Good news here folks, I have not talked to John Whitehead of Rutherford yet but this was a surprise.

 

I used the above quote to my total surprise the attorney’s had gone to court just to ask for Brandon to be transferred and the judge just threw the case out. It does not get better than that.

 

I have no source for this, but my intuition is that ‘higher authorities’ got wise to the Mayberry cops and mental health people going nuts here and decided to nip the damage in the bud.

 

Personally I think the arresting Goobers, mental health people and the first judge should spend a month under observation themselves as a proven threat to the public.

So our congrats go out to the Raub family for not having to go through weeks of mental anguish over this abuse, and to the Rutherford Institutefor being Johnny on the Spot for Cpl. Raub.

Earlier today I learned more about what can only be described as a law enforcement three ring circus. Internet complaints came into the FBIabout Brandon’s Facebook postings, which the FBI claimed they have to look into. You all savior that open back door for a moment. A handful of people can get together and trigger something like this and sic the Goobers on you.

Following a one-hour hearing, Prince George County Circuit JudgeW. Allan Sharrett declared that the petition seeking to commit Raub for a month “is so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.”

Folks. There is no bigger slap down to all the law enforcement, the first judge, and the Goober mental health people that signed him over to observation. It’s like they all decided to:

 

“Let’s just trash the reputation of law enforcement today to show Janet Napolitano of Homeland Security that we are showing these Vets with these Founding Fathers conspiracy theories that they are for child’s books, not for adults.”

 

Then it appears the highly paid secret service agents just tagged along for an easy day to watch, like they have nothing better to do with their time. I suspect their procedures protocols will get a little looking into on this.

 

The FBI and Secret Service are now claiming that they ‘had nothing to do that’, Raub being handcuffed and taken away, that the FBI doesn’t ‘make determinations like that’.

 

‘When we left we had not arrested him, we had not placed our hands on him, we did not detain him and we did not charge him.”

 

Said Secret Service Agent Brian Leary, “The Secret Service assisted the FBI with the interview. He was not arrested by the Secret Service. The Secret Service will continue to monitor the situation. We have no further comment at this time.”

 

For our older readers, can you read between the lines on the back pedaling here? Do you see how they are getting on the record that they left before Raub was taken away, but are not volunteering anything about what their opinion of Raub was, which begs the question why did they go out there in the first place.

 

So I smell a rat here. Why are all these people needed to…………….
