The Second Declaration of Independence

 

Preludeto theSecond Declaration of IndependenceIn light of the 30 plus State Sovereignty Resolutions being filed with theFederal Government I am concerned with the possibility

of the statesbreaking apart through secession having this nation fracture into hostilecamps.

 

In response I have composed a 2nd Declaration of Independence. Ifirmly and passionately believe that the only way to defeat tyranny of the NewWorld Order now roaring at top speed from the Federal Government into ourlives is for all 50 States ultimately to reunite in a 2nd Continental Congress todefend the Constitutional principals of Liberty and Freedom reiterated inpoint within this the Second Declaration of Independence. Seceding isn’t thesolution. It is not the other States who are the enemy it is the FederalGovernment.

 

 

Realizing the likelihood of reuniting all 50 States at once to beminiscule at best it is suggested that we begin with one State to prove thatthis can be accomplished. From there we can inspire other states to alsoadopt sign and file this document with the Federal Government. When 75% ofthe States have joined together in this fight we have the necessary majority tomake it an amendment to the Constitution and the power to enforce it.I ask that if you agree with the contents of the Second Declaration ofIndependence to request of everyone you know, yourself included to makecopies, write a cover letter and send to the Legislative Body and Governor ofyour state as well as to the Sheriff in your county.

 

I also believe we couldmake this a chain email. Our fellow American Patriots, some at least, wouldbe so inspired to get them out to their Governors, Legislators and Sheriff’s.It’s not too late to reclaim the America our founding fathers created.SecondDeclaration of Independence[Original Adopted in Congress 4 July 1776]Modified for the new Millennium February 24, 2009The Unanimous Declaration of the fifty reunited States of AmericaWhen, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people todissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and toassume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to whichthe laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to theopinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impelthem to the separation.

 

In order to honor and uphold the original intent of the Declaration ofIndependence in light of the astounding parallels for need of this the SecondDeclaration to the original all that is once again relevant to restore Liberty andFreedom of for and to the People remains.We hold these truths to be self-evident, “The American War of Independence“commonly referred to as the American Revolutionary War, was fought andsuccessfully set into enactment law known as The united States Constitution, thesupreme law of this Constitutional Republic based on Democratic principals infull recognition of the fact that all men are created equal, that they are endowedby their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, libertyand the pursuit of happiness.

 

That to secure these rights our government wasinstituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.Not the reverse, which is now largely the case and in fact the primary impetus forthis declaration. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive tothese ends, it is the right of the People including each sovereign Individual to……….
