbents back into office to carry out the planned destruction of this republic is the only goal. The Department of InJustice under Eric Holder, a racist and as corrupt a political animal as they come, is going after many states in their attempt to stop voter registration fraud. The Democratic Party wants illegal aliens, felons and dead people voting. It’s the only way they can win. A dirty machine stealing our elections for their agenda.

Obama/Soetoro has no constitutional authority to run for the presidency. He didn’t in 2008, yet that malignant narcissist and pathological liar continues to camp out in the the people’s White House because of cowardice by judges and career politicians. Barry Soetoro, the last known legal name for Barack Hussein Obama, is already on the campaign trail and now – unless it is stopped – the mechanism is in place to fix the election in his favor – again.

Worst Case Scenario: The Trayvon Martin Case

At the request of my online editor, I am very hesitantly going to discuss the Trayvon Martin case, only because it has huge teachable potential to anyone thinking about carrying a gun for self defense.

The Trayvon Martin case is just about the ultimate Worst Case Scenario, a “Perfect Storm” if you will when it comes to a concealed carry confrontation (one where the shooter survives). I am not talking about the actual physical confrontation, but rather the aftermath.

Did you know that the United States government is using drones to kill innocent people in Pakistan? Did you know that the Pakistani government has asked President Obama to stop it and he won’t? Did you know that Pakistan is a sovereign country that has nuclear weapons and is an American ally?

Last week, the Obama administration not only acknowledged the use of the drones; it also revealed that it has plans to increase the frequency and ferocity of the attacks. White House counterterrorism adviser John O. Brennan argued that these attacks are “in full accordance with the law” and are not likely to be stopped anytime soon.

Brennan declined to say how many people were killed or just where the killings took place or who is doing it. But we know that Obama has a morbid fascination with his plastic killing machines, and we know that these machines are among the favored tools of the CIA. We also know that if the president had been using the military to do this, he’d be legally compelled to reveal it to Congress and eventually to seek permission.

We know about the need to tell Congress and ask for permission because of the War Powers Act. This law, enacted in 1973 over President Nixon’s veto, permits the president to use the military for 90 days before telling Congress and for 180 days before he needs congressional authorization. Obama must believe that he can bypass this law by using civilian CIA agents, rather than uniformed military, to do his killing.

The Constitution limits the presidential use of war powers to those necessary for an immediate defense of the United States or those exercised pursuant to a valid congressional declaration of war. In this case of Pakistan, the president has neither. And international law prohibits entering a sovereign country without its consent. But Brennan argued that the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), which Congress enacted in 2001 in the aftermath of 9/11 to enable President Bush to pursue the perpetrators of 9/11, is essentially carte blanche for any president to kill whomever he wants, and that the use of drones, rather than the military or rather than arresting those the government believes have conspired to harm us, is a “surgical” technique that safeguards the innocent.

Attorney General Eric Holder made a similar unconstitutional argument a few months ago when he stated in defense of the president’s using drones to kill Americans in Yemen that the AUMF, plus the careful consideration that the White House gives to the dimensions of each killing and the culpability of each person killed, somehow satisfied the Constitution’s requirements for due process.

What monstrous nonsense all this is. These killings 10,000 miles from here hardly constitute self-defense and are not in pursuit of a declaration of war. So, what has Congress done about this? Nothing. And what have the courts done about this? Nothing.

War Comes to America – Psycho Politics

As a well known, controversial, publisher and broadcaster I have been demonized, labeled, libeled and slandered by a wide range of opposition. From the days of Rush Limbaugh mocking us as “Black Helicopter Types” and “Militia” to today’s attacks on activists in the Tea Parties, Ron Paul, his supporters and Veterans, this is merely history repeating itself. These attacks were once limited to high profile and loud activists, writers and publishers like Bill Cooper, John Kaminski and myself, today they are going after our readers, listeners or fans. Remember being considered to be a terrorist if you had a Constitution on your dash or a Ron Paul Sticker on your bumper? But I was labeled a “Conspiracy Theorist” when I tried to warn you of what was to come based on suppressed history.

I have always told you that you should consider me the canary in the coal mine. It is no theory that many of the things that I warned about 15 years ago are occurring right now in our country. It is not like it hasn’t happened before. John Kaminski sent me this a few minutes ago.

John will be on my show tomorrow. I urge you to tune in. I want you to do more than just listen. Another war is planned and imminent! We must prepare on the home front without relying on a government that is behind and profiting from millions of deaths and misery for millions.

With the Internet buzzing about a possible Windy City dirty bomb attack during the May 20-21 NATO Summit, we must consider how close we came to that very event six years ago.

National Level Exercise 2006 took place at the same time as the sentencing of Zacarias Moussaoui, which set up an Al Qaeda revenge attack. At the time Ghost Troop had run four counter-false flag missions, but all of them were in my hometown of Houston, where our intelligence contacts were extensive. A Chicago mission was the last thing we wanted, but the Chicago internet and activist communities were already sounding the alarm. When Ghost Troop became aware of the situation we immediately reached the upper echelons of the exercise, confirmed the worst-case apprehension of a pending false flag attack and led the information operation to defend the city.

Chicago Cops Dodge Blagojevich/Sears Tower Investigation

A Chicago Police Department official, who refused to be identified by name, stated that city law enforcement would avoid investigating allegations against embattled Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and Mayor Richard M. Daley.

Former Army intelligence officer Capt. Eric H. May, military/political editor of the Lone Star Iconoclast, recently repeated his charge that the governor and mayor were co-conspirators in a May 2-4, 2006 attempt to sabotage Chicago’s Sears Tower, the 110-story building that 9/11 Twin Towers owner “Lucky” Larry Silverstein bought on 3/11/04, the same day as the Madrid, Spain railway bombings.

Even with recent revelations of widespread corruption and conspiracy by Illinois and Chicago officials, the former NBC editorial writer’s allegations would seem outlandish – were they not backed up by a document trail connecting everyone from top government officials to media mainstays, and even active-duty military intelligence. All of them coalesced into an informal alliance against the Illinois governor, the Chicago mayor and HomeSec director. Blagojevich, Daley and Chertoff were the trio who set up exercises to simulate the collapse of an unnamed downtown Chicago skyscraper.
