Here is just one account of what happened in a Wisconsin polling place; We saw loads of voters being bused in from Chicago. They were blatant, in your face, wearing BEARS shirts, pants, hats,etc. They were FREELY openly talking about catching buses back to Chicago. VAN loads of these people were followed from the polling place to drop off points in the same geographical area, by THREE different individuals, including Republican Legal representative, and TWO Official trained Project ORCA representatives/poll observers . This area was in the 12th and 13th St. area, between the 1300-1600 blocks.

My fear was that if elected, Romney would start a war with China, Iran, and who knows who else. In contrast, Obama had four years to do that, and refrained. Another reason: at least we can trust Obama to be the socialist, interventionist, moderate war-monger that he has proven himself to be. In contrast, with Romney, he has been on every side of every issue; you just can’t trust that man to cleave to any principle. Also, I’ll never forgive Romney for what he did to my man, Ron Paul. Yes, yes, Romney might have been better on economic policy than Obama.

We received an e mail from "Scott", a member of a pipefitters union that runs an apprenticeship program called Helmets To Hard Hats, which according to its website, "Is a national program that connects National Guard, Reserve and transitioning active-duty military members with quality career training and employment opportunities within the construction industry." Scott writes that his company hired a soldier who had recently returned from Iraq, who told him that U.S. troops were being quizzed on whether or not they would be prepared to shoot their own friends and family members during a national state of emergency in America.

What is going on is the present-day proof of the truism observed by Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton, who rarely agreed on anything in public: When the voters recognize that the public treasury has become a public trough, they will send to Washington not persons who will promote self-reliance and foster an atmosphere of prosperity, but rather those who will give away the most cash and thereby create dependency. This is an attitude that, though present in some localities in the colonial era, was created at the federal level by Woodrow Wilson and Theodore Roosevelt, magnified by FDR, enhanced by LBJ, and eventually joined in by all modern-day Democrats and most contemporary Republicans.

I received an email from a brilliant conservative friend who wonders whether Republicans can ever win another election and thus whether the nation is forever lost. I ran into a college student at church the Sunday before the election, and despite his strong conservatism and high intelligence, he admitted confusion about the candidates’ respective positions after the presidential debates.

Defense Department can’t put soldiers, ballots together

Barack Obama is president and commander-in-chief of the U.S. military, but after his attorneys argued in court that service members defending the nation deserve no special accommodation to vote, a number of elected officials are raising questions about the White House’s commitment to their rights.

 

According to a letter sent by several U.S. senators to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, an appointee of Obama, the federal department has failed in its obligation to make sure service members are allowed to vote.

“Because our service members move regularly between U.S. military installations and overseas locations, their mailing addresses are constantly changing,” said the letter from Republican Sens. John Cornyn of Texas, Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire, John McCain of Arizona, Rob Portman of Ohio and Marco Rubio of Florida.

 

“This challenge makes it critically important that DoD be able to redirect blank ballots effectively and efficiently. Sadly, this is precisely where DoD has failed these overseas troops.”

 

Time magazine reported just one day before the election that soldiers, sailors and others in the U.S. military lean Republican, noting that while ranks are not a “monolithic bloc,” “the U.S. military plainly tilts toward the GOP.”

 

The senators said the problem had been identified much earlier and raised as an issue as recently as 2010, because the military was taking up to seven weeks to connect ballots with soldiers.

 

“These ballots are unlikely to reach these service members until after Election Day has passed,” the senators said.

 

The actions of the military under Obama, therefore, “could result in the imminent disenfranchisement of thousands,” they said.

 

But why?

Crooked Politics: Obama Lost in Every State With Photo ID Law

November 7 | Was the election stolen? Remember all those lawsuits by Democrats demanding that any voter identification laws be repealed. Well, now we know why they filed them. They needed to steal the vote in certain key states so that Obama could be reelected.

Curiously, Obama lost in every state that requires a photo ID to be produced before voting. A list of closely contested state elections with no voter ID, which narrowly went to Obama include: Minnesota (10), Iowa (6), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6), Colorado (9), New Mexico (5) and Pennsylvania (20). This amounts to a total of 66 electoral votes. When added to Romney’s total of 205 electoral votes, that would give Romney 271 electoral votes, enough votes to win even without Ohio or Florida.
