(CNSNews.com) – Conservative leaders don’t like what they’re hearing from House Speaker John Boehner, the man in the middle of fiscal cliff negotiations.

One day after Boehner mentioned an $800-billion tax hike — half the amount President Obama is seeking — conservative activist L. Brent Bozell III said the Republican Party is no longer the party of limited government, limited spending and limited taxes:

“It is now officially exactly right behind the Democrats — on everything,” Bozell said. “It is time for conservatives to start looking for a new home. There’s precious little left for us here.”

TSA Is Creating And Maintaining A Watch List of Americans who Violate Its Policies 041212tsa check

The TSA has quietly announced that it is constructing a watch list of individuals that it deems to be violators of it’s security rules.

The agency, under the Department of Homeland Security, notes:

“As part of the effort to identify individuals that are low risk, TSA also is creating and maintaining a watch list of individuals who are disqualified from eligibility from TSA Pre[check]TM, for some period of time or permanently, because they have been involved in violations of security regulations of sufficient severity or frequency.”

The announcement came in the November 19 edition of The Federal Register, a daily journal issued by the federal government.

The PreCheck program, introduced earlier this year, encourages frequent fliers to allow TSA access to a host of details and personal information, the idea being that if you qualify, you are spared some of the security theater hell that the rest of the cattle are forced to endure when passing through airport checkpoints.

The announcement continues:

THE AMERICAN TRIBULATION: Can the greatest nation in history survive 4 more years of Obama?

Unthinkable. A cataclysmic disaster. The end of America as we know it.

That pretty much sums up how millions of Americans regard the re-election of Barack Obama.

Already, the White House website displays petitions from all 50 states bearing the names of hundreds of thousands of distraught citizens demanding their state secede from the union. States likewise are targeting the Obama administration with a major nullification movement.

Meanwhile, Republicans engage in media blame-fests, denouncing each other for their devastating failure Nov. 6, while liberal pundits – pretending to offer them helpful advice – counsel Republicans to abandon their core values and move further to the left to gain more voters.

Although Ron Paul has yet to be specific about what’s next for him, it is highly unlikely he will run for president again. So then, what’s next for the Liberty Movement now that it won’t have presidential candidate Ron Paul to hug anymore?

“My neighbor called and told me I was getting a ticket on my van. When I opened the fence, my puppy ran out. That’s when I heard two gunshots and the officer shot my dog,” Phillips said.

The Movement that Ron Paul built lacks only a true and steady successor to hoist sails and steer it on its way, plugging his ears to the siren song of the Republican Establishment that would lure him onto the shoals of partisan accommodation. -snip- The next Liberty-Movement candidate, therefore, must be prepared to give the run his all, fight like a tiger to the end but also be willing, if necessary, to accept a strategic defeat to position the movement to win the next time around. This will require a long-term investment, both by the candidate and by his backers.

This will require a long-term investment, both by the candidate and by his backers.

This is why Revolution PAC intends to organize a grass-roots campaign to draft Judge Andrew Napolitano as the Liberty Movement’s new helmsman, a man who really could win on principle in 2016 and who everyone in the Movement, and many people outside it, can rally round enthusiastically.

Next week, Revolution PAC will announce the formation of a committee to draft Napolitano—the person Ron Paul said he would choose as his running mate—to pick up Ron Paul’s mantle and run as a Republican in 2016 for President of the United States. The Committee will launch its Draft-The-Judge Campaign with a nation-wide petition drive gathering signatures to demonstrate a groundswell of support for Judge Napolitano’s candidacy.
