By far, I think the most damaging thing Rand Paul did last week was attempt to link the Mitt Romney views on the Fed as being the same as those of his father.

Unless they are being used as were the Israeli slaves during Pharaoh Seti’s reign to build his Treasure City (Obama‘s just sticking it to Americans by gutting the US Treasury that they built with their own sweat) or agree to be trained as Obama’s soon-to-be-if-we-don’t-vote-him-out personal Palace Guards, Obama has no intention of putting the American people back to work.

He was hired to destroy the USA and the American dream…not to help perpetuate it. And, he has done his job very effectively and quite gleefully. Why do you think he’s still smiling so broadly and laughing so loudly?

Kyle claims Ventura began loudly objecting to the war in Iraq before calling the troops “murderers” and saying “we deserved to lose a few guys”.

The left’s greatest fear is the emergence of a new power relationship between populist politicians and a people looking for more freedom and less control. It is the thing that terrifies them and keeps them up nights. They know that such a power relationship has the potential to sweep away everything that they have done; all the intermediaries they have built up between the people and the government; all the insulation that keeps the people away from the centers of power and keeps the centers of power away from the people.

People are not interested in abstract debates, they are interested in concrete benefits. The left has made it its mission to give them concrete benefits, while hiding the true cost of those benefits, and the restrictions that come with them. Because Marco Rubio has a résumé almost as blank as Obama’s in terms of actual accomplishments, I must conclude that the primary interest in running Rubio on the ticket with Romney is nothing more than one more attempt to forever alter the definition of Natural Born Citizen.

Members of Congress have tried on at least eight occasions to officially alter the definition of Natural Born Citizen or eliminate the requirement from Article II of the Constitution altogether.

All of those efforts failed. However, allowing a foreigner like Obama to hold the highest office in our land for one full term is setting a precedent that anyone from anywhere in the world can be president of the United States, and nobody in the United States is going to do anything about it. Putting another foreigner with dual or divided loyalties in the White House would seal the deal.
