so…will THIS be the final kick in the @$$ the sleeping giant/drunk needs?????
Frankly, I doubt it!
That seems somewhat remarkable given that there are more than 1 million lawyers in the United States and 200 law schools approved by the American Bar Association (seven of them are provisionally approved).
Should we care?
RUSH: Okay. Look, let’s cut to the chase here, folks. The reason that I’m nervous with all this speculation that Chief Justice Roberts “caved” and who “got to him” and who intimated him is simple.
The reason I’m having trouble with this is that I don’t think that’s what happened. I believe I mentioned earlier this week (it might have been yesterday or the day before) that I had been warned years ago. I was in a conversation about justices on the court and how they respond to public pressure in the Washington Post Style Section.

Rep. Paul Broun, M.D. (R-GA) of the House Committee on Homeland Security, today sent a letter to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Administrator John Pistole demanding his immediate resignation.
As he explains in his letter ( Rep Broun May 9, 2012 TSA Letter.pdf), the Georgia congressman had previously contacted Pistole regarding disturbing reports about the TSA in his home state:
“I last contacted you in November of 2011 in response to a news report featured on WSB-TV, Atlanta's local ABC affiliate, which detailed potentially lax security standards at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.”
Senator rips ‘big hearts, small minds’ behind Obamacare
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., strongly disagrees with Thursday’s Supreme Court
“Just because you can tax doesn’t mean you can have any tax to do any purpose,” Paul told WND.
Glenn Beck made no attempt to hide his feelings. In fact, he launched into an absolutely epic rant, furiously condemning not just the Supreme Court, but also the Republican Party and the entire mainstream conservative movement.
Beck promoted the upcoming FreePAC event, saying that today’s result just furthered his frustration with regular conservative groups.
He told listeners that he was sick of going to CPAC where he can speak out against progressives, get applause from the crowds, and then be betrayed by the “cowards” in charge who are “won’t come out and tell you what they really are”; “covert progressives.”

Barack Obama is an illegal president, period. 47404.jpegAmerican politicians and the media are lying to the American people. They do so because they hope that their complicity in the greatest fraud in U.S. history will be overtaken by events, that is, the 2012 election.
It is the Big Stall to cover up the Big Lie.In the Russian language there is a term called “vranyo.” It is loosely defined as telling a white lie or a semi-truth. It may contain fantasy or involve the suppression of unpleasant parts of the truth. In regard to Obama’s ineligibility and his alleged felonies, politicians and the media expect the American people to respond in this way:”You know that you are lying, I know that you are lying, and you know that I know that you are lying, but we both smile and nod in agreement.”
The famous face of the Marines, Sgt. Taliano, to be laid to rest
By PATRICK DONOHUE
Sgt. Chuck Taliano was awaiting an honorable discharge at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in 1968 when a reservist writing a book about boot camp snapped a picture of him giving a recruit an "attitude readjustment." That cemented Taliano's place in Corps legend. The photo captured his snarling mug inches from a fresh-faced recruit with the caption, "We don't promise you a rose garden." It was printed on thousands of Marine Corps recruiting posters printed during the 1970s and 1980s.
When President Reagan nominated me as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy, he told me that we had to restore the US economy, to rescue it from stagflation, in order to bring the full weight of a powerful economy to bear on the Soviet leadership, in order to convince them to negotiate the end of the cold war. Reagan said that there was no reason to live any longer under the threat of nuclear war.
Totalitarian governments, like persistent forms of cancer, have latched onto the long history of man, falling and then reemerging from the deep recesses of our cultural biology to wreak havoc upon one unlucky generation to the next.
The assumption by most is that these unfortunate empires are the product of bureaucracies gone awry; overtaken by the chaotic maddening hunger for wealth and power, and usually manipulated by the singular ambitions of a mesmerizing dictator. For those of us in the Liberty Movement who are actually educated on the less acknowledged details of history, oligarchy and globalized centralism is much less random than this, and a far more deliberate and devious process than the general unaware public is willing consider.

Bloggers have been banging away about claims that the ‘Obamacare’ bill contains explicit mandate for jabbing an RFID chip into everybody, starting earlier this week.
I googled the topic to see how much fizz is out there and noted about 150 comments on a blog that insisted the story is real. Most of the comments were in denial that such a draconian measure would be in the ‘progressive’ legislation.
John Roberts, evil genius

Chief Justice John G. Roberts is an evil genius. The ruling to uphold the Affordable Care Act is, on its face, a win for President Obama both because the media are saying it is and because it is the signature piece of legislation of his first term. But it may turn out to be a pyrrhic victory, as Roberts accomplished numerous, subtle victories for conservative Republicans.

Is the Marine Corps just another army?
By Robert Haddick
On May 7, during a discussion with students at the U.S. Army's Command and General Staff College, Defense SecretaryRobert Gates revealed that he is interviewing candidates to replace Marine Corps Commandant Gen. James Conway, who will retire this fall. Gates said he will expect the candidates to explain to him what in the future will make the Marine Corps unique and not just a second -- and by implication, wastefully redundant -- Army.
In the minutes following the announcement of theSupreme Court’s decision to uphold President Obama‘s Affordable Care Act, Democratic National Committee Executive Director Patrick Gaspardchanneled comedy legend Dave Chappelle in summing up the feelings of many Obama supporters, tweeting “It’s constitutional. Bitches.”
(Editor’s note: The following 22-minute video contains profane statements shouted by an angry mob and may be offensive to viewers.)
It happened in an American city: Hundreds of angry Muslim children and adults rioted against Christians, throwing chunks of concrete and eggs at their heads, spraying them with urine and cursing at them – while police stood by and threatened the Christian victims with “disorderly conduct.”
…Roberts’s historic hand on the scale Thursday was the only way to preserve a central role for private insurers in American health care in the years ahead. In this sense, Roberts’ epic choice is therefore not only small “c” conservative as a matter of judicial temperament but economically conservative to boot.
Growing evidence indicates that during the U.S. occupation of Okinawa from 1945 to 1972, the U.S. violated a treaty to not store herbicides within Japan’s political boundaries. Accusations that the defoliant Agent Orange was present in Japan in the late 60s, is gaining ground as the latest reports point to a massive stockpile apparently disposed on the grounds at Futenma air station in Okinawa after the end of the Vietnam War. Former Lt. Col. Kris Roberts said he unearthed hundreds of rusty barrels leaking the defoliant in 1981.

Gov. Perry Responds to Health Care Decision
Posted on Thursday, June 28, 2012 2:02:02 PM by wk4bush2004
Perry said, “This ruling will be a stomach punch to the American economy. It is a shocking disappointment to freedom-loving Americans desperate to get our country back on track. Obamacare is bad for the economy, bad for health care, bad for freedom. Americans have made clear their overwhelming opposition to its convoluted, burdensome and overreaching mandates.”

June 28: A day that will live in infamy.
Today the Supreme Court released its ruling on Obamacare, that hideous monstrosity that unleashed unlimited federal power upon the people it purports to serve. This law was never about delivering health care to Americans, but growing government power, and it has achieved its aim.
I was hoping against all odds that the will of the people would prevail. However, inside my heart I knew that it was hopeless. Nine impartial and totally objective Americans with no personal interests, outside influences, or opinions have decided the fate of millions of Americans for generations to come.
Two months ago, Barack Obama decided he could intimidate the United States Supreme Court into finding his namesake healthcare plan Constitutional.
Overturning the Affordable Care Act “…would amount to an unprecedented, extraordinary step of judicial activism” said the President at a rare White House news conference, adding “…I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected congress.” (1)
Please forgive the vanity but I have to share this… I could be wrong, but I don’t think I am.

In American history and government classes across this country, we still teach our children that our founding fathers demonstrated genius both in articulating the inalienable rights belonging to each person in our Declaration of Independence, and then in preserving those rights in our Constitution.

It also is a reminder that the Supreme Court is a political entity and a human one. Only the Justices who dissented from the majority decision on Obamacare were willing to take the heat. The majority ruled that the individual mandate under the commerce clause was unconstitutional, but gave Obamacare life as a tax.

In order to do away with the true argument that the Congressional ruling establishing ObamaCare would be charged as a fee for being born and living in the USA, Roberts changed ObamaCare to a tax—which Obama had argued previously and intensely stated was NOT a tax—in order to mollify and please his true leader.

Do not think that Benedict Arnold Roberts, the unethical Kagan and their liberal activist cohorts have done the Democrats a favor. The ruling concerning Medicaid expansion, likely will have the effect of blowing the whole thing out of the water. The cost of Obamacare will skyrocket if States opt out of the Medicaid expansion, which at least 26 are likely to do.

Manufactured stunts to create pretext for war one of the oldest tricks in the book
Syria’s downing of a Turkish F-4 Phantom jet last week, an event that has threatened to escalate the threat of NATO military action against President Bashar Al-Assad’s regime, mirrors previous instances where false flag provocations have been used or considered as a tool with which to create a justification for war.
..........Make no mistake—there will be repercussions if Obamacare is overturned. The Obama Administration, the states, private insurers, and other businesses have all spent the past two years implementing and preparing for Obamacare, which has a potential impact of hundreds of billions of dollars.
Overturning it would be like stopping a freight train by running it into the side of a tunnel-less mountain.

Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson will be speaking to Ron Paul supporters at a festival in Tampa days before the Republican convention in August. The festival is one of three planned by different organizers, for the days leading up to the convention.
He’ll probably get a better reception, than if Rand Paul appeared…….
It is a very dangerous time between now and Election Day. Right now, we see Obama’s support base erode inside the party and among black Americans. Obama has been good puppet for carrying out his masters wishes implementing the agenda. He has been bad also because he has awoken up many people to his real plan for America.

This week’s issue of The GLOBE has the cover story ‘BUSTED! This Man Forged Obama’s Birth Certificate!’ Now who would want to go and do a nasty thing like that? Forging anyone’s birth certificate is illegal, let alone the President’s. In fact, forgery is a serious crime, so let’s hope that this turns out to have some benign explanation. Of course there are all sorts of cranks out there so you never know…
